Boshi, being strangely still, suddenly and violently snaps back to reality as he remembers what he was doing. Same with Hat Kid.

"(OH JEEZ SORRY we were just having a conversation with a triangle. Don't ask.)"

He then notices the NaClestial... who has taken up the form of Chloe. It looks... awful.

"(...Alright, I'm gone for a MINUTE and this guy shows up again? And now he's copying us? Jeez, what else is new?)"

He also notes a few things around the map (that he can see for some reason), and converses with Hat Kid. Nobody can hear them though...

In what seems like the blink of an eye, Hat Kid's gone... and not moments later, re-appears behind the 'BssClown'. She then...
...oh... uh... smooches the clown while simultaneously shanking him with her umbrella... uh...
She then whispers in his ear; [small][small]"down with the carnival"[/small][/small], with this really adorably mean look on her face all the while.
She proceeds to strangle the clown with a Feather Rope Coil, quickly tying it to his neck before using her weirdly absurd strength to hoist him and the rope onto some weird hook-like structure that just appeared on top of the shelves, causing him to be hung from his neck, as if he was hung by the Gallow itself.

She then infuses the rope with a Gaia Crystal... causing it to become living once again, crushing the clown's neck as Hat Kid yanks out the sap/blood-covered umbrella, watching him bleed out, and robbing the goods from either his body, the table, the shelf, or anywhere else. The fact she seems totally okay with this is... conflicting. What goes on in that head of hers...?

She then books it back to Boshi after stuffing the items in the inventory.

Seeing his teammates charge towards the Salt Ork, Brutishace switches from his primary target. He steps up to J9 and casts a Stagger Spell on the remaining Nacelestial, hoping to slow it and make way for his more close combat-minded friends to get into a deadly range.

Calibri makes a noise of notable alarm as Taeda loses half her health, turning to her immediately.

"...Shit, that went right through the shield..."

After a brief moment, he turns his attention away from her briefly to loose a shot off into Pageling 2, then turns back to her.

"You might want to get that healed up... Or finish off that book thing first. It doesn't have the MP to do that again right now, but the less time enemies live for, the more time we do."

Then, he turns to take a look at the Naclestial, given that it just changed form. And... well... His eyes turn black. Suffice to say, he's not really happy with it copying Chloe and two players.

"Oh, it's you again. The Naclestial, the salty boy, the edgy teenager who thinks it will somehow make him more likable if he uses curses in place of commas. A rose by any other name is just as annoying to be pricked by if it happens twice. And not only are you making a return appearance that literally nobody asked for or wanted you to make to begin with, you're doing so in a way that takes an inherently unoriginal concept and makes it even more unoriginal. Copying the builds of other people and making them have more health. That's been done to death since the second time anyone in any media ever has had to face their inner darkness or whatever, and all you've done that makes it slightly different is you've made it salt-themed. I'll be blunt as possible, your initial appearance and obstructiveness was irritating enough, and the fact that you apparently weren't satisfied with just one embarrassing defeat just makes it worse. From the very beginning, you were an annoying little shit with a boring and uninteresting gimmick who has somehow become even worse. I hope that once we have finished atomizing you within two turns of you showing up again, you go away and never make another tiresome return appearance."

JOE thanks pip for the information... and proceeds to vacuum up some more thyme matter. either this is an infinite thyme matter wellspring- in which case infinite resources for the win- or its finite, and i eventually will reach the crystal (possibly in like 10 turns but still). either way, worth it. he proceeds to send a standard trion soldier, instead of one of the ROBOTS ones, forwards to investigate the crashing sound, and the soldier trys to inventories the magical gate. without damaging it at all, just to... shove it in the inventory, somehow, if possible.

Pionobot then casts shopping spree because I'm not in a situation to be super useful combat wise and there's no good places to use consumeables at the moment.

After fangirling a little over his new weapon, Kokichi hops over to F10 and fires a barrage of paintballs directly at the SaltKrab.
(If the SaltKrab is killed without the help of Kokichi, he moves to G10 and fires at NaChloe instead.)

Kokichi has left behind a Clonekichi at the house. Clonekichi searches the fountain of the ruined village for any coins or loot he can yoink. He then goes to the right of the ruined village and searches around there. After he’s finished, Clonekichi goes to troll Marron, but realzes he can’t speak, because he is an illusion. Instead, Clonekichi settles for staring at Marron with a nightmare fuel grin on his face, to freak her out.

Toast nudges some of the rubble around with her foot, then looks down the hall at the mishmash of cultists, speakers, confetti, and jesters.
"...I'd rather not tangle with them right now- or at least until we have some backup. So... maybe we should head up here?"

She takes out a Iron Ingot, superheats her right hand to form the metal into a hook, then attaches the hook to one of the sturdy vines. Then, she tosses the now-grappling hook to the upper level. Not everything needs to be super magical and impressive. Assuming that worked, Toast gestures Marron and Ette with her and heads up the vine, to the next area.

<ROUND FIFTY-SIX>
Zahlia fishes up some soda cans from the Cogwork Route, obtaining 13 totally-valuable morsels of aluminum and swampy water. She then uses telekinesis to lift the hiding Jester out of the water, pinning them against the wall and scanning them. >Codex Updated! The Jester begins to scramble violently, trying their hardest to break free of Zahlia's grasp. Maybe you could find a way to make use of this Jester? Simeon meanwhile, decides to whisper into a Shadowflame Crystal. It shudders for a moment, then there's an ear-wrenching noise as a large crack rips open across its middle. The flames within it seep out the crack, seemingly infinite in supply. Shadowflame Crystal (Cracked) obtained!

A Magframe then appears, loots 30 Copper Gears, and then uses MAGic to loot the Magically Reinforced Gate. A Lokiframe then appears, and Phase Shifts away the orb from the Coat Check. It then finds itself face-to-face with a flamethrower-wielding clown, and dies. The Excaliburframe shares the same fate. The Clown then promptly re-claims his orb, and tosses it back in the Coat Check. Emerald then tosses Marron some tips about how to kill people- specifically him.

MARRON: Armorpiercing? Hm, I guess I could go and get something to help with that...
MARRON: Oooor, I could boost my damage and slam some arrows through your gorillaty armor. That counts, right?

Hat Kid then decides to be cute, performing the brutal murder of the Bass Clown. The clown screams loudly before eventually dropping to the ground with a thud. She then attaches his body to the ceiling with a Feather Rope Coil.

ACCOMPLISHMENT GET: Cheapskate

She only manages to frisk the Mysterious Flamethrower (Ablaze Accordion) and 7 Nice Coats before a Jester comes over. She hastily jumps back over the counter, acting like she didn't just commit murder. Bluff is rolled, and she succeeds! The Jester, disregarding the kid, talks to himself.

JESTER: Serves him right for trying to sell my stuff!
JESTER: ...
JESTER: does this mean I can finally be the shopkeeper
JESTER: OH HELL YES.

He jumps enthusiastically into the stand, ignoring the hanging body next to him. He decides to hang a coat off the body to hide it, which doesn't really disguise the fact that there's still a hanging thing from the ceiling. JOE meanwhile, continues to vacuum up Thyme Matter, gaining 6 units before finding his vacuum has a few bullet holes in it. He turns towards the source of the sound. Pip is holding a decidedly-modern looking pistol, smoke wafting from the barrel.

PIP: That's annoying. Cut it out.

Kokichi then goes over to spook Marron with a nightmarish grin. While it is an illusion, its face still does manage to unnerve Marron. She walks up to the clone.

MARRON: H-Hey, cut that out!

The clone doesn't really do much, besides look at her 20% harder. Ette takes a few steps towards the clone, placing her hand on Marron's shoulder. Marron goes from being spooked to being infuriated.

MARRON: I-I know you're dumb, but seriously!? gorilla off!

She plants her fist into the Illusory Trap's stomach, causing it to flicker. Ette wraps her body around Marron, shielding her from the explosion of light. The duo tumbles off, Ette's surface torn and tattered. The puppet promptly pulls herself off of Marron, kneels next to her, and searches her sister for signs of injury. While not physically harmed, she's quite dazed. She sits up, rubbing her eyes as she takes in the view.

MARRON: E-Ette? Y-You alright?

The puppet nods, and begins summarily piecing her skin back together.

T-Toast?
MARRON: D-Did one of y-your friends just t-try and murder me!?
MARRON: P-People don't explode like that usually! W-What's t-their gorillaing problem? Uugh...

She stumbles up from the ground, and watches as Toast lobs a grappling hook to the upper floor, made out of 1 Iron and a Sturdy Vine. Once the hook catches, Marron conjures a quick burst of strings which shoot up alongside the Sturdy Vine. Ette then quickly ties up a few pieces of wood (consuming a uniform log) between the vine and the strings, creating a makeshift ladder.

MARRON: W-Well, at least we can get away from whoever tried to murder me...

The two of them ascend the ladder, arriving at the second floor. There, they find an Iti who's chilling out and watching television. That's... normal. Kokichi also finds 20 Credits within the dried-up fountain in Zone 0, then heads to the East of it. There, he finds an airship. Those who played the last game would immediately motion to call it the Antidisestablishmentarianism.

<THE ENTRYWAY, ROUND FOUR>
With the waves of Iti destroyed, Omo modifies the weapons of her Constructs into simple brooms. They then head off into the rubble and begin sweeping the area. She sighs.

OMORIKA: Incredible.
OMORIKA: I had heard the rumors of your prowess, but witnessing it first hand is simply something else....
OMORIKA: Everyone, I have a proposition to make.

She manipulates a bit of wood, creating a podium in-front of the main stairwell. She hops upon it, her clogs making a nice clop as she lands. She pivots on one leg, turning to face towards the crowd.

OMORIKA: Author, others.
OMORIKA: Pardon, I don't actually know most of your names yet...
OMORIKA: But, I believe that if we aid one another in combat, we could both benefit.
OMORIKA: I'm... tired. Not just in general. I'm tired of Spark's reign. I'm tired of the Sphere. I'm tired o-of...

She goes quiet for a brief moment, but quick regains her composure.

OMORIKA: Simply put, I'd like to aid you, Spark and the Highchair be damned.
OMORIKA: I've heard that you're going after the Sphere itself. While most Chairians would support its existence, wishing for vengeance upon the Tabletopians, I believe that an assault using it would only lead to more unneeded sapshed.
OMORIKA: If you're going to neutralize the Sphere, I'd like to expedite that process.
OMORIKA: Of course, we'll need the Relic from the depths of the library to accomplish that...
OMORIKA: And perhaps, my presence could reduce the amount of lives lost...

OMORIKA: My proposition to you is simple. Allow me to aid you, and we can dismantle the Sphere together, minimizing time spent and lives lost.
OMORIKA: I believe you have so much to gain, and so little to lose.
OMORIKA: So. May I aid you all?

Omo stands on the podium, awaiting an answer.

OMORIKA: ...If you need further persuasion, I can provide my assistance in research. For instance...

She pulls out a sheet of paper, jots down an array of notes on it in a matter of seconds, then gets one of her constructs to pass it off to the Author. It contains an array of notes on summoning procedures. Incantation Upgraded! It now has two new perks and slightly increased base stats!

Anyway, with the Entryway cleared out, the front of the library is now free to explore! The main concern you probably should have now is the Jesters and Cultists in the Grand Hall Route. Prepare for combat there, travellers!

It seems he can't talk through Illusory Traps... and you attacked the Illusory Trap Kokichi make of himself.

Auth walks over to Ette, and offers to help patch her up in any way he can.

Auth follows (still with Marron and Ette and Toast) to The Exhibition, and greets Pop.

uA: A-ah! Hello... um...

Auth is immediately put off-guard by Pop's threat.

uA: We-we're here on behalf of Pip! They're looking for you.

MEANWHILE, AT THE BATTLE

uA: Nicely done... the battle is now over.

He gives a small cheer, and walks towards Omo, looking back towards reception.

uA: I was rather hoping our first meeting in person would be in less violent circumstances, not that I wasn't particularly expecting such an event. Are you alright?

After a response, Auth gives a sigh of relief if she's ok, and offers to patch her up if she's not.

uA: You probably already know this, but I am The Eternal Author, Lady Omorika. It is a pleasure to finally make your acquaintance.

He then carefully looks around the room.

uA: It may be presumptuous of me to do so, but permit me to be the first to welcome you amongst our number. The 'Treason Club', as Miss Taeda put it. I do believe that a member of the Chairian High Council will be a significant asset, and such a skilled summoner as yourself will be an asset regardless.

Auth's MP improves... and he has more to say to Omo.

uA: I do believe that we should tell you everything we know about the Sphere if you are to join us. We weren't sure what to reveal to you over the Scanner's... almost-communication system. To put it simply, in six days, the Sphere will 'hatch', and what comes out will end up completely and irreversibly destroying the universe. Hence why we're here. You asked us about how we got that footage we sent you? Well, the old Chairheir, who is back at the building we have claimed as a base, now goes by Chaos and trapped a number of us within his mind for a couple of days. The remnants of Ire informed us of this situation here, and so we've arrived here to help. Are there any questions you might have?

Auth runs his hand through his hair, before saying one last thing.

uA: Actually, there's someone who I'd like you to try to speak to. If, er, it's not too much trouble. She's having a bit of trouble right now, and I think you might be able to help.

If Omo agrees, Auth takes out the Mindscape Radio and tries to connect to Stella Omorika again, then explaining the situation to Glitch Temmie and handing the radio to Omo. If not, Auth just nods and says something like 'Later, then'.

Auth spots the books written... he considers taking it, but still...

uA: The End War, huh? If I read that, it'd be the third time I've heard the story... should I?

Auth grabs the book if nobody's done it yet. He figures that he should at least get a copy in the Library. It's best practice for him to do so. Afterwards, he dashed around, healing anybody that got wounded during the battle.

At the last minute, Auth holds out a black crystal within an iron casing to Marron.

uA: Hey, Marron. I have this, uh, thing... but I'm not sure what to do in order to make it better. Do you think you might be able to have a crack at it? See what you can do?

Teag investigates further the damage to the airship and beings trying to patch up and holes in the hull, using whatever material it happens to be made of. He also votes to call it the Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis.
He then removes 1 point from HP and puts the 2 points now available into SPC. Whenever he actually decides to activate his special, the enemies are going to have a VERY !!FUN!! time.

He takes the Resonating Pike for realsies this time, as well as doing a quick craftpost.


He also changes his stat distribution a bit. To make things hopefully simpler, the allocation I have in mind is:
5 to MHP, 1 to MMP, 2 to STR, 10 to AGI, 4 to SKI, 3 to DEF, and 4 to RES.

With that done, he enters the library through the front entrance, and moseys on over to the grand hall.

Taking notice of the Dark Canival, he makes a point of not speaking any more than what's necessary. When he sees Wyvern however, he raises his head.
<Oh! What brings you here, oh great one?> he asks in Draconic.

"So.... what do we have..... here?" asks Zahlia, to nobody in particular. "One little Dark Carnival Clown, all by themselves. I wonder, were you the one who stabbed my friend? That wasn't very funny, you know that? I don't take it very well when people stab my friends..."

"Just kidding! I'm not going to hurt you!" she said, flashing a wide smile. "I am going to keep you restrained though," she said, waggling her finger, "So no funny business, little clown!"

With that, she telekinesises the Jester out of the Sewer and aboveground, tying them up with Feather Rope Coils and painting a rune on his clothes. She leaves a note on the clown, saying:

This clown is now our prisoner, and I've placed a particularly nasty spell set to go off if anyone tries to hurt him. No funny business!

Destiny puts a point in AGI.
You don't need to convince me, Ms. Omorika. I think you've proven yourself as a good fighter. Besides, I don't think people would like it if I tried to shoo you off or kill you.
And unlike outside this planet, I can't just warp people off into a pocket dimension or call in my friends to beat the crap out of these people.
Anyways, time to murder some clowns, if I have heard correctly.

Brutishace sinks his 3 skill points into SKI, DEF, and SPC, one point in each.

He also changes Blight the Earth's Killing Foes requirement to an MP Spent requirement, since he doesn't seem to be doing much killing, despite what his trait would suggest or encourage. (If this isn't legal or needs more steps to complete, please let me know)

With that done, Brutishace moves into the Party Entryway at AB18, using the curtains as cover to hide himself from the clowns' presence.

He readies his Slayer Pistol, expecting another encounter.

Boshi pays no heed to Hat Kid's smell of blood (given her recent assassination) for now, and approaches Omo. Who can also understand Yoshi. At this point it's definitely the planet that's doing this.

"(Hey, nice fightin' out there. Glad to see that you're not torn to bits yet.)"
"(The name's Boshi, sole protector of Hat Kid here. Nice to meet ya.)" "Hi~"

When she asks about joining the players, Boshi was a little hesitant; "(Well... uh... y-)" before Hat Kid interrupts him with a resounding "Yes!"
He sighs. "(Well, if Hat Kid trusts you, then I trust you. Welcome to the team, Madam Omorika.)"
"(...Hat Kid, go scout out the area ahead.)" She obliges, and heads off, while Boshi stays with Omo for a bit, staring off to where Hat Kid left for. "(Please, excuse my hesitation earlier. While I know she's a capable fighter, it doesn't stop me from worrying about her getting backstabbed by an ally, y'know?)"
"(We've... got a long history, me and her. I know what she's been through, but she doesn't know what these things are yet.)"
"(Truth is... while most of us came here out of choice and have nothing of value to lose, as you've said... myself and Hat Kid, though, came here by complete accident. I-I... I have everything to lose... once she's gone... I... I don't know what I'd do...)"

Then he catches himself rambling again. "(Ugh, there I go again with the rambling... sorry about that.)"
He also takes notice of Omo's general insomnia. "(...You don't seem to be doin' so good. You look exhausted!)"
"(I'd recommend talking to someone like Author about it, seems you know him a bit better than you know the rest of the team.)"

He proceeds to take his leave. "(Well, catch you later. I've got a Jester to erase.)"
"(Oh by the way, we stole the flamethrower from the clowns up north, so there's no worries about getting turned to dust.)"

Boshi walks north to the Party Entryway, and 'greets' the Jester there.
"(Hey there.)"
"(Nice day out.)"
"(Listen, is that corpse for sale?)"
"(No?)"
"(Ok)"
He then proceeds to eat the corpse, and turn it into an egg.
And then he throws the gargantuan thing right into the Jester's face at high velocity, jumps over the counter and simultaneously pins the Jester to the floor, pushing his jaw closed.
He then slits the Jester's throat with one of the metal spikes on his scarf.
A silent, deadly kill.

To make sure this one will stay silent, he eats the Jester too.
Then he robs the store again.

Fuck the carnival.

Also for some reason or other the giantess known as Venia approaches him with a proposition involving eggs and corpses.
"(Hm? uh... sure?)"
He eats the Jester's corpse, makes an egg, and hands it to Venia.
"(This one's got the little guy in it... not exactly sure how it'll turn out. Haven't tried before. Take care of it regardless, k?)"

Nevertheless, Hat Kid returns, and fills Boshi in on the details. They sorta decide to wait around for a bit, and +1 their SKI.
