That said, I don't really think about relationships enough to have any good suggestions, or think it likely that any of my characters would become involved in such.
Obvious ships: none exist yet.
Erelye's got a handful in his backstory that are talked about straight out.
Maniac made commentary on what he thought was setting up for Eric x future serpent (which would be interesting to see where it went. Just speculating.)
There's also the allusions you've made to Blue x Red
And finally, I'm pretty darn sure that engie (in-game) has a crush on Blue.

And no, piono would not make a <3< a romantic relation under hardly any circumstances. And romantic relations that arise with piono are going to be piono taking advantage of the other person's feelings to use them, sort of like what he tried to do with serpent.

That's.... not really a thing. Maybe. Well... It's very complicated, but let me try to make it brief.
Let me just start this off by saying Blue and Red are married, but aren't a married couple. I mean, they've been engaged since they were ten. What, you ask? At the time, Blue was the heir to the crown, and Red was a influential Duke's son. In Mavanian society, almost all marriages at such high ranks are arranged. They were already friends at the time, and they were ten, so they weren't exactly sad about it, but it wasn't a Perfectly Arranged Marriage either. If Blue had stayed the monarch, they would have been expected to act like a couple, have children, etc., but she doesn't have to worry about that anymore. So really, the only way they're married is legally. The reason you might think they are a couple is because almost everyone else they know is dead. That doesn't leave a lot of people to spend time with, and the nature of their jobs make getting to know new people rather difficult. Also, they do care deeply about each other.
That wasn't that brief. Also, this is strictly OOC knowledge, Blue would never tell anyone this (especially engie), in case she ever needs to manipulate him into doing something in the future. She's not sure if a multiversal entity would care if someone's married, but just in case.
