...actually, you know what? You can disconsider the previous stats. The Spoil of War is the Shockwave Laser-Cannon. It stuns an entity of choice, and has a seven-turn cooldown. I don't care that the AGs didn't help, that's not a reason for me to act like a freaking baby over it.

So the Spoil of War is the Shockwave Laser-Cannon. If it has a cooldown of 7 turns, it's going to do a lot more than just stun an entity. I'll think of something.

How about this:

The Shockwave Laser-Cannon has the power to target two entities from the same faction. One entity takes heavy damage and is stunned for 4 turns. The other takes some splash damage. The recharge time is 4 turns asl well.
