The Altar Commons fires its laser beam at the most injured Lightly Armored Sword Mook, killing it regardless of if its armor intervenes or not. This adds one Mook Kill to sunnyau's name, despite him not even being on the battlefield.
Ninjatwist_ fires 2 burst shots at one of the healthy Axe Mooks! Fortunately, his shooting works this time, and both shots hit for 18 damage, which would have felled the Mook even if the Regret's damage vulnerability didn't kick in! The unfortunate Axe Mook is felled on the spot.
The Player Archers both reload their shots.

Then have a huge, finely dressed mechanical man slam this hilt into a Mook's face leaving a caved in skull and a pile of gore where a face was. Then imagine him slash the stomach repeatedly spilling the internals out. If you have little imagination just take a look at the Mook who was on the receving end.
He then takes a few stabs at any Spear Mook near by damaging them as well with a mixture of a knives in the gut and a brass knuckle to any surface that presented itself.
Alright, guys. I didn't post yesterday because we didn't get enough posts for a good update, and from now on I will refrain from posting until there are around six or more posts. Seriously, I think we should get post counts back up and running so that the game can go by faster.

Hey guys! Guess what today is? It’s definitely a big day.
Today is the first anniversary of this thread’s founding.
Yup, in just a year, we’ve come quite a way. And to think that I’ve come this far since last year’s August 29th! Most (if not all) of my other forum games haven’t gone either this far in membership, or post count, or age. As such, this is a huge achievement for me and for all of you, magnificent posters who make my stories come to life, even though some of the troubles we faced (and are sure to come!). I thank all of you guys for participating in this forum story/game and giving me some population, which I can’t do enough. Let’s hope for a bright future!
Speaking of the future…
So, we’ve passed about three and a section Episodes in a year alone. Heck, we haven’t even passed the first Act out of six yet! If we keep going at this rate, then it’ll take us 10 years (counting this one) to complete this game. However, don’t get discouraged! I’m pretty sure the first few Episodes were long and boring as I got accustomed to running this big of a game, and plus I had some personal hardships to for the game to endure as well. I’m pretty sure that we’ll storm though this game before my 10-year prediction, especially since I’ve got many issues out of the way and you all can post.
What about recently?
Well, you guys all made your posts within two days, which is great! It’s definitely better than the three days we were experiencing before. However, I expect that a lot of you will not be able to post with the new school year, and it’ll be the same with me. As such, progress may have to slow, but this is not a certainty if we all pitch in and be sure to post!
As for gameplay-wise, I’m not really sure what to do! I’ll probably set up some party-related event for you guys to get cool loot from! Any enemies that will have spawned will cease for a while to allow you guys to attack the Acolyte and do what you want while entities duke it out on the battlefield.

Well, that was definitely an attack! The Mook Leader and most of his squad is vaporized, thus leaving only five Mooks (the Spear Mooks and two of the Lightly Armored Hammer Mooks) to hold the line! That army was just decapitated, if not just completely transsected.
I'm refraining from using the original Homestuck characters in this work. As for your summon of Caliborn, he's just plain too HERETICAL! as a character to be a summon, and it'd be nowhere near him in terms of general evilness and power. However, a simulacrum would work just fine.

Ninjatwist_ fires 2 burst shots at one of the healthy Axe Mooks! Fortunately, his shooting works this time, and both shots hit for 18 damage, which would have felled the Mook even if the Regret's damage vulnerability didn't kick in! The unfortunate Axe Mook is felled on the spot.

Revan glares at HK-47 and sighs. If you want a job done right. Do it yourself. She pulls the Wood Jester over with the Force sending it stumbling over to her. Revan nimbly sidesteps the Jester as it faceplants in front of her. She places a firm boot on the Jester preventing it from getting back up. Revan crouches down on the fallen Wood Jester and firmly grasps one of its arm in both of her hands, peeling the sword out first. She then pulls hard on the arm ripping it off as one would do to a dead tree branch. The arm slowly cracks sending cowbeb like fractures from the breaking arm. The cracks widen into crevacies then into trenches as she snaps the arm with a deafing crack. She tosses the arm aside sending it over the edge. She grabs the still burning torch and sets the Wood Jester aflame.
HK-47 recalibrates his targeting systems trying to find the error that has made him miss.
Nyarlathotep hops on the Ballista once more and targets the Assault Rifle Mook with 8 HP. He then gives him an arrow that deals 8 damage. Small World, eh? His masterful skill with any archaic weaponry is due to this Mask being the Inventor of a good chunk of them. He's invented quite a few goodies over all eternity he's existed. Most notably for humans, nuclear weaponry. "But didn't Oppenheimer and the rest of the Manhattan Project invent that?" Ever wonder where the idea came from?

Nyarly teleports over and introduces the most wounded Spear Mook to the Trench Spike. To imagine what it looks like picture a brass knuckle as a knife hilt with a blade on it top. Then have a huge, finely dressed mechanical man slam this hilt into a Mook's face leaving a caved in skull and a pile of gore where a face was. Then imagine him slash the stomach repeatedly spilling the internals out. If you have little imagination just take a look at the Mook who was on the receving end.
He then takes a few stabs at any Spear Mook near by damaging them as well with a mixture of a knives in the gut and a brass knuckle to any surface that presented itself.
Nyarly satisfied teleports away again.

The most amount of damage the Altar Commons took was in the first two turns of it being out, where it didn't have much support behind it from its knights.
I think it's perfectly okay for you to have a targeting priority for your entity like that.

Yup, in just a year, we’ve come quite a way. And to think that I’ve come this far since last year’s August 29th! Most (if not all) of my other forum games haven’t gone either this far in membership, or post count, or age. As such, this is a huge achievement for me and for all of you, magnificent posters who make my stories come to life, even though some of the troubles we faced (and are sure to come!). I thank all of you guys for participating in this forum story/game and giving me some population, which I can’t do enough. Let’s hope for a bright future!
Speaking of the future…
So, we’ve passed about three and a section Episodes in a year alone. Heck, we haven’t even passed the first Act out of six yet! If we keep going at this rate, then it’ll take us 10 years (counting this one) to complete this game. However, don’t get discouraged! I’m pretty sure the first few Episodes were long and boring as I got accustomed to running this big of a game, and plus I had some personal hardships to for the game to endure as well. I’m pretty sure that we’ll storm though this game before my 10-year prediction, especially since I’ve got many issues out of the way and you all can post.
What about recently?
Well, you guys all made your posts within two days, which is great! It’s definitely better than the three days we were experiencing before. However, I expect that a lot of you will not be able to post with the new school year, and it’ll be the same with me. As such, progress may have to slow, but this is not a certainty if we all pitch in and be sure to post!
As for gameplay-wise, I’m not really sure what to do! I’ll probably set up some party-related event for you guys to get cool loot from! Any enemies that will have spawned will cease for a while to allow you guys to attack the Acolyte and do what you want while entities duke it out on the battlefield.

Well, that was definitely an attack! The Mook Leader and most of his squad is vaporized, thus leaving only five Mooks (the Spear Mooks and two of the Lightly Armored Hammer Mooks) to hold the line! That army was just decapitated, if not just completely transsected.
I'm refraining from using the original Homestuck characters in this work. As for your summon of Caliborn, he's just plain too HERETICAL! as a character to be a summon, and it'd be nowhere near him in terms of general evilness and power. However, a simulacrum would work just fine.
