Serpent didn't lie maniac. What's happened is that certain big events out in the multiverse have weakened the borders between universes so long-distance signals like pesterchum and trollian, which are designed to work even across law boundaries (where the laws of physics change) are able to reach ridiculously distant places. Current Serpent is evil yes, but future serpent is good, more or less.
Elsewhere:
Eric brushed off his coat, then pulled his sword out of the dragon's neck.
Things were getting bad, for a dragon to show up in the Star Wars universe so unexpectedly.
It had started with the paradox in his own creation.
Then things had gone to grzzflarb.
First with all the scandals and endless hearings at the IUPC,
Then universes had started destabilizing.
To top things off, the Cult of the Dark Carnival had been extremely active lately.
And even worse, someone, or mulitple someones, were targeting IUPC agents. The initial attack on the main HQ had killed almost a third of the active agents. Many more had since left, or died.
Eric was the highest ranking official that was still on the payroll.
And he didn't know half of the things that had been going on. There were undercover operatives that needed information. There were obscure microuniverses that needed saving. There were entire sagas being derailed. And the person orchestrating all of it knew what was happening. And Eric didn't. He had no idea what was where and who needed what or why any of this was happening or how.
He just knew one thing.
A name.
Whispered in fearful voices in dark, ruined hallways.
Muttered in worried tones around the fires of the many armies being gathered.
Gossiped in hushed words over shadowy networks.
Hailed by villains all over the place, unbelievably well coordinated, especially when one took into account that few knew of the others antics.
And a name, typed by a certainly by now frantic troll.
The name of one who had once been his closest friend.
The closest thing he had to a son.
Piono.
There was a debt to be paid. But the time was not yet.
He had to try to keep what was left of law and order from collapsing in the multiverse.
But first he needed to get his PDA fixed.
No twin, this is not me taking over the narrative.
This is backstory stuff and has next to no bearing on the actual game.
It has more to do with the overarching DTG canon shared between the canonical games.
If anyone else has characters that they feel would have a part in the events going on outside of the Minecraft universe, feel free to jump on the bandwagon.
Information: the IUPC is, well, was, the peace keeping group of the inter-universal community. Because of a large number of plots (piono's is not the only one, but he certainly has been busy) the IUPC is in shambles and law and order have pretty much fallen apart. Eric is basically the main official for the IUPC (well, there might be a couple of the leaders that have gone into hiding or just left, but Eric's the highest ranking IUPC personnel still working for the IUPC.) at this point. Lots of universes that were closed in on themselves and their own story are opening up to the multiverse and discovering that the multiverse has just recently become an extremely unfriendly place.
Not a whole lot else is set in stone, so feel free to capitalize on what's going on. But keep it minimal please, and it must have at least some bearing on what's going on. We don't want to drive twin insane.

So, now I have to choose between the king of Hell and a PG... Also, the idea of being in two dimensions at once? I just did that about a day or two ago, and I am certainly not a human. I am some sort of High Elf/Wraith crossbreed, and I can most certainly be in two dimensions at once. As a matter of fact, I am always technically doing that, due to wraiths being in the normal dimension and the Realm of Hidden Things at the same time. Anyways, back to the facts. One-you are an Anti-Godmodder, and are thus predisposed to be biased towards your own side. Two, that was posted by Piono. I have no idea what that really has to do with anything, but it seems important. Three, there is never a Three. Four, was there really anything to suggest at any point that it was a lie? Perhaps my compassion blinds me. I mean, really? Then again, Serpent has done some of the more evil, and diabolical things here... I have no idea who to choose!!!!!!!!!!! The omnipresent bolt of energy in my hand goes from one direction to the other, as if also indecisive. Also, isn't that racist? You find him/her/idontknow to be a threat, then state the reason you think so is because they are a species that is allegedly not able to do so, even when it is possible! Once again, my compassion may (or may not) be blinding me.

People, before you get into OOC arguments about character, remember to do your reading on who they are. That's the reason I try to avoid the OOC arguments, because a lot of the time I've missed important bits and end up saying stupid unfounded things.
Maniac, erelye, you are both guilty of this. Maniac, serpent has a slightly complicated past-future me relationship going on. Powder factors into that, but I don't think its been completely revealed yet. Erelye, you've made quite a few sweeping assumptions about the nether and maniac's character. Maniac's character has quite a lot to be angry about. He's had everyone treat him like a noob, despite his actually being fairly influential, and lots of people have been making demands on the whole nether thing. Right now, I think maniac holds rights to deciding what the nether is like (to an extent) beyond everyone else but twinbuilder, as he is the only person who has done any worldbuilding within the nether other than twin.
Other than that: when roleplaying, try to use enter (or shift+enter) when doing big long things. Walls of text can be very difficult to read.
Also, nimble, what the heck is going on with you? You finished up your big internal battle and suddenly everything stopped making sense. I actually thought it was pretty interesting. The reason I didn't respond to it is because piono is my primary character and he has no interest in what's going on in your head. Well, he kind of doesn't know what's going on in your head. More people will be inclined to take interest in your side-stories if you make them accessible to others. Unless you're just doing backstory, I guess what you're doing is something you don't want other people interfering with its okay.

Well, what you say is accurate, Maniac, the Nether is not Hell, as the big H is effectively God's POW camp, and the Nether is, uhm, some kind of linked dimension? I think? Or the planet's core? Maybe? Whatever... How do I press shift when I type on an I-Pad? I did not think so. I agree that we (mostly I) should treat Maniac as he deserves. He has had a much greater place in this game than I do as of now, and has quite a few titles to live up to. I am running on the assumption, that yes, the Nether is technically Hell, but does that mean that I do not like it? No, of course not. (OOC) First of all, I'm an atheist, so I'm just calling it Hell because that is what Notch had in mind when he coded the place. Secondly, on my Singleplayer world, I live in the Nether, even though the temperatures are unfavorable, the place itself is a lot better to live in than the Overworld, due to my set of mods granting me immunity to lava and any damage in general. (/OOC) After saying this, yes, I do still admit to having made assumptions, and I apologize. Now, unless something comes up where everyone specifically asks for me, I shall be waiting for these Parables.

This would've been great news, if it weren't for what led to it
The primary one being the beginning of trade to other universes.
While this increased the market exponentially, it also immediately ended their majority market share.
They were now in direct competition with companies like Engitech
They felt it was only a matter of time before they went bankrupt.
The secondary factor being their CEO's activities.
They were spending quite a bit of time interfering with the affairs off some other universe.
Trying to increase sales by increasing demands, they said.
It was basically warmongering.
If this ever got out, their reputation would be ruined.
And they would go bankrupt.
Sooner, anyways.

Eric brushed off his coat, then pulled his sword out of the dragon's neck.
Things were getting bad, for a dragon to show up in the Star Wars universe so unexpectedly.
It had started with the paradox in his own creation.
Then things had gone to grzzflarb.
First with all the scandals and endless hearings at the IUPC,
Then universes had started destabilizing.
To top things off, the Cult of the Dark Carnival had been extremely active lately.
And even worse, someone, or mulitple someones, were targeting IUPC agents. The initial attack on the main HQ had killed almost a third of the active agents. Many more had since left, or died.
Eric was the highest ranking official that was still on the payroll.
And he didn't know half of the things that had been going on. There were undercover operatives that needed information. There were obscure microuniverses that needed saving. There were entire sagas being derailed. And the person orchestrating all of it knew what was happening. And Eric didn't. He had no idea what was where and who needed what or why any of this was happening or how.
He just knew one thing.
A name.
Whispered in fearful voices in dark, ruined hallways.
Muttered in worried tones around the fires of the many armies being gathered.
Gossiped in hushed words over shadowy networks.
Hailed by villains all over the place, unbelievably well coordinated, especially when one took into account that few knew of the others antics.
And a name, typed by a certainly by now frantic troll.
The name of one who had once been his closest friend.
The closest thing he had to a son.
Piono.
There was a debt to be paid. But the time was not yet.
He had to try to keep what was left of law and order from collapsing in the multiverse.
But first he needed to get his PDA fixed.
No twin, this is not me taking over the narrative.
This is backstory stuff and has next to no bearing on the actual game.
It has more to do with the overarching DTG canon shared between the canonical games.
If anyone else has characters that they feel would have a part in the events going on outside of the Minecraft universe, feel free to jump on the bandwagon.
Information: the IUPC is, well, was, the peace keeping group of the inter-universal community. Because of a large number of plots (piono's is not the only one, but he certainly has been busy) the IUPC is in shambles and law and order have pretty much fallen apart. Eric is basically the main official for the IUPC (well, there might be a couple of the leaders that have gone into hiding or just left, but Eric's the highest ranking IUPC personnel still working for the IUPC.) at this point. Lots of universes that were closed in on themselves and their own story are opening up to the multiverse and discovering that the multiverse has just recently become an extremely unfriendly place.
Not a whole lot else is set in stone, so feel free to capitalize on what's going on. But keep it minimal please, and it must have at least some bearing on what's going on. We don't want to drive twin insane.

People, before you get into OOC arguments about character, remember to do your reading on who they are. That's the reason I try to avoid the OOC arguments, because a lot of the time I've missed important bits and end up saying stupid unfounded things.
Maniac, erelye, you are both guilty of this. Maniac, serpent has a slightly complicated past-future me relationship going on. Powder factors into that, but I don't think its been completely revealed yet. Erelye, you've made quite a few sweeping assumptions about the nether and maniac's character. Maniac's character has quite a lot to be angry about. He's had everyone treat him like a noob, despite his actually being fairly influential, and lots of people have been making demands on the whole nether thing. Right now, I think maniac holds rights to deciding what the nether is like (to an extent) beyond everyone else but twinbuilder, as he is the only person who has done any worldbuilding within the nether other than twin.
Other than that: when roleplaying, try to use enter (or shift+enter) when doing big long things. Walls of text can be very difficult to read.
Also, nimble, what the heck is going on with you? You finished up your big internal battle and suddenly everything stopped making sense. I actually thought it was pretty interesting. The reason I didn't respond to it is because piono is my primary character and he has no interest in what's going on in your head. Well, he kind of doesn't know what's going on in your head. More people will be inclined to take interest in your side-stories if you make them accessible to others. Unless you're just doing backstory, I guess what you're doing is something you don't want other people interfering with its okay.

In the last three months, sales had quintupled.
This would've been great news, if it weren't for what led to it
The primary one being the beginning of trade to other universes.
While this increased the market exponentially, it also immediately ended their majority market share.
They were now in direct competition with companies like Engitech
They felt it was only a matter of time before they went bankrupt.
The secondary factor being their CEO's activities.
They were spending quite a bit of time interfering with the affairs off some other universe.
Trying to increase sales by increasing demands, they said.
It was basically warmongering.
If this ever got out, their reputation would be ruined.
And they would go bankrupt.
Sooner, anyways.
