If this is indeed true, then Binary achieved time travel. Clearly, this means that it is responsible for everything. At least it is not a Lord of Time. This brings me up to a utterly unrelated question. What do you (all of you) think everybody else's god tiers are/would be? Anyways, back to the point. Logically, I assume it is Binary, but I am not certain. Then again, it could be a combination of GLaDOS, Binary, and the resultant energy from the experimentation. I believe this may be the case.

Well, I don't know a whole lot about you guys' relative power, but I'd guess that, given the scale of Major God at 10, Mere Mortal at 1, most of us are somewhere around a five-six. I, personally, don't have all that much power, but the Manufactory, which I know I haven't, within DTG, put enough into to make it strong, is actually very powerful indeed. Y'know, Exterminatus capability, direct slaying of a mid-scale deity fully possible, that kind of thing.
The APAWA and my various weapons, needless to say, are no pushover.
