I take a rock and chuck it at a cop from jailbreak on roblox and he comes over and arrests one of the mooks due to me blameing it on them. then he gets shot from the cop to send him back to prison quicker.

I put my flint in a chest, place dirt down next to one of the fortifications since it's a building material, and ask a question:

Running it through the formula, you deal 70 damage to the entire crowd! This thoroughly takes apart the remaining HMG Emplacements, kills 2 Spear Mooks, kills 2 Assault Rifle Mooks, and deals 8 damage to one of the Smash Mooks for good measure!

I use my space stone to teleport behind the cover of the rifle mooks and smash their heads together, then I yell "HEY SMASHY MIC SMASHYFACE COME AND GET ME" and the 16 health smash mook runs through the barricades and he trips and skins his face, arms, chest, legs, and no longer has a shirt or a nose.

The Syndicate Uplink is a device capable of summoning certain weapons and tools. However, there IS a limit.
The device starts with 20 telecrystals (TC). Every summon uses a certain amount of TC and an action. You cannot summon something if you do not have the requisite TC.
In addition, the device is limited to summoning items listed here. (Nuke strike team items are off limits.) They do not necessarily have the effects provided there (as that page is for a different game).
Exactly how they work is up to the GM to decide, but a suggested cost and effect will be provided.
TC can be provided by the GM for any reason desired.
At the end of a chapter, all items summoned by the Uplink permanently disappear (unless resummoned). There is no way to prevent this process. TC are not refunded.
If the uplink is too OP for a 10 charge, just let me know and I'll resume charging.

I'm willing to rework it into something more reasonable, well, as reasonable as a weapon intended to be upgraded or modified as the game goes on can be?

The original intent was going to be crafting the add-ons for it as charges, but it might be better to go with something simpler, like a mini leveling system, or just a a skill usable every few turns?

Update complete!

Holy smokes, you guys are rushing through this. I expected this to be a lot more grueling, but here we are! Just kill the last two Smash Mooks and you'll be set. You can try killing the Snipers too, but there will probably be more of them.

Next update will start on Monday night.
