Once the majority of the army is gone, the Core can be attacked. But it will take a while to do...the Core is the most resilient part of the army. I will decide exactly when the Core can be attacked later. Ideally, it should be the last member fought in the army.

Destroying the Core prematurely will take out the entire army. There are some benefits.

You're actually not allowed to charge an army. They're one-post summons.

Welp. I was initially going to summon a load of Ranch Dressing Elementals, but I kind of got stuck up in how many of them I'd need and how to differentiate them from one another, then thought of other stuff I was thinking of summoning before, and decided that I really only liked the Cannon entities, so yeah. I was thinking of starting a prolouge story explaining why "I" joined the battle in the main thread, then I noticed Twin's new post. I'll probably reserve that for the 3rd game, assuming it comes about. I'm almost positive there's a third game, though.

You know, I feel like a lot of people are going to disappointed in DTG3 (Which is basically guaranteed, I'd think), especially those who weren't here for the original. Twin has set such a high standard, that I already pre-emptively feel sorry for whoever's next. No offence to whoever you are, I'm sure you'll do great. Well, I'm not sure, but I'm at least sure Twin will choose someone capable.

In other news I can and will provide air support to AG and N forces with one Thaumium-class ship in exchange for an alliance.

Because. I might also ask for a similar unit which I can then fabricate more of. Or just go find more of, in the case of your Eldritch Armies.

@erelye: Yeah, basically. I was planning on doing the whole thing with Eric first, but then Serpent decided she wanted to wrap up the Powder plotline, so I figured that since I basically hijacked what she originally had planned, it was only fair to let her finish her storyline on her terms. But yes, we'll get to what Eric was going to do as soon as Powder is dealt with. One way or another.
Just so you know, aegis will be involved in this. It has already been determined, I just need to pester him in real life until he starts posting regularly.
Also, I'm hoping we're not in a position to not be able to do something with Christmas. I have an idea for a goofy side-quest, but it will all depend on how much/little has happened by Christmas.

@fseftr: I think whoever it is will get the hang of it, or wuss out, at which point it'll be rapidly handed off until we find someone who is capable. TT and twinbuilder have already discussed it though, so we should be good. And just like with the first transition, we will not know until it actually happens.

(To be completely honest, I just eradicated the sealed door to GHLC-4 (Grayhold High-Level Containment), and allowed whatever was in to come out and be psychically bound to my will. Of course, there were no real Eldritch Abominations. To correctly play the cards with an Abomination, you cannot give them health bars. There is to be NO HOPE against them.)

You talking about the MBOA or the thing vs. Powder. The Powder fight's going a little slowly though, I wanna try and wrap it up a little quicker, so that we can have everything ready by the time our characters get back to Godcraft (which won't be happening until a little bit into Act 4 I should warn you, well, if Erelye chooses to stay with Eric.). It'll be an interesting process to say the least.
