Yeah, I also think someone needs to kill off a main character. The fact that no major characters (with one exception that I'm going to address further down) have actually died sort of decreases the sense of urgency.
That being said: Ire! I applaud you. You not only killed off one of your major characters but your MAIN character. You deserve some +1s for that. It's too bad that it never actually got seen by most people, but I really hope that makes it into Trifecta. It's good shock value and hammers home that it isn't over yet.

I've taken what you said earlier into consideration. And, let's just say that there's a reason that Gail was never directly referenced in DTG2 beyond the fact that she didn't exist as an idea for most of it. Unlike with Wilson's sidequest where he was going to survive no matter what, I can't say the same thing for my next sidequest...
Also, was that in the little choose your own adventure web game thing that Ire posted?
Why is everybody holding conversations here, on this thread, instead of on the DTG forums, which were specifically designed for Off-Topic conversations?
Well, I actually interpreted that as him merely being nigh-permanently imprisoned due to how the plot and the prophecy at the end were worded. The way everything was structured made it look like Ire was forcefully imprisoned against his will-very much alive, but unable to be freed even with the thyme backing him, but able to be released again when the plot dictated he be freed.
Still, one of the harder parts of RPing is to detach yourself from your characters enough to send them off to their supposed demise without a second thought, and that's harder than it looks, in all honesty, especially since you'd basically have to reroll a character. Then again, this really isn't an RP.
Before I fully complete the votes, I'm going to need to do a SECOND ROUND of voting! This won't be as huge as the first, and it's for one reason only - to break ties. In certain categories, there were either two or even three winners. And as we all know, "there can only be one". So I'm going to take the nominees that were tied and put them up for vote once more - hopefully breaking the tie. If there's somehow a tie after this, then I'll put it up to a coinflip.
