I heal Civilian One using a Medi Gun, and bring an entire solar system of water to the burning house.Then, I begin preparing something... 1/3. Searching how to expand the molecular structure of an object.
I activate the Fire Truck to douse the flaming house. I also start charging a super jetpack for Civilian 1 to use which will allow him to fly away from enemies. Just count it as an HP thing where every time it dodges a mob it uses up fuel. If the civilian reports without using it all up then it is passed on to the next one. 1/10.
The civilians are AFK, but since you charged it it will work anyway! The fire truck successfully douses the house!
As Frog said, activate the fire truck to douse the flaming houses!

3.2/10. I'm trying to charge this with each post fully dedicated to it. If you're charging 5 things per post then each one is theoretically only getting a fifth of a charge. I want this thing as strong as possible.
Spam posts on forums making the godmodder distracted as he has to read through all post to make sure there isn't anything he missed. then throws a semtex at teh distracted godmodder.
one, he is an admin, Two: to frog, TT2000 said you could charge 3 things per post. So, it would be 4.
I build a reflection-shield on the least defended house (dies instantly, but any amount of damage that hits it also hits a random pro-godmodder entity that isnt invincible, or the godmodder himself.
4.2/10. I am doing it my own way. If we could charge 3 things per post without any power reduction then couldn't we just charge 3 parts of some kind of Voltron-like robot for 80 posts each and get a 240 turn summon in a third of the time? Because that would really allow us to cheat the system.
Now that I think about it, I haven't really considered something like that at all! Generally, charging something and attacking are balanced out by the attack being weaker than an attack without a charge(more so for multiple charges) but without the charge itself being affected at all. Hmmm...I will have to add this to my entity strength calculations from now on.

4/4! I unveil my newest invention, after all my hard research... A glass capsule of water, and a glass capsule of lava. Both tiny, and both connected, without turning into obsidian, cobblestone, or stone. This happens thanks to the steps I took to prevent that from happening. I hit the capsules with my growth machine that I charged a page ago, causing them to grow exponentially. I open the capsule of water, and pour it on the burning house. Then, I section off the area where the Creepers are and pour lava on all of them. They take damage, and then burning damage as well for the next turn.

I'm charging up for a Whirlwind Slash, I have new weapons, the Zephyrs, dual-wielding wind katanas. 1/3
I count the Quick Charge Amulet as a single charge boost due to anything else ruining the balance and making it back-fire. Thus 10.7/10! Slight overcharge but the jetpack should work. Give it to whatever villager closest to reporting and have it get swapped to anyone that needs it.

The zombie and skeleton attack civilians 5 and 6, dealing 50 and 80 damage to them, respectively. The godmodder sets up a uber TNT trap in civilian 6's house, which will decimate it if it is allowed to go of! He also summons some spiders to kill the civilians!
