My title is the Mage of Mind, using my knowledge of making decisions, intellect, reasoning, and consequences to lead the team. However, Current Serpent has a bit of a role inversion, being cynical, rash, and unthinking at times. I don't fully realize my role until I become Future Serpent.
I got my role in the first place because of... time shenanigans. It's complicated.

It was something we were doing while I was missing (after piono's boss vortex attempt) and we traveling around to different universes and just generally derping around and we found what's called the 'Plague Session'
What had happened there is strange, for such a negative name its actually not that bad.
The time player in one session figured out how the ectobiological lab worked, went back in time, and added players to their session by rewiring the entire thing and adding the entire population of the planet that was alive before the meteor storm started.
This created an unstable time loop, which would have thrown the entire thing into a doomed timeline if something really screwy hadn't happened because of what he did.
SBURB went nuts.
As you know, in any given session, no two players can have the same aspect or class, suddenly there was a session with over seven billion players, all of which had to have unique classes and aspects. As you can guess, Skaia ran out of options fairly quickly and started lapsing into alternate languages than those native to the players, as well as many classes and aspects that were almost indistinguishable from one another, as well as incredibly game-breaking as well as incredibly under-powered titles, such as the peasent of wheat, the demigod of immortality, the demoness of death, and the fool of gardens.
The entire thing would have been a moot point if one guy hadn't gotten incredibly lucky. The new version of the time player was actually displaced from his status as the seer of time by two other players (the seer of breath and the muse of time) and ended up with the most overpowered title out of all of them up to that time.
The Ruler of Paradoxes. He melded the timeline and affixed it as the alpha, and because it suddenly went from being a doomed timeline to being the alpha timeline, no one had any idea that it needed to be intercepted until it was too late. The good fellows up at Skaianet tried to do something, but they're stuck just trying to quarantine it, because said Ruler of Paradoxes got a tip from one of the other players (Spy of Skaia, some of them are highly unusual) about what was about to happen, he went back in time, changing the timeline as he went, left the medium, and dragged every single other sentient being within that universe into the session, bringing the total player number up into the quintillions.
Since then he's gotten more ambitious and hasn't been stopped yet, the 'plague session' has absorbed the universe that originally spawned it before the entire fiasco (including the original players from it), the universe their session had spawned, as well as several other nearby universe and even some of the horrorterrors got dragged into the madness.
We're actually lucky, the author noticed us wandering into the mess and tweaked things so we wouldn't end up with titles that were incredibly dumb or only made sense in klingon, because piono almost ended up with one that fell under both categories.
I know, far-fetched, but the area is quarantined and not growing very fast, so although generation glitches have started happening because of occasional overloads of the skaianet computers (such as sessions without a black king, black king, Derse, Veil, one notable time the Prospitians won the fight against the Dersites while the players were still derping around on their planets and not doing anything) it mostly hasn't affected other areas of paradox space.

Well, partially, part of the screwiness does involve a dead session sucking up the planet after we've left to our part of the medium that saves most of our version of Earth's population from meteors.
Oh yeah, we might get to kill some horrorterrors, but we haven't even figured out the opening sequence yet so this might not ever happen. If it does, I might decide to do something with the above idea.

I don't get to update it too often, mostly recently I've been reading up on Homestuck tropes because of a fanfic I'm planning with my friends.
Please, I update the tropes page, but twin is literally the only person who has edited more than five words since I made the page.
And he's too occupied to do large amount of work, I haven't go the entire trope base memorized, I am not a veteran of the website, I am not the most efficient worker, and one entry pimper is not enough to keep the thing updated.
If you people really want to get the tvtropes page working, especially if you want it to stay up-to-date, then for godmodder's sake, ACTUALLY HELP ME!!!
