Oh, yes. Me and the HANDMAID aren't exactly on the best of terms. But the service she is enlisted in is extremely important, and since I am a much more excellent host than the being she serves, I am the ideal candidate to take care of her. Seems like it is absurdly easy to both break and heal a dimension. Engie, you're still guilty of genocide, betrayal, and excessive civilian and environmental damage. You've still drastically reduced the supply of brewing ingredients as well.
The reason I didn't want to go into this temple is because I didn't want to defile it. We've still destroyed all the other structures in the Nether.
Combat Archeology operandi: rune of preservance (spent a 5 post charge on this)
I take out my sword and a torch. I strike the torch against my sword to light it. I then use my sword blade to draw a symbol in the dust and I place the torch in the middle of it. If we must have a battle here, there is no reason to damage the temple unnecessarily.
Also, my health and levels seem to be fluctuating. I entered the Nether at full health, got to the Ender Temple at 12, and now I'm up to 15. I was at level 9 but now I'm down to level 7. Not like it matters though. I don't have my token thingy.

He got a lot of his supplies from the Nether. What would happen to them? Speaking of that, what happened to those inside the Nether at the time? So much for his plan of finding the players. The NETHER is still relatively young. It has plenty of room for change. And the conversion back to full heat was not necessarily a complete one. There were many structures that will take a long time to heal.
The reason your health was fluctuating is because every post you made and every End-of-Turn Battle, your health decreased by 2 due to the cold. Now that's gone. Then, IRECREEPER issued a global heal that restored everyone's health by +3.
As for your levels, I am unsure of that predicament.
You place a RUNE OF PRESERVERANCE in the ENDER'S TEMPLE. However, the final battle will not take place there. It will take place in THE CORE.

I create fire orbs of my own. They spin around me. I then charge at the Handmaid. Our orbs clash, destroying all of mine, and some of hers.
CHARGE COMPLETE! I manage to force down the green glow deep within me, so I may harness the awesome power another hour... but for now, the handmaid is going DOWN!

The HANDMAID is, once again, defenseless. It looks like her little trick with the ORBS won't work this time. She fires a volley of energy spears at the players. 10 damage to PitTheAngel, The_Serpent, and strudelkitty. strudelkitty then leaps up with CALEDSCRATCH, dealing 5,000 damage to the HANDMAID. The HANDMAID then AUTO-PARRIES, dealing 5 damage to strudelkitty.
The party in the BASEMENT finally makes it to the boss. However, it takes them several minutes to register what they see. The entire chamber is comprised of a giant, red, thing. They wonder what to do and what to attack when a blue eye appears. Everyone freezes. They hear the deepest thum recorded to man as the shape moves upwards, revealing the head of a dragon. A corona of horns protrude from its skull.
Its long, eldritch neck that has been warped from eons of stress connects itself to its gargantuan body. Giant wings the size of mountains stretch from it. Its nostrils echo blue fire. The figure fondly regards you, as if you were dinner. It grins, revealing two massive rows of sharp teeth.
You realize that directly above you is bedrock, with lava pouring in. Coupled with the overarching heat that permeates the chamber, and it occurs to you exactly where you are. You're in the heart of the NETHER.

The reason your health was fluctuating is because every post you made and every End-of-Turn Battle, your health decreased by 2 due to the cold. Now that's gone. Then, IRECREEPER issued a global heal that restored everyone's health by +3.
As for your levels, I am unsure of that predicament.
