Roxxanne uses Bloody Eruption on Ornstein, causing the man who's corpse the serpent is effectively pilot to suffer various biological failures that give a direct line to the serpent. At this point, she doublepunches as per the typical. If she can do it, she'll then use Heaven Breaker to cap everything off. If not, she'll instead use a Gravball to wrap this up. As she hasn't moved yet, Roxxanne bolts to J13.

The Temmie Hero moves to G14, uses Spinning Flakes, and moves back to I15.

The general strategy is that Ornstein dies this turn due to DarkSide Suicide nuke, so any DPS that can be done, must be done. However, we're not going all-in as I'm not sure we have 100% lethal here. Still, if you can reliably hit Ornstein, he's probably your target. If you cannot hit Ornstein, it may be of extreme pertinent interest to wail on an Anor Archer to make sure that Ornstein doesn't get an instant death attack.

@Lyra/Pit: Glitched is still up as it doesn't tick down the turn it's placed (Ire begrudgingly admitted to such), so use Weakened instead; it'll increase the potency of DarkSide's payload. Not to 'will kill on its own' levels, but it'll definitely help the DPS requirements become less stringy (well, unless DarkSide misses, which is why)

Alt manages to find a bunch of bombs in the inventory. She disposes of them by tossing them all into the air, then shooting them with a rifle, creating what can only be described as a nuclear fireworks display. She then sends a message to Chaos via airplane.

...The plane suddenly comes back, holding a fork and an egg for some reason. There's a message on it...

Darkside's Shade then uses the results of the skewed and totally not rigged in your favor RNG to create two more Hotline Fishing Rods, expending 4 Flarefin Koi's, 6 Obsidifish, 4 Adamantite, 2 Cinder Logs, 10 Silkweed, and... the old boot. Chloe is thankful for your creation, and tests out one of the new rods by casting it out into the sea of lava. She fishes up an Iron Crate.

ga: Oooh, good luck again.
ga: It's no golden crate, but I'm pretty happy to have gotten something nice.
ga: I'll leave you to open it!

The Shade also decides to go fishing, grabbing 2 Koi's and 3 Obsidifish, along with another Iron Crate. HealerX then +1's his SPC, and... also receives a package for seemingly little to no reason. Huh. Teag opts to swap Ice Pillar and Turn for Totem and Melody, while the Operative pitches the idea of building a lake to Chloe.

ga: Hehehehe...
ga: Yeah, that idea is kiiiinda dumb.
ga: The weird thing is that we could probably pull it off... assuming we found a nice water source.
ga: I recall there was this nice room with a waterfall in Memoir Caverns, but you guys destroyed that room for whatever reason. Oh well.

He then manages to catch a... Dynamite Fish. That's not dangerous. Chloe flinches at the sight of the fish, but to her relief, it doesn't go off. She casually takes it from his hook, and places it within the inventory.

<BATTLE: ANOR LONDO, TURN SEVEN>
Ornstein, who had a cool death description planned, instead is overkilled by so much that instead of having a fancy death animation, he instead explodes into a storm of giblets, sending a fine pulse of blood across the room. Blood stains everyone and everything, and Ette shakes at the idea of just how much laundry she'll need to do. The two archers, connected to Ornstein, explode in equally magnificent bursts of blood!

Left behind in the room are Ornstein and Smough's souls, which Darkside promptly snatches up before dropping dead on the spot. Jon opts to pick up the Final Rush Orb that just so happened to appear in the far end of the room. Meanwhile, Solaire opts to leave, but he leaves you all with 3 Gold and a special item, before desummoning himself.

Anyway, there's a few things you can do now. You can go and perform the Final Rush, use the Naughty Present (or do both the Final Rush and the Naughty Present at the same time, which'll edit the difficulty of both to make it managable), head into the Phantasm, or go NORTH and seek the name end the game. Each of them are viable options by this point.

Whatever do you now, there's no pressure to choose. Feel free to take some time to plan out your next move. For those players interested in submitting their bosses to the Final Rush, PM me with a link to the bosses you want to submit! There'll be a max of one boss per player, and my favorite boss will become the actual boss of the rush!

Toast does the sensible and responsible thing to remove blood, and dives headfirst into the lava. She casually swims around for a bit, before getting bored, and hopping out onto the shore to wring the lava out of her hair. Her hair and arm briefly cascades through shades of red, before returning to their signature color- emerald green. Once she has been successfully de-lava-fied, Toast joins Marron and Ette.

Hey, are you two alright? Sorry, I didn't really get a chance to see what was going on among all the fighting~

She sits down with them, cross-legged, wings-folded, occasionally flicking her eyes between Gladius and Marron.

DarkSide walks up to Chloe, bloodstained so much that you couldn't tell what color he was originally. Same goes for his weapon. Looks like this time he's just had a nap to recover before coming back.

"Yeah, we're... fine. We won. We just kinda overkilled Ornstein so hard that, as I landed my blow, it replaced his death animation with him exploding in a mass of blood and giblets from being hit with 244 damage worth of overkill. Nothing too out of the ordinary. A bit weakened from the ordeal myself, but I'll pull through," he says before coughing up a bit of blood. "I'll get over it. Regen's a beautiful thing."

Truly, a force to be feared.

"Anyway, you were talking about making a lake somewhere? Perhaps the river over in Recollection Woods would suffice if we make a large enough hole. Or drain the water to the Clearing there after blowing a hole open."

He also opens up the two Iron Crates that were fished out. He also opens his Temmie Present from back at the christmas sculpture contest thing.

DarkSide, taking the place of his Shade, casts a line out after hooking a Woodworm to the line. He continues chattin' up a storm, bloodstained as ever. The blood does seem to be fading, however.

"Also, I think I'm noticing a pattern here with us three... I have no idea why these patterns exist, but they do. So I've noticed that I'm pretty good with catching normal fish normally. Chloe, you're surprisingly good at hauling up crates, which is really good, yet really strange... Op, I have no idea how you're fishing up... this... shockingly useful junk, as well as quest fish (?), but hey, I managed to make fishing line outta that boot, so it really is shockingly useful. Who knows what we could craft with that stuff! And who knows what other people could fish up with these..."

It was true; the patterns were strange. Perhaps they changed with different bodies of liquid, as well as different people? Who knows.

I put 9 points into INT, and one into MP.

I take the temmie orb, and summon a temmie with knives. I then take the orb, place it in the centre of my healing aura, and chant some sort of magic chant-spell-thing, causing the orb to float into the air, followed (somehow) by the aura. The aura then slowly shrinks until it surrounds the orb like the rings of Saturn. I grab the orb and aura, then throw it into the distance. The temmie with knives runs to catch it, even though temmies resemble cats more than dogs. The temmie brings the orb back to me in its mouth, but I spook it, causing the Temmie to swallow the orb. The temmie then ascends into the air, the aura expanding outwards from its centre. I place the temmie on my head, though it's still a trinket.

Add whatever materials are necessary.

There's a flicker in the timeline. There can only be one Operative. Thus, when everyone else returns, the sound of clocks ticking can be heard... then, there really IS only one Operative. Then, there's a pause.

"...Ow. Timeline merge. That always hurts..."

Toast starts off the update by tossing all her skillpoints into HP. She then jumps into lava to cleanse herself of the blood that's stained her clothes... which works, because she's 100% immune to Fire. She then goes and joins the puppet sisters.

tc: Sup, Toast. I'm fine, don't worry.
tc: Ette... could be better. And now her body will be a pain to wash. I'll probably need to go to the Temmie Superstore and convince them to let me throw Ette in a washing machine...
[small][small]tc: I still remember the last time that happened. So many Temmies were frightened by Ette, hehehehe...[/small][/small]

She snickers, and completely diverts her attention from Chloe, content with just sitting with Toast and spending some time cooling down. She also spends some time fixing up Ette, welcoming Toast over to help if she wishes. Marron then +1's her STR, HP, and MP. On the subject of "NPC Skill Points", Chloe +2's her INT, and +1's her HP. Roxxanne then spends a single post saying "f". Teag then +4's his MP, while Battlefury does the Victory Screech! Visible amounts of discomfort become apparent on everyone... if only because you're screeching so loudly. Darkside then walks up to Chloe, all covered in blood. Her concern is immediately visible.

ga: H-Holy gorilla, what happened to you?

Darkside takes a bit of time to explain. She nods in understanding, then recoils at the sight of him coughing up blood.

ga: I-I see. You know, you don't always need to wait for regen. I can always get you some coffee. Food does wonders for the body.

Then, the lake comes up. She giggles.

ga: I-I don't think we were entirely serious about making a lake.
ga: If we are doing that, the Recollection Woods would be perfect! The spiders there would probably enjoy a body of fresh water as well.

She then casts a line out into the lava lake at the same time as Darkside, and listens to his theory about fishing patterns. She pulls another crate; a Wooden one this time.

ga: Yep. Totally a pattern here, as you said. Or maybe it's just luck...?
ga: Hm, idea. Why don't we test this with...
[small][small]ga: Um, she's the only one who can technically act right now. Here we go...[/small][/small]

She calls out in the general direction of Toast.

ga: M-Marron? Could you please come here?
ga: I-I'd like you to help us with something...

The pink-haired puppeteer pushes herself up from the ground, tells Toast that she'll only be a second, then begrudgingly walks over.

tc: Sup. What the gorilla do you want.
ga: I-I was, uh, erm...

Sweat drips down Chloe's face, bursts of steam ripping off of the little droplets as they travel down.

ga: I-I was wondering if you could... help with our experiment? All you need to do is cast your line, a-and then-
tc: You want me to go fishing.
ga: Y-Yeah. For science.

Marron sighs, and if only to humor the girl, snatches her fishing rod up, and casts it out.

ga: Hey, you forgot to put some bait on the hook-

Marron seems to take massive offense to this for whatever reason. She's trembling...

tc: I-I'm aware.
tc: Here, just pass me a worm...

Chloe grabs a woodworm, and hands it to Marron. As she extends her arm to give it to her, Marron snags her arm and flings her down into the lake of lava. Chloe lets out a little shriek as she tumbles down into the drink, while Marron laughs as she falls. She sinks into the lava, and doesn't reemerge until a few seconds later, spitting out some lava as she does, her head poking just out of the lava.

ga: T-That seemed uncalled for...
ga: At least the lava feels... relaxing. Huh.
ga: I'd invite you in, but that'd kill you, wouldn't it?
ga: Ahhh...

She swims to the edge of the crater lake, and rests against the wall, enjoying the soothing heat of the lava. Meanwhile, Marron puts a worm on her hook, casts it out, and is immediately rewarded with... a Reaver Shark. She gingerly puts down the rod by her side.

tc: There. I did your stupid science experiment. Happy?

Before the blonde can even respond, Marron casually trots off towards Toast, and sits down like nothing happened, besides the one thing she says to Toast...

tc: Before you ask, yes; the gorilla deserved it.
tc: If it weren't for her, then...
tc: Forget about it, ugh.

On a completely different note, JOE +something's his INT. It'd help if I knew how much you wanted to increase it by..., so you don't actually +1 anything. Emerald then tosses all his points into AGI, and then cleans himself of blood... SOMEHOW. Ancient chinese secrets or something. Numbersoup then +3's her INT, and +1's her MP, before slapping together the Temmie Orb and a Healing Aura together, creating a really cute head-trinket. The tem seems to be happy to adorn your head. Healing Temmie created, and equipped! To satisfy the temmie after spooking it though, it consumes 1 Temmie Flake. That's the crafting cost. Jon then throws all his points into MP. Chlorin then uses his apparent powers over fiction to +1 his AGI, STR, and HP, before swapping Fireball to Grenade. Mari then senses a disturbance in the force meta...

She runs over to Chlorin and slaps him.

ut: Are you seriously using grenade? That spell's pretty gorilla.
ut: ...you're making me feel SORRY for you, somehow. Maybe it's because of how dumb you must be to choose THAT spell, of all the spells available...
ut: In fact, I bet I alone could make it the single best spell around, with only a few slight tweaks!
ut: I feel like challenging myself; give me a few Wiring Bits, some stuff that burns well, and... a lightbulb or something, and then I'll make that spell something you can be proud of using.

HealerX tosses his skillpoints into STR, and then opens the Cool and Good Package... but fails to select an upgrade! Go choose one! It's listed under "Other" in the Inventory! He then casually sticks a chunk of Mythril into Chloe's weapon, Sunmade! It begins to glow with an absolutely brilliant sheen... and proceeds to nearly burn your retinas out. After diverting your eyes for a second, the blade has cooled down to a viewable temperature... Sunmade finished! Chloe holds the blade of Sunmade's Gladius Forme high in the air, admiring its light.

ga: W-Wow...
ga: It's absolutely beautiful! I can't wait to use it!
ga: Thanks, everyone!

Then, the Operative corrects a time paradox. Chloe, as she did to Darkside, offers him a pot of coffee to ease the pain. Coffee does wonders!

...Darkside opens a bunch of crates! Inside the first (iron) box, he finds 8 Gold Bars, and 1 Gold! In the second iron crate, he finds 6 Cobalt Bars and a Spelunker Potion! In the wooden crate, he finds 16 Iron Bars and... it looks like a fish snuck into the crate, so you also get a Flarefin Koi.

HealerX applies the +1 Base DMG upgrade to the Life Essence Railgun, and votes for Final Rush + Frost Moon. He also opens the two Iron Crates, and the Wooden Crate.

INPUT: 1 Wand of the Sky, 1 Open Bag of Topkek, 10 Celestial Essence, 1 Blue Crystal, 10 Hollowed Logs, 10 Cinder Logs, 2 Silkweed, 2 Runic Alloy, 1 Phase Matter, 5 MP

PROCESS: HealerX borrows the Wand of the Sky, and places it on a table. He takes the Open Bag of Topkek, stuffs the Blue Crystal in it, sews it shut with some Silkweed made into thread by the Temmie Sewing Kit, and covers the entire thing with Celestial Essence.

He magics up a spectral saw to grind the Cinder Logs and Hollowed Logs into mixed fire/ice sawdust, and covers the Celestial Bag of Topkek with that. Finally, he drops some Phase Matter into it. The Celestial Bag of Topkek suddenly implodes into a fine orb of celestial meme magic, which HealerX then puts on one end of the Wand of the Sky. The memes flow through it, and don't stop for a while.

To stabilize the new Wand of the Sky, HealerX melts some Runic Alloy, and coats the wand in it.

OUTPUT: Wand of the Sky: Now more dank than ever.
Stats: (6-8) Damage, 3 Range, 1 Retreat. (RANGED, MAGIC)
Weapon Passive: Celestial Aura V2
[INSERT STUFF ABOUT SKYPOWER HERE.] +1 Skill Slot.

--Crafting: Lightbulb--
INPUT: 2 Glass Shards, 1 Hardened Glass, 5 Iron Ingots, 6 Wire Bits

PROCESS: HealerX makes a lightbulb dome out of Glass Shards and Hardened Glass, the bottom part of the lightbulb from Iron Ingots, and the electrical stuff out of Wire Bits.

For the dome thing, he strategically, carefully placed the Glass Shards and Hardened Glass together, with some magically popped-up super glue to hold them together.

For the metal part, he simply got a lightbulb mold from that conveniently-placed mold store, melted the Iron, and poured the mold in.

The electrical stuff was fairly obvious. He coded up things, and put the Wire Bits together to make a lightbulb tech thing..

OUTPUT: Lightbulb: Self-explanatory.

After all this crafting, HealerX gives Mari a bottle of Red Solution, a bunch of Wire Bits, and the Lightbulb for the Grenade upgrenade upgrade.
