You don't understand. WE ARE GOING TO FACE LEGAL ACTION IF THE TPP PASSES, MEANING WE ARE GOING TO GET ARRESTED AND FINED, EVEN PERMABANNED FROM THE INTERNET. THIS IS UNGODLY SERIOUS, AND FOR PARTICIPATING IN THIS GAME, YOU'RE AT RISK OF THIS TOO.
Nor do we need European place/name/whatever laws, *glares at France*.
This is a mashup of the WORST bits of stuff, pushed for by business and restrictive interests, as far as I gather, and we the people really need to SAY SOMETHING about that. Seriously. This is stupid. Pure. Utter. Stupid.

The characters that you are playing as in DTG2 are your Minecraft avatars. Their real life selves can be in any universe they want to be, such as Earth, Homestuck, or otherwise. No matter what universe you are in, you have to have a computer of some form to interact with your Minecraft avatar. The Operation caused you to stay on GodCraft, but it has since been nullified. Now, you can go on any Minecraft server you want. The only problem is, there's no one left to play the game.
Currently, all of your real life selves are in the Twinmobile, which is on GodCraft. From there, they are controlling their Minecraft avatars, which are in Godmodder Soul's mind. Your ROLEPLAY characters, on the other hand, are not controlled by real life selves, and in many instances are not Minecraft avatars. They can travel to and from Minecraft as they please. Build, my main character, is a mixture of his real life self and Minecraft avatar, which is why he can leave GodCraft as well.

That video is quite... vague... as is the agreement.
So here's some more stuff I found if you like text (from the EFF, Electronic Frontier Foundation)
Most of the agreement isn't publicly available, it was barely even available to members of congress. But here's a quote from it.

EFF ANALYSIS OF THE TPM PROVISIONS
IN THE U.S.
FEBRUARY 2011
PROPOSAL FOR THE TPP INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CHAPTER
Text of Article 4.9 of the U.S. Intellectual Property chapter proposal
9.
(a)
In order to provide adequate legal protection and effective legal remedies against the circumvention of effective technological measures that authors, performers, and producers of phonograms use in connection with the exercise of their rights and that restrict unauthorized acts in respect of their works, performances, and phonograms, each Party shall provide that any person who:
(i)
circumvents without authority any effective technological measure that controls access to a protected work, performance, phonogram, or other subject matter; or
(ii)
manufactures, imports, distributes, offers to the public, provides, or otherwise traffics in devices, products, or components, or offers to the public or provides services, that:
(A)
are promoted, advertised, or marketed by that person, or by another person acting in concert with that person and with that person’s knowledge, for the purpose of circumvention of any effective technological measure,
(B)
have only a limited commercially significant purpose or use other than to circumvent any effective technological measure, or
(C)
are primarily designed, produced, or performed for the purpose of enabling or facilitating the circumvention of any effective technological measure, shall be liable and subject to the remedies set out in Article [12.12]. Each Party shall provide for criminal procedures.
Long story short, its enforcing what's known as digital locks. A digital lock is a bit of code in a larger piece of soft//hardware that is meant to limit its use to what the producers see as fitting. The most common example of this is DRM, an anti-piracy measure. Anyone remember SimCity4 on launch? Before Cities Skylines did everything better? SimCity had Always Online DRM, which meant that if you didn't have an internet connection, you couldn't play the game because it then assumed you pirated it. That's like going into a movie theater and having to constantly show your ticket every 5 minutes or else the management is going to assume you sneaked in. Even if you had legitimately bought the game, if your internet went out for a moment or the thought of constantly sending data to Maxis is in any way disconcerting to you, you're out of luck. I believe that there might have been a way to force override it, but I'm not sure. And even then, doing that would now be illegal, even if you bought it.
Also, I should point out the use of the word phonogram. Does anyone here know what that means? It seems like its deliberately misleading for using a word that is so obscure, my autocorrect doesn't even recognize it. Here's the definition: a unit symbol of a phonetic writing system, standing for a speech sound, syllable, or other sequence of speech sounds without reference to meaning.
So basically, some text representing sound. You can copyright sounds. I understand that there needs to be a copyright for the name Microsoft so that you don't get the knockoff brands that just try to confuse with a similar name, like Micronoft or something. But surely they could have thought up of a better word.
[TPP] will compel signatory nations to enact laws banning circumvention of digital locks (technological protection measures or TPMs)
[Link to the page I got the above text from] that mirror the DMCA and treat violation of the TPM provisions as a separate offense even when no copyright infringement is involved.
Digital locks aren't just for software... abusive business practices, ho!
In the US, business competitors have used the DMCA [something the TPP's wording seems to mirror] to try to block printer cartridge refill services, competing garage door openers, and to lock mobile phones to particular network providers.
Can you imagine that? Imagine a company making the garage door itself pretty cheep, but the opener is an extra 500 bucks. So you think you're getting a good deal, until you see the cost of the required accessories. And if you lose it... oh boy... gotta get another one. Normally, such abusive practices would be quickly silenced by competitors offering a garage door opener for a reasonable price and getting more sales, but now buying a competitor's garage door opener to be used with a different company's garage is illegal. In this arrangement to help the free market, we've... squelched competition... you know, one of the keystones of free markets... Not like its important or anything...
One of the worst parts...
[TPP will] Adopt criminal sanctions for copyright infringement that is done without a commercial motivation.
References made for jokes? ILLEGAL! Great. My map is going to be illegal in about 120 different ways. Almost all of our characters are going to be illegal, even ones who aren't like Golden Freddy and taken directly from another media. Naming a fictional dragon after a fictional game character I like and somewhat modeling its traits after that character? If that character is copyrighted, Nope. Illegal. In fact, its actually double copyright abuse if you count stealing the concept of an enderdragon. Most of DTG becomes copyright abuse, especially against Minecraft itself, as each individual block is technically copyrighted, according to the EULA. The creations you make aren't, but the blocks are. So in DTG, if you reference a singular bedrock block and its clear that you stole that directly from Minecraft, that's illegal you filthy pirate. How dare you make a clear profit off the hard work of Mojang and steal their earnings right from under their noses with that bedrock block. I'm going to have to get the piratey stench off now by rolling around in my pile of money. All pirates deserve to be imprisoned for being a CLEAR barrier to free trade around the world with their singular bedrock block. Nobody is ever going to buy Minecraft now thanks to them. The entire game has been ruined. That's like saying
Snape kills Dumbledore
and expecting people to still read the books. Lunacy. Gross profits will clearly fall because of this one bedrock block, and there's no way the free market can have that, so the harshest of legal measures must be taken. Pretty sound corporate logic, don't you think?
And also...
[TPP has] Dangerously vague text on the misuse of trade secrets, which could be used to enact harsh criminal punishments against anyone who reveals or even accesses information through a "computer system" that is allegedly confidential.
Oh sure, I guess I'll just read everything on the forums via my potato rather than a computer. Not a problem at all. And what's so terrible about this is that its not just information that is outright stated to be confidential, but just allegedly confidential. So the rules on what's secret or not can change at any time, even after its been announced. So, if I had a personal grudge against any of you and you shared this post with someone, I could blackmail you by threatening that this information was confidential and potentially, get you arrested. Twin could hold us all by gunpoint by saying that the latest update was confidential and by us looking at it, we're now under arrest. That's how Binary really wins in the end. Well, that's an extreme example and *hopefully* wouldn't fly in court, but you get the idea. It goes without saying that this is bad for journalists and whistle blowers, which is getting into denial of free speech, if you ask me. Even the wording of the summery of the vague text is vague. It sounds like either the computer or the information revealed could be counted as confidential. And that's what's called a split modifier. D- on your English paper, government corporations.
OK, so...I have a DANGEROUS idea. Bill Cipher X looks, basically, impossible to stop, but the way we dealt with it last time was through making a deal with it.
No, making a deal with the Godmodder's memory is not my idea. My idea is to use the contract from before and it's condition that its terms can be temporarily ignored if one of the Healing Squad decides to make another deal, to get the real Bill Cipher in here and have him duel his X-version. This may be a horrible idea for a variety of reasons but I think he wouldn't miss the chance to get inside the Godmodder's mind.
The rule is simple: Bill will be allowed inside the Godmodder's mind and will have to deal with the X-Bosses, especially his X-self, and can't harm us-but in exchange we cut off the rest of the contract's service and allow him free roam in the Trifecta worlds when the ongoing battle is here-by which I mean, when all gameplay events are done and done.
If that fails, keep using Mental Alchemies like Cipher's Call or other mental attacks, he may have difficulty with those...I don't like his Omniwhatnot modifiers.
Also, I hate to do the double-post, but this exists and may be accepted into multiple countries by the end of July:
TL:DR WE'RE ALL GONNA GET ARRESTED SOON FOR PLAYING IF WE DON'T DO SOMETHING
First order: Gain awareness to this on the forum: Repost and talk about this everywhere possible.
What?
Double post risk to be accepted in some countries?
That is horrible.
