<TURN TWO-HUNDRED AND THIRTY-FIVE>
Battlefury opens the Mystery Box, and finds a Colossal Fluke Core, a Hunter's Eye, and a Mirror-Charm. Apparently, they've all been gimped so as to only sell for 2 gold each. Welp. Maybe they could be used for something cool, though...? Battlefury also harvests the silk from TOFS, getting 1000 Silk Scraps. That's... a lot.

...That's really it. NPC conversations and such will happen within the battle logs. Of note is that a bunch of people have joined battles.

<BATTLE: THE CLEARING, TURN TWO>
Darkside's getting close to death. You might want to tell him to post. Anyway, be wary of the incoming tornadoes, and be sure to tend to the injured before they drop. Especially Emerald, who got blown into the water.

I move to H5 in The Clearing and say the Time Honored Genji Line "I Need Healing!". Then I get Duke Fishron with my sword again.

In Zone 5, Emerald moves to G3 BEFORE ENGIE AND SPEED,
and uses Ornamental Blast on Corruption, or more accurately, H6 AFTER ENGIE AND SPEED.

Provided I mathed correct, Range 4 should be just enough to hit Corruption with the Splash 1 without hitting Toast. I'm not actually aiming directly for Corruption, but rather close enough to hit him without hitting Toast. The specific tiles are everything entered around H6, so G5, G6, G7, H5, H6, H7, and I5, I6, I7. Don't go there before my action.
Emerald takes a moment to translate the text in his head, then replies to cc "57 68 6f 20 61 72 65 20 79 6f 75 3f"

Oh, Toast told you? Cool. Anyway, I... don't remember seeing you in that timeline? But given that the chamber was broken when we left the Splinter Drift, you might have already gotten out of there before I made it there. If one of the other mindscapers smashed it, if that timeline's 'you' got out of it on their own, or if you weren't even there in the first place... I wouldn't know. Communication was basically nonexistent then.

Alt moves to K6, takes advantage of her Metalhead Crown to stay on the fortified square, then revs up with Air!

Mari guards.

Marron moves to G8 and uses Hollowed Flare on Duke Fishron.

Ette uses Needle Cavity on Emerald then moves to H8.

~~

Toast proceeds to jump of the edge of the map at H4, then uses Shifting Sands on the Glitch Wither Skeleton. She waits until Jon acts, then thwacks the Corruption with her chainsaw.

Here's the deal: Me, Tazz and Emerald can collectively kill the Error and Corruption reliably, so I highly recommend that you direct your damage elsewhere if you aren't me, Tazz or Emerald.

Chlorin moves to G10 and switches to the Scouter Scope. He then shoots The Abandoned.

I know that I'm not Tazz, but I will tell you: SPREAD OUT. Otherwise, The Error will deal significant damage to us.

I prompty pull out Chekhov's Howitzer, and load it with Chekhov's Explosive Shell. What are the contents of the shell, you might ask?
shell contents
I decide to deal with JOEbob's clones for obvious reasons. As the JOEclone Horde charges at Ware 3, they suddenly stop to question the value of their lives. As one imagines, such a massive JOEhorde is immense, and cannot be held by a single map zone. Naturally, this leads to them being scattered across all the places. Which leads to them horribly dying in droves. They come to the conclusion that while their lives have Value, JOEbob does not respect that. Luckily, they die before they get to lynch JOEbob.

Next up, everyone realizes that there were 7001 clones. Since this is not a round number, the 2000 that were supposed to act as a backup wave turn around and instead decide to murder a person to round out the numbers. Needless to say, this breaks out into yet another instance of everyone killing eachother in a act of mutual suicide as things obviously spiral out of control. Finally, the killing ends, with 998 bobs remaining. But they realize that isn't nice and round as 1000 or 900 either. It's not like you can round up JOEbobs, so....

They promptly proceed to engage in exactly the type of rounding down that doomed them. Except their rounding down ends on a less-round number than they would like. So, via mutual genocide, they round down again. This occurs for forever, until only six remain. At this point, they just sorta shrug and decide not to murder each other.

Did i say 6 JOEbobs?

I meant 6 candles.

See, due to the curse of Way Too Many Clones, which decrees that such an excessive amount of clones must end up flawed, JOEbob bungled up a thing and ended up creating 2,000 candlebobs as opposed to 2,000 JOEbobs. This is not me forcibly segwaying anything at all, i swear.

All that remains is the CandleJoes and the Joeguard. The JOEguard is promptly hit by a glancing shot from a battleship, and exploded horribly. What battleship, you ask? Why, i refer to the WAAttle ship, something i totally did not just make up. Besides, the JOEguard was actually just a bunch of charged creepers.

Suddenly, a well. What is well? All manner of things, and all manner of things shall be well. JOEbob realizes that Zone 5 is just a small stone island with a single well on it. He has seen though the """illusion""", yet blinded himself to a truth. Which, naturally, is that none of this is real. He walks up to the well, looking over the edge. The walls are studded with chunks of glass-sharp obsidian. There, naturally, is no other method. It seems the only escape is the well.

And so, JOEbob jumps to his death, is promptly cut badly by a chunk of obsidian, and then drowns in the water, rising above exactly 6 times before drowning.

The howitzer promptly fires at the rising bodies. They are all thrown into wells by Candlebobs, where they all horribly die and receive free weeping scars. Fun for the whole family, truly.

Roxxanne will move to H14 and double-punch the Error for a total of 57 damage, killing it without fuss. I suppose that these two are deliberately easier? 50% Weakness to Light certainly wouldn't have been overlooked... "Eat it! Eat it and explode from eating it!"

The Glitch Skeleton moves to G10 and snipes the Failure. The Temmie Hero will move to G11, Spin Flakes if any allies are in range, and chill there. The Scale Serpent will slither over to H11.

"Oh, oh! Mr. Ire Person! Do you like puppies? I love puppies. I have the cutest puppy I have ever seen ever, too!" Roxxanne says, proceeding to show off Cupcake, that white Dalmation with Pink heart spots He's adorable. "I have no clue how he got to have heart-shaped pink spots, but he is an adoriboo and a fluffawey, colon three!"

Riko moves to help out her fellow Chaos Tester, and decides that she might as well do something useful for the party. She slinks next to any JOEbob clones left living after Battlefury's onslaught, and says a single term. Their, large, blue, bulbous heads swell up, inflating like balloons with one of JOE's primary elements, Blood, as their dubiously extant minds cloud with dread, glitch and thyme ripped from them. They begin to lumber, tearing corruption from them, something Riko considers absorbing to make her cooler and newer, and then decides against. The corruption erodes them, releasing bursts of cool and newness. The form of a Ware corrupted JOE clone can not take cool and newness, and thus explodes in massive puffs of orchid.

Oriko repeats the term again, and the JOEbobs are cleansed. Nothing can handle the power of the dread phrase, the phrase known as

[big][big][big][big][big][big][big]succ.[/big][/big][/big][/big][/big][/big][/big]

Oriko sort of just eats the Thyme and other Bad Ware Corruption anyway, because I am known for VERY VERY BAD IDEAS, expect ABSOLUTELY NO GAIN FROM THIS, A LOT OF BAD THINGS HAPPENING TO ME AND NOBODY ELSE and a lot of LOSS FROM THIS, and happen to be a VERY BAD TROLL.

i will fite anyone who tries to stop me
especially roxxannes

what was the point of doing all that and then doing that other thing with no point but to hasten your own demise
:^)

"Chloe, watch out for the winds. Don't stand anywhere where you could be blown into those storms."

He'll hope that she knows to avoid the water on her own. If she needs a place to stand, he'll recommend G8. Then, he runs to I5, slashes at Duke with an electric attack, and retreats to K7.

"Time for a positioning trick."

<TURN TWO-HUNDRED AND THIRTY-SIX>
Battlefury pulls out Chekhov's Howitzer, and proceeds to shell the bodies with Chekhov's Explosive Shell. While the bodies were not in-fact JOE clones, the shot manages to destroy nearly all of them, leaving two bodies remaining. Splinters(?) litter the ground where most of them once were, which are then swept up and lobbed into wells. JOE then keeps attempting to dig through the root, and gets zapped by energy for his efforts. Hey, you know you can join the battle at Zone 5, right? Feel free to do that.

Oriko then actually augments Battlefury's attack, wiping out the remaining bodies. Oriko then decides to eat some of the splinters, which are glowing purple. In a totally expected twist of fate, Oriko becomes a thyme-bent monstrosity, and is promptly gunned down by a Chaos Saber. When did that get there?

cc: hahaha
cc: no
cc: no (t)hrowing (t)he game
cc: freakin' nerd

Oriko promptly respawns at the MW Antidisestablishmentarianism, and is then slapped by a Chaos Saber, which promptly flies away into the non-existent sun. It seems that Oriko is okay, but she feels kinda weird. Almost as if something's changed. Don't look at your character sheet.

<BATTLE: THE CLEARING, TURN THREE>
Things seem to be going well. Just watch out for that northern wind; it'll suck, and sting like hell if you get blown into the water! Fortunately, water only deals ten damage. So maybe don't be too afraid.

<BATTLE: OUTSIDE THE SPHERE, TURN TWO>

Heck yeah! But I think that's a constant in all timelines.

:doublepistolsandawink:

Alt leap-flies to O10, kills the Night Ghost (unless it dodges, in which case: FeelsBadMan) then uses her extra retreat from Air to move to M8. She lets the wind take her NORTH.

Mari uses Wide Beam North, then moves to M9.
The MX-Drone starts buffing Marron.

Marron now pew-pews the Duke with Hollowed Flare, and stays where she is.
Ette moves to G9.

Order for this turn in the clearing:
Ranged attacks.
TOFS.
Melee attacks.

~~

Once the Failure is within Abyss-kill-range, Toast moves to H4 and uses Shifting Sands on it. Afterwards, she uses to rest of her move to soar over to I8, where she uses Rogue! According to the rolls through Discord, she's gotten the Crescent Crossbow and Bundle of Wands.

"OK, you die now!"

The Temmie Hero moves to G13 and uses Spinning Flakes on the Mistake. The Scale Serpent moves to G12 with a bit of fancy slithering and bites the Mistake from there. The Glitch Skeleton shuffles to F11 and picks off the Mistake. After all of these, Roxxanne performs her signature doublepunch maneuver upon the Mistake, and should it be low enough at that point, uses her Heaven Breaker on it too. Roxxanne then moves to G14.

You may notice a small pattern there, that being that even with ZoC ignore the Mistake can't actually move through people, and his slash is limited to working only on whoever is "YOU." So he can't pass through that way. Human wall techniques! If I can't kill him I can stall him out.

@Everyone: Kill the Failure! Drop him to 30 HP and then have Toast SS him off the face of the earth. If you have DPS left over, start working on those Veins. I should remind you a certain Telltale Heart exists, Aka the unholy fusion of 10 and 13, and those two were by far the nastiest. The 'pulse' in the center of the area is only confirming my preexisting suspicions. Kill the Veins in preemptive striking measures.
