Deimos, having finished killing the spawner, turns to one of the shamblers, "Hey ugly!" Is attention is quickly grabbed by a grenade to the side of the head. As it turns to face him, it is hit in the face by a high velocity large-impact shockwave rocket, that tips it over backwards. (combo opener. If someone else jumps off of this attack to make one of their own, both posts get a damage boost, otherwise, this one does minimal damage)
.
Hank nods. The forecast calls for rain in less than an hour, and it looks like a pretty good thunderhead too.
There are some light footsteps, and Eric comes down the stairs. His eyes are dark, like he hasn't slept in days, and he looks very unkept. Eric, I thought we agreed, no more time loops. You have five books full of every type of runic spell you could think of, you're going to kill yourself like this.
Eric blinks angrily. What I do with my magic is my business and mine al at which point he misses a step, teeters for a second, but because of having spent several days straight of personal time with no sleep at all, he fails to regain his balance, and topples down the last two steps. Fine. I'll get some sleep. What did you come here for?
Hank folds his arms, No. I'm not going to tell you until you get some rest. Eric stands up. I've knocked you out before to keep you from doing stupid things, don't think I won't do it now. Eric sighs, all the energy draining out of him. Fine, you win. He raises his hand, speaks a runeword, and a small portal appears to the small home Eric had built for himself. He steps through it, and the portal closes.
Hank sits back against the wall.gorilla What am I going to do?

Undying shoots the Spawner for 3000
Trip throws a rock at the Spawner for 4000
Shadow launches a wave of air, dealing 3000 damage and knocking it off the Heart.
Ripsaw shoots the Champion for 2500
Pillow shines light at the spawns, killing 15. They're not called Glintless for not shining. They're what our ancestors call them.
Agigabyte attacks a Spawner for 3000
Jondanger blows up a Spawn, killing 20 of them in the explosion.
Piono opens fire on a Spawner, dealing 3500 with his barrage of attacks.
Infinity attacks the Spawner for 3000 and micros his summons.
Talist asks Channa on what the crystal is. It is basically the source of mana for most things in this world. Trees here feed on mana as well as the normal stuff. Alaxian Elementals are born from mana being concentrated and given life by the Heart. And the Glintlesses are beings from beyond, which sometimes come to this plane to feed. They're attracted by the mana here.
Trip headbutts a Spawner for 3000
Ripsaw sprays bolt shells around, killing 15 Spawns.
Feraligatr calls a classy Gentleman to attack. It gets bounced back. (Refunded. Please give stats.)
Infinity SM Gs the Champion for 3000 damage. The summons only attacks once per update.
Deimos initiates a combo attack but has no followup. 2000 damage to a Shambler.
—
End of turn:
The Heart summons an Elemental and a Dragon.
Anka, Channa, Tabbune, the Elementals and the Dragons join forces and destroys the Spawner, the injured Shambler and a healthy one, and 50 of the Spawns.
Anka rallies the nearby villagers, summoning 50 Warriors and making them do double damage.
Channa heals every AG for 2000.
The Warriors wipes out the spawns.
The Champion then commands the Shamblers, and then they kill all the Warriors.
And then, silence. The Champion seems to be growing. Tentacles and arms sprouts out. It's injured parts regenerate. As the transformation happens, the sprouting tentacles smashes the other Glintlesses with complete disregard. The Glintless Champion is buffed significantly.
The Rainbow Devil and the Guard Orotic deals 5 000 damage to the Champion.

HM. THEY SEEM TO BE IN TROUBLE. THIS WILL BE SOME NICE PRACTICE.
She flies through the portal and lands, skidding to a stop, next to Shadow. After looking at him briefly, she starts trying to channel something. Then, she swings her claws wide through the air and a brief green light shines in front of the Glintless Champion and a few more energy shurikens fly out of it and strike the Champion, similarly to how Shadow did it. But, they aren't as powerful as the original, which makes Willow seem disappointed.

Now that his attention isn't so focused on his Hosi-no-Tama, he hears Eric on the top of the steps and says,
Hello Er-
But Hank cuts him off. Wilson's ears and tail fall slight as he realizes this is going to be an argument. When Eric falls over, Wilson runs towards him, but shuffles away again when he gets up and then spends the rest of the argument looking down at his paws while tapping them nervously. He blinks slightly when Hank swears, but otherwise makes no noticeable response. After a few moments of silence, he edges towards Hank and looks up at him.
\\ This might not be my place... but... um... It will be alright. No matter what you're worried about, I'm sure you'll be able to find the best solution. And... if you want my help, I'll be happy to give it. Just, what exactly is the problem?

Deimos curses at the champion going into super mode, and looks at the others. "Hey! If we team up on it this isn't going to suck as much!" He charges up to the glintless champion and launches a flare up into it's face, and fires a small barrage of the knockback missiles immediately thereafter. (combo opener: more that one person can latch onto the combo, but in order to join in the combo, you have to say that you are, and in order to do so effectively, you have to actually build off the previous person's attack)
.
Hank looks over at Wilson. Sorry Wilson, I know you don't like fighting... you have no idea how hard it is to keep people alive, and my job right now is to keep one of the biggest idiots I know alive. He sits up a little more upright. You're a proper member of the IUPC, you have every right to know what's going on. The Godmodder's showed up. Again.
((Bit of backstory, part of why Eric is so frustrated is because everyone knows that there's havoc being wreaked and something screwy is going on with Minecraft and all of that, but because of vulnerability and low numbers, Eric can't do anything about is.))
And he's attacking Tvtropes no less, and big names have already begun showing up. Engie's already there, so are Unity's Aspects. There was some sort of small ender dragon there for some reason even. It's just a big mess, and things have just barely kicked off. ((I'm not hallucinating that Willow was an ender dragon right? If I am, substitute whatever kind of animal she is in that commentary above.))

Why is a yam attacking me?I quickly laser the Champion, and then summon the Green Devil. It has a liquid metal body that causes it to take 20% less damage from attacks. It has 6000 HP, and it fires lasers that deal 3500 damage. Naturally, its alignment is AG. My summons continue to attack the Champion, with the Green Devil blasting it from afar..

Special: Upon kill, gives the person who killed it a Cube Gun. Cube Gun [A]: Deal damage with any non-Cube Gun thing to get cubes, and then fire them for around 4,000 damage with the Cube Gun. Gains a cube for every 4,000 damage dealt.

(I'm sorry, this is my first summon and I don't get how it works yet)
The Gentleman is resummoned by me because of the refund. I guess he has around 2500 HP. He also has an indestructible diamond tipped cane that does around 3250 damage. He also has the power of classiness. He has a slightly damaging aura that damages all non classy enemies for around 1-5HP a turn. Also, everytime he kills something, he gains more classiness. Every kill gains 1% classiness. Every 1% of classiness gains him 5-10 extra HP and 1-5 extra damage to his cane attack and also to his classy aura. His main weakness is the very uncouth and filthy. They do at least 2X damage to him.
(Is this okay or should I nerf him?)
The Gentleman resumes his attack. He attacks the spawners with his cane.

Hail to the King of Feraligatrs! Shameless advertising/null
The Anti-chamber? ... please no... please... no... no no no no no nononononononononononononono NO! a 40% chance to make any attack, even those not targeting it, fail? For no reason? That SUCKS. I really hate things that override posts. Even if it doesn't effect other attacks, a 70% dodge rate? A lot of people hate dodge rates. Based on those stats, it has an effective 50,000 HP (5 HP * (1/0.3) * 3000 Damage per attack), which I think is overbudgeted. Not to mention that dodge rates in general just suck.
Anyway, on to the main reason I made this post...

(Yes, Willow is an ender dragon. I'm also trying out different variations of text for her.))
I know I don't. And really, I don't want to.
He listens to the big news that surprises nobody and stays silent.

edited 2nd Oct '15 5:12:28 PM by Talist
There's a Youtube Channel... I do some stuff with it...Hank sighs. I forget how much of this stuff we learned in the meetings with Eric, you really should come to those things Wilson. Tvtropes is the single largest universe in the multiverse. It holds a lot of power, and if the Godmodder gains control of it, he would have enough power to... well, it wouldn't be good, that's as much as I know. As for the Aspects of Unity... Eric didn't really explain who they are. Apparently they were a sort of half-universe eater that was part of the IUPC before the multiverse got rebooted, but now they sort of act on their own trying to act as a big good. Sort of an anti-universe eater.
DTG Co Labs I can haz youtubes?@Talist: Alright, I'll remove the 40% chance for any attacks to fail thing and lower the dodge rate.

@Sacred Spirit 123: This conversation is happening in Wilson's house on the IUPC planet. The IUPC took a bunch of refugees from Godcraft (AKA: MCforumsDTG2) there. Wilson also ended up there. As for Wilson, yes, he is my character from MCforumsDTG2. Massively compressed version: He is a fennec fox, and not the (in my opinion) rather creepy two legged anthropomorphized kind. People freaking loved him because of how different, yet familiar he was. In a game where many people play out power fantasies of controlling characters who are uber powerful lord of X, here I was with my small strangely colored arachnophobic fox. I made him to be (probably) the most moral and, ironically, human character in the game. It's not like he had much competition though. If you want to read more about him, go here: http://s15.zetaboards.com/DTG_Forums/topic/8070691/1/#new
I have a total roster of 5 characters, but 3 of them (Mikoto, Inari, and Gail) are mostly irrelevant in this game and will usually only show up physically in DTG 0. I suspect they'll mostly be referenced in Willow/Wilson's speech and thoughts.
So, I told you about my character, so can you tell me about yours?
@Jondanger: I'd say that you should tone down the dodge rate and give it more HP so that it is more consistent. But please don't mess with other posts. Murphy's Law was one of the most hated entities in DTG history.
=-=-=IUPC=-=-=
... The largest universe? ... I can't explain how... but that seems... ... odd. I feel like there's something going on behind the scenes. ... Also... What do you mean? You're saying that the Aspects of Unity are a group, but also that they are a singular universe eater?
Wilson sits down and looks at his paws in thought, trying to remember something.
So... is there a plan? And does it involve... ... going back into the fight?

There's a Youtube Channel... I do some stuff with it...Oh, erm...
They used to be one cosmic being, Unity, though they shattered themself shortly after coming into being, scattering shards of themself across the featureless plane before them. The shards buried themself in the invisible ground, and began changing the terrain and adding color and detail to the world personalized to the shard that landed there.
The first shard to awaken into an Aspect was Shadow's although he awoke as a mindless evil force that ravaged worlds before he became sane. He is now the most active Aspect, the most sympathetic to outsiders, and the one most likely to relate to others.
The second was Light, who initially started out cheerful and naive, but eventually saw the grimness in the world, and became a bit of a defeatist or a pessimist.
The others that I have forgotten which order I have put them in are Fury, Aspect of Fire, Anger, and Bloodshed, who is hot-headed, impulsive and a bit hard to approach, but has a good heart, Arkus, Aspect of Magic, though he calls himself Archmage Arkus Edaine, Aspect of the Eldritch and Arcane, who used to be the embodiment of Magical chaos, and rampaged when he awakened, but was rehabilitated by the others, Galvix, Aspect of Electricity, who is an incredibly fast talker and is incredibly energetic, Neodyme, Aspect of Metal, Magnetism, and Energy, who is an abstract sentient energy field who must manipulate metal to take a physical form, and the Sacred Spirit, Aspect of Nature, who appears as an androgynous plantoid humanoid with a featureless face save for two white eyes, who is mute and communicates via intricate gestures and body language, telepathically sharing the intended meaning into the observer's subconscious, and is also an Empath, able to sense others' emotions as if they were their own. S/he's tied with Shadow for most sympathetic Aspect.
The Aspects of Unity's main goal is to travel Reality and combat Evil and corruption wherever they can root it out, making Allies along the way, and shaping their home Universe, the Gardens of Unity, into the ultimate world, a refuge against Evil and a sort of Reality-spanning sanctuary, incorporating elements from every Universe they aid.
Some of the things in DTG 1, mainly them combining, I now view as a bad idea, and now regard as Early-Installment Weirdness, and am excluding from my Canon. Sorry for the infodump. Good thing I made it a folder. Does that satisfy your curiosity?
