13-X, fire a shadow CCC then light CCC then shadow CCC at heckrider, and if it is insufficient to kill, activate the "when you trigger this, you may sacrifice 1/2 your EP and HP, as well as halving EP regen for three turns, to increase your damage on this attack beyond normal." effect. [note- it was intended as current HP and EP]. if still not enough to kill, I place planks to protect meself

If the Heckrider is still alive, Orothec moves to X15, stabs it, and then moves to X21. Otherwise, he moves to S21, shoots Spooder C, and moves to X21.

Let's get this done. Widowmaker gets deleted out of existence.
Lawrence runs up to the spooder and stabs it through the head. Or, tries to at least. 90% base, +30% from DEX, -25% from enemy reflex = 95% hit chance, which hits, dealing 10 damage. Now, the sort of awkward thing is that you want to push through to get to the chest, but the spooder isn't dead. It still has 8 HP. ... So... yeah. Joebob decides that the heckrider must die now, and moves to X-13. He doesn't have enough damage to kill it outright, so... he overcharges himself. It's at such a point blank range, I'm not even going to bother rolling accuracy. 14 base, -1 from AC, *1.25 from opposite types, *1.5 from overloading, *0.9 from Death's Door = 21 damage. 11 base, -2 from AC, *1.5 from overloading, *0.9 from Death's Door = 12 11 base, -3 from AC, *1.25 from opposite types, *1.5 from overloading, *0.9 from Death's Door = 13 For a grand total of 46 damage, which leads the heckrider to be very ded. It lets out a horribly echoing cry of emptyness before falling over and seeming to dissolve into the ground. Orothec runs forward and shoots at the other spooder, although he hasn't charged his railgun. It's at a range of 11 meters, but also the spooder is in high cover. 65% base, *1.25 from DEX, *0.4 from high cover = 32.5% hit chance, which misses. Max scatter = 11. X = 6.82 Y = -2.56 Z = 7.62 The shot misses and pings off the prismarine floor. You also can't retreat back after making a ranged attack. Yay! People noticed the little hole! Mei enters it, but gets burnt in the process. She then freezes the dirt block in there. Chloe moves up and pokes her sword at the dissolved heckrider. Despite being all over the floor, it still feels like it has the texture and consistency of the real thing. It's pretty gross, actually. Paydaar moves right up and sticks his hand right into the liquid horse. Ew. “Ah... I'll... go then...” Enemy turn time! The first spooder retreats back away from Lawrence and boards up the exit with wool. Spooder C decides to sacrifice its life for the greatest cause, one that has been with the land of Minecraftia since its inception: trolling. It moves forward towards Mei and seals her in by building a block behind her. Its life goal complete, the spooder now embraces oncoming death. Eater of Code D flies over Lawrence and fires downward at him, which has 70% hit chance. It hits, and probably would have hit off scatter anyway.It deals 9 damage and does the normal stuff. After flying forward a little to get a better shot, the other Eater of Code shoots at Orothec, which misses after a reroll. “...” The sole Skelebob moves backwards as far as possible and shoots at Paydaar with an 80 * 0.6 = 48% chance, which misses and just barely flies over Chloe's head. In the final action of the day, Spooder H tries to shoot at Paydaar with a 36% hit chance, and misses. With the passing of the turn comes a lack of blocks. Then regen happens. I accidentally missed an update. Whoops. I'm still planning on updating again on Friday. Although, I really don't know how I'm doing. Am I doing well? I don't know.
Lawrence pops open the chest and loots the contents. And... because you guys didn't take Hash, I have to give you these items. ITEMS GET! +1 Encrpytion Card Single use item. A small computer chip detailing encyption and verification procedures used by the simulation. Give this to Gail (by moving adjacent to her, does not take an action), and she will be able to spend her action to revive one dead teammate. The teammate will return where they died, lose one stack of Death's Door penalties, and be healed up to half their max HP. And no, if you are dead and controlling Gail, you can't use this yourself without anyone else's approval. +1 Bandage Psychoscope (Head item, located in the equipment tab) After that, Lawrence steps over to the wool and slices open a block. Joebob moves up a little onto the dead horse and Skill Swaps again. I knew I would regret making this skill. Paydaar advances on the Spooder, his hammer held high. The lone enemy glances upwards at the light glinting off the metal surface, eyes lost in musings. Was it worth it? Was any of this worth it? The spooder had run out of cover, into certain death for one goal, and one goal only. And now, staring down death in its cold metal glints of eyes, the spooder was left to ponder all its past grievances, actions, and hopes. Was all that worth throwing away in order to get one last speck of glory? One last chance to ascend into the astral plane of trolling? As the force of oblivion descended, the spooder closed its eyes, and nodded. Yes, yes it was. 75% base, -25% from enemy reflex, +20% from dex = 70% chance, which lands and ends the poor beast. ... Although somebody might want to help Mei out of her box, as she is terrible at breaking blocks. Emerald tries to Divine Grace himself, and while this initially was against the rules, I realize that you can technically do it by targeting the block below you and starting your shot from above you, so... sure. And because it wasn't officially written down, I'll give you this one. It restores... 9 base, +3 from Shadow, +5 from Favored Spell = 18 HP. Finally, Mei shoots the ice block at point blank range. And because it would just be a meaningless extra bit of fluff, I'm going to say you open the chest this turn. ITEMS GET! Scaleform Yes, we have an item from Chaos in here because I made an unholy bargin with Ire. It works fairly similarly, but it has some unique properties. Check it out in the Computational Weapon tab. +1 Short Poem +5 Planks +2 End Stone Finally, just before the enemy turn, Gail climbs around the edge of the tree and joins Lawrence inside it. Wait... actually just before the enemy turn, Ire posted an action. Now, hopefully I get this right because I'm editing this in after I finished the update. Chloe moves to R14 and fires at Eater of Code E. It's at an (estimated) range of 13.7 meters, so it has a 55% hit chance, which misses. Max Scatter = 13 * 0.95 = 12.35 X = 4.54 Y = -3.53 Z = -8.04 The shot misses, but hits some of the stone topping. However, the only thing it does is break some wool. Enemy turn time! Spooder B takes a step to the south east and shoots through the little hole that Lawrence made. 60% base, *0.6 from cover = 36%, which hits. Although, even if it had missed, it would have hit through scatter. It hits for minimum damage of 10, which is good. Eater of Code D flies to the west and down and shoots at Joebob, with an 80% hit chance. It hits, dealing 10 damage and the usual. Eater of Code E flies forward and bites at Paydaar before moving back a block. 110% base, -10% from reflex = 100% hit chance, which... hits, dealing 11 damage. To reward Emerald for healing himself, and also staying out of cover, the Skelebob and remaining Spooder focus fire on Emerald. 60% chance for the spooder, 80% chance for the Skelebob. The spooder misses, so... X = -1.12 Y = 1.31 Z = 0.37 “Don't... leave.” Gail rerolls the Z scatter, which means the shot hits the pillar next to Emerald. The Skelebob though, hits Emerald directly, dealing 9 damage. The turn ends, dissolving blocks into nothingness. Chloe gets shoved into Joe, and regen happens. Most of the enemies are dead, but the ranged enemies are picking down at you. “I can... get to the... block next turn.” Enemy Registry Player Registry Mei (Darkside) 37/40 HP, 33/135 EP. 6 Dirt +5 HP/t, +14 EP/t Orothec (Urus) 9/37 HP, 90/90 EP. Paydaar tries to run off to F18, but Chloe yells at him and gets him to wait a little. Chloe first moves to O17 and recoils at the dead spider. Then she shoots Paydaar at completely point blank range, which makes things easy for me.
10 base, +3 from SPT = 13 HP and 10 EP After this, Paydaar runs over to F18. Lawrence cuts through the bottom block of wool and moves to U3. Though, he can't bandage himself because attacking the block is a melee attack, which costs your action. “... The... The Veteran once showed me... something like this.” Gail hops down to the lower level of the chest and wraps a bandage around Lawrence's arm. It also cures his chilled. Whoop de doo. 8 base, +4 from helping bonus, *0.9 from Death's Door = 10 HP Now that I'm taking Gail's turn, she can't actually move where she wanted to originally. In fact, she can't move at all because she spent her turn bandaging. Because people love running off without getting healed, Emerald heals Joe before he moves. It's also at completely point blank range, which means I don't have to roll accuracy. Also, note: most AOEs require line of sight from the source, so you can't use it to shoot through walls. It restores 6 * 0.8 = 4 HP to Joe, and 6 HP to Emerald. Joe moves forward and shoots three times at Eater E. It's a range of 5.8 meters, so... 70% + 5% from range, *1.15 from DEX, *0.9 from Death's Door = 77.625% hit chance, which hits all three times. 13 base, *1.25 from opposite types, *1.25 from weakness, *0.9 from Death's Door = 18 11 base, *1.25 from opposite types, *.09 from Death's Door = 12 12 base, *1.25 from opposite types, *1.25 from weakness, *0.9 from Death's Door = 16 For a grand total of 46 damage. Ouph. Mei runs next to the ice block and some stereotypical sad music plays. HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN TO ME?!?! ... You know, there was a way for you to escape this turn without any help. You could have climbed on top of the chest, placed a dirt block to the south east and down (at spot W18) and then walked across that to get back. Enemy turn time! And ALL ENEMIES ARE EMPOWERED BY MY BIRTHDAY MAGIC FOR +1% HIT CHANCE! It's DTG tradition to help out the person on their birthday (not really) so I'm giving myself a boost! TAKE THAT! Spooder B walks backwards a little to get a shot and fires at Lawrence. 60% base, +1% from birthday magic, *0.4 from high cover = 24.4% chance, which misses. X = 4.06 Y = 9.79 Z = -9.59 With scatter rolls that bad, you're fine. The shot misses and partly dissolves the log next to you. Eater of Code D flies over to just above Emerald and rains down Eater of Code E, on the other hand, has had enough of your nonsense, Joe. I don't know why you keep throwing yourself into harm's way. The Eater spends 5 movement to fly right down into your face and eat you. 111% base, -27% from reflex = 84%, which lands even after a reroll from Gail. “I'm... sorry...” It deals 8 damage, setting you on DEATH'S DOOR! No, the enemies aren't kind enough to kill you outright. You'll see. Anyway, its job done, the Eater then tries its best to fly away. "YOU NO TAKE BLOCK!" The Skelebob shoots at Paydaar for getting too close. So, it's a 66% chance, which misses because I rolled a 66.17. X = ... wow. I actually got so close to 0 that my calculator put it in scientific notation. X = -7.18 * 10^(-4) Y = 4.088 Z = 2.00 The shot is at close enough range to land regardless, dealing 11 damage. The final spooder decides against taking pot shots and drops down before building a little bridge over to the other side. Blocks vanish, regen happens. Annnndddd... right on cue. Joebob is dead again. Later forensic experts would decide the death was from rolling a 68 when he needed a 20 or lower to survive the poison damage. You now have control of Gail, if you want it. I kinda feel bad for killing Joe off... but come on. He was on 8 HP and in LoS of literally every enemy on the board. Annnndd he was the most dangerous threat on the board...
