There's a secret message in the most recent storypost, when the missile in the moon is shown off during the binary segment, at the top-left corner of the picture.
BEWARE PR0JECT ARTEM1S.
It's either referring to the moonbase...Or we are in one deep hole.

We need to figure out ways to blow that thing up that Binary can't neutralize.
Thaumcraft doesn't have any inherent anti-Thaumcraft anything, but there's always the possibility that Binary's come up with something. Erelye?
I could try Infinite Improbability, but I bet Binary will have counterfields or something at this point.
I could TRY to psych out Binary and deny him at least one ship of players...But that would blow my cover. Unless...
Is Binary immune to the potato salad, if its effects were scaled up? (SCP-2981) Or, could I...
How about SCP-055?

Shush, you. Also, what does powergaming have to do with whether or not it is technically feasible to attack Binary?

Because the only way to attack Binary would involve powergaming? Or, y'know, our assets on Earth being allowed to take effect, because killing moon-sized objects isn't as hard as you might think. Stick rockets to Mars, and after about two years, Earth has a much bigger, more melted and orbital-rubble-y Moon.

Surface-to-Orbit weapons? Subterranean weapons, I suppose you actually meant, but they seem fairly pointless when you can make the terrain not be there anymore. ...I really shouldn't get into a power-comparing contest with a Universe Eater.
@amp: sort of, as basically the person writing the multiverse plot (aside from hijackings and info written in by others) I'm basically in charge of monitoring and making sure no one tries to write in information and lore that contradicts previously established facts, but yes, being the only one to control a universe eater character, engie is our resident expert on the species. (that can be plural)
And if all else fails, there's a couple things Binary has forgotten about:
Piono and Project Nexus (they have the OP King, who in full-strength, would pretty much negate any productivity Binary has gotten to, and since the Nexus computers don't run in binary, they're immune to Binary's influence, meaning that doomsday fleet would remain just as dangerous.)
The second update terminal. Now we have an excuse for why the tvtropes session exists. As a failsafe for the Narrative, not something to keep things from happening, but a way to keep things from happening without any significant amount of effort. The Author is chained to the second update terminal, and if Project Binary were to try and conduct a complete takeover of the Narrative, he'd get curbstomped by what is currently the most powerful character in DTG.
engie: Engie tops both of those, because if the OP Scale goes down, engie can and will target Binary directly, just out of a grudge. And engie could take on Project Nexus, and win without too much trouble.

If you pay any attention to the disjointed and minor additions I attempt to contribute to the minor subsections of the multiverse plot, I would prefer you simply overwrite the older information, since I am actively getting better at writing as I go on. {The Lords-Engineer, who I may or may not retcon almost entirely, plus the... Variable nature of my backstory. Probably better to ignore most of my seat-of-pants-writing until DTG3, actually.}
EDIT; Oh, and apparently if we mastered the "Pure Essence of Chaos" or somesuch we'd have a chance. Entropium? I mean, we have a metal that is literally composed of chaos made solid and pseudometallic.

Actually, it'd be more like attacking Richard than anything else. We just have to find something that he can't block, or overwhelm him. He has limited capacity. Especially in fighting back, if what we send is made in very specific fashions so as to cause mutual lapses in one defense to take out other targets, etc., and be immune to capture.

Another upd8. I don't want to give any spoilers.
Certainly no spoilers to state that my urge to murder Caliborn has not lessened.
