Oh, I also tossed a donut to/at the dark clones to test if they're made of antimatter. (If they are, the donut and a donut-sized peice of dark clone should annihilate each other. If not, they should take it as a gift/peace offering.)
I also hypothesized on the similarity of this situation to Super Smash Bros. Brawl (the final maze level(s)).
I hypothesized them being similar with the Dark Link that counterattacks when you attack.

⚡Don't worry, they aren't made of anti-matter. If they were, we would all be dead. Matter does not destroy anti-matter. Rather, when they touch, both are converted into pure energy in a massive explosion. For some perspective, a teaspoon of anti-matter could level Chicago.⚡
⚡Sorry about that physics nazi thing. Anyway, what do these clones consider an attack? I flick a rubber band at the dark familiar to test.⚡
I begin to use my own flying powers to explore and run tests about where we are. It seems to be that a strange force sucks the life out of those who enter without proper protection. Perhaps the Void is an entity that feeds off the life force of those that enter. However, so few people enter that it would need to either conserve it's life force, or have some other form of sustenance. I can see my clone flying beside me, most likely doing tests. I ask him if we could to tests about this place together. (TT2000, please have him say yes!)

I scored 100% on the Minecraft Trivia Quiz. How much do you know about Minecraft? TOPICS I MAKE, Y U NO STAY ALIVE?
I tried to learn about the properties of this place. I picked out what I thought were the three most important experiments.
1st experiment: A grey platform with intricate patterns inlaid, yes, anything you use, no. 2nd experiment: Does nothing, 3rd experiment: You see bubbles, but you don't gather much useful information from them.
I think you said that twice...
We all healed each other, made donuts, and reinforced the sheilds. I summoned another fly, to see if summoning works in the void.
The summon did not work, what shields did you reinforce? If you made the donuts with the stuff you brought, you can eat them, but no health will be restored.
I send one of my clones out to get dragon food, and the other to get a bigger cage. I give Swift and Tough slices of ham. They smile at me. I sit on the floor and say "Sit." to get in their mind. I say sit again and they do as told. As a treat, I give them another slice of ham.
Remember, you did not join the expedition before it left...
Everyone listen to me! These dark beings are the physical form of our deepest fears and sadnesses! They represent everything that we hate and fear! They are truly mirrors of ourselves! Wait... That's IT! I have a plan... If it works, we will have those creatures beaten in no time!
So here's how it goes...
(I will only post the plan if TT2000 declares the theory is sound.)
Sort of... this is a test of some kind by the entity inside this void, and as such represent you inner darkness.
They are not made of antimatter, and the donut does no damage.
They consider anything actively aimed to kill them an attack. Most things outright stated to be experimental will not harm them(to a certain extent. If you dump lava on them or something else that would harm them physically, they will consider it an attack even if it was experimental).
I begin to use my own flying powers to explore and run tests about where we are. It seems to be that a strange force sucks the life out of those who enter without proper protection. Perhaps the Void is an entity that feeds off the life force of those that enter. The clone does not respond either way.
Dark Sylveon gives Sylveon a wicked pinch, killing him. Instead of leaving a body, Sylveon just evaporates. Dark Sylveon disappears as well. Dark Bioshock lunges at Bioshock and stabs him with a bacon knife, dealing 2000 damage. All of the other clones do nothing, and take 1000000 damage from doing so. This causes all of them to die and evaporate.
Sylveon wakes up on the surface, unsure of how he got back there. He can still assist the teammates by researching and relaying it to Talist, who can relay it to the Talist familiar.
Inventory: Body suits, backup organs, and Klein star, as well as basic supplies.
NOTE: Anyone can die in the void expedition, and everyone is under the same rules. Bad decisions are punished, and good ones are rewarded. Do not expect to be quickly killed off or spared from death due to bias of any kind.
Surface battle:
Death Star: 295000/320000(anti-godmodder)(has 1000 health shield)
Elite Droidekas 9-30(minus 29): 9000/9000 on ninth droideka(anti-godmodder)(all have 1000 health shield)
Shadow Terror: 195000/200000(anti-godmodder)(has 1000 health shield)
The clone sent on the cage mission returns. I place the large cage down and carefully let the dragons into the new cage. I look outside to see if the clone sent on the food mission is nearby yet.

I actually learned a lot about this place in those three experiments.
I learned from the second one that there is no oxygen in the atmosphere here because I supplied the fire with heat and fuel but it didn't burn.
From the third expariment I learned that photosynthesis works here, (the bubbles were oxygen released by the plant) so there must be co2 in the air as well as light.
⚡To confirm my data, I place another piece of elodia into a jar filled with water. I place a funnel with the top sealed over the jar to trap the oxygen. After a while, I open the funnel top and try to light a match over it. The match should light as it now has oxygen.⚡
I break the parts of the platform under dark bioshock, dropping the dark clone into the void. If that fails, I create a field of void energy with the amulet of the endermancer to encase dark bioshock.
I, in a fit of rage, open fire on anything that moves in the shadow terror. After calming down, I attempt to create a shade version of myself and use Tailist to warp it to the location of his familiar.
(If this works, the shade will act as a familiar, a weakened version of my character. Though I only have enough power to create one)
I explosion-fly past with the Beggars Bazooka, then unleash about 30 rockets all over the place fairly inaccurately.
My reaction?

That is some interesting data. The match does light, as there is no reason for it not to.

You can not break the platform! The amulet sparks for a bit, then does nothing. Doesn't look like it's going to work here...

Bioshock, I am fairly certain that you must die for the dark clone to disappear.
My theory: Their health is boosted into infinity when attacked, but they die after so many turns. It must be to test our patience.
You MAY have it figured out.
Since it was not attacked, the Bioshock clone disappears! Suddenly, the platform appears to grow walls, which stretch up around you upwards. They eventually stop, then converge to form a ceiling. You look around for the ship, but can not find it! Luckily, all of the main supplies is still with the team. You see a door that appears to lead deeper into the void. There are two switches that open the door, but each of them have side effects. Signs near the switches list what each one does. One opens the door, no questions asked, but cuts your current and max HP in half doing so. The other does not have this effect, but rolls a random.org number instead; 50% chance you DIE INSTANTLY, 50% chance you are admitted through with HP totals unharmed. Due to the in-explainable design of the room, each person will have to make a switch choice before going to the door.
Suddenly, the floor and walls begin to turn purple, and disappear! They aren't going that fast, but fast enough to kill off any non-posters who do not notify me before absence.
Switch choice:
Red switch(will allow moving forward, but halves HP)
Blue switch(will not effect HP, but has a 50% chance of killing the user)
Inventory: Body suits, backup organs, and Klein star, as well as basic supplies.

We should all pick the red switch. Even though our group's average HP will be the same after either one, the red switch will mean more people will stay alive. You can attack when you're wounded, but not when you're dead.

What would that do? You stated that the multiverse was infinite... why would that do anything?
You only brought basic supplies, not pizza and donuts.
1st experiment: A grey platform with intricate patterns inlaid, yes, anything you use, no. 2nd experiment: Does nothing, 3rd experiment: You see bubbles, but you don't gather much useful information from them.

1000 damage to the clone!
Remember, you did not join the expedition before it left...

You have come out of your hiding spot, 1000 damage to the clone!
1000 damage to Dark Bioshock!

The dark clones merely phase through you when they go to attack!
They are not made of antimatter, and the donut does no damage.
Sort of. Judging by what has happened so far, that is probably correct.
