When Spirit asks if she's uncomfortable, Kai's emotional strength suddenly shattered and she burst into tears.

With her paw still in Spirit's hand, Kai gets back up and puts weight against Spirit to jump towards them in what probably looked like a really cheesy attempt at a hug. She stands on her hind legs with both her front paws resting against Spirit. Still crying her eyes out, Kai looks up at them adoringly. ... And then Reality Ensues. Usually, battlefields aren't the ideal place for professing love.
Lying on the ground again, Kai looks up at Sacred through tear filled eyes, now feeling several negative emotions as well. She was still crying, but it was mostly from happiness.
I'd- ... *wahhhh* ... I hope you can... can understand, but I want to stay here. ... Stay here until I can get some... some revenge on the Godmodder. ... I can... *sniff* keep going until then...
If you want to know my personal, OOC opinion, this feels way too sudden and somewhat sueish. But hey, maybe that's a good thing because as far as I know, there has only been one relationship in all of DTG. And that started as a joke and has now been retconned out of existence.
Cynder watches the exchange between Fira and Fury with slight interest, but mostly just giggles to herself.
Entity Actions: I suspect that Charizard died. ... Greeeeaaaaaattttt... ... Kai heals herself. Cynder does nothing.
Action: If Charizard is still alive, I carry on with my restraining attempts by stacking every single WOW crowd control effect. I think a while ago, Tabbune said something that implied the Godmodder was a WOW paladin.

That's the only one we have, and besides. Having it on your person is enough. Excessive, overwhelming powers of Flame and Magma are contained within. Honestly, I'd probably have knocked Charizard into orbit as well if they did anything like that yo you guys.
Unsurprising. Ah, well. There are other ways, after all. Sacred, do you know how to make a Full Restore? We'll extend the Battle a bit, but we may get the non-lethal end through the extension.
Speed, as an actual character, and not a player avatarnote , has several ideas running through his head. One is forming a plan. Speed thinks it may be a good idea to try and shut the Godmodder out for a bit, instead of attacking the Godmodder's avatar, attack Richard's hardware itself. Speed now has a Last Resort. His intention, if the Godmodder gets out of hand, is to perform a Permanent Denial of Service attack. Richard will have backups of his files - no good hacker leaves home without them - but he will need to get his physical computer repaired, severing his link long enough for repairs, healing and general maintenance to occur. Again, Last Resort.
Fira, I need you to set up two calls for me, hopefully I can make them when the fighting lulls. First, and foremost, connect to the House of Justice. I need to speak with Phoenix. It's important that something akin to a safe-house can be arranged, ASAP, for the gods to go to and for us to plan if we can detain, restrain or throw Richard off in general.
Speed was introduced to Phoenix Wright via Miles Edgeworth one day while working a case that Phoenix was the Attorney for. That was... Certainly a day. Ever since, Phoenix and Speed have been friends, because Speed is one of the few Prosecutors in the, as the fans have dubbed it, Japanifornian L.A Prosecutors Office that isn't an Amoral Attorney.
Next, the House of Knowledge. I'll need to speak with The Professor. He'll be sure to have something to help with a crazy little scheme I have. He'll be sure to have an assistant or something that could help me find what I need.
Speed was on a business trip to Earth one day, and decided to stop in London for a few days. It had been an especially trying time for Speed, and was in dire need of a break. I knew somebody would cross that finish line eventually. Elementia is, as you put it: "An off-shoot of Mobius." There is a considerable story tied into it, but here's everything that you may find interesting/important. Sonic is a very good friend of mine. The "Ex-ultimate Life Form", Shadow, is my uncle. Long story involving messing with memories. Mobius is like a second home to me. It's not really an off-shoot actually. Imagine, if you will, that Mobuis, Elementia and whatever Blaze's dimension is called are all part of one universe. My dimension is the most technologically-advanced if the three, but we have our issues, all the same.
There was an... incident in Speed's youth. Spoilers for Speed's backstory here on out. You were warned. If you do not want to see these spoilers for a character I made up some many years ago, turn back now! Or... Don't.
The King and Queen of Elementia, Light Darke and Skye Bright, (and many, many other innocent civilians) were massacred in front of Speed, with the young, significantly more light blue Hedgehog unable to lift a finger to stop the culprit. Speed is under the belief that Shadow is his last remaining family. (Untrue, Skye Bright, his mother, has living family, but don't tell Speed I said that.)

Most references to his parents result in either an Unstoppable Rage or a Heroic BSoD. Not a fun time. The other problem is Demon Attacks. There is never a single god-damn break from them. So you can guess who's showing up (naturally as a PG, if only to destroy, in this order;

attach to Charizard's limbs, which flash out into a flaming orb. Speed is adamant to protect everyone from Charizard, and Charizard from everyone else.
A small-ish dirt pillar rises from Rose's body, creating a neck-like structure. You can see where this is going. I think I'm running out of things she can create her avatar thing out of.
Action Summary:
After that turn, where I decided it would be a good time to show some of Speed's backstory, and his connections. He has many, many more gods on the TV Tropes Parthenon he might need to contact by the end. And we're gonna be there the whole time!
Speed is restraining/protecting Charizard. Charizard is protected, all attacks aimed at him Speed takes the full front of. Speed also takes the brunt of Charizard's attack this turn. Because screw Speed's own safety, he's gonna hold up that barrier as long as he can (Two turns. Oh, what happened to Speed's Healer Emblem, by the way? Lost upon not quite death?)
It kind of feels awkward not being able to put anything for Fira here. I was getting used to it. Well, this is where Rose's actions will go, I guess.

@Speed: This is Shadow in my Avatar. My brother's a great artist, amirite? To get what he looks like currently, imagine him looking like that, but with unextended claws, and wearing a black post-apocalyptic outfit consisting of a leather trench coat, leather pants, leather boots, a pair of leather gloves, a thick scarf he often raises over his mouth, and a slightly-shabby wide-brimmed hat he likes to tip over his eyes. That's his Wastelander Attire, suitable for Modern/Futuristic/Post-Apocalyptic worlds. He has Wanderer Attire, as well, which is a hooded cloak and robe under light leather armor. That's suited for Fantastical/Medieval worlds.

Action Part One:
The Sacred Spirit searches, which I think is a free action, for the fallen Full Restore. If s/he finds it, s/he brings it to themself with a small vine, and s/he tosses it to Charizard, praying it doesn't backfire. If it is unreachable or destroyed, s/he begins to grow medicinal herbs and craft another Full Restore by hand, using that on Charizard once it is ready. Fury nods.
"I got it. No snack for me. Aw...well, I've had more intense, anyway. I've sometimes even devoured Evil Fire Elemental creatures for food. There's no more intense rush than hunting if your prey is made of roaring flames!"
He grins, and folds his arms.
"Yeah, I get that you're immortal, that seemed about right. So am I. I just found a kindred spirit in ya, Fira. You control flames, I control flames. I have quills for hair, you do too. We both flare up when someone close to us gets hurt. We got a lot in common!"
He turns to look to where the Godmodder is.
"Now... as for him..."
His eyes flare up as he channels the Fire Emerald, a wide, fanged grin spreading across his face.
"Looks like I'll have to burn him out..."
Action Part II: The Revenge
He launches himself into the air, and sends a buffed column of flames streaming down to strike the area the Godmodder is in, careful not to strike Charizard, or the Full Restore, if it's still there.
"Playtime's over, now! Taste the inferno!"
Shadow looks to Speed.
"So, the Sonic Universe, right? We mostly dub Universes by the names of their important heroes. Hm. Maybe Elementia exists in a certain Sub-Universe that I haven't seen, yet. I've been to many, many offshoots. I imagine visiting yours would be interesting! Sonic and Shadow...well, that's cool!"
Meanwhile, the Sacred Spirit looks up from what s/he's doing, and back to Kai, their eyes still full of emotion, and s/he sniffs.
'Kai...I-I think...'
A warm, yet still shaky expression sets into their eyes, and s/he blushes.
'I think...I would still like a hug...'

@Sacred: Dude, that's like saying the people over in DTG 0 (including me) shouldn't kill The Chief just because he's a police officer.
@Infinity: I might be new to this series compared to someone like Twinbuilder, and I might not roleplay much, but that doesn't mean I'm an upstart.
I set up a small drone that will try to intercept anyone who tries to intercept my attack, and then beat Charizard upside the head with a sledgehammer.
Um, who's this Chief...? Maybe I would say not to kill him, if there's a legitimate reason not to.
Basically some giant zombie police officer guy who works for the main villain.
Well, if he's willingly PG and Evil, then, by all means, incapacitate him. He's a Zombie, death won't hamper him much. Charizard's an unwilling villain. His judgement has been clouded by the Godmodder's brainwashing. He's alive, and he can be saved.
Anyone got 2 turns to help keep Charizard safe? Speed, you're already blocking one, right? Is that gonna be him or the drone?

(I quickly realize my inability to contribute with the dragoon spirit's mainly healing ability) well, it's been fun, but time ta do this (I revert back to my normal, black hoodie-wearing self) nice to have my abilities again. Getting onto the train, I head back into the thick of battle. No sooner than I have gotten off the train have I been attacked by G Wing's combustible lemons. Understandably angry, I charge at him, slicing any more lemons that he shoots at me in half, my focus completely on him.
I slash at him with my trident and continue running. Skidding to a stop, I turn back and run towards Infinity, stabbing him/her/it.

@Speed: People have tried hacking into the godmodder's hardware before. And basically, unless you're real clever with it, it's probably not going to do anything. The godmodder has infinite computers and infinite processors and all that.
@Infinity: Oh... I'm sorry. By the way, what is that format? The (adjective)!(character name)? I've seen it a few times. Is it just to describe alternate character forms? Seems odd to have an exclamation point then.
@Sacred: We're currently playing DTG 2 on the M Cforums. One of the bosses that died recently was said Chief.
Edit - actually... Thinking about it more, getting Mikoto to like Kai isn't going to be as hard as I thought. Especially now.
@Jondanger: If we could have incapacitated the Chief without violence, then yes. We should have. It would have at least given us more moral leverage against User Zero. The problem was that we have WAY more players there and wouldn't be able to coordinate them. Here, we actually got a majority of A Gs on board.

Now, skip forward slightly to when Kai on the ground after being hit. She's crying constantly, seemingly unable to stop. After desperately trying to collect her shattered thoughts, she eventually manages to stop crying.

Kai stays on the ground for a while, breathing heavily as Spirit pokes around for the full restore. When they're done, Kai slowly gets up, now more able to actually form complete thoughts. She walks over to Spirit quite slowly and looks up into their eyes, the tears in her eyes blurring their brown gold color.

She gets a little closer and lightly brushes her head against Spirit. As she does so, something falls into place for her. Gradually and over the course of the previous few turns, she had been sensing tiny rhythms in her mind. At first, she didn't realize the significance, thinking it was a kind of background noise. But now she put them together and got a memory. Not her own memory, but a memory of a few notes of a forgotten song. And this sent yet another surge of happiness through her.

Actions: Kai heals the Party, Cynder still does nothing because she has nothing to do, and I proceed to try and heal Charizard, wondering if this effort for a 2/3 peaceful ending is actually worth it. We were trying to reduce HP then go for a KO, but no crowd control seems to work...

Well, either Tabbune will block it, or he'll let our valiant efforts fail in one fell strike. Any non-lethalists have a free action to block?
@Jon: That's the Charizard, the Demigod of the Pantheon. He's been brainwashed by the Godmodder into a (more) aggressive state, but breaking the Godmodder's control will rescue him. Before Char went berserk, he even still understood that Protoh was offering him an honorable challenge. He can still be taken down non-lethally. HE'S A GOD.
