Kai rolls over across her back and gets back up onto her feet.

Oh, uh... Does this mean I lost? That might count as me letting my flaws get in the way. But yes, we're friends. That's a much better drive. Revenge isn't a very good long term drive. ... Heh... I guess I learned a new type of magic with my smile!

((That made me realize something about Kai's 'speech'. She can understand spoken speech, but doesn't actually make any noise, so she wouldn't be able to understand puns very well. She has to translate the meaning of the words into what she's heard other people say to represent those words and then try to mentally combine them. I don't know how to describe this IC, so I'll say it here. I guess Spirit that it took her a while to find the sound that represented "drag", the sound that represented "on", and then combine them into dragon. ... Sorry for so much text from two words.))

I don't even know of where we can go. I've never really heard of anywhere, but that's part of the joy. ... Talist was always off fighting the Godmodder. What has it been? I can't even tell. We never had anyone else to fight the Godmodder. After my second outing, I spent so long at home. That doesn't mean I was alone though. I had company, some of whom were more friendly to my existence than others. It's better now because Talist has a... um... thing. Thing that lets him kinda be in two places.

Kai looks down briefly, not wanting to pry on personal information that wasn't her own. She raises her head back up when the topic shifts back to something lighter.

Hah... it's not even that. It feels like some side effect of my magic, luck. The less important something is, the more likely it is to go in my favor. I now actually have to check the top card in the chance deck before playing Monopoly. If I don't, guess what happens? ... I win the die roll to go first, get a seven, land on chance, and advance to Boardwalk. ... Well, that's only happened once, but still...

When Spirit says "It happened to one of us", Kai suddenly tenses and takes a step back, but relaxes a little when she realized what group Spirit was (probably) talking about.

Yes... It's happened for a lot of people.

She seemed comforted by Spirit's touch. Oh, and I forgot to mention, she used her left, biological, one, keeping her right paw on the ground. She looks over at the slowly forming vines. That will only be done once Speed finishes his charge.

Entity actions: Um... you can probably guess what they do. Both Kai and Cynder are able to deal consistent damage and I don't want to use their specials on Charizard. So... another 16,000 damage!

Action: A Charizard's flame is apparently really hard to extinguish and can burn underwater. Death Battle stats, yo. I try to point this out to reduce the potential lethality of Paradise's action. This probably isn't going to do much.

You can all change my name to my username, as Musha's not here. He's... on an adventure. Also, Talist? Don't Explain the Joke XD

Groaning, I get up from the ground, literally holding myself together. One of the perks of being an animated armor is that I can survive stuff that would have killed everyone else twice over. That, however, would have killed them three times over.

"How... In the hell... Am I... Still standing?"

Apparently, despite being a shell of armor, I can still feel the restrictions of organic bodies. Fascinating.

Looking at Speed once more, I decide to finish the duel once and for all. Before I do that, however, I put on some music that will fit however the duel will end.

Letting go of my sides, large pieces of armor fall off, revealing even more empty space. Looking at one of the pieces, I say,

"Great. Now I've lost my back. This is the worst day ever!"

I charge him and slash at him, spinning into a punch. As he flies back, I prepare the second attack, running towards him and leaping high into the air to perform an action feared and respected by players and Mooks alike:

The Goomba Stomp.

Afterwards, I simply stand there, looking towards the heavens, accepting whatever fate is in store for me.

@Talist: What makes you think a little Dragon wouldn't be considered cute by Spirit? S/he's a true animal enthusiast. S/he doesn't just like the fluffy ones.

Spirit gives Kai a doubting look.

'I think I might have already lost before that by backtracking to the past.'

S/he moves to an amused expression.

'Which means you're actually pretty good at mind games, as well...especially with the smiles. I've needed a friend like you for a while.'

S/he giggles.

'Yes, like a Dragon. I take it that you may not do so well on picking up on wordplay. That's fine. It's cute, really.'

S/he listens intently, tilting their head.

'There's really so much to see...if Talist doesn't take you exploring the world, then I just might have to go to your base and take you on an adventure myself. Wouldn't that be a sight...a plant deity and a white wolf, touring the span of Reality...'

S/he glances to Talist.

'Assuming it's okay with Talist, of course...'

S/he adopts a stern, slightly teasing look.

'Hm...well, I think all of your company should be kind to you. You're a kind, respectable lady, and anyone who dislikes you simply does not know how to properly behave.'

At the mention of the 'thing', s/he tilts their head. When Kai looks down upon hearing what s/he mentioned about their own faults, s/he blinks, then happily moves on with the next subject.

'Well, seems either Fate or Lady Luck is on your side, perhaps even both. We Aspects once challenged a divine personification of Fate. He used to control everything's destiny, but began to abuse his power, and, when we beat him at his own game, he could barely influence the flip of a coin. Once he was rendered harmless, people got to pick their own paths. If we could render down a Spirit of Fate into a Spirit of Probability, I think I could stand a fair chance against you in Monopoly.'

S/he flinches when Kai steps away, and blinks, confused and a bit agitated.

'Was it something I said...? Did I offend you in some way?'

S/he is also soothed by holding Kai's paw, looking into her eyes, gesturing with their other hand.

'Sometimes, I think people just need to relax and talk about things, like we're doing now. It's pretty obvious that our looks both compliment each other nicely, our personalities match up well, and we both can't really physically speak. You'd think we were destined to meet. If that were the case, then maybe Fate isn't so bad...'

S/he glances back again at the stick-and-stone-and-vine figure.

'Rosie, hm? Sounds like my type of Deity. Formed from the Earth itself. I'm going to want to say hello.'

(snickers a little) knowing the kind of friends speed has (us excluded), I think it's safe to say with this person that's comin' through Might get a subtle slap on your face. Anyway, I think I've pieced together exactly what happened, and who's coming through that portal (not yours, speed). I guess I'd better start from the beginning: (time freezes as zanarkand plays in the background)

once upon a time, My dad jumped into a portal to stabilized a dimensional anomaly. don't ask. Anyway, I noticed evidence that pieces of his genetic code were scattered throughout the multiverse. I'm trying to find them so I can use a machine that's back at my home dimension to restore him to life. Anyway, while looking for one of his pieces, I accidentally fell (literally) into a dimension of Undertale. I accidentally killed Frisk when I broke my fall.....on him...her...whatever. So yeah. I went along with the timeline just to prevent it from being 100% ruined. After I hit the point of True Pacifist and beat Asriel, I promised him I would find a way to save his soul. As you know, I don't go back on my promises. The only way I could think of was to go back in time. As I was going through the time stream, I remembered that if I saved Asriel from his untimely death, it would have horrible consequences on the timeline: something I was already trying to avoid. Instead, I contained his soul before it disintegrated, and took it back to the future, where I gave it to Asriel. yeah. That's what happened. I guess he's comin' to repay the debt.

*Has never played Undertale, and thus blinks as major plot is probably revealed*

Fira dives over to Sacred, doing a somersault on hitting the ground. She heard Sacred's guess at how Rose was arriving, and decided to answer the question.

Nailed the landing! I'm here to answer your questions about Rosie arriving! What's basically going to happen is; she's going to build up the her entire body of earthly substances, along with something suitable for our current situation. Then she's going to physically transfer into that body, causing it be become more animalistic. She isn't actually made of the earth, but she is a Earth/Nature/Whatever you want for Animals included deity.

In layman's terms, she's a Viridi. She's also a Friend to All Living Things, literally. She can converse with trees and vines, along with being a terrakinetic. Like Toph or... Literally anyone able to make the earth around them rise with nothing but their will. What Fira hasn't mentioned yet it that she's also an astronomical Shrinking Violet. She'll probably hide behind Fira before running to tend to the Tarrasque.

'Oh, hi. So, what you're saying is, if I'm correct, that Rosie's body is made of items pertaining to her Divine Portfolio, and she's going to possess this avatar. I think. You guys are all over the place. And who is this Viridi?'

S/he blinks.

'Anyway, back to Rosie. Is she a spirit, is she physical, is she possessing an Avatar, is she, Idunno, between the three...?'

S/he tilts their head.

'Oh, so, she's kind of like me. As of now, I have Earth powers, since there hasn't been an Aspect of Earth that awakened yet, but we believe there will eventually be one, I can manipulate and communicate with plantlife, I have a good rapport with animals, and, I may not seem like it, but I can be pretty shy, too. And, by the Tarrasque, do you mean the giant Ground Dragon or the giant snake? Because the Ground Dragon is called the Tarrasque. My giant snake friend is named the Guardian of the Plains. The Tarrasque may not like being touched by someone he's not used to, if you mean him. He is just a large animal, after all, he may act on distrust and instinct and try to chase her away...the Guardian's good, though. He's really rather sweet.

The Guardian laughs telepathically.

Hm... You know, across all 3.5 DTG games I'm currently playing with all... um... 9 characters I have (several of whom are being counted twice), I found that Kai is the hardest to RP. Not because I'm having trouble getting into her mindset, but because whenever I read Sacred's post, I just start smiling and can't really type much. Hehe... anyway...

@Musha: -1 Tempo, +1 Beat for dramatic music. Which is exactly what I want, but Kai is already maxed there.

@Jon Danger: Hello ♪from the oth-♪ again. This game got a really heavy RP focus.

@Sacred: Speaking of that, I probably need a good model of Cynder. She doesn't really look much like an enderdragon because... she kinda isn't. But more on that later. Much later... And as for the other two characters, they don't particularly like Kai. So... yeah. You've indirectly seen Kai argue with one, Mikoto. The other is Inari, who was never intended to appear in this game. ... I'm obsessed with animals or something.

@Gwing: Sudden exposition is sudden.

@Nobody In Particular: I'll also say this. Both Sacred and Speed have the "characters as elements personified", and I sort of do as well. Each of my RP characters (like Kai and Cynder. Doesn't count the character I use for combat, which is Talist here) is a virtue incarnate. I thought that Kai broke that trend, but turns out she fits as well. She ended up being Trust.

Mind games? I never thought I was particularly good at that... Although... I might be. I think I might have that kind of training... ... I can do it with music, right? Do I want to?

With Spirit's hand on her paw, Kai blushes some more, the color change still mostly hidden by her fur.

Also, I haven't played Undertale, nor have I watched much of it. And I don't intend to. At least for a few months, anyway. ... I deliberately try to avoid hype for these kinds of things. I haven't even seen the Star Wars movie. Spoiler alert! They should all be in economic poverty.

After tilting her head at a slight angle, Kai looks up at Fira, silently listening. However, she wasn't feeling like speaking. She just looked again at the growing vines, still stuck speechless/telepathy-less from Spirit. When Spirit mentions "good rapport with animals", Kai giggles slightly and looks back down.

I also realize that out of all my characters, I don't have anyone who has control over life/plants, which is weird considering that's one of the main motifs of the Emerald Dream. I have a character who kinda is Earth, but that's Earth as in, the celestial body.

"Well, that went better than I expected". I say. " and am I mistaken or has someone donated a charge to me? Anyways, mega fatty attack Charizard with the buttstomp"

Speed commands Fira bursts out and attacks Charizard, dealing 3000 damage to him. Speed continues attacking Musha, hitting and wounding him. (You don't do desperation attacks. Though, this outcome is basically the same as you missing the 2000. But still, you don't get extra power out of nowhere. I'm gonna have to put it in my sig.)

Infinity commands the Azathoth Fragment to stun Charizarda and deal 15000 damage to it. The Yellow Devil punches Char-char for 6000. Then, Infinity heals the Yelllow Devil for 3000.

Trip commands the Diamond Dog to blind Charizard with a flash of light. It confuses Charizard and Charizard hurts itself for 10000 in his confusion. Trip then karate chops Charizard for 3000.

The Party heals up after Protoh got hit by Charizard. Charizard says that Protoh is a coward in a Charizardic language.

Seda sprays Carbon Dioxide at Charizard, reducing his attack power this turn. (Today I learned that Carbon Dioxide actually extinguishes fire. I never actually heard of Carbon Dioxide being used as a fire extinguisher. And it's going to reduce the target's damage by your attack/action power. Or basically a random target heal.)

(Sacred: Well, knowing me I'm just going to do 3000 to Char-char if it's actually lethal to normal Charizards... The only time I'll do those kind of sudden deaths is in Intermissions where I'm not as bound to the mechanics. But really, that's suicidal for the game because I'm pissing off the pacifists/most active player/I'm a failure at being subtle.)

GWing shoots a golden arrow at Charizard, establishing a mental connection. Charizard's mind is filled with the Godmodder's voice, though you can't actually make out what the Godmodder is saying.

Talist commands Cynder and Kai to attack Charizard for 16000. Talist enhances Seda's action.

Alpha (right?) slashes Speed. Speed tanks this by some divine miracle. Then, Alpha does a Goomba Stomp at Speed. K.O. Speed is immediately sent to the Respawn Lounge. The duel ends.

Jondanger returns and crashes a fighter jet to Charizard, dealing a mini-critted, re-entry-boosted 5000 damage to Charizard. (Welcome back! Your tea is ready and enjoy the madness (that is my incompetence).)

Falcon commands Mega Fatty to stomp Charizard for 5000 damage.

If anything, I'm pretty sure he'll destroy the pantheon when he gets the chance. Fight him. Don't let him control you!"

NOTE: Fira and... Well, no point hiding it anymore. Fira and Rose will be the only two characters guaranteed to be able to use Speed's weaponry. Of course, someone else might be able to wield it, but I can't guarantee it.

And continues at Alpha, completely ignoring any suggestions of "Don't attack Alpha!"

When she finishes, she falls back to her knees and holds her head in her hands. A soft sobbing can be heard.

Grasses grow to form a dress, but then reform to something more suitable for our current situation.

@Infinity: Plus, if Blastoise was knocked unconscious, and Venusaur was reached out to, we can knock out Charizard. Besides, he and Protoh have a score to settle. Charizard may be mind-controlled, but his Proud Warrior Race Guy tendencies are still shining through. Plus, G has a mental link. We might have something here! Tabbune is being really generous!

Remembering that the venom should have worn off by now, I slap the suit to get the barrier regeneration going. When I look up, I see Fira about to cut me in half.

"Oh, son of a..."

I quickly block the attack before walking away.

After a few steps, I turn back to say, "I have no quarrel with you. Please do not attack me if you value your life. That is the first and last time I will ask you to do so."

I then turn to G Wing.
