Integrity is something that the VIRUS measures and attacks. When an enemy's integrity is lowered down to 0, that entity is either destroyed or takes massive amounts of damage.

I order my Soulless copy to go about business while I am away, for the quest shall take me elsewhere shortly. I slice Master Chef with my XBlades, send out Mewtwo from my Pokemon X cartridge to finish Mew (not as an entitiy), and wonder why Twin forgot to factor in my last two attacks.

I also alter Snowman's Aftermath passive - if Snowman's Integrity is reduced to zero, Snowman will die, but take away a lot of Security Integrity from the Virus. A lot.
