No, OP king is not the most powerful character, the Author is (unless you count the Narrative as a character). The Author is basically a reality warper on a level higher than that of Paradox Space, but he uses his powers sparingly because he's got the whole moral dilemma of are things bad enough to try rewriting reality and eradicate untold numbers of people from time, and would things be just as bad? He prefers to try and be subtle, and avoid obliterating people. OP King runs a close second. I never thought up any specific power usages, but he's not too far away from the Author in terms of power. Remember, the OP King got wiped from existence and there still has to be seals on him to keep him that way. He's able to reach across the TEMPORAL timeline, albeit in a very limited fashion, (the one that sort of 'records' how the timeline shifted and changed) which almost nothing can do.
If we were going for most overpowered player, it'd probably go to engie, I've got a couple of stupidly overpowered characters, but I don't use them very often, and engie's army was a single tank.
So, Twin is the Most OP Character, with Binary as runner-up, UOSS the most memorable entity (Project Binary is runner-up), and Best Alchemy is undoubtedly the Origin Wands.
Most Random is probably any of the 40.000 HP entities.

Also, Erelye, with your ran-out-of-colors thing, when I have seventy bajillion timeframes to keep track of, or even two, I generally go and do something like

By now, the most OP Player besides Engie, maybe not through virtue of his own powers but by his insane multiversal infuence, is Piono. Though that Future Alt Piono with Rapture might be almost on the same scale as Engie. Luckily, my characters now have ways to prevent being railroaded into tools for your characters, like they have been a bit in the past.
