Now, my own stuffs would be wierd-ified to no end if I there was a prequel, and I'd rather not just use another alternate variant of me minus any and all interesting character development like I did for DTGTVT, but I also have no problem with doing what's easiest for the GM.
Plus Godhead H3-Tac could totally do time shenanigans for a good reason I'll have thought of by then.

Well... about that... I actually mentioned to Twin once in a PM that I was considering volunteering for GM. Not sure if he read that though.
And, it might be difficult to translate my story back in time because I wanted Willow to... you know... meet Wilson. Although I might be able to do it if I exploit the one plot hole left in my story, use time shinan-a-bananagrams, and throw in some amnesia for good measure. Because that's the ticket to instant prequel.
Hm. For DTG0, I'm considering perhaps have someone who isn't me be the main character of my stories. Perhaps, specifically, I'll have Purple be the main character, or maybe an unnamed underling.

Dangit Engie you keep having the same ideas I do except bigger.
...Also, on the subject of Godhead H3, did I actually do that all the way? I mean, did I turn my godlike AI into an AI-like god with god-scale powers? Not very strong ones, by the standards of such things, and of course he has no relevance to DTG2, but still. Twin?

Remember the time I uploaded that giant Besiege hovertank? I decided I wanted to record a video of me fighting a Fraxy creation of mine.
(Fraxy is a free Bullet-Hell game, in which the main draw is that you can create your own bosses. I've made several, but the boss shown here, called Tempest, is the biggest build I've done so far.)
40 attempts later, I recorded the PERFECT RUN.
Deaths:
PHASE 1: 7
PHASE 2: 27
PHASE 3: 6
Deaths when the boss had 1 HP: 3
Deaths that happened right when killing the boss: 1
Number of TouHou tracks: 1
Notes:
Not pictured: me dying to the attack in Phase 2 where the boss fires a barrage of both homing and normal lasers at you. COUNTLESS TIMES.
The boss took nearly 4 hours to create; and even with some time spent bugfixing, I noticed that the boss actually glitched once during the video; the boss was moving during the "trap you in a laser cone then shoot slow lasers at you"; the boss is meant to freeze in place. It did for the first use, but not the second.
I killed Phase 1 so fast that it didn't have time to fire off one of it's attacks, which involved far too many missiles.
Said attack that killed me so much in Phase 2 is my favorite attack, and I laughed for about 1 minute when I thought of it.
The name "Tempest" merely comes from the fact Phase 2 exists.

Incidentally, if we do use DTG0, what kind of prequel be it? Us fighting the Psi-Godmodder in his full glory, via !!Shenanigans!!? Or some kind of, well, presequel, taking place between DTGs 2 and 3?
Well, I talked with tazz some about it... But I think I'll let tazz tell it, since I might say something wrong.
Either way, If everyone's concerned about future plotlines, technically DTG0's existence as a prequel would be an example of time shenanigans, in case anyone remembers the numerous statements early on that the point in the multiversal timeline that any given event is coincides with IRL time.
So that means that even though the events of DTG0 take place AFTER DTG2, its still the origin story of whomever.
Sort of like Lord English, and Lil Cal.
I'd list off something not Homestuck, but Homestuck is the only thing other than Dr. Who that I've gotten into that includes liberal application of time travel abuse, and Andrew Hussie is far too fond of bootstrap paradoxes.
I will be blunt: It is a normal Prequal. Doesn't disqualify Time Shenanigans. Specifically, it is NOT about the Psi-Godmodding War, nor the Pranking War-it takes place after both but before DTG1, during a period that I think has gone undermentioned. Specifically, the Godmodder's rise to Omega Plus rank. Twin said that he killed the last Omega Plus Godmodder to do so, and considering how long and hard it is to kill him usually...Yeah.
It's gonna be a lot more complicated than that. If it sounds dumb, sue me. If it turns out to actually be dumb, you may torture me to death later. However, only two people bothered to volunteer for DTG3, and quite honestly, I don't know what I'm gonna DO for DTG3, if I do so at all. If it's gonna happen, DTG0 can't happen first. On the other hand, DTG0, I have some degree of knowledge of what I want to do, and considering it's a prequal about the Godmodder's rise to Omega Plus, we know how it ends, right? That much isn't a big spoiler.
Yeah. I actually got a character for DTG0. Anyway, I think Talist being GM is a good idea. He has some experience (his sidequest), his name starts with a T, and it will offer another change of gameplay (TT2000 liked original one-shot attacks, Twin liked RP, and Talist likes complex entities). It's a good progression. However TBH I'm worried that the players will turn the plot into another multiuniversal conflict whether the GM wants it to or not (not that I don't like multiuniversal conflicts...).

I walk through the wildly cheering crowd of nowhere in particular, waving at some people I know. Well, all of them really considering there's only about 20 people who actually come to the forge thread. Anyway, I raise my hand for silence.
Fellow citizens of DTG... I come to you today... to make clear my intentions on running for GM. I know I have many at least 5 supporters here. And if we band together, we can kinda shout at Twin until he gives me the title. Together! We can make a change we believe in! Not necessarily a good change, but a change non the less. I am well qualified for the position. I have experience in telling people "No, you can't do that. Will you shut up about it already?" from my sidequest and I have played as a Dungeon Master in D&D, where I personally forgot to keep track of where large bodies of water were, resulting in the sudden and unexpected drowning of several snake people, the random name I have that has nothing to do with Invader Zim starts with the letter T, the best letter, and I have an amazing sense of humor, as you can all tell. If I am GM, the DTG game will be lead to a new era of glory and prosperity, unlike that seen under any other GM except both of them. I will blow up my own mind trying to get all the time shinan-a-bananagrams to work out. As for my economic ideals, I will massively increase government spending, driving us farther into debt and increasing inflation to unheard of levels in exchange for a short lived economic boost. This short boost will pale in comparison to the long period of stagnant growth caused by the higher interest rates from government spending. And furthermore, read my text: No new taxes. I will eliminate these barriers to free trade and drive our credit rating through the floor, ending our era of-... Wait a minute... who wrote my speech?
Somewhere, sometime, somehow, a little fox giggles quietly to himself.
Although on a more serious note, my ability to GM would depend on how many players there are and how long it goes on for. With summer coming up very soon and all the AP tests done, I have a lot more time. In fact, I spent half of school yesterday playing Pokemon and training up my new shiny manectric, Bolvar Fordragon. Come forth, coward! Yes, I like to collect shinies and name them after Hearthstone legendaries. I think I have 7 so far. Anyway... yeah. Things will get a little harder if the game continues on after the summer, which it probably will.
If you want to know what my ideas about being GM actually are, you can probably guess I like entities a lot. And I'm terrible at drawing, so if you love those big storyposts Twin has, sorry because I have no chance of doing them. Instead, maybe I'll try to make more of those IRM events because those are fun to make. But it takes me about a week or two to put together anything interesting, so I would only have them for really major events. As for RP, I don't really care who runs what story, as long as its not used to justify breaking the rules. I did want to tell Willow's story. I'll probably put that off in some sidequests and have Willow be my character I use for direct interactions. Although, I don't want Willow to be a god or have special attention or anything like that just because she's my character. As for the actual, main story, I don't really care about that too much. I prefer to let people tell their own stories. To a degree at least. But I'll think of something. Probably. And I'm going to have to go big with it, much to my displeasure, because otherwise the game will not be about the Godmodder at all. I wonder if not knowing half of the references people use is going to be harmful. Probably. The only references I'm going to understand will be ones to Minecraft, Skyrim, Hearthstone, earilyish Order of the Stick, Pokemon, Montey Python, and Kerbal Space Program.
Now, my own stuffs would be wierd-ified to no end if I there was a prequel, and I'd rather not just use another alternate variant of me minus any and all interesting character development like I did for DTGTVT, but I also have no problem with doing what's easiest for the GM.
