I would like to point out that my APAWA, with it's nanitic constructor pod, and my skill as an engineer, would probably combine to allow me to manifest anything mechanical I want, but whatever, you're the one making balance decisions, do as you will. Nevertheless, I give Strudel my now-enchanted Iron Armor, as I'm using my far-superior APAWA, and she is using no armor at all.
Well, hey guys, guess we have an Ogre to kill... I equip my Mercurian Malady in my left hand, and my New Sword in my right, then charge the Lime Ogre with the trigger held down, my sword raised to attack, and a nimbus of Psionic and Naetheric powers gathering around my head.
Oh, and, uh, H3r0br1n3 seems to have go RAAAA DIE ABOMINATION HAHAHAHA!
I shoot the Lime Ogre with Starry Night. This guy ALSO looks easy... but that doesn't matter, I've hit the level cap! Yeah! Eat my newfound awesome powers, ogres! As far as I can tell, the final operandi seems to be the only real benefit to levels.

I unleash the Storm Hammer special attack on the Ogre, causing it to be stunned. I then ask strudelkitty447 to give me back the DaVinci Aggressor so I can switch it to RANGED AGGRESSION mode. I then open fire at the Ogre, and smash the Mighty Wallopper (which Scratch still calls the Pottery Prosecutor for some reason) at it.

Erylen, we can't make a snap judgement about this kind of thing. The endermen you spoke to might be a minority group of extremists. I take a bandage out of the group inventory and show it to the dragon. I put down my sword and approach her slowly with the bandage. If she allows me to, I apply the bandage to her and apologize for Erylen's action. Now, time for some hard core political sleuthing! If she can understand me, I ask the dragon the following questions:
1) About what percentage of the population do you believe supports your rule?
2) Have those who disagree with you made their opinions clear to you?
3) Do you know of any of any groups or movements that oppose your rule? (Such as strikes, political organizations, protests, etc). If so, is information about joining them public?

Battle Technique: KILL IT WITH FIRE! {This is accomplished by loading the Mercurian Malady with Dragon's Breath rounds in two barrels, and Napalm Grenade rounds in the other two, then blasting the nearest foe with a good hundred thousand shells of each, while firing a stream of Psio-Naetheric Molten Flame with the other hand}Well, this is the crispiest Ogre I have ever seen outside of KFO {Kentucky Fried Ogre}
I open the Supply Crate I've been carrying in my inventory since the beginning of this adventure, and put it's contents in the Team Inventory.
I summon a MediGun and heal any damaged Teammates, then add it to my inventory.
