She can control when she absorbs magic, and is able to use magic herself now to a very competent degree. of course most of her magic is energy absorption/energy release type powers. Also she is in control of a mercenary company with inter dimensional travel capabilities, and VERY good cloning/fabrication facilities.

I then turn towards Fseftr, who is fighting it as well, and say:

I then proceed to cast Shield Σ. Every AG in the area is now covered in a psychic shield which will deflect one attack.

Rex swerves backwards in an attempt to avoid some of the attacks. Rex's feet click, and as it launches another barrage of multi-gun fire, it turns on the spot, effectively attacking in an arc.

Afterwards, it charges forward and tries to stomp through the group of players.

Splits: The other topic was requested first, but this needs to be gotten out of the way to make sense of it, for the record.

In any case, Splits are...OK, in all honesty I'm only saying this because it HAS been relevant. Not that it will be or anything. But yeah, Splits are basically Literal Split Personalities. Not saying that it's realistic, but they've been known to happen for various reasons...And have also been connected with Godmodding and Godmodders. No surprise, our buddy here underwent one, as well as one of the Game Masters and various Anti-Godmodders...And Psi, but he's for later. IN any case, the Splits are effectively full personas who undergo a period of development (usually) before being strong enough to make a noticeable impact on the person. They are usually opposites from one another: Order versus Chaos, good versus evil, messy versus clean, that kind of stuff. Sometimes its the same (or nearly the same) as regular split personalities, and sometimes it's really noticeable and pronounced. Also, there are a lot of deviations with some noted norms, so I'm not naming a ton of them. However, with extremely rare exceptions, there is ONE event that is almost always done in the end. The exception here is the Totality, which can easily double someone's power, but that usually doesn't last very long and it usually isn't that dramatic of a power increase. Very rarely, if you can siphon a body off for the Split, it can take that and get out of your head easily, which is really convenient. As for the rest, well, 99% of Splits end with an event known as the Shatter.

The Shatter is a violent event wherein the two (or more!) splits have officially had enough of each other and cannot take it anymore. They can't engage until exactly this moment. Once it happens, they begin and duke it out for control of the host body in the mindscape-the loser is completely eradicated, while the winner regains control. There has been a whooping ONE instance where this instead occurred in the real world for unknown reasons. Neither Split is completely equal; one usually has the advantage. Miserably, it's usually the more aggressive one, which is usually the more ruthless/evil one by default. Exceptions exist, of course, and it is possible to interfere with the Shatter to lend aid to one side.

Noteworthy victims of Splits include The Godmodder (still don't know what to make of his), Twin Builder (two bodies solution, but there WAS a shatter that the good split won), piono (badguy split won), and, as mentioned before...Psi.

The Psi-Godmodding War. Hoo boy. Where to even START with that. OK, a surprisingly short time ago, in a galaxy probably not that far away, in the illustrious and bygone year of 2009 by some weird witchery, there lived a young boy in a village. He was human, as was one of his few friends. When he was thirteen or so, an insane villager channeled Herobrine and destroyed his village; he and his friend were the only survivors. His friend went on to become the Player, Steve (The Player is a guy who kills the Enderdragon because its intending to revive an unstoppable Eldritch Abomination trapped in the Nether, basically.)...And he got nothing. He became a thief and vagabond, stealing from villages and traveling the world. Eventually, he got brave enough and returned home, only to see it was completely oblitherated...And a monster was staring at him through a hole in existence. It withered the whole biome he lived in, but merely KO'd him. It still had a nasty effect: He went Bipolar and gained a Split. It didn't take long to decide the outcome of who got the body after that.

The Badguy split won the shatter, ridiculously fast. It wasn't even a fight. Natch. Filled with some new purpose, he dug into the secrets of the world, got strong, and took two targets: First, the Disc of Mojang, stashed away in Mojang's palance. He decimated every force within and calimed it. He then barged into Yggdrasil, and used the Disc to change the First Block's morality around; it would only accept one of pure intent in otherwise (more on those in the relevant exposition). At this point, he got past the many defenses of Yggdrasil and scratched the First block there to gain nigh-unlimited power. It worked.

This new guy-Psi-quickly established that he was basically the strongest thing ever by basically enslaving the whole world. He was unbeatable. And I mean legitimately he was. He could see the future, raise ancient horrors from the depths of evil, and a generic host of evil overlord powers of a similar nature that basically made him invincible. Psi dubbed his insane powers the art of Godmodding. For some reason. You can call your insane power whatever you want when you get it if it isn't already named, I guess. This makes him the Psi-Godmodder. There is a semi-official rank ABOVE Omega Plus, known as Psi, in honor of this guy. He's the strongest Godmodder in terms of raw Godmodding skill to date, and not even Richard has ever surpassed him in that much. That's not to say Richard hasn't been a bigger deal, sadly...In any case, Psi basically had the world to himself, with massive mines and an iron grip, until...

Well, his friend, the Player, came back, his quest to slay the Enderdragon done. He had heard of Psi's mad reign and challenged him to a duel. Expecting an easy win, as he could pretty much slaughter armies, he found a good deal of his powers malfunctioning all of a sudden and then lost himself an Arm and an Eye. He hadn't really trained himself at that point, so that was a probable outcome. The Player then made a challenge. He would come back with more allies and powers, a combined force that would see to it that Psi's insane reign ended. Psi took the challenge and trained himself immensely, within a day even. And thus, the two powers met on the field.

If you understand how these conflicts work at all you'll realize how this went. Barely anything was done to Psi, he laughed, they left that day...And came back with twenty new ones, and continued the assault anew, especially Nine of them, nine that never left: the Player-known as Steve, the Soldier-known as Lagfest, the Veterean, the Kerbal, the Hidden, the Spelunker, the Alchemist, the Sleuth, and the Captain. There WERE others, but these nine were the most consistent and the most remembered. It is their actions in the war and their abilities that have been passed down to several of the modern Anti-Godmodding forces, inheriting from their genes (apparently) as well as their legacy (as is everyone else here).

One of them-the Spelunker-had made a discovery in his journies through the Minecraftian underground; a temple to a place known as the Black Monolith. More on it in its relevant Q/A, but the Spelunker asked it to cause a Great Undoing, and through this he would unintentionally summon powerful enemies. He went insane, naturally, and no-one believed his ramblings about what the Monolith showed him. This went...Mostly ignored.

Until they happened. There were three other descendants that arrived: Apophis, Antares, and Azurite; the PG Descendants. Apophis staged an invasion with Antares, who sucked the A Gs into a portal to stall them out a bit, and Azurite showed up later to add forces to their might. Psi has gotten an upper hand in the fight. However, the gauntlet that the A Gs had been subjected to taught them the value of teamwork.

It was at this point that things started going...Sideways. The Anti-Godmodders proceeded to summon TIE-Fighters in En-Masse, and they practically blotted out the sky. Eventually, however, the TIE-Fighters started to act on their own accord, and the A Gs and P Gs had to call a truce to figure out what was going on. They beat the TIE-Fighters back, and later discovered that they had built a portal in the most icy regions of the planet. An interesting entity came out of it: A red puppet with a cueball for a head. They called him Doc Scratch.

Doc Scratch, as befitting his character, stayed to the sidelines, merely talking with others and manipulating them to his will, and no longer affecting the battle directly at that point. Still, it was troubling. Meanwhile, a prophecy had suddenly came into existence: A savior of Minecraftia would descend from the sky and help fight. the Anti-Godmodders used it as a rallying point.

Naturally, like the Spelunker's prohpecy, it came to pass: Apophis sniped his assistant Archangel out of the sky immediately, but no-one could stop Gemini, the savior, the Operator. He did some talk about light and saving the weak and stuff, no-one actually recorded it because it was just that cliche. Still, he promised to be of great aid.

Now, prepare for a whopper, boys, because this is where it gets REALLY relevant, for you see, a message was not long thereafter broadcasted across the whole world, for everyone to see, and it read thusly: Godmodder477 had joined the Server. Yes. Our Friend's username. Godmodder477 had joined the server where the Psi-Wars had taken part in. Despite multiplayer not even being a thing in 2009. Minecraft wasn't even in Alpha. Yet here Richard was.

The Godmodder, at this point in his life, was...Doing things in Minecraft. Doc Scratch was apparently involved in his coming here. Godmodding hadn't been invented yet, thoguh I do not doubt that the Godmodder's being here, at the Psi-Godmodding war, influenced his decisions and future powers. Yet, at this point, the Godmodder had only godmodded in roleplays. He was part of the Minecraft development team at this point, maybe. I don't recall exactly. Either way, he was described as watching, always being in awe, fascinated. He had intended to come here, and here he would stay for the rest of the War.

Twelve hours thereafter...Scratch's pawns, and Scratch himself, stationed themselves at an artic base, back at where the portal was, and was converting it to a podium. Psi had followed, along with the Player. Scratch converted it into summoning something else. Psi didn't interfere; the machine started its countdown.

Shortly after it started, Gemini appeared, bringing Richard with him, and challenged Scratch to stop it; the Machine's intent was to create a devilish entity who's one role was to consume reality for itself. Scratch refused, the two dueled. Scratch briefly gained an upper hand and knocked Gemini down, but he got back up, got angry, and defeated Scratch. In his last moments, Scratch took the five Mob Drops that Psi used to summon his first Terrors. Psi never realized it at the time, but they were infused with his power. They scattered, and in a flash of light they were gone.

Gemini revealed that, there were two things that would be brought forth by that Machine; Aside from the snakelike entity, there was also a horrifying Glitch that would be...Worse than Psi Winning. Psi understood, and took the others away, while Gemini sacrificed himself to use a technique called Operating.

I don't know what Operating is, but he sure did it.

When Psi got back, well, he was in for a shock: His war had reached far in his home universe, but he didn't expect Mojang itself to come. Now, you know how Fast Eddie is basically praised as an unrivaled coding genius? Notch himself comes fairly close, actually, and apparently he created, or at least did SOMETHIGN to the world that was Minecraft to make it the game it is now, and become divinity in the process. In any case, he and the rest of Mojang had arrived, and they had a singular purpose to be here: To kill Psi.

Psi retreated to his fortress and sent his most powerful defenses, while dispersing of his former Pro-Godmodders, who had all been pawns of Scratch in the end. They even had Turrets on-par with the Anti-Chuck Norris Turret to hold back Mojang. Yet, it all fell within weeks, even the Turrets, leaving everyone to fight Psi in the Throne Room where the Player had challenged him so long ago; with no further external forces interfering (and Richard never interfered), a battle beyond description took place, where the most powerful attacks was laid and the most impossible of devastation wrought. Everything was destroyed, except the combatants.

That included Psi. They couldn't kill him.

Of course, they thought of that. Notch stepped forward, showing off a familiar artifact, the Disc Of Mojang. The Disc, to put it simply, could allow a large majority of powerful actions, but only once; now it would be used to dispose of Psi. He stripped him of his powers, his many alternates (I think they were mirrors of the Godmodder's unlimited surplus of Avatars and Computers), and finally sentanced him to Oblivion. Basically a fate worse than death.

In Psi's final moments, he recollected the artifacts that Scratch scattered, and made a Prophecy thus: That whoever would recollect these artifacts would become the inheritor of his legacy, a Godmodder unlike any other, and would go on to defeat the Descendants of those who defeated him in combat, and lay down the path that the Narrative would tell him to go.

Now, Psi has never come back, but interestingly his Prophecy came to pass...Guess who it was. No, it's not the Godmodder here, to his eternal ire. It was SCRATCH. He collected all the powerful Artifacts, and an extra one to boot, instantly killed us all, and followed a loosely-Narrative ordained path. Of course, nothing said we couldn't come back from the dead and defeat him, and that we did, spectacularly. So that loose end has been tied up.

Oh, almost forgot. I don't get how this works exactly, but you could theoretically find weaker versions of the Psi-Artifacts in alternate timelines...And I mean significantly weaker versions. You won't become Psi if you collect them and there will still be others fighting for them tooth and nail in that altnerate timeline, or whatever. Look, I don't get how this works exactly either, but it's happened, with, guess who, Piono! Honestly, he's giving power-mongering a new meaning.

-MOVEMENT ACTION: With all of that said, I take what I just said, put it in a truck, and move it to the Mesa Cavern Area where Metal Gear REX is, with GF and the Alpha Party Hat in tow.

-STANDARD ACTION: I then abandon the Truck as it cruises up a hyper-convenient Ramp and crashes into the Metal Gear REX, channeling the power of fractured minds and the powers of the Psi-Godmodding War into an incredible impact.

-ENTITY ACTION:    THE ALPHA PARTY HAT, MEANWHILE, SHALL USE POISON LENS ON THE METAL GEAR REX. AS THIS ATTACK CAN APPARENTLY POISON AN ANIMATRONIC, WHICH IS A ROBOT JUST LIKE REX, THIS MEANS IT IS ROBOT POISON THAT IT FIRES THROUGH A MYSTERIOUS LENS OF DOOM, CAUSING METAL GEAR REX TO TAKE POISON DAMAGE FROM THE ROBOT POISON, 900 A TURN. AS IT IS ONLY A POISON FOR ROBOTS, HUMANS ARE UNAFFECTED. DON'T ASK ME HOW ROBOT POISON WORKS.

its hardly a heel face turn. She is a bored, powerful immortal with nothing to do but order around a mercenary company, and test out prototype weapon systems for said mercenary company. To her she is basically playing a death match MMO where Co-op is optional, even if it was real(which to some it almost is, and its more real to her than most of the others) Most of the time she was being guided by the mage, as they were in the same bod and followed HIS goals. OOC I just want to blow stuff up with extreme prejudiced and play a mostly-bad-guy.

I get to my feet with great effort before grabbing the back and looking through it.

   I'll give you a brief rundown since I'm sure you have more important places to be, what with catching up and all.

   No need to get pushy. So, the fear gas should work on most normal enemies for the duration of the game, but it will be useless against the Godmodder in his current state. If there was someway to get him overpowered there might, might be a possibility. but don't count on it.   

   Also with the gas is a collection of syringes containing a liquid form of the toxin. It is far more powerful than the aerosol agent, but it is also limited to ten uses. Use them wisely, boy.   

I hang up the communicator, not bothering with a reply before running towards the Mesa wall. I look up the long scale before sighing. Pulling out both Righty and Lefty, I stab into the wall and begin to ascend.

Inventory: Peanut, Righty and Lefty, two pistol, 27x grenades, binoculars, shotgun, Fear Gas, 10x syringes, missles and signal.

Opening my handbag: 26/50 (Hyena)

I move on to the warehouse, casting a quick healing spell on Odin as I go.

As for the quote of the day, the answer should be nothing, but DTG probably has something that fits all of those criteria.

The fact that only 140 characters are allowed here is honestly so disappointing to me.

Exposition!

One point on that tazz, the godmodder is at psi-godmodder rank now. He used the psi-godmodder artifacts last game, and to great effect.

How is he a psi-godmodder? Hmmmm? Well, you'll have to wait and see. And yes, twin knows about this.

Also, the psi-godmodder artifact copies are only findable in very specific alternate timelines. Piono had to channel the power of the OP King through the Hexahedron to be able to replicate the Trifecta, and Tricky and whatever weird insane powers he has were heavily involved too.

Just going into the alternate timelines that randomly appear and disappear through reality would not net you copies of the psi-godmodding artifacts.
