Tëäg spawns at D15, jumps in to F15, then sprints over to N16 before slashing Outer Defense Soldier with his axe.

Suddenly a sequence of golden lines appears on a small section of the battlefield, the lines shift forming a spiral of 4,444 meters of diameter, as soon as this image is completed an old man dressed with robes that have lost most of their original blue colour appears, his partially frayed cloak slowly moves towards the ground as the spiral disappears.
As the spell is complete he calmly says: "I'm Hezetor of Quagies, it is a pleasure to meet all of you".

Hezetor appears on D16, from there he casts Retile on F13, F12, F11 and G11, shifting these tiles from abyss to a regular perfectly walkable terrain.

Dimitri kool-aid mans into C14, jumps to the Warp Pad at C12, teleports to C6 using the same Warp Pad, dodgerolls to C5, where he stabs Outer Defense Soldier 4, and then backs up to B6.

Seeing that both of the people she intended to stab fled once she got close, Satsujin briefly seems unhappy... but, then, she notices that the second soldier remained within walking distance of her. Slowly, she turns to him, raising her knife as she steps to M14, then grabs him by the head and leans in close to him.

"Ssh... It hurts less... if you just let it happen... your friend will join you soon..."

Then, she moves her hand to cover Outer Defense Soldier 2's mouth, and proceeds to drive her bloody knife into his neck, angling the blade in order to make sure he dies quickly. After all, she has 4% accuracy bonus, which should cancel out his 4% dodge chance and make it all but certain that she hits him. After he pretty much inevitably dies, she then... erm... well... does something that involves heavy dismemberment and far too much bloodshed to his corpse.

The Author facepalms as he attacks a pile of thin air, as Alias killed the Guard before he could get his attacks off. Now, the Author walks to J9, up to the Rusted Iron Box, and begins battering away on the lock.

Well, I'm sure by breaking the box open we'll get something of worth...

Stella moves up to (C5), warping through a teleportation pad. Once there, she casually saunters forward to to the Outer Defense Soldier. She readies her tome, then proceeds to backhand slap Outer Defense Soldier 3 with her tome instead of casting a spell. There's a surprising amount of power carried through this hit; not physically bludgeoning power or anything, but dark magic; a powerful curse. She casually states a command as she wanders back to her spot.

Alias! Kill him fast. He doesn't need to suffer.

She glares at Satsujin from across the field, her icy glare not growing any weaker with the distance.

Copy her, for example. I'm sure you're good at this, though.

Once back at her square, she pulls out a block of wood from somewhere, transforms it into a little circular three-legged stool, and takes a seat, placing one leg over the other as she reads her tome.

I finally describe Alias, and her... interesting choice of fashion.

For a start, upon first glance you might think she'd just let a blind time traveller wander through history and pick out the day's clothes for her. It wouldn't be too far from the truth, really. Upon her head sits something best described as a musketeer's hat, around her waist is a pair of jeans and covering the rest of her body are grey military fatigues. Somehow, she still manages to make it look nice.

She gives a friendly, two-fingered wave in the general direction of the audience (somehow).

I don't belive I've properly introduced myself- My name is Alias. Someone called for fire support, and I was in the neighborhood- spatially speaking.

Smiling, Alias suppresses a snicker at her own joke, and gets back to business.

...Seems like that's the past out of the way. Now onto the present- that's always been my favourite part.

Alias moves to B12, teleports to B6 and looses an arrow into Guard 3, almost certainly killing it, barring some extraordinary luck on it's part.

Satsujin stares at the bloodstain left behind, crouching down to clean up the blood in the only way she knows how. Absorbing it into her body through her skin, of course! Perfectly logical! She then moves to O4 via the teleporter at N11, then casts Parry on herself and stares at the two soldiers next to her through her mask.

"...In my way..."

Then she notices that Soldier 7 has a ranged attack. She turns to focus on him in particular.

"...Range won't save you... not if you stay there... You won't move... you're trying to keep us out... and moving would let us through... If you miss your shot... my knife will taste your blood... and then one of the others might kill you... or it might be me... making you just another bloodstain... Do you value your career... more than your life...?"
