The Narrative controls everything. Even Paradox Space. I suppose I shouldn't say MALEVOLENT. But it is definitely control freakish, mostly it just likes using the multiverse as its plaything and does NOT play well with others.
@erelye: The outer gods are not 'omniscipotent'. They ARE fairly powerful, but even the greater one were helpless against LE. They aren't really gods. They're just really high-end eldritch abominations, only the noble circle of horrorterrors themselves reach god-level power. They are stated to be weaker than First Guardians, and Vriska took down Bec Noir in that potential timeline, and she hadn't even maxed out her godtier echeladder. I suppose you wouldn't be powerful enough to take all of them on, but you are definitely more powerful than a large portion of them.
Hussie specifically says they are omniscipotent, and that's enough for me. Secondly, the Gods are indeed weaker than a First Guardian. You know things that aren't real, and even things that are completely impossible to know. You could even apply this to other things, as an omniscient character would now how to do impossible things, and would know how to become instantly omnipotent. However, some of those things have merely been obscured or obfuscated from them. They are the metaphorical pillars of shadow upon which the comprehensive knowledge of omniscient beings is built. Without the dark pockets, the omniscience would be utterly flawless. Each dark pocket will eventually be metaphorically filled. The pockets exist by design, and are essentially there to support the omniscience itself, until the omniscience no longer needs metaphorical supports. Next, the omnipotence. Omnipotent beings, as you have stated, are not truly omnipotent, this time for essentially no reason. The omnipotence is subverted, and convoluted. So, yes. Hussie does lessen the power of the words omniscient and omnipotent. However, there are specific categorizations determining the level of one's omniscipotence (the two individually, not at the same time). I would assume the highest echelon of that hierarchy is literal omniscipotence. By the standards given to us in a convoluted manner, the Outer Gods are indeed both omniscient and omnipresent.
As as for the P.S., there are exceptions to nearly every rule. The vast majority of trolls do not appear to enjoy fashion.

(Player1) praises the Helix Fossil! [Irecreeper]
(Player1) makes a RP Post. [Irecreeper]
(Player1) notices (Player2)'s clever trap and runs away. [Irecreeper]

NIGHT:
(Player1) spends some time using the alchemiser.
(Player1) steals a few of (Player2) and (Player3)'s alchemies.
(Player1) is spooked by (Player2). [Irecreeper]
(Player1) doesn't die, to Pit's unsatisfaction. [Irecreeper]
(Player1) has recurring nightmares about OWAKS. [Irecreeper]
(Player1) sits still in a corner and cries. [Irecreeper]
(Player1) suddenly goes Trickster, to the annoyance of (Player2). [Irecreeper]
(Player1) heard a distant howl... [ManiacMasteR]
FATAL (This means death):
(Player1) bashes (Player2)'s head in with a chair. [Irecreeper]
(Player1) undergoes a shatter and dies horribly. [Irecreeper]
(Player1) got shot by the Anti-Chuck Norris Turret.
(Player1) gonna die. And he did.
(Player1) is obliterated by one of the Godmodder's Mechs. [Irecreeper]
(Player1) goes Grimdark and slaughters (Player2), (Player3) and (Player4). [Irecreeper]
(Player1) offers up a Sacrifical Dagger to the Godmodder, and is slaughtered by everyone. [Irecreeper]
(Player1) is targeted by a plot-important boss and is killed. [Irecreeper]

PART I (Bloodbath):
- Talist grabs a sword.
- XDGrangerDX grabs a sword.
- TheLordErelye breaks CobaltShade's nose for a basket of bread.
- 5l1n65h07 breaks engie ninja's nose for a basket of bread.
- Amperz4nd retrieves a trident from the centre of the cornucopia.
- The Serpent retrieves a trident from the centre of the cornucopia.
- The Idea Modpack Mod Man and NinjaV2403 run from the cornucopia together.
- insert generic username breaks K4yne's nose for a basket of bread.
- Netpatham hides near the cornucopia, waiting for everyone to leave.
- Fseftr clutches a first aid kit and runs away.
- ManiacMasteR runs away with a lighter and some rope. (Cue Zelda CDI Joke)
- Crusher48 and Irecreeper fight for a bag. Crusher48 gives up and retreats.
- TwinBuilder clutches a first aid kit and runs away.
- PitTheAngel rips a mace out of The Nonexistant Tazz's hands.
- ninjatwist321 and TT2000 work together to drown gutza1. The game really wants gutza1 to die.
- pionoplayer snatches a bottle of alcohol and a rag.
PART II (Day 1):
- ninjatwist321 receives fresh food from an unknown sponsor.
- The Idea Modpack Mod Man stalks Talist.
- NinjaV2403 scares CobaltShade off.
- K4yne makes a wooden spear.
- TwinBuilder practices his archery.
- Irecreeper is pricked by several thorns while picking berries.
- The Serpent receives a hatchet from an unknown sponsor.
- Fseftr steals from Amperz4nd while he isn't looking.
- TT2000, 5l1n65h07, insert generic username, and Netpatham raid pionoplayer's camp while he is hunting. (To clarify: 6 players is the max for an event)
- Crusher48 overhears engie ninja and The Nonexistant Tazz talking in the distance.
- ManiacMasteR dies trying to escape the arena.
- XDGrangerDX injures himself.
- PitTheAngel camouflauges himself in the bushes.
- TheLordErelye falls into a pit and dies.
DEAD PLAYERS: gutza1, ManiacMasteR, and TheLordErelye
(I think the customs didn't go through this game. Oh well, at least it's still fun.)
