I, with the overkiller and veteran vexer, rocket across the water, using the power of having won a STRIFE to increase my attack power, and slam down to the water, unleashing a massive blast of frost magic.
Things no longer are inflicted with drowning upon leaving boats or platforms, but all entities that are currently drowning are now also suffocating and frozen, as well as trapped under a small ocean's worth of ice. In essence, I just doomed most of the entities that were drowning to certain death.
