The Man moves to Pop's Hideout, looting everything from the minifridge that hasn't already been looted. And then the minifridge itself.

He also puts one skillpoint into SPC and one into STR, for real this time.

Hat Kid, noticing the Zweet in her way, proceeds to swiftly hide behind the Thyme Crystal to quickly formulate a plan to kill it. She seizes the opportunity to get out a Railfun. She then starts chanting something... and before the Zweet could realize what was going on, there were already 3 Hat Kids lining up their shots while flying through the air simultaneously. One was aiming at the pink Core, one for the Body, and one for the Head. All three fire at the same time, destroying the Core and leaving the rest of the body mangled. Needless to say, thanks to Hat Kid's weight, all three of the Railfuns fly out of their hands after the shot, scattering them all around the place. Probably down a pit or down that hole.

The Zweet should be dead right now. SO, without further ado, she takes the grappling hook she just made and scales down the balcony for a brief moment to pick up the red book next to the Speaker near the Central Power Unit. Then she climbs back up and heads further East if nobody heard the gunshots. If some Iti or Rose heard the gunshots, Hat Kid (and her clones if they still exist) wait(s) behind the Thyme Crystal some more.

---

Boshi +1s his SKI.

---

At the House, Boshi had mixed feelings. While he's happy he didn't have to carry anyone for a while, he's... well, not really sad that he didn't help those that needed it, really... just disappointed. That being said, though, he notes that Taeda wasn't really on the ground floor. She must be on the upper floors, he thought. That's when he remembered that the damage from the Gazyer attack wasn't fixed yet. "(Aw gorilla.)"

His prediuctions were right; Taeda was indeed upstairs. He explains what happened up here to Taeda; "(Yeah... some idiot decided that poking the Observer near our house too hard was a good idea. You can fill in the blanks from there, right?)" He looks through the damage to the entire hallway. "(...I've... got my work cut out for me today, huh...? ugh... if ya know someone who'd be willing to help, let me know. Or don't and just relax a bit. [small][small]Not like I never done all the work for a certain fat italian plumber anyway...[/small][/small])"

Needless to say, he gets to work.

CONSTRUCTION AHEAD, FINES UP TO $5000
Boshi first looks at the big gaping hole in the floor. Out of nowhere, he grabs a table saw and proceeds to cut up several planks of Uniform Logs (about 3 used). Using an iron ingot for screws and nails, Boshi reinforces the assumed beam on the bottom of the floor with some of the planks, hammering and screwing them in place.

Next, he places down and nails some floorboards made of the planks over the hole, sealing the hole. He sands them down with some sandpaper (again, out of nowhere), and stains them the same color as the flooring (somehow). There. Good as new!

The walls are a different story, though. For one, there's that great big hole on the back. He'll probably get to that later.

For now, he purchases some glass windows from Chaos (namely, 2 of them) and attempts to replicate the enchantment that Nez placed on them. He then takes about 10 more uniform logs, cuts them up, and fixes up the first window with some nails and stuff, as well as the enchanted glass sheet. Not the greatest, but it's something. Though he does fix the giant hole a bit with what he had left over.

He also inspects the bathroom door. If it's mostly intact (i.e. no holes in which people would be able to peer through), he just bolts it back on with the rest of the iron ingot and some screws. If not, he just creates a new door out of a large Uniform Log, installs all the fixtures onto the door, and bolts it on with the rest of the iron ingot and some screws. He also tries to salvage whatever he can from the rubble downstairs.

As for the tent, he just sews up the patches of cloth with a bundle of silkweed. Nothing too major.

Now, he starts work on the massive hole. However, he only gets the wooden frame of the house done (with another 3-5 Uniform Logs) when he becomes too tired to lift up the hammer or drill (again, that he got out of nowhere; what's with him, anyway? Was he part of the Mushroom Kingdom Construction Crew or something?). He leaves it for now.

After getting most of the house fixed up, Boshi, being utterly exhausted, heads downstairs and flops down on the carpet next to Bass. "(uff... hey, new guy.)" He stretches for a bit before settling back down. "(n-not really content with being here, huh? figures... some... some people, like venia, are really tensed up about the end of the universe as we know it, so... well, stress makes anyone act more intense. trick is to not let it get to ya. something some people don't really get.)" And then he realizes he forgot to introduce himself. "(oh, yeah, name's boshi, by the way.)"

"(many of us wouldn't hurt anything if given the choice, y'know. our first battle with the legion ended with an iti ambush, in which we helped some of the legion... well... not die immediately. not a lot of us use fire weapons either. heck, some of us ended up here on complete accident, like myself and hat kid. we're all really just a ragtag band of outsiders who have next to no prior history with one another, so we're not all gonna be the same.)"

"(personally didn't like venia's... more... uh, 'direct' approach... i don't even understand half of what she's talking about. most everyone else here probably don't know either. eh.)"

Boshi looks at bass for a moment, and shuts his eyes. He's not really asleep yet, though. "(say... do you know anything... about an apple on a pedestal that was apparently housing... some sort of entropic parasite...?)"

"(i... sorta ate that apple. what is that thing...?)"

He waits for a response, resting up for a bit.

Venia listens to Bass intently. With the end of the Hall of Sages battle, Venia has no further need to temporally split herself into three, and thus resumes using her usual blue colors. "Thank you, again. And, uh, sorry for dumping all of that on you, ehehe... Uh, I'm forgetting to breathe. Drat. Uh, in any case. Double thanks for the information on this Trinity thing, that is awesome to know. And, well. Uh. Not sure we can fix the face thing, or the memories. But, uh, still. Beats slowly fading out of existence... Yeah. That's my problem..."

"In any case, quick thing for Lucid: Powerful Eliti. Dangerous. Puts targets to sleep and does mind-control on them while unconscious, I believe. Hopefully, uh, we won't have to deal with it at the, uh, office. Natural sleep aura plus sleep-based Eliti. Yeah, no. Bad times. I'll let you crash at the house for now, I think you've earned it." Venia allows Bass to leave.

Venia trades the Cardboard Amulet in for the Venia Plushie. She then copypastes most of this paragraph from the previous turn puts her two new skillpoints into SPC to make up for the SPC defect she just made, and cashes in her remaining skillpoint into STR. To cap it off, she then switches out the unused Decaying Light spell for the more practical Skeletal Toss. Pretty quick. This, of course, has no bearing upon the current battle in the Hall of Sages... (Oh-and Venia's magical resistance on the Whispering Gauntlet? Let's set that to Fire. Having it remain 'magical (10%)' bothers me.)

With this optimization done, Venia first slides back to the Hall of Sages. She somehow shoves the car into the party's inventory, seeing as it has little else to do. She'll fix the missing pieces later. With that done, she moves onto areas more current and slides to the Central Power Unit area. The <0>-marked book was already snatched up by Hat Kid, but just in case I'm misinformed, Venia takes it. She then eyes up the Central Power Unit, and stretches out her fingers.

Mr. Krabs appears in his usual manner, and proceeds to pull his eyes right out of his sockets. Two black dots remain hovering in midair, as does the red carapace that held the eye, leaving the uninformed observer to think that Mr. Krabs is just holding two pairs of long, thin white balloons. Especially since Mr. Krabs proceeds to blow into the eyes like they were balloons; they stretch and expand, mostly lengthwise, but enlarging just enough that they could conceivably wrap themselves around the spare power unit. Mr. Krabs does exactly that, to absolutely no-one's surprise.

The 'eyes' proceed to sprout a thin metal bar each, and a second later, two massive jet engine/jet propeller combos construct themselves upon the bars, remaining firmly attached despite all logical inconsistencies. The jets roar to life, flying upwards and ripping the Generator they are attached to right out of the ground without a loss in parts not even seconds later, ripping the whole Generator right out of the ground. It would just fly straight through the roof and nail the ceiling-except, instead, the minute the generator leaves Venia's (and Hat Kid's) frame of view, instead of blowing up on the high ceiling, the generator immediately vanishes, sans jet engines and eyeball-things, placed comfortably in the inventory.

Mr. Krabs, now with his eyes back, is not done. This isn't quite enough, so we're going to pad this out; Mr. Krabs agrees with me, and he gets out two heated pads, and walks offscreen into a scene transition, enabling him to somehow warp to Zone Negative Twenty-three, which is a dark torture chamber in a derelict empire's fallen castle. There is nothing more than a single entity, tightly bound to a tablet of stone; the conceptual entity of the generator not being in the inventory. Mr. Krabs proceeds to plug in the heated pads to a convenient medieval-era socket strip, crank the heat up to eleven with a bag of microscopic Levis Igni, and press the pads directly into the conceptual entity's face. It is immediately incinerated to death, solidifying the generator as being in the inventory. And good riddance too; that guy also hated cute things, especially puppies, and also he was generally a jerk.

With that out of the way, Venia proceeds to loot all of the concessions over in the concessions area; the Corndogs she stores with the regular consumables; Everything else on the far-left table is stored in anti-corrosive bins, separate from one another; she stores the cookies where most things Flux-related go for now, and with the cookies gone, she slides a very large anti-corrosive bin directly under the cake. Snapping her fingers, two ethereal blades from Manifest Weapon appear, and leave clean cuts into the table, enabling the cake to fall directly into the bin. Finally, all the consumables on the far left table are looted normally, except the severed Chairian Head that appears to look at Venia.

"...Oh dear. Uh. This could be troublesome. Thankfully... I believe I have a specialist on-hand in case I am insufficient. Hrm. I'll try twice..."

First, Venia just plain-old uses a Ressurect spell upon the Chairian Head. If this restores the Chairian to functioning condition, great. If the Chairian attempts murder upon Venia, Mr. Krabs will again come in and grab the Chairian in an Iron Krab Grab, the toughest of Krab Grabs that Mr. Krabs has available to him.

In the case that Venia's Ressurect does not produce a result, Venia proceeds to channel her ability over Time. Admittantly, it is not her most-used ability-it is just one she knows how to use, so to speak. She has many more powerful abilities at her disposal. Nevertheless, Time cannot rot or weaken in the typical sense-Time is, metaphorically (and ironically), timeless. She figures that this is a sufficient safeguard against any magic-draining effects that may or may not be in play. For now, Venia does little else other than fabricate it into runes for her purposes, enabling it to be used when she needs it.

Venia's next move is to tap into the Psychic side of things and create an indirect leverage of psionic power, explicitly to 'hook' into the Chairian's mind and retrieve their entire mind in a pure state of psionics. This is *technically* lethal, except Venia is almost positive the Chairian wouldn't mind in this case, and as long as the pure-psionic 'brain' isn't disrupted (which would require something forcefully connecting with it), the Chairian's memories will be intact. This would only be a bonus, however. What Venia intends to do wouldn't leave the Chairian able to remember what happened to begin with, *but* would also mean that only memories prior to being reduced to a head would be lost, so Venia is more trying to secure memories from the Chairian during that period than all of them. As an assurance, Venia produces a small transparent crystal of quarts, and pushes the pure-psionic 'brain' into the crystal for easy transferal. The crystal will, as a response, either turn a shade of pink or purple (normal) or a shade of yellow. In case it turns yellow, this means there's an overwhelming amount of 'toxic' memories and thoughts, that is to say, the Chairian is/was completely insane and would likely attack Venia on-sight, or else be unable to properly function in society. In this case, Venia cuts a tiny hole to the elemental plane of oblivion and drops the crystal in, annihilating it. Otherwise, Venia just holds onto it, not prying into the memories.

With these two little foibles out of the way, Venia proceeds to use her time powers, affixing each rune close to the sides of the Chairian's head, and levitating the head off of the table somewhat. Venia then sends a surge of temporal power at all the runes at once, and the semi-predictable occurs; space around the Chairian's head fritzes like a TV screen on rewind as time slowly begins rewinding. "... OK, so far, so good." Venia proceeds to act like she has her hand on an invisible remote, and 'presses' a button; at once, time rewinds, a ethereal clock appearing above the affected space as a measure of how far back Venia has gone. Venia takes note of the time and continues to rewind, which, in the process, reconstitutes the Chairian according to how it was at that period in time. HOW so is a mystery, as Venia is not perfectly sure how it died at all (if it even died to begin with-before Venia took its memories out of its body, anyways), but Venia is very, very sure that this Chairian can in fact be revived-and in this case, as Venia is forcibly rewinding Time, the issue of a soul merely becomes if it is willing to return.

Venia, eventually, finds the point right before the Chairian is about to perish, if she can at all. At this point, she taps the runes-abruptly and at once, the local area stops looking like a TV on rewind and the Chairian, no longer a severed head, reappears. Of note is that the Chiarian is, for certain, totally naked-it only rewound the Chairian, not its clothes. Venia, thankfully, has come prepared with some of the infinite amounts of armor pieces that the group has.

In either case, if she is successful with her ressurection, Venia steps backwards, enough to give the Chairian some breathing room and enough to ensure the Chairian has space to get dressed in.

"...Uh, hi. Uh, in case you're confused; I just got through, erm, with reviving you, like, back from the dead." Venia starts. In case the Chairian feels confused (and the sequence of events transpires such that she has obtained a non-toxic memory crystal), Venia hands the Crystal back to the Chairian, which would automatically cause the Chairian to instantly remember everything that they ought to, but do not due to the rewinding of time. (In case the Chairian attacks, Venia is Guarding.)

Simeon takes one look at all the food at the concession, and decides that he still has standards, and that he's fine. With that problem out of the way, he walks up next to the Balcony, and attempts to swap places with the Corpse on BM45 with Phase Switch to get up.

At the same time, Zahlia walks up the stairs to the Grand Hall Overlook like an actual totally normal person. She watches as Simeon drops a rope ladder which seems to have been made from about twenty-five silkweed bundles.
"Did you forget stairs were a thing again?"
Simeon looks up, and facepalms. "...Yes. Yes I did," he says.
"It's alright," she whispers into his ear. "I won't tell anyone."
"So, I've been thinking of what to do with that Essence of Time we got off of Daikon," Simeon says, changing the subject.
"What's your idea?"
"Well, we found this back in the house,"[/color] he says, raising the Seared Shortsword. "It looks like it used to be pretty good..."[/color]
"That was with the shield you restored, right? I think it would be fitting," Zahlia says.
"Alright, here goes something," Simeon says as he retrieves the Essence of Time from the inventory. The crystallized magic glows a pale red as he lightly crushes and sprinkles it over the ruined weapon. It swirls about the sword as it reverts to it's original form. Soon, the blade looks just as good as the day it was made.

(T4) Restored Sword
A weapon that was temporally rewound back to it's prime.
WEAPON PASSIVE: Redshifted. Your basic and counter attacks inflict Weaken3 and Slow2 for two rounds. You automatically counter the first foe to attack you while guarding.
(9-10) Slashing, Range 1, Retreat 2, Counter 4, Hit 7, +3 MHP, +1 DEF.

Ire, if you have a different idea in mind, go ahead.

After the battle at the Hall of Sages, Brutishace goes back to the house, heads into the basement (at Y56, specifically) and sulks, mumbling to himself.

"I really thought this would be my big chance. After that amazing return, I thought I could be the shining star of the battle. Unfortunately, no, I didn't make a difference, and the real VIP of the fight was a healer who somehow doubles as a spellbomber. I didn't even get a chance to line up my shot before he spellbombed the duo. In the end, all I ended up being was an item sink. And plus, I'm a generalist. Generalists don't have souls. Maybe my glory days were somehow better than this. At least I was achieving something then..."

Brutishace gulps down a cup of fresh Soulblossom Tea to drown his thoughts.

"Hey, that felt kind of invigorating. Things don't feel as bad anymore. Maybe I should build something down here to make more of this stuff- and as long as I'm proud of it, I'm happy. If my teammates like the tea, that'll be a nice bonus."

Brutishace sets to work spicing up a corner of the Basement to his liking! He uses up 7 units of Refined Wood to build up a table in the corner of the basement, taking up Z57 and Z58. One side of the table has a wooden platform on it, hence the extra unit of Refined Wood. Brutishace then gathers 5 Silkweed Bundles, an Iron Ingot and an Aurora Crystal, crushing the Aurora Crystal into smaller segments, and placing a thin but flat iron plate on top of the hot crystal fragments. He also sews the Silkweed into a set of small, thin bags, suitable for making tea. Now he has a good station to make hot drinks!

But what about the stuff for helping his team out? He should make some stuff for brewing Potions as well.

Brutishace takes a Gaia Crystal, 4 Iron Ingots, a Cobblestone, and the Gallow's shafts from the Inventory. He starts building up a potion stand, using Cobblestone as a base and the Gallow's shafts as a piping system. He uses the iron to support the structure and create a funnel for which to place potion ingredients. He places the Gaia Crystal into the funnel, hoping that the vibrations will help with the potion-brewing process and liquefy more viscous ingredients.

Brutishace creates a Potion-Brewing Stand in his corner of the basement! It should be adequate enough for brewing some potions with ingredients in the inventory. He places it on the lopsided end of the table at Z58, opposite to his hot drink station at Z57.

"Wonderful. Things are starting to feel like home."

Now time for his first recipe! Brutishace takes one of the bags and fills it with 4 Soulblossoms, and fashions another cup made from a single Uniform Log, filling the fresh cup with water. He packs the petals of the Soulblossom into a silkweed bag and dips it into the crystal-heated water. After some time, the hot water absorbs the properties of the Soulblossoms, turning into a flavorful brew! He repeats the process, using 16 more Soulblossoms and 4 more Uniform Logs.

Brutishace has created five instances of Soulblossom Tea! He eagerly adds them to the inventory.

(T1 Consumable) Soulblossom Tea: A homemade floral drink that strengthens you within. Gives you Mending3 and Energized3 for three rounds, and Enlightened1 for one round.

He then goes into the Inventory and swaps out his Trinkets. He replaces his Uncanny Skull with a Sticky Note (with Ice resistance) and his Trance Ribbon with an Apocalypse Flair. He'll have time to make it his own later. Brutishace keeps the Uncanny Skull for himself, however- the Sticky Note is a temporary item and he wants to upgrade the cranium in the future. In this time, though, he assigns Resurrect to his Sticky Note skill slot.

He'll do some crafting to improve his unique gear later on, but for now he turns to his skill points. Brutishace puts all three points into INT- he should improve his spellcraft if he wants to earn his glory.

After all that work, he should really treat himself, especially if other things have been lackluster on this quest. Brutishace takes his wooden cup, washes it in the sink upstairs, and fills it with wine from the keg downstairs. One of the perks to being an elderly man among his younger teammates is that he can drink. Thankfully, the cup isn't that large- he doesn't want to indulge too deeply into the volatile vice of the Mad God.

Brutishace stares into the rich burgundy of the wine and drinks it.

"That's much better."

Wyvern does some NPC stuff:
Wyvern floops over to Marron and Ette's work station and waves to the both of them softly.

"Hi Marron! Hi Ette! Nice to be able to talk to you both again. That last fight was pretty intense. You and Ette are really cool."

After Wyvern has finished fangirling over the puppet sisters...

"Oh, yeah. I saw you making plushies for other people. Do you think you would be able to make one for me?"

[T3 Wyvern Plush Just in case Wyvern wasn't huggable enough already.
Stats: +2 STR +1 AGI [Added Bonus]
Resists: Light (20%) Slashing (-10%)]

"I wasn't really sure what I wanted it to do. I think a self healing thing could be pretty cool, but I'll leave it to you."

Wyvern beams and walks off, waving to them.
(Editors note: Wyvern seems to do a lot of flooping and waving. I'm not entirely convinced he isn't an anime girl.)

Wyvern does some character stuff:
+3 AGI
+1 INT
> Rename Shield Slam to Assault Tackle
> Swap Overload for Essence of Restoration (renamed Vampiric Venom)
> Swap Cleave for Transfusion
- Remove Dreamstone
> Equip 2 Heart Fragments (renamed Lifegems) with flavourtext: A broken half of a heart shaped gem. Seems to be lacking much energy.

Wyvern does some crafting stuff:
...later.

The Grand Hall: Verdana takes a moment to rest, then gets off his ass and rubs his hands. He has decided to explore! His idea of exploring, apparently, is to just head up to the Central Power Unit, then gravity himself onto the Severed Outlook, because apparently he can do that now.

"My boredom drives me to do things! Possibly significant things!"

If the Zweet is still there, he proceeds to apparently pick the thing up and fling it off the outlook. Either way, he walks to The Collection, and says something incoherent involving General Grievous.

The House: Calibri appears. Wordlessly, he takes a look around, flinching out of instinct at seeing Bass and needing a moment to register that he's probably with the party now... Then, either way, he just heads outside, walking down to the Dueling Hut. Once he's there, he sits down in the center, or as center as he can get there, taking the Mindscape Radio out of the inventory. There's a pause as he flicks it on, staring at the radio for a while... Whoever answers might find his voice oddly similar to someone else's, in a way.

"...Hey. So, this is a link to... uh... mm, that's beside the point. I've been curious about something. Are mindscape!Chloe or pr- uh... the Operative, I think he was called, available to chat? Just, either of them, generally."

Also in the house, EN wanders in through the door, stretches, and immediately sees that shit clearly went down at some point, going by the rubble on the floor and the hole in the ceiling. There's a pause, then she walks over to the rubble, makes an indiscriminate noise of frustration while flinging it back up to the hole in the ceiling, promptly flies up on jet engine wings to apparently fix the roof by welding it back into being-fixed-ness, then she falls back to the floor. After a moment, she then walks up the stairs, glancing at the window and broken walls and... somehow welding those back together too? Let's be honest this probably wouldn't work without the power of welder bullshit or something. Once she's done, she tucks the welder away, breathes a deep sigh, then turns to Taeda and smiles happily.

"Kay... Now wit' tha' all dealt with, 'opefully, uh... what up? Ah'm kinda bored, dunno wha' t' do. Felt like chattin' with ya fer a bit, yer nice t' chat wit'... an' jus' nice in general, heh... Oh, have ya met th' new fella? He's ex-rose cult, but ah'd say 'e's pretty a'ight, all thin's considered. Don't seem nearly as bad as th' other ones 'ave been, an' ah'll be honest, as suspect he's been lookin' fer a way outta 'avin' t' deal wit' 'em fer a while..."

Toast smiles under the praise of Irongutta (at least, thats how she takes it), "Hehe, thanks, 'Guts. Not sure if I have it in me to do anything like that again, though- or at least, not today. I'll make sure not to "slack off" for too long, though, heh."
Once they arrive at the house, Toast whews backward over the couch, presumably near Marron.
"I don't think I've felt this tired before. I never have to use magic that often back at home; just enough to stay practiced, really. And back in the mindscape of this kid-" Toast points a thumb in the direction of Chaos, "-tiredness wasn't really as much of an issue. Except for that one time I apparently collapsed, but that was different."
Still upside down, Toast rolls over the couch, spinning herself in midair so she lands along it, opposite Marron.
"Probably gonna go up and unpack my things in a bit. It can't hurt to make the room a bit more... homely, I guess."

It is at this point that she notices Bass on the carpet.
"Hey, who are you, and what are you doing on our carpet?"
He probably explains his deal. Toast probably believes him. If he doesn't explain, then she won't ask what she's about to ask.
"If you are- or were- a Rose Cultist, do you know what the deal with the sewer altar is?"

~~

Meanwhile, in the present, Past!Toast is still in the basement, thinking about what to do for Marron. She starts with bouncing around some ideas to herself, "I could make her a new arm... but I don't really have the materials for that here. I'd need to hook it up to her nerves or something and... eurgh. On top of that, I-I'm not good with blood, or any of that."
She shivers subconciously.
"Y-yeah, that sounds like a bad idea waiting to happen. Maybe I should make her a... I don't know."
Toast puts her head on her knees, and wraps her arms around her legs.
"I want to make something for her, but I can't use magic, not right now. I don't think Marron would be very happy if I spontaneously combusted, even if it's for her."
She sits like this for a while, unsure of what to craft.

~~

Past!Toast researches the Light element for the Elemental Blaster while she's down there, and leaves her skillpoint where it is.

Irongutta leans and rests his arms on the back of the couch, towards the end opposite of Marron. "Wot's yer deal with all that flashy-killy magic stuff anyway? Makes me think o' them weirdboyz, an' I never saw a whole lot of 'em back where I'm from."

He glances over at the rubble on the floor for a moment. He then casts his gaze upward at the Seeker-sized hole in the ceiling, letting out a whistle. "Remind me to ask who did that..."

As for non-RP things, Irongutta re-equips his Metal Sun for now and uses his shiny extra skill point to +1 his AGI.

<ROUND SEVENTY-THREE>
This'll be weird due to vacation. Let's see how this all fares...?

First, some skillpoint distributions!
Skillpoint Distribution
Terry: +1 MHP, +1 SKI, +2 DEF, -1 STR, -1 INT. Resistances applied. Didn't you literally JUST respec??? Eh, the extra durability is probably smart at least.

Daskter: 150 Credits given to Chaos to create another Revised Scroll of Focus. Or, as Miki called it, the Patch of Focus.

The Man: +1 STR. +1 SPC. Also noted that your special was actually kinda hard to fill, and remedied that.

Boshi: +1 SKI. :thatwaseasy:

Venia: +1 STR, +2 SPC. Cardboard Amulet swapped for Venia Plushie. Spells rotated. Resistances set.

Destiny: +2 AGI, -1 DEF. Destiny learned new skill: Commit Tax Evasion!

Wyvern: +3 AGI, +1 INT. Skills swapped and renamed. Equipment changed.

Irongutta: +1 AGI, Metal Sun equipped.

Brutishace: +3 INT. Equipment rotated.

Emerald: General respec. Also, what's the point of the additional modifier? It seems... useless? You're already rolling DGE since you're a player- you want to not dodge things, and take the hit? Seems odd.

I've also applied a change I forgot to do in the main patch; Beatmap weapons now don't allow you to move and use their weapon skill. They were incredibly powerful otherwise, and I don't want them to be too widespread in their use. They do however, all have improved Mobilize actions. I've also replaced all Blood Moldings in the character sheets with its replacement, Simulacrum.

Terry decides that he wants to decorate the Airship, and moves an Armor Display from the basement and plonks it in the Airship. He then puts the Makeshift Odonata inside of it. The Airship grows an Aesthetics Gauge, which goes up by 15%. He then loots the Prophecy of Crimson Wings, and then checks up on the impaled spider. It twitches incredibly violently in his direction, prompting him to slice it in half, drawing a purple sap from the creature. It spasms and dies. JOE then decides to sneak a spike pit into the Woods the Shuria is trying to muscle through. It drops down and dies a rather horrible death. He then replants the coffee beans (18 netgain), and tries to plant some Rubies in the Crystillery. They don't appear to be doing anything, so he takes them out. He then... poisons the perfectly good coffee beans?

ok

Just make sure Omo doesn't take her morning coffee with those beans. Daskter then decides to just do things simply in terms of repairs, and shoves 10 Cobblestone and 5 Uniform Logs into repairs for the Grand Library's pillar. It seems... sturdy enough. He then fails a craft... and decides to commission Marron to do it for 60 Credits.

MARRON: Writing a book... is not in my job description.
MARRON: But you're paying me, so... just don't complain when the book is of gorilla quality.
MARRON: Chaos! Be my ghostwriter?
CHAOS: sure
MARRON: Neat. That's most of the work outsourced...

The Man then heads to Pop's Hideout, and takes the Minifridge there, opening it and dumping its contents into the inventory. This yields 3 'Fizzy' Beverages, 14 Assorted Gun Parts, and of course, another, smaller minifridge. That one has nothing in it. He then tosses the minifridge itself into the inventory. Hat Kid then engages the Zweet in combat, and rather violently instantly obliterates it. She then heads through the area where the Zweet is guarding, and finds a small gallery of sorts. Iti-infested, of course.

Boshi himself meanwhile, talks to Taeda at the house, explaining what happened to the place.

TAEDA: R-Really? An angry Observer, here?
TAEDA: W-Who w-would do such a t-thing! Awakening a G-Gazyer here, of all places...
TAEDA: ...
TAEDA: Oh, you need help fixing the house up?
TAEDA: I should be good at that! I am a Chairian, after all. Manipulating wood is our thing.

With Taeda by his side, Boshi finds his job way easier as Taeda is able to send some Uniform Logs through the ground and directly turn it into planks, giving Boshi all the jobs that don't strictly require woodwork. The whole repair process takes about 10 Uniform Logs (thanks to Taeda), 3 Iron Ingots, 1 Bundle of Silkweed, and 30 Crafting Credits for some Glass. Taeda notes that the gigantic hole in the side of the house is out of her frame of expertise... and all this work has made Taeda quite tired.

TAEDA: W-Whew! H-Haven't used t-that much woodmancy in awhile...
TAEDA: I-I'm gonna... r-rest for a bit...

Taeda, without another word, heads to the room just north of the bathroom and tosses herself into bed. She's not quite asleep- just lying down, facing the ceiling. Boshi meanwhile, somewhat exhausted, goes down to talk with Bass. He doesn't really move as they talk, his voice muffled by the fabrics of the carpet.

BASS: hey, boshi
BASS: i don't think anyone would be content with such a huge shift in life
BASS: especially when things don't go to plan
BASS: Also, who even just rattles on for like an hour on everything that's happened to them in their life?
BASS: Does she do that often? It seems like she does. It seemed like it was rehearsed.

BASS: ...anyway
BASS: apples.
BASS: they're not that bad
BASS: unless...
BASS: ...you eat them. Like you did.
BASS: They're basically assassination tools. Feed them to people who might be threats to us, and a few days later, this big boy bursts out of them and begins wreaking havoc.
BASS: They have absolutely no idea what causes it, and it's beautiful. In a morbid way. Maybe it's not really beautiful, anymore. I probably shouldn't say it's beautiful.
BASS: If you've eaten one... well, I dunno. Nobody's ever tried... actually extracting the parasite the apple holds. It'll probably kill you before you do it, though.
BASS: ...
BASS: Sorry about the apple, dude. It's a pretty brutal way to go.

Venia then allows Bass to leave, even though he's already at the house. Let's just pretend that you're actually there in the house when talking with him.

BASS: you're welcome
BASS: just remember to... uh, not dump so much information on people all at once
BASS: or something
BASS: anyway, Lucid seems dumb
BASS: Got any plans for killing that thing? I'm thinking coffee. Lots of it.
BASS: Or maybe we could make something that prevents sleep. Who knows.

Venia then steals the Carnival Generator in an incredibly simple and not at all long fashion, loots the entire Concessions area (obtaining the Carnival Calamity Cake, 100 units of Disgusting Food, 4 Iris Cookies, 4 Carnival Corn Dogs, 2 Chairian Brews, and 3 Chairian Pastries), and then tries to reverse time on the head. She's only able to reverse time on the head back so far... but manages to get its body back! The Chairian promptly lunges for her throat. She guards the bite, gaining only slight injuries thanks to her block. The Chairian takes a few steps back, purple eyes staring her down. It seems like it won't back off. Oh, the Entropic Key also changes its effects slightly.

Simeon meanwhile, Phase Shifts his way to the Grand Hall Overlook, and decides to use the Essence of Time to create the Restored Sword, using it and a Seared Shortsword crafting charge. Nice and sharp! Brutishace decides to head into the basement, and crafts a Potion Brewing stand in the basement, a drink brewer, as well as his own table using a total of 5 Silkweed Bundles, 5 Iron Ingots, an Aurora Crystal, a Gaia Crystal, 1 Cobblestone, and 1 Gallow Feather Shaft. Perfect! He then takes a total of 20 Soulblossoms and 5 Uniform Logs, creating 5 cups of Soulblossom Tea!

Wyvern does some NPC stuff and heads over to Marron and Ette, sorta fangirling all the while. Marron blushes somewhat softly, while Ette waves her arms as if to say "oh you~". He also asks for

MARRON: Uh, way to suck up to me, I guess.
MARRON: ...Maybe I was pretty cool, though. Did some damage, Ette did her thing... we did well, right?
MARRON: Anyway, sure. Not sure why everyone wants a plushie of themselves, but I'll do it. Or rather, Ette will be doing it since my hands are pretty damn full right now.

Item commissioned! Elsewhere, Verdana decides that he wants to go and visit the Severed Outlook. Calibri meanwhile, decides to try and contact either Mindscape!Chloe or the Operative. He gets...

GLADIUS: Heya! I'm not here right now.
GLADIUS: Leave us a message, alright?
*BEEP NOISE*

...nothing. EN meanwhile, goes to visit Taeda, trying to fix the roof of the way. Unfortunately, the roof looks like it'll take some decent effort to repair. She heads into the bedroom to talk with a dozing Taeda. She smiles gently as EN enters the room.

TAEDA: H-Hm? What's with me? I'm just sorta dozing...
TAEDA: My body's pretty sore after fighting the Carnival... but I'm happy that we did it! I didn't think we could, honestly...
TAEDA: And-
TAEDA: ...W-Wait, we have an ex-cultist?

She rolls onto her face, and groans.

TAEDA: Not a fan. Not a fan at all.
TAEDA: I don't know if what you're saying is true or not, but the Rose Cult is just... euuuugh!
TAEDA: A-A whole lot of them are ex h-helixists, and that just makes me so... mad!
TAEDA: They've even started squatting in the main church of Helix- loads of them, like mollusks in the basement!
TAEDA: ...J-Just make sure... he, I'm guessing, doesn't go out of control, alright?

Toast and Marron meanwhile, socialize. She smiles weakly, and leans into Toast as she settles down next to her.

MARRON: Really? You've never felt this tired before?
MARRON: Man, your life must've been relaxed before all of this- I don't I've ever really known relaxation or anything.
MARRON: ...Or at least, extended relaxation.
MARRON: Usually something dumb happens whenever I start to chill out. Chaos lighting my exact half of Nightmare Mountain on fire. Being tossed in a dark, cramped prison cell because he thought people might make fun of me, and by extension, him.

Toast notes that she's going to go and unpack. She nods as Ette comes running in from the kitchen, waving a message to her sister.

MARRON: Oh, nice.
MARRON: Ette's gotten most of the prepwork in the kitchen done- I just gotta taste and probably fix the cookie dough since Ette can't actually taste it, roll it into little balls, and paste them out on a sheet.
MARRON: By the time you're done, we should have some warm, melty cookies to share! Go do your thing, and I'll see you in a bit, alright?
MARRON: Maybe I could buy a carton of milk or something...

Marron lets out a massive yawn as she stretches, gets up, and walks to the kitchen. Toast meanwhile, questions Bass about himself, and the sewer altar thing.

BASS: oh hey
BASS: name's bass, you've probably heard of me from your buddies
BASS: i'm here because i've ditched the rose cult and venia threatened to space maroon me
BASS: ...anyway, you wanna know about the sewer altar?
BASS: ...Simply put; it's a power amplifier. Not a very good one, but we made it for that purpose.
BASS: Takes the blood of two people who use it- usually Rose Cultists- sucks up their blood or sap, and that blood tends to be imbued with the power of the user's greatest ability. So if I used it, it'd get some entropic power in it.
BASS: If you were a powerful ice mage, it'd probably be a powerful freezing agent or whatever. We haven't actually tested it with non-us people.
BASS: The entropic blood we typically pull from the altar is chugged by some guy who wants greater power. It's incredibly inefficient, but it helps somewhat. Get two high-ranking members to suck their own blood there and give it to a newbie, and they tend to get a noticeable power increase.
BASS: so yeah that about covers it
BASS: we once lost a guy to it who sucked too much of his sap
BASS: we were more concerned that the altar cracked slightly, and the vial it spit out was like only three-fourths full
BASS: entropy isn't an exact science in the slightest

Bass remains on the carpet, face-downward. She's surprised she was able to hear him so well with his voice muffled by the carpet. Anyway, Irongutta heads to the kitchen where Marron is, and ask what's her deal with the flashy magic stuff.

MARRON: Flashy-killy-magic stuff?
MARRON: ...I don't know what you're talking about. I'm a pretty gorilla mage.
MARRON: Oh, I should get Toast to teach me her magic! Maybe I could learn how to be the flashy-killy-magic person...

Marron waves her right arm forward, and tries to mimic the sound of surging thunder. She promptly realizes that she looks kinda silly doing that, and goes back to prepping the cookies. Which she then tosses in the oven. The house gains +5 Scent of Cookies.

...And that's it for the update! Go and explore the depths of the Whispering Library, and perhaps you'll learn what's going on with these zombies. Or maybe you'll just sorta blatantly find Lucid. Maybe you could go and enjoy a chocolate chip cookie sooner or later? I like that last thing. Doesn't sound deadly in the slightest.

...No commands posted for Omoquest, so we'll be waiting on that.

Emerald giggles to himself and sprints down towards the Altar, noting the blood, and more importantly, the fresh arms. Restraining his stick from snapping at the new partially formed Seeker. He grabs said Seeker, vaguely seeming like a kid with a new toy as he forces one of it(i)'s hands onto the Altar, with his own taking the other place.

Craftpost coming Later:tm:
Lets just toss that last point in SPC for that extra dodge, and note the extra transfusion heal from 2 INT
Stuffsnstuff

Materials: 1x Metal Iti Stick, 1x Reisz's Umbrella, Nailbat x1 charge, x1 Iron Ingot, Shock Crystal x3.
Emerald decides that there isn't enough Iti in his stick, and realizes the fact that there's now two more Iti things he can add into it! Yay! First, he borrows some capsules from Capsule Corps, and stuffs the Umbrella into one. He feeds said capsule to the Iti Stick, which, as an everhungry murder stick, is quite happy to accept it. In result, the sharp pointy end of the Iti Stick seems to expand into... an umbrella. Probably the most murderous umbrella of all time, really. After experimentation, it seems that the umbrella only contracts when there's a corpse shoved into the stick. That's... vaguely annoying for purposes of actual umbrella purposes. But who in their right mind would use this as an umbrella?

Next up, the Nailbat, which seems to vaguely exude an aura of 'fuck you'. Perfect. With that, Emerald simply sets the Iti Stick next to the Nailbat and walks off for a little break, as undoubtedly the Iti Stick will get offended at the very presence of the Nailbat, and eventually consume it as retribution. Brilliant! Oh neat, it seemed to grow a couple of spikes, and sharpen the primary spike on the end.

Finally, to make it look cool. Well, cooler anyways. Emerald quickly slices up the Iron Ingot into thin sheets, for easy purpose of wrapping paper I mean what. Erm, anyways, Emerald takes sheets of the Iron Ingot and carefully folds it around each of the three shock crystals. After a moment, they come together and stick, then repulse each other, then come together, until they stabilize at a certain distance. Huh, weak magnets. Perfect! Emerald separates them one by one, and instead 'attaches' them by form of magnetism, to the Iti Stick, where they seem to rotate around in free space. Very neat, to say the least.

T3(?) Ravenous Umbrella
The gnashy end is also where you put your hands. Careful there.
(3-4) Piercing [+1-2]
Range: 1
Hit: 9 [-1!]
Counter: 3 (Special counter: Thwack. Deal a normal counter, but with Crushing damage rather than Piercing)[Shifted element]
Retreat: 1
WEAPON SKILL: Devour Essence. As a free action, you may destroy a body within Range 1-2. Gain a trait for the current battle, based on the thing eaten. Only one buff may be active at a time. Passively, if you have no buff, your basic attack has Direct Hit. You can remove a buff at any time as a free action.[Additional effect if no buff is active]
Stat changes: Unchanged.[If this weapon is too powerful, or not powerful enough, feel free to mess with these]

Character Stuff
I equip a Mari's Tie, +2 to INT and +1 to HP

I side-upgrade my Hat, side upgrading it with something.
+2MMP +2INT
Ability: Once per Battle, you may pay 150% MP of the base MP cost and take (9 Damage) Directly to your health, in order to cast a spell has a bonus action.

The power used from the Hat, and using 5 Gold Ingots has a conductor, and I used up a couple of crystal pens to write some runes on the Hat on the Gold part, that would assist the user in casting a spell has quickly has possible.

Zone 0
I move Calypse into the House upstairs, I plop it on a bed, and cover it with a blanket. (Location W7)
I also collect some sap at the Zone0: Ruined Village: Main Street. I read their sap has healing properties.

Airship
The Hull is nearly complete... I guess I generically use up 5 Uniform Logs and 5 Refined Wood to generically hammer them into Planks. I would then hammer them together filling the few holes left in the Hull.
I add to the Airship some sensors, built using the magic from a Splintercast (T1) the power of the Splintercast contained inside a Reading Lamp(T2), using up 3 Iron Ingots to build a platform for the Sensor, it's controlled by 6 Circuit Boards. It will point at any designated target, and assist the weapons in actually hitting its target.

I take a couple of Aurora Crystals, ground them into dust, mix it with a bit of water, and I proceed to paint the Airship red! I heard painting vehicles red makes them faster!

Exploration Zone 2!
I explore the Quiet Balcony.

Miki renames her Simulacrum to Companion File (a reference to DOS viruses) and allocates 3 skillpoints into SKI. She also combines her scouter with some Silkweed and some glitch abuse involving ear rape Despacito, turning it into the following:

Black Cap Wizard.stl (T3)
(+3 SKI) (+2 SPC) (+2 INT)
(Electric 20%) (Light -10%)

Used: PdX-270b "Evil" Scouter, 6 Silkweed, 2 Wire Scraps, 1 Speaker System

She then places a ruby on the top of her wand, then attaches it with one ingot's worth of silver to the top of the wand by forming the silver into a harness.

Miki-chan33: not good enough http://b3.ifrm.com/static/emo/6.png

She then picks up some Processed Fabric and dyes it a deep black with the ink from a Crystal Pen, then slices a piece in half, wrapping one half around the wand near each end. Then she takes a Speaker System, modifies it heavily, using up three Wire Scraps in the process, and connects it to the electronic part of the wand. Craft complete.

Elektromagie ][ (T4)
WEAPON PASSIVE: More Magical Stick. Is a more magical stick.
Basically the same otherwise except for additional +1 to SKI and INT.

Used: 1 Ruby, 1 Silver Ingot, 1 Processed Fabric, 1 Crystal Pen, 1 Speaker System, 3 Wire Scrap, Elektromagie 1

"Zal, quick, cover me," Simeon says, as he performs a much-needed statup. He allocates 4 to HP, 2 to MP, 5 to STR, 10 to AGI, 5 to SKI, 3 to DEF, and 4 to RES.
While Zahlia conveniently stands between him and Omo, Simeon hides the Lifegems he's been eating this whole time with the considerably less edible yet more effective recovery trinket known as "Aurabots MkI." He also switches out Cor Lucem with the Restored Shortsword, and puts on Paranoia.

With that done, he steps in front of Omo.
"Stella, please be honest with me," he says, concerned. "I'm getting the feeling that there's something we don't know. Could you tell us what exactly's happening here, before you go off doing your thing? I've been seeing empty suits of armour and spider legs everywhere for the last few minutes. Could you please explain what's going on?"

After hearing Omo out, he looks over the balcony to see his doppelganger standing there, awkwardly, with no idea what's going on.
"HEY!" he shouts, pulling out the Radiant Recurve. "GET BACK HERE!"
The second Simeon continues to stand there.
The real deal shoots an arrow at the copy, causing it to dissipate into the ether.
"Sorry about that," he says to everyone staring at him. "It happens sometimes."

Oh great, more iti. Then again, Hat Kid shouldn't really be shocked, given the crew was encroaching on iti territory now. Also, that one display case looks a bit off, given there's supposedly an 'uber-powerful warhammer' in a display that doesn't have a lock on it, while one of Omorika's Tomehammers was under a combination lock that would take days to try every possible combination in order to get the correct one, and is magically protected to boot. She may be a kid, but she's not dumb. That unprotected thing is definitely a Mimic. But she'll save him for later.

She takes some of the nails that Boshi had left over from his construction work, and swiftly combines them into two gargantuan nails, which have a razor's edge for a point, capable of ripping straight through everything they fly through.

Hat Kid also seems to know how Physics and Time work in tandem; since slowing time for something could allow something else to exert more force on an object not slowed down, this opens up many ways for her to orchestrate an attack. So, she and her 2 clones equip Giant Spoons for now, slows time down to a standstill, and walks behind both the Zweet ant the Reverie. They resume time for a brief moment to toss the two nails in the air, pointed straight at the two Iti.

From here, they stop time again. Hat Kid herself is currently behind the Zweet. She jumps up and smashes the head of the nail so that it should fly straight into the Zweet once time resumes. The two clones, on the other hand, are targeting the Reverie. So, one of the clones enchants the iron nail with copious amounts of electricity, basically making the thing glow a bright yellow. Then the other clone smacks the head towards the poor sap, poised to pin it to the ground, if it doesn't kill.

The two nails are now at an absolute standstill, still. Hat Kid and her clones turn their backs on their work, and with a snap of the original's fingers, time resumes as normal... and the nails impale themselves upon the two unfortunate victims, not a single point of damage going into MP thanks to the elements. And thus, Hat Kid and her clones were free to whack the pinned Iti until they died if they weren't dead already.

As for the obvious Mimic (the "display" with the "impossibly powerful warhammer"), they take the nails out of the ravaged Iti, toss them into the air once again (this time higher and at a sharper downward angle towards the thing), stop time again, and did what they did last time; smack the nails as hard as they could on their heads. After a very quick scan of the mimic, time resumes around them, and the Mimic is skewered on both sides, open to a barrage of attacks from Hat Kid and her clones. "Easy~"

They proceed to loot the bodies of the slaughtered Iti, in case there was any neat loot. And, seems they can't do anything about the Tomehammer that's locked away just yet, they proceed to move further South.

Truly, this kid is a one girl army.

------

Boshi was relieved that Taeda could help. "(Thanks, Tae. You're the best!)"

As for Bass, he responds to him with this, his voice muffled by the floorboards; "(yeah, venia does that every now and again. almost feels like it's either robotic or a force of habit, huh? everything she says flies over everyone's heads so easily... eh.)"

"(though i've gotta give credit where it's due; venia's gonna try and extract that parasite. somehow. idunno, she's stupidly good at stealing stuff that can't be feasibly stolen otherwise. and we know exactly where it is. and even if it fails, i gave hat kid a few 1-up mushrooms in case either her or i go down. already told her to run if she sees anything happen to me. like what you've just described.)"

"(anyway... didn't really want to be here either. forced down to the planet by the sphere, me and hat kid were. hope we don't stay on the planet for too long... we're sorta being... chased. but that's a story for another day. and no, it wasn't from tax fraud, before anyone questions me. that was ol' green.)"

"(it's a shame i didn't know about the 'assassin apple' - i guess you could call it - sooner. could've really used it to our advantage. sorta hard for us yoshi to resist the temptation of a beautiful fruit.)"

"(...god that's gonna be painful if the extraction fails...)"

------

As Boshi was distracted, his weapon as well as some materials from the inventory suddenly disappear. Looks like some crafting's being done.

Craftstuffs
MATERIALS
Tesla's Riff
x0.75 +7 Magically Enchanted Gate
x1 Ruby
x1 Galeforce Crystal

...And not a second later, the crafting's done and placed back on Boshi, along with a note simply stating: "MU WAS HERE".

A closer look shows what has been done to the guitar...

Whoever this "MU" person is, they most have altered the shape of the instrument in such a way that it looks and acts much more like an acoustic guitar. The internals of the previous Teslathrower were now integrated into the weapon itself, now capable of having electricity coursing through the new metal shell, made out of the rest of the Enchanted Gate, altered slightly to allow electricity and electric magic to pass through and amplify itself.

There is also a bunch of ruby adorning barious spots on the metal shell, presumably enchanted to act as powerful batteries. The Galeforce crystal used was also adorned all over the inside of the shell, allowing it to remain as light as a feather as the weapon plays its electric tunes. There's even a ruby guitar pick! Fancy! Though unfortunately it looks like sacrifices had to be made; the speaker's gone, so it can no longer shoot electricity from merely playing the thing, instead needing to be struck in order to create it's teslathrower-like qualities.

OUTPUT
Tesla's Rifftmaker (T3) *Heavy enough to be used like a Hunter's Greatsword, yet somehow light as a feather.*
(10-11) Electric, Range 1, Counter 2 (SPECIAL), Hit 4, Retreat -1, +1 AGI
WEAPON SKILL: Heavy Metal. Perform a string of actions, based on the map's current rhythm. If there is no rhythm, create a three-part rhythm. Skip your Movement phase.

Beatmap:

Boshi takes the note from the weapon as he felt the weapon return to his back. "(MU... ! She's here!? gorilla! How'd she get here!? Oh god, I hope the other girl in there hasn't also appeared, then that'd mean-- no. She won't be here yet... probably on her way now in that warship of hers, though. goillaaaaa!)" He's obviously dreading this revelation, and is visibly starting to panic... until he remembers the sphere's influence on weaponry, and breathes a sigh of relief. "(O-oh. right. Thyme field. Whew. Guess we'd be safe for now... so long as she never gets the guts to come down here herself...)"

It's been forever, but Teag finally has sufficient materials to upgrade his last remaining bits of gear.
The weapon is first. There's no significant changes to be done, but the wiring is upgraded with a bit of gold to strengthen the electromagnets, the piercing ammo is upgraded with a durasteel tip, the fire ammo is upgraded with some Aurora Crystals, and both ammo types are given a more streamlined design and full titanium outlining to improve velocity and piercing.
The next upgrade makes less sense. The Compound Cheating scope is put in a box. A durasteel box. This box is adorned with a single ruby, and a small LED display that simply shows "KekBox™, Git Gud".

Both of these upgrades are in the document I made forever ago, I believe.

Venia looks at the pseudo-Zombie assaulting her. "...Of course."

Mr. Krabs, being in reality a robot, cannot get zombie-ism and thus immediately bars the teeth of the chairian-and everything else-with his signature (not really) Iron Krab Grab, making one trillion Krab Claws pop out of the ground to pinch down on every feasible surface and joint of movement, very temporarily eliminating the issue of the chairian mindlessly attacking Venia. With this done, Venia sends out a quick message to all the Descendants via whatever method they use to communicate so seamlessly, which may or may not be Pesterchum.

---[iC] (irregularChronology) joined memo 'ITS THYME TIME BAE BEE'---
iC: Healing Experts needed at Concessions Area (south-west of Turntables area, turn right to where we fought DJ Headz)
iC: There appears to be some type of 'zombified' chairian. Body is in advanced state of decay, oozing purple sap, eyes glowing dull purple.
iC: Iti or Carnival may be responsible, unsure. Requesting assistance in undoing this 'zombified' state. Please be fast, it is hostile.
iC: Also, screw Pesterchum.
---[iC] (IrregularChronology) left memo 'ITS THYME TIME BAE BEE'---

Not even a few seconds after she managed to get the full of her message out, the 'zombie' chairian manages to (somehow) break free of the Krab Claw grip. Venia sighs; her preparedness allows her to simply sidestep the incoming lunge, enabling Mr. Krabs to re-grab the chairian.

Venia ponders for a few seconds. Mr. Krabs cannot maintain a grip simultaneously decent enough to keep the chairian unable to move and not expect a limb to eventually snap due to the advanced decay of the chairian (and its complete lack of care for such). She also just can't let it wander around while the healers are getting to work. Her clear answer to this dilemma, then, is that she basically needs to forcibly root this chairian in place for an extended duration while the healers get to work. Her best weapon would be a psionic assault; her magical specialization is, in truth, within the mind, except zombies are notoriously immune to having a fully-functioning brain, thus it'd rend mental manipulation rather implausible. She settles on a temporal lockdown right as the chairian breaks free a third time-prompting Venia to lift herself up several feet via classic levitation, leaving the chairian to fall flat on its face.

First, Venia exploits her new Skeletal Toss ability. Objectively, it involves grabbing hold of an entity (possibly against their will) and moving them to another location, in other words, a type of telekinesis. Ergo, alternative spell application easily allows Venia to just use it as a way to grab and hold something in place-as she does, quite handily, with the chairian's arms and legs, pinning them to the floor. The 3 SPC modifier to ensure that she cannot damage 'allies' helps immensely in ensuring the chairian's struggling cannot break the bond. Careful not to position herself around the chairian's gnashing mouth, Venia puts a finger down upon the chairian's body.

A monochrome aura hits the chairian-time has stopped around its general person. A basic chronostasis field, albeit one that wouldn't hold for very long by itself, and it would be impractical for the purposes of healing. A temporary solution.

While the chairian is held by the chronostasis field, Venia gets to work upon a small series of runes. These runes are similar to the ones that Venia used to 'rewind' the Chairian to a previous state (which is why it is now a full Chairian instead of just a head), but instead of rewinding time, they hold a rather... Different function. In effect, its a reverse of the mechanics of Superhot; if they are as still as possible, their perspective of time moves at a normal rate, but if they attempt to move, they're slowed down proportionate to the speed of their movement. In effect, attempting to move at all neutralizes their motion, but unlike just freezing them in place, it enables outside forces-healing magic, specifically-to get in and operate at a normal 'pace,' wherein before they wouldn't work. Venia mutters chants into the runes. "Jikan wa sekkachi ni tomari, jikan wa seijō ni teishi suru koto ga dekimasu, kono nakigoe no ishi nadodesu. Jikan wa sekkachi ni tomari, jikan wa seijō ni teishi suru koto ga dekimasu, kono nakigoe no ishi nadodesu."

The runes eventually 'form' into six semi-solid hard light constructs in the span of approximately two minutes. The runes themselves could theoretically last about an hour, which Venia figures to be far more time than what is needed for this operation. She places the runes upon the chairian-two for the legs, two for the arms, one for the head and one for the chest. The runes will kick in the minute the chronostasis field falls, preventing the chairian from having a moment of opportunity to escape.

Once that's done, Venia picks up the chairian via using Skeletal Toss to grapple the (still active) chronostasis field, effectively lifting up the chairian with it, and setting the chairian down upon the one table in the area that was not previously home to hyper-corrosive bad food (you know, the closest one). Laid flat, immobile and unable to harm the healers, this will give the healers (when they arrive) much-needed space to use their powers and properly undo whatever malady the chairian has attained. (Just in case, she puts a uniform log under the table to give it additional support from the chairian's weight.)
