Auth nearly falls over when Terry grabs him, resulting in a deftly applied elbow. This results in a yelp from Auth, and basically no damage done to Terry. Auth holds his arm as if it's been significantly damaged.

As a placeholder action until I get told off for doing the wrong thing, Auth meditates, and redirects the Mana Gain to Toast, who is guarding next to him.

Y'know, I wonder what would happen if Toast meditated, and I used Mana Channelling on her?

Zed acts before Chloe.

He spends a little more MP to use his probe's Scan function on the Scarred. He then drinks from the Yggdrasil Vessel to heal himself, then flies to N7 and centers an attack on N10.

Then, noticing his imminent death by clown, he plays a haunting ukulele refrain in an attempt to pacify or at least distact the Jester and/or Juggler.

(Also, if the Juggler does attack Zed, his trait should go off.)

Slightly embarrassed that he was slow to the puzzle, Brutishace examines the grate for signs of change, ready to jump into the battle if need be. He heads over to P19, slightly closer to the entrance, just in case he needs to run to support the party.

Boshi shoves a skillpoint into SPC, before walking over to the house... where the wimpering of the puppeteer could be heard a few meters away.

As they draw closer to the House, they realize everyone's gone. So Boshi tracks everyone down to the Whispering Library.

...and Hat Kid is almost instantly repulsed at the thought of even entering.

"(Oh, yeah, right, you hate reading. Heh, forgot about that...)"

She's very much unamused. "(...Alright, listen, you can either suck it up and come with me into the library, or you can wait out here for god knows what to appear out of nowhere.)"

She refuses still, and moves to jump off Boshi's saddle- "(Eliti might be roaming.)"

She freezes; she knows Boshi can't even hope to take them on alone, let alone her. But, so many books...

She stops her sulking and remains on Boshi's saddle. "(Alright, let's move.)"

The duo move to the Ruined Hall. Boshi takes a closer look at the book on the table. If there are any areas to write down names in the book, he writes, from top to bottom:
-Fury
-Static Overcharge
-Glacial Monolith

He also takes the time to pick up the scroll nearby. Meanwhile, Hat Kid, repulsed with the idea of reading still, inspects the rubble for weak points or places where they could dig out some of the stuff in order to gain access to either upstairs or the hallway.

If so, she proceeds to blitz through it with an Iron Pickaxe.
If not, or more rubble just begins falling, she just takes a peek to the North.

<ROUND FIFTY-TWO>
Terry modifies his skillpoints slightly, then equips the Resonating Pike and the spell Ebb and Flow. Since it'll have been researched later in the round. He then goes to investigate the scroll at (AF45). It seems to have been transcribed from a spellbook, but he can't really seem to make it out. He adds it to the inventory, obtaining the Crumpled Scroll! He then flips through the Cultist Card Deck, noting that instead of having four different suits like a standard deck, there's no actual suits because the suits have been replaced with random runes. There's nothing too interesting, save for the Aces all reading <0>. The <0> cards hurt to hold...

Krabs then researches Cherry Energy and Watchful Eye! Krabs then tries to research some spells, but they're already researched! Krabs then tries to research some spells, but they're already researched! He then researches two other spells (Force Nail, Ebb and Flow), gets some upgrades for the Elemental Blaster and Yggdrasil Vessel, and then grabs the Shock Therapist. Krabs then does... something. This results in him exploding the brain of the Void Well. Which in turn, causes the well to explode in a massive surge of entropic energy.

This levels most of the Hidden Grove.

As the Void Well is undone, it promptly folds in upon itself, spitting out a Signal Rune before vanishing into nothingness. To his surprise, Mr. Krabs survives this. After cashing in what appears to be a highly infused Signal Rune for the Entropic Key, Mr. Krabs then decides to walk away from the carnage and explore to the North of the Ruined Hallway. There, he sees a Chairian woman attempting to stave off hordes of Iti... and front reception! Finally, he can go and check out some books! Oh, he also +1's his HP.

JOE then goes and reveals that his oven is actually made of titanium. 4 Titanium suddenly vanishes from the inventory. He follows up by copy-pasting his composter, using 30 Cobblestone in the process. He then tosses 12 Soulblossoms into the new composter. Simeon then respecs slightly, while Piono agrees to take a picture with Chloe. She smiles eagerly, wrapping her left arm around Piono while holding her phone with her right. She smiles wide for the camera, and there's a light flash as the camera captures the moment.

CHLOE: T-Thank you!
CHLOE: Heh, Xavier's gonna flip... even if it isn't really THE Piono.

She then heads off to Altar Isle, given timeline shenanigans. Piono decides to follow her into combat. Brutishace then STARES DOWN THAT DRAIN. It doesn't seem to change. The Iti in the area stares at Brutishace. Boshi then writes spell names down in the book, but nothing happens. He then also tries to break down the rubble, but it seems that the rubble is not only nearly impossible to budge, it's protected by an invisible wall. At least he gets that +1 SPC. Irongutta then +1's his SKI, while Nezira +1's her MP.

Onlooker 2 has activated their special! They've also nuked their own allies due to their attack gaining Splash. The problem now is that Zedros has been downed; maybe go get someone on that! Alternatively, go and wipe the enemy. That works too.

With Toast (and maybe Auth, I don't know if that's a text error) at near-full MP, the end of this duel is probably in sight! Just beware; Ette is using Defensive Cuddle, and you'll need to hit both targets to ensure that Ette doesn't soak up all the damage. Alternatively, blitz down Ette! She's expecting it, anyway.

and then stopping at L8, I unleash a hail of bullets at the Juggler, gunning him down.
If I notice I somehow killed the Juggler in 1 burst, attack the Onlooker, or the Jester if their still alive.

I cannot possibly miss/glance a 3rd time in a row! The Juggler is for sure going to die! I have great aim damnit!

"Dam my luck..." 1.63% to glance twice in a row. At least theirs no way I'm going to glance again.

Auth slips around to scan the Seeker Sphere, and sees someone he recognises... he dashes off to Reception before anyone is the wiser, and stands next to Omo. He knows she's focusing, so he remains silent, and prepares a burst of Overwrite.

If Omo pays attention to him lining up and preparing to help, he responds as such.

Terry and the Author are wreathed in a light breeze. They feel faster. Not just speed-faster, brain-faster too.

Terry then uses this faster-ness to throw all the Iti around the room. His breeze intensifies, coalescing around his weapon as well.

ATTACK.

Spears of air materialize around him.

"RADIAL JAVELIN!"

Each Iti is impaled by said spears of air.

Toast moves to K6, beams northwestward, having it turn east at I4.

"Marron... you weren't beaten because of what you did; it was actually really smart to grab me like that. If it wasn't for that shield from Auth... our positions would probably be reversed. And, if you'd known that I'd explode there, then I'm certain I'd be pinned to that wall with needles."

She points to the central wall, then smiles- despite just saying that she'd be pinned to a wall with needles. Then, she gets down on her knees, sitting on the heels of her boots.

"Seriously. Your tactics are great, and you're nowhere near weak. Maybe you just got dealt a bad hand this time around. Next time, it'll be different."

Toast doesn't really know what to say after that, so she puts her hands on Marron's shoulders, altering shape of the crystal one a little to make it more comfortable. When the puppeteer looks at her, she'll do that smile. You know the one. The one that says "hey come on, the worlds not that bad", and which asks for a smile back. If/when Marron does look up, even if she doesn't smile, Toast will give her a warm hug. After Marron's hugged out, Toast will head to M5, since that's actually safer than anywhere else she could go while still comforting Marron.
