Alright, guys. I have a strategy for this boss.
FIRST! Take out the hands. Their drawing ability can wreak havoc easily.
SECOND! Take out the Chief's hat. His hat is a weaker target and afflicts upon him a permanent debuff. Then we can take him out.
THIRD! Take out Twitchy.

Heh. Sans is powerful, admittedly. Perhaps even more so than he was, seeing as he's acquired ranks. But, well. There's one problem with him.

H E I S S O P R E D I C T A B L E

Take a good look at where he aims his attacks each turn. If you're targeted, then pay attention. There'll probably be some way in those attacks for you to get out of the way, such as flying over the low blows. If you're capable of it, try taking your entities with you when you go to dodge. And, well... I think I've said enough.

Note: Players don't need to dodge. Entities do need to dodge, and for the sake of sanity, it's usually an all-or-nothing deal (bar Leicteron/Curac, who, if they run out of Position Uncertainty, will take hits). Plus, let's face facts, if sans didn't give a heads up to his attacks you'd be boned, pun fully intended. He's doing usually six times as much damage as Richard, if not worse; the only thing doing more damage on the field right now is UserZero herself, and that's honestly debatable.
