The virus attacks Binary's Entity Integrity! (it goes down from 100% to 0%, the victim has a chance equal to its integrity to attack normally, otherwise it takes damage and loses its action). Because the virus is embedded in the code, it doesnt care about what continuity or sideplot the battle is on.
I make infinite monkeys bashing on infinite keyboards with only 0s and 1s connected to computers with the binary coding program loaded on them, eventualy turning all the 1s and 0s into 2s
In that case...
Gandalf appears.
"YOU!!!! SHALL NOT!!!! PASS!!!!!!!!"
And thus, the fellowship of the anti-godmodder was born.
Fellowship of the anti-godmodder founded (place to group NPCs, no bonus yet, the group itself can be upgraded to give people benefits from others) current members: Gandalf the Grey.
As the computer begins to stop working, i notice a piece of what appears to be a burning processor. I step forward, searching through the bits of the computer that fell.
"Pit The Angel Received the Molten Processor!" my screen told me.
I immediately inspected the newfound item. I pressed the center, and a bolt of red lightning came out of it.
"This could come in handy." i said to myself as i stored the item in my inventory.
As i re-entered the fighting arena, i noticed that the enemies and allies were running away. I turn around to see a mess of pixels reading out binary code.
I was very surprised that this happened right after we beat the computer. Either way, i took my hammer in hand and got ready to fight again.
END CUTSCENE.EXE
I rewrite some code, making a few bits into threes. This breaks the thinking process of the binary monster.
I do like your take on the computer remnants, The_Serpent.
I begin to summon another faction of Anonymous. 1/7.
I've drawn some DTG art from when we were desolating the TIEs in my scrap notebook. I've portrayed him as a Steve or as one of those rich-looking skins, casting his arm over his underlings.

Binary has no HP! However, it will now be only able to attack once until it switches forms!

1+0 does not equal two! Even so, one monkey finds a 2 key, and adds a 2 to the program!

I give the binary a codename. Which devastates it.
Binary is a remorseless, unthinking coding monstrosity! It has no time for petty feelings!
The Battlefield
Binary is preparing to change forms! It takes away two of the twos, leaving one left! It also uses One Smash one the Fellowship, dealing 2000 damage! It is unable to attack twice...

[2] Fellowship of the Anti-Godmodder: 7000/90000. Current Members: Gandalf

Nope, sorry guys, no Destroy the Godmodder relevant stuff here...

An alternate timeline emerges.
However, we must first start from the beginning...
There are no transistors! Binary is raw code!
+2!
Thanks!

Oh no
However, the translation isn't perfect, so the base64 is qqoA instead of qqoE.
This makes the binary into 10101010101010102220.
(NEVER underestimate the power of binary translators.)
Thunder, you DO realise the objective of the game is to make the 0's and 1's into 2's, right?
I create a being that holds the meaning to life, the universe, and everything. However, I then destroy it, turning it into 21 pieces.
An alternate timeline emerges.

*facepalm*
Watch out everyone, Thunder has a case of DURRRRR.
You do realise that the object is to MAKE THE DIGITS IN THE BINARY MONSTER TURN INTO 2'S?!
I shove a 2 into the Binary Monster!
I scored 100% on the Minecraft Trivia Quiz. How much do you know about Minecraft?

Gandalf, knowing he can't really keep himself completely safe, reverts the fellowship into hardback temporarily, shielding it.
