As you level up, you get Battle Techniques written in your Tech Texts, Combat Operandis stored in your Combat Chest, both, or neither.
For reference, straight from the OP:
Once you've gotten some alchemies, it's time to up the ante with Special Attacks! These attacks are more powerful than standard aggrieving, and they come with powerful flavor text! In order to use them, you need to gain XP and Level Up by damaging entities! Once enough levels are obtained, you'll unlock various attacks that fall under these categories:
Battle Techniques are the closest thing to a standard attack, and usually do not require charging. They deal moderate amounts of damage.
Combat Operandi are much more powerful attacks that utilize a player's special weapons or abilities to their fullest, and require charging to use. They also require Sacred Items to use: Hog Slop, Pie Filling, Weasel Snot, and Elf Tears. The higher charge the Operandi, the more Items required, and the more damage dealt. If there isn't enough Items for the attack to be used, the attack will fail.

The Banhammer doesn't really effect how powerful the Godmodder's attacks are. It just makes them more flashy. Same with Oblivion's Guardian and Broken Anachronism, if you read the Shatter.
As to the earlier comment about me being stupid...
I'd like to remind you that I've managed to outmaneuver both the GM and characters that the GM manipulated to be omniscient in this game.
I've also managed to orchestrate many plans, of which only twin saying no to them outright has managed to break any but Dimentio.
And no twin, it wasn't a comment to you. It was directed at Richard. It was meant to be in a scathing tone of voice, I was shooting for Richard completely pulling a weasel, or in other words, flipping the gorillaout.

Text Techs store Battle Techniques, and Combat Chests store Combat Operandi. They're basically places to show you what Special Attacks you've accrued.
Something like it DID happen relatively early on, with an Army of Derps. The Godmodder didn't take damage from it, though.
