Roxxanne will move to P10 and Splash-Enchant Toast. This should give everyone-including our designated wingclipper-7 more damage and fire element. She will also punch the Pollenated Iris. Twice, because Authority will finally proc. "Thanks, Chloe! Knew you'd have my back... This strategy thing is making my head spin. It didn't always use to feel like this..."

@Toast: MELODY DCCCV. Allcaps just in case. This is important.

@Auth: Make sure to buff DCCCV with Cosmogone and Empower 3 before using your special.

@DCCCV: OK, you will have to move to a place where you can be sure to be able to hit Wings 1, 3 and 6. From this position, you must expand 2 ammo (because you act twice), and fire upon each of these specific wings twice. They will all die every time if you do this right.

Secretary 1 will move to E16 and attack the Projection 1. It won't retreat because against the Projection it's utterly useless. Temanne will also do her part and rush up to G16 to pound the Projection hard.

The Splinter Helicopter will move to N8, fire upon Wing 2, and retreat to Q8 to strategically block off the Scale Reaper. The Temmie Hero will fire a bow off at the Projection, Spin2win, and stay where tem is.

EXE will move to I8 and use the Descendancy Well! No-one said it was exclusive to players. Her glitchy being shudders, before completely abandoning the suggestion of a japanese high-school girl in favor of a single ring. The Butterfly looks away, because he definitely knows how watching Rings goes, and ergo does not witness the ring turn gargantuan, hitting up the glitchy storm we call the sky in the Mindscape. The glitch surges through the ring, causing the negative space in the center to warp and twist into... A portal.

Within the confines of the portal is an excessively massive, excessively bleak patch of void, mercifully free of eldritch abominations, for we wouldn't want any species becoming extinct from Chaos Butterfly rampages. Normally, this would be the cue for the Chaos Butterfly to vamoose, but this particular patch of void is a massive tunnel of void smog, utterly toxic and even more draining than the regular void, and said void smog is being blown out of the portal en masse. The Chaos Butterfly is badly afflicted-at once its omniscience is nullified and its entropic powers restrained, forcing it to redirect every force it has into flight and blowing away the smog. Its too smart to be fooled, though-even with the gate opening, the void energies wouldn't be moving on their own. EXE appears to be calling for help.

Help arrives.

The infinite blackness of the void parts, and from the darkness comes a Voidship. It's remarkably advanced, or at least, it looks advanced-and it immediately opts to ram itself directly into the Chaos Butterfly with minimal fanfare. Well, the Chaos Butterfly's second wing. The Chaos Butterfly decided that, while less tactically sound, he didn't want the absolutely massive drill on the front of that thing to go right into its face and tried to evade, but got clipped.

The Voidship loop-de-loops and gets out of dodge.

Before Roxxanne's Action, Auth moves to L13, and hits DCCCV with Empower(3) and Cosmogone. Then, he activates his Special, with the option of Mr. Mirrors. He summons...

Is that Chloe? That's Chloe! There's a second Chloe on L12.

The stack of Destiny is applied to Roxxanne. Then, he returns to J15.

Glitch Temmie moves to N6, Temwalks to P4, Ellen's Knifes Pollen Iris 2, and retreats to Q3.
Pollen Iris 2 moves one space down, and nukes Scale Reaper 2.

"Inventing new classes, boys, let's keep this show on the road!"

Lyra moves to M8, and unfolds the fan. More sets of fan blades appear over M7 and N6 at the same time, creating standable ground.

"Don't worry, it's in good hands now. That being an actual, physical set of ha-"

The Projection does whatever it is that would be considered a neigh in another timeline before appearifying at... G2? The Projection then rams into the first wing and recoils to H3. Not even the one designated as Graceful by totally accurate science can tame them fully, it seems.

Emerald casts Counterhappy on himself, laughing at the butterfly "Oh yes, so frail, much perish. Which, you know, is why, so far, out of all those attempts to hit me, the only ones that have succeeded are ones that can't miss. Good job, totally speaks to you as a being of entropy, completely failing to hit me pretty much every time, the guy who originally attacked you in the first place"

I run to L17 if thats out of range of the enemy projection's non-wicked-flight moves, then cast summon!
11 HP 4MP 0AC 5% dodge 2 Move
48 points.
-9 to get 50% dodge
39 points
caster mode
skills:
surogate meditate, like srovy had, with the ability to give me glyphs and all that.
-6 points = 33
skill: either an equivalent of status cloud with the 4-SPC buff, or a range 4 debuff remover that removes all of one type of debuff.
skill: is it really opin?: costs 15 MP. if this entity is targeted by an opin glyph this turn, improve the effect.
+20 to MMP (is now at (4: base)+ 10 (caster) +20 (now) = 34 MMP) , -20 points (13 points left)
and then finally I add 13 MHP

Final stats:
24 mhp 34 mmp 50% dodge 2 mov caster surogate meditate, [status cloud altered] or [debuff clear for one debuff], opin glyph amplifyer effect.
this summon spawns on L16 and if i recall, has summoning sickness so it can't act, oh well.

Crystem moves up to H10, shoots Wing 4, and gtfo's to F11.

Crystal moves to M10, shoots Wing 4, then also gtfo's to N10, or O10 if it's open.

Now ensconced in the safety of a fortified position, he begins crafting for what may well be the final time.

He yoinks a Mythril from the inventory, as well as the Colossal Fluke-Core, the Breath of the Void, 2 Diamond, 25 Experience Orbs, 10 Gold Ingots and a single Titanite Chunk. And maybe three million of the billion notices about how YOU CAN ATTACK.

The Mythril gets alloyed with the Titanite Chunk and Gold and smithed into a large arcane-looking contraption much like an orrery, with a diamond, precisely carved, at its center. Crystal slots the Colossal Fluke-Core into a specially-crafted notch on one of the outer rings, then splits the other diamond into several smaller gems. He infuses the Experience Orbs into one of the shards and captures the Breath of the Void in another. On around 1/3 of the notices that you can attack, he adds on, "Harder." On the next 1/3, he adds, "Farther." On the last third, he adds, "Through walls." Each set of papers is burned to capture its essence in a diamond-shard, with the first set getting an add-in of some Splinters sifted from 10 units of Splintered Dirt, the second set getting a single Feather, and the third getting a single drop of Phase Matter (along with some Zilly-essence sifted from a Zillywell). The three diamond-shards, infused with damage, range, and wall-piercing respectively, are added to the orrery.

Crystal crafts a pedestal out of some nearby stone and carefully places the Charm of Clear Mind in it, held upright. He adjusts the pedestal a fraction, makes a final calibration to the orrery, and flips the switch. Metaphorically.

The orrery spins up, an indefinably-colored aura beginning to form around it. The components leak color in a way that only happens when magic is underway, the irrigo of the Fluke-Core blending with the green-yellow of the experience orbs, the colors that man was not meant to know of the captured Breath, and the red, blue, and eye-searing pink of the modifier diamonds. The irrigo slowly bleeds out of the Fluke-Core entirely, leaving behind a purple that seems to be deeper than a color should normally be -- a sign of the incredible amount of memory and experience compressed into the Core. Mourn the mind that has passed. Once the Core is entirely an unnatural purple, the entire contraption pulses once, then twice. Lines of pure energy connect the focusing-diamond in the center to the components arrayed around the machine. The assemblage rotates into its final position, then unleashes a fused beam of prismatic colors, shading to octarine, straight into the Charm of Clear Mind.

The light is blinding. The beam is shining straight through the lens of the Charm of Clear Mind, refracting and splitting into a million different colors. Well, the light should, by all rights, be colored. Instead, what emerges on the other side is absolutely colorless -- not even white, just devoid of color as though every single drop of essence were being wrung from the power flowing into the Charm. If one were ignoring the lightshow from the Charm and closely examining the machine itself, they would see it slowly dissolving in pure white light and being inexorably sucked into the beam funneling into the charm along with everything else. As the consumption continues, inch by inch and thaum by thaum, the charm acquires a faint inner light. As the last vestige of the orrery is consumed, the focusing diamond itself dissolves into a spray of power that slams into the charm, and then all is still.

Slowly, the charm rises into the air, a faint aura of energy emanating from it -- not the wild power that infused it before, but composed and stable. The golden frame around the central lens has shifted to the mythril-gold-titanite alloy that composed the focusing machine, and the lens itself… well, there are no words for the lens. It seems to be every color and no color all at once, simultaneously polychromatic and achromatic. It looks completely real, and that's saying something in a mindscape where everything is made up of thought. Most of all, though, it looks unfathomably potent.

The Charm of Clear Mind has been upgraded to the Intellectus Lens!

New stats: +1 Range to non-melee weapons.
New passive: Overflowing Insight -- Gain 5 points per turn, with a cap of 15. You start each battle with 5 points already gained. As a free action, points can be spent to improve a basic attack, according to the following formula:
1 point = +1 DMG. Cap of 9 bonus DMG.
3 points = +1 range. Cap of 3 bonus range.
6 points = You may attack through walls or other sight obstructions with this basic attack. May only be purchased once per point expenditure.

Who has a resurrection spell? I'm slightly dead.

I mean, I understand if you don't. Melee isn't very helpful right now.

@Irecreeper Also, could I possibly revamp my character a little bit? And maybe... add some non-listed stuff to toughen him up a bit, if I can do some good roleplay for it and it's thematic? Never had much of a chance to get better skills since I came in at nearly the last moment...

@Berg: Certainly... but no breaking the laws of the game. So maybe help yourself to some good equipment, but no "i call upon the powers of the gods and get 100 skillpoints" type stuff.

DCCCV moves to H8, loads the rifle, and shoots Wing 6 twice.

BLAM BLAM.

He then shoots Wing 3 once, teleporting to D5 and retreating to C6.

BLAM.

Then the Melody kicks in.

In a blur, he's reloaded, and has fired another bullet at Wing 3.

BLAM.

He empties the last of this new cartridge's ammo into Wing 1.

BLAM BLAM.

Everything is still for a moment. Then, he remembers that he still has Melody Movement. He skeedaddles away to D10, ending his turn.

Let's re-allocate stuff.

Spoiler Alert

Oh, what are those? 2 INT Orbs that went unused as Deliah (Lytea) never joined?
MINE.

The spells are different:
1 razorblade
2 mindcrush
3 melody
4 temstwo
5 Temship Raid

>Hezetor, move to J15.
>Cast Temstwo on J17 spawning Hezetor2.
IF (Projection.HP <=9 && Projection.HP >0) >Hezetor2, use Razorblade on Projection.
(apparently summoning sickness is a thing that exists)

Gasterblasters, fire! Even if it's just to spite <0>.

END

Note: Hezetor2 is not a Temmie version of Hezetor, just a weaker copy of him. There can't be a temmie version of Hezetor, or any other version of Hezetor, as there is only one version of Hezetor: the Hezetor version.

<TURN TWO-HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-NINE>
The Operative decides that it'd be a good idea to craft a weapon during the FINAL BOSS. Using a second bar of Mythril to augment an Entropic Fragment, he then also decides to put a fragment of his soul into it... which is naturally, incredibly painful and also a terrible idea. Chloe takes the newly-named Sol Aeterna, and kneels down next to the Operative.

ga: O-Oh my god! What'd you even do!?
ga: Y-You didn't freaking... scar yourself to make this did you!?
ga: I-If you did...
ga: ...
ga: I-I'm sorry, but there's... no time for me- no, for us, to worry about that!
ga: Op! Whatever you did, I'll fix you up later! For now, the Butterfly needs to fall!
ga: T-Thank you!

She raises her blade up against the Butterfly.

WELL, THAT UPGRADE WAS BLATANTLY ILLEGAL.
ELEVENTH H<0>UR SUPERP<0>WERS MUST N<0>T CARE AB<0>UT THE RULES.
N<0> MATTER. IT W<0>N'T HELP.

Siria also decides that it'd be a good idea to craft up during the final boss, flinging together a Mythril Bar, the Colossal Fluke-Care, the Breath of the Void, 2 Diamonds, 25 Experience Orbs, 10 Gold Ingots, and a Titanite Chunk. There's also like a billion attack notices, but that doesn't really matter. This creates the Intellectus Lens.

<BATTLE: IN THE EYES OF GOD, TURN FOUR>
Well, Ette was violently killed by a Projection. Try and not let that happen with somebody like Mari or Chloe and the second Projection. Besides that violent bloodless footnote, four out of six wings are dead, so the day's likely almost won! Odds are, those Descendancy Wells will get a huge spike in power once all the wings are dead... so maybe go and use those?

[small][small](also, heads up; it'll probably take way more than a peptalk to restore Marron, and far more than just a simple rez to fix Ette.)[/small][/small]

Mabuz makes a request to Chloe that she move to H12 and use Pyrokinesis to move him up to M9. If this is possible, Mabuz finally uses his special, Mortem Falce, on Wing 4. Raising his scythe, a gigantic spectral version appears before The Butterfly's fourth wing. It mimicked the same motions Mabuz made with his scythe, rearing back for a deadly swing. Four ghostly green chains capped with wicked hooks erupted from the ground around Mabuz. They wrapped around the fourth wing and tore themselves into place with the hook, keeping it bound. With a swift motion, Mabuz cut through the air before him. The spectral scythe followed through, slicing into the wing with keen precision. A horrible metallic noise rang out, like that of a guillotine in action. Mabuz seemed to take some kind of pleasure in this as he cracked a malicious smile. As the ghostly image of his scythe dissipated, energy flowed into Mabuz, revitalizing him. With the action made, he uses his move action to hastily escape to P10.

However, if cooperation from Chloe is not possible he'll simply just Meditate where he stands.

Emerald openly laughs at the Chaos Butterfly's response to him, spreading his arms open wide invitingly, mockingly "My fate was sealed the moment I came into existence, to live and to die. But permadeath? Not sure if you've heard about it, but permadeath isn't really a thing here, and besides, I don't care. I'm living through this. Oh, and that timeline? Funny thing about seeing the future, it's a possibility. The future is never certain, and normally the mere act of gazing into the future will change it, because decisions made will change based on the future knowledge. Anyways, to sum it up: I'm living and you can't really stop me. Or any of us really. Ette, although I'm sure I'll seem like a cruel bastard when I say it this way, can be rebuilt."
He then stares at the EEE, recently moved "Yeah I'm going to go ahead and call bullshit on that. Uhhh, Lyra, you might want to handle that. Or anyone who can change tiles really"
He sprints to M8, throws a knife at Wing 4, then retreats back to I9

Craftpost

Chlorin takes a Mythril, 5 Redstone Dust, 5 Toxic Fungi, 1 Circuit Board, 1 Hardened Glass, 12 Wire Bits and 1 Spinning Thin-
Chlorin dies on contact with the item due to the critical levels of memes and cancer in it. The fidget spinner drops to the ground, charred.
Chlorin respawns and gets to work. First, the Mythril.
but there is no mythril…
Chlorin facepalms and takes 6 Gold to buy a Mythril from Glitch Temmie.
Chlorin then goes to the Crafting Station and places in the Mythril Ingot. He promptly scans his carbine in a holding chamber, which then closes and the Mythril is taken. The whole station rumbles for a few seconds, getting more and more intense, before a burst of light comes out of the station.
The Titanium Carbine is now a Mythril Carbine.
This means…
New modifications!
First of all, Chlorin takes 2 Iron Ingots and throws them into the Crafting Station, giving him a Six Bullet AP Round Cast and a Six Bullet Regular Round Cast. Chlorin goes back to the Crafting Station and takes 1 Titanium Ingot. He places that and the Six Bullet AP Round Cast into the crafting station, and the Six Bullet AP Round Cast pops out as well as six AP Rounds. Chlorin uses 0.25 Mage Robe to create a fabric pouch for the AP Rounds and stores them in his ammo bag for later use. He picks up the Six Bullet AP Round Cast.
Next, Chlorin takes the Six Bullet Regular Round Cast and 1 Gold Ingot. He melts and forges the Gold into a ring about the size of a head. He switches out Grenade for a Light Beam…
And proceeds to cast Beam on the halo. It somehow comes out unscathed and is now all sparkly and stuff. Chlorin switches back to Grenade with the variants he had before, and proceeds to use Over Easy to smash the halo to bits. He melts it and pours the remnants into the Six Bullet Regular Round Cast, and it eventually cools. Chlorin uses another 0.25 of a Mage Robe to make another pouch, where he puts the Holy Bullets.
Chlorin picks up the Six Bullet Regular Round Cast and uses another Titanium Ingot to create a small tub. Chlorin takes the 5 Redstone Dust from earlier and pours it all in the tub. He takes a Titanium Ingot and melts it down into six bullets, which he all drops in the Redstone tub. He puts the tub in an infusion chamber, where it combines the two items via shaking. The result are red tinted bullets, which he uses yet another 0.25 of a Mage Robe to make a pouch to store in. He plops the Redstone Bullets in there and places the closed pouch in the ammo bag.
Chlorin takes the tub and puts the 5 Toxic Fungi in there. He makes yet another set of regular bullets with a Titanium Ingot and drops them in the tu-
Chlorin dies due to inhaling the fumes. Yes he breathes.
Chlorin respawns once again and puts the tub in the infusion chamber. Another rumble creates the Toxic Bullets. The Crafting Station spits out some weird green smo-
Oh wait. That’s more toxic fumes. Chlorin dies again due to failing to have proper air.
Chlorin respawns again, and sighs. He uses a final 0.25 of a Mage Robe to create one final pouch for the Toxic Bullets. He quickly plops the bullets in his pouch via plastic spoon and then puts the pouch in the ammo bag.
Finally, for the good part. Chlorin takes 1 Durasteel, 1 Circuit Board, 12 Wire Bits and 1 Hardened Glass and puts it in the Crafting Station to make a Battle Cell Phone. Chlorin plugs the Cell Phone in to a magical computer on the Crafting Station…
And…
Uh…
How do I explain this without spending the next 30 minutes on a 4 frame GIF? Oh right.
