I don't believe it, mainly because of how anyone can just photoshop and make it look like a new character. I could probably edit TwinBuilder into the game in 4 hours.
Though i do admit, the "leaker" is at least competent at his trickery.
He might. They jumped through all the legal loopholes to get the Rayman series in for trophies, why the heck wouldn't they add at least one as a character?

I have encountered a few people who genuinely exhibit a resistance to technological stuff. One of my relatives quite literally brings down cellphone connection by three bars in their immediate proximity. Not everyone would be controlled by Binary, and there would be a resistance.
If DTG were real to us, that would be a very, very bad thing.
