Debbie also, reluctantly, ventures into the main tent. It’s warmer here, the ground raked dirt free of snow and ice, with that same song she heard earlier echoing on accordion through the dark space. Passing through an overhang, she is greeted with a nod by another masked figure, whistling along to the notes of the accordion, covered head-to-toe in grey fabrics. The figure continues whistling as Debbie passes, not responding to any questions. If this is the master, they certainly aren’t eager to show it. So onward she goes.

Debbie emerges onto a large, circular stage dimly lit by scarlet torches, with ascending rows of seats at the edge – all empty. For a few moments, all is as it was... and then the music stops.

A red spotlight shines from up in the stands, circling its beam on the floor around Debbie despite being completely unmanned. At last, it settles in front of her... A cloud of red-tinged smoke bursts in the air above the spotlight’s circle, and from it, in a dark twirl of fabric, emerges a thin, tall bipedal creature dressed in an elegant tasseled cloak, grey on the outside and red on the inside. The creature’s head is large relative to the rest of its frame and points upward in two horn-like formations atop. Its body, though roughly humanoid, is covered in black carapace, and a white mask similar to the others, though with more elaborate markings, covers the creature’s face – though not its glowing scarlet eyes, pools of fire without pupils or irises.

The creature turns its head toward Debbie. A voice lists from the mask, dry and scraping, as if the speaker was in desperate need of water. And had been for the past hundred years.

???: So, you called us here.
???: How auspicious, that the acolyte failed in their task. For you have completed it in their stead at a fine time indeed.
???: Well met, fellow outlander. I am Grimm, master of this troupe.
GRIMM: The lantern has been lit, the summons heeded. You bring us to a stage cast in shadow, on the edge of madness.
GRIMM: Well done, my friend! Well done.
GRIMM: It is not yet time for the reforging of our compact. But this kingdom sparks with the flame in dream all the same.
GRIMM: My kin have already set out, to harvest that flame. A dance in shadows and nightmares begins.
GRIMM: You have already played your part to perfection, my friend. But I see the potential for something greater – a starring role!
GRIMM: Delve into dreams, and extract the essence we seek, and we will aid your quest.
GRIMM: Banish my kin and take their flames for yourself, if you must.
GRIMM: And when you return to me... We will work wonders together.

Grimm holds out his hand, and an empty black lantern appears in a jet of flame in his palm, presented to Debbie as a gift. What will she do?

Elsa Maria flash freezes a guy right in front of the party. Fucked up. He's like a chicken tendie in need of microwaving. Keane (still in disguise) takes a protective step in front of Sakura.

Pardon takes stock and asks Acerola to resurrect Doc first of all. He than moves to L19 and Basic Attacks the Leecher, healing basically every ally for 5 HP and applying LifePowder as applicable, he gives the first Energised Pouch to Acerola and steps to K16 and huddles up with Offtopic

- Sakura appoints Keane as her second loyal simp. Is this redundant, seeing as he is forever her loyal simp? Yes.
- If the Nest is still alive, cast Formulaic Spellcasting: Electric on it. This'll probably kill it.
- Otherwise, if the Leecher is still alive, cast Formulaic Spellcasting: Electric on it. Will this kill it? Who knows???
- Otherwise, cast Formulaic Spellcasting: Electric on Elsa Maria. This will totally kill her.
