Like, seriously, the new aesthetics just look like they tried to make it look different, then screwed up the resolution and got stuck with greyscale.

Ok, so a few of the more heroic among our heroes are actually good guys, but still. I know my characters are straight Pragmatic Villains-With-Standards, possibly other than Zand.

I have no idea what I am, or how any of this new colour chart works. Does this look right to you? Although I think I'm probably some kind of weird thing that doesn't have a character archetype.

I don't think it'll freak Eric out that much. He's expecting something pretty bad, but he's been to a lot of different universes. It might depress him a little bit, but it takes a lot to get to him. Years of dealing with violent situations and potentially world-ending events can does that to a person.

There's probably SOME sort of character archetype for you engie, and the color chart didn't get changed. Its the same as before the change. They've just taken away our 'more colors' option. The friggin' idiots.

DTG&D sounds fun. Maybe we can base it off Pathfinder since a large set of their documents are free. But yeah, we'd probably have to make it like DTG and thus take a year to complete, which I am fine with. Someone want to get a PM up for this?

Okay, so if you want to select a nonstandard colour, you have to click view markup with any colour enabled, then edit the numbers.

I personally like how the new editor looks. It's minimalistic, unlike the clutter that is the rest of the forums.

Good Things:

• You can copy-paste things and they will retain formatting.

Bad Things:

• If you have text in two rows not separated by a space, they'll get jumbled up in a block of text. This means that the Echeladder, Story so Far, Spoils, EVERYTHING IN THE FORGE, and player HP will all become blocks of text.
• If you view markup and then switch out, a lot of formatting will be screwed up.
• You now have to manually make colors using BB Code tags.

I swear, it is like Curse is TRYING to render this game unmakeable. This will screw a lot of stuff up, so until this is fixed, I may not be able to post. Just great, this game is slow as molasses anyway.

Blagh. You forgot another good thing, that quotes have stopped constantly breaking, but...yeah. Seriously, this is just getting worse and worse.

They now seem to require you to have paragraph tags, which is really annoying. I was thinking of organizing Wilson's store, but there's no way I'd be able to now. Wilson's text requires italics, color, and font tags. And this editor refuses to apply both color and font tags. It just seems to do one or the other. We might have to find some other site.

Weird, seems to work fine.

Maybe I'm just using it wrong or something. When I quoted my previous post the font was lost. So I apply the font and then go into source mode so I can choose what the color and font is applied to more accurately. But when I do, the color is lost and I just go back and forth. Maybe it wouldn't be such a problem if I did it all from source mode.

Okay so the steps I took were as follows: 1. Write stuff. 2. Apply color. (Presumably color can still be applied in source) 3. Apply font in non-source editor. I assume that by source you mean being able to see the tags and such.

Hoo-freakin'-rah. Although the Forge looks fine to me? As does player health, on closer inspection.

Wait until Twin updates it. It will become unrecognizable, unless something is done.

I type my tags out as well. This doesn't affect me whatsoever, but I'm going to complain along with you all nonetheless.

But I assume this means the editor has gone back to rendering things an unrecognizable mess when you press backspace?

There is actually a single, simple solution, as pretty much every time Curse updates the forums that particular bug crops up. Do all the typing first, then apply fonts and colors afterwards. Its only typing and modifying the text itself that screws up formatting.

Unless the bug is worse than usual this time.
