The first thing that happens is that the massive weight and wall of text from the inside pops out and the massive wall of text slams into the Godmodder, dealing heavy damage to him.

The second thing that happens is the man from the door finishes unlatching the clasps on his briefcase, and it springs open, three things immediately fly out of it.

I throw a cheese at one of the friendly entities, healing them up some.
I take the shovel, and then catch the chicken pox charge which gives me a shield, and using the two of them I begin an epic fight with the charging sickness, keeping it at bay so that the nice man from the door won't have his briefcase attacked. That would be a rude thing for a sickness to do, ruining the contents of people's briefcases.

You take the Shovel but before you can do that a high pressure beam of pink bile ejects itself from your ear sending you toppling backwards It connects with the cheese sending it into the sky where it warps and mutates to become a monster on a cosmic scale XVIII The Moon added Thankfully for you you are able to fight off the charging sickness keeping the Briefcase Man stable Be warned however that this tactic will not last forever The more and more you unreasonably charge the stronger the charging sickness gets You are unable to check the GameFAQs guide as you were sent a virus instead

No, no, no, Spellmyname, I will not allow such a horrible fate to behold me. I theoretically respawn and use my godmodding skillz in a generic way, and peer into the Source Code of Reality, all 9 dimensions of it. I then decide to see if I can forcefully influence the 9th dimension, and realise that in Pionoland, Godmodding is High Reality Warping, Reality Warping that's deep into the system, but because godmodding is cool and new, you don't need massive amounts of effort.

I casually make it so that essence of questioning is retroactively a cool and new weight loss substance, better than any other diet because I am a godmodder / bad god person and I am cool and new and better than a lot of you I am not smug at all okay. The Supreme Overlard is healed, and loses weight. Isn't this wonderful!

The first of the charges transforms into a bunch of magic beans, they all grow up out of the ground, revealing that they are the beans that will be used to cure ~~cancer~~ charging sickness.
The second charge transforms into a pair of shears, which I then use to clip off a number of those beans, which I then drop into a vial of mysterious health liquid

That work all having been done, I put the vial away in a pocket for safe keeping, I'm not going to use it just yet.
But I am going to use the last object! A large handbag appears, I check inside of it, nod upon acknowledgement that my bowling balls are still in there, and then swing the whole thing around at high speed into the bad god man's face.

The charging sickness is still held at bay The Godmodder grabs the bowling balls and turns around bowling the bowling balls down a bowling alley which happened to materialize there He gets a perfect strike and cheers

Regarldess, I unclasp the clasps, unlock the locks and untie the ties on the briefcase o' power and three more charges come flying out of the bag!

The first one manifests midway through the air, suddenly, the godmodder finds himself being assaulted by a storm of spinning death blades. This of course won't kill him, as he's the big bad god man, but it should keep him occupied while I'm busy doing more important things.
Like curing charge sickness!
I take back out the vial from last post. It has turned a nice shade of light blue, good. Weird colors are always needed for fancy science cures of dubiously logical diseases. Using the power of my latest charge I set up a special chemisty lab, full of vials and flasks and all sorts of cool stuff. Using all of these in a fancy scientific way that's too complicated and sciency to explain all the way (Aside from the fact that involves distillation, fumigation and several different forms of reimplementation and lots of other long and complicated words) I take the magic charge-sickness curing beans and the vial of miscellaneous health restoring stuff and turn it into the ultimate cure for charge sickness.
I then expended the last of the 3/3s and an ambulance comes along, because you shouldn't do drugs kids, only allow trained professionals decide how much of a medicine you need. I give it to the trained paramedics who quickly measure out the proper dosage for both me and the briefcase, making us both immune to charge sickness.

You are now very immune to charge sickness However be warned that the more you charge charge sickness will exponentially increase in power until your own charges will not be enough to stop it This is a very good temporary solution however The Godmodder is impressed that you thought of it So he decides to give you a medal for your efforts The medal blows up in your face
