Now that Hunter can miss, (*psst* don't tell anyone...) is Hunter's Killshot passive a viable thing now? That's the one that increases accuracy with the Silencer. Which would decrease the chance of bullets missing. Also, please remove all references to webbing, they are dead. Auth, read: me, is face palming so hard right now.

So, we have, at least, someone who uses guns... Like me. Claimed!

You're saying that like Amaria is territory.

I'd be willing to bet you'd face off solo with Ira, Speed. Fira would take Tabbune.

I have no idea what you are taking about and am staying firmly out of this conversation.

Whatever. Works for me.

Hunter uses four Ammuniton to load Justice. If firing doesn't count as a turn, he uses his final bullet, converted into a Microfusion Cell, as well. He counters Amaria's musket blast with his own musket.

Justice. Full mahogany stock. Long reconnaissance scope, specially modified to create a lasting mark on an opponent targeted. Six crank capacitor, six cranks, six ammo, one shot. Long bracketed barrel, allowing for a focuser on the end. Focuser increasing accuracy. Behaves somewhat similarly to a Commonwealth Gauss Rifle, but I consider that inferior to both my musket and the Anchorage era Gauss Rifle Speed has in his possession.

He lists off the parts of Justice, which he pulled from nowhere.

So, I would think this thing hurts. Let's see!

That blast of large glowing red laser heads right for Amaria. That ought to hurt.

Meanwhile, Speed draws his as-of-yet unnamed sword. He goes for a pose similar to Link, particularly with Twilight Princess and the Hero's Shade or whatever. He goes to put the flat of his blade against one of Ira's Force Blades. Knowing literally nothing about them, I'm going with the assumption that that is a thing that can be done. Whatever happens there, Speed jumps back and pulls his shield. Meanwhile, he tends to a couple of strains from creating Bedrock.

Cynder and Speed.

Eh, it's okay. I do this kind of thing all the time.

He listens to his half-correct guess.

Well, I was close. I'm not sure who that second person is, but as you said, we'll see.

He listens to Cynder mention people going off to slay Ender Dragons.

Sounds like this one time Hunter, Fira and I were trapped on this island and Hunter nearly drove me insane and then disappeared for a bit.

Speed is shocked when Cynder reveals she doesn't know the proper markings and enchantments for a proper Ender Crystal.

Well, I'll have to research what they are. I'm sure I can find them in my all-encompassing archive. And by mine, I mean Fira's.

Talist has my response to Cynder's Whisper. All that everyone else sees is Speed give Cynder a thumbs up.

Fira and... Well, the Party, I guess.

Heh, yep! Normally, my body heat is around 300 degrees Celsius, but when I get angry it reaches about 6000. I can manually increase it to about 35000 degrees, but that is kind of painful, not just to everything around me, but to myself as well, and I feel very funny afterward. I need to consciously keep my body temp at a normal 37 degrees. Goddess of Fire indeed.

She turns to Sacred.

Thanks for holding onto it, Spirit. I've already informed Rosie, she'll be here soon... Ish.

If my research is correct, and I'm pretty sure it is, Fira can increase her body heat to beyond the temperature of Ultraviolet Stars. That's pretty hot. Literally. That's when her fur changes from red to vibrant purple, and her eyes vanish. It's akin to a Super Form, I guess.

Speed opens up a portal to the Respawn Lounge. He pokes his head in. Just to mock Sigma. I'm proud.

Hey, Sigma? You asked how many lives I've taken. Well, if you count demons in that number... One. Congratulations! You just wasted a Armor-Piercing Question on someone who has slain one demon, and that is it. Or maybe it wasn't aimed at me. I'm just here to mock you on the lack of effectiveness of your question on me.

He goes to leave, but then has one more thing to say.

Oh, yeah, my tech guy is here. We'll have you out of there as soon as possible.

If Sigma got it, he ought to be mad. If not, this question will likely (or a similar such question) run through his head: "Why on Earth would Speed betray everyone for me?". Preferably the latter. If only for the possible Rule of Funny.

Ray. Next turn. Promise. He's going.

Heh, Shadow, I've already beaten Neo to the punch! Shine and Bolt have already made a new arm, it ought to be here in... Two... One...

A portal opens up above Hunter's head. A package drops out of it.

God damn it! That hurt! What's in this thing, a sack of bricks?

He throws the package to Ray, who catches it, reconnects Delta's new arm, which is identical except for what it's made of, and the input is reenabled.

New arm is active, zero faults found. You're gonna want to give about a day or two to get used to it. Good news! That arm is never going to be destroyed. Ever. It is literally impossible. Bad news: It's slightly heavier than you old arm, unnoticeable in use, but a pain to run calculations through. I've given the data to run them yourself though, so I don't need to do it when I'm not around! Beta, did you want me to back up Delta's current state? That way, if anything happens, Delta can be saved.

Rereading this in my head, that seemed somewhat dark for some reason I can't put my finger on. Ah well.

Hunter and G:

Uh, no, I just stole techniques from the last Umbra Witch... You know what? Maybe it's just better I show you a clip.

Hunter shows G of Bayonetta dispatching some Angels.

See? I use my arms and legs while using my weapons, like Bayonetta does... Just... Not in a similar way to Bayonetta.

Hunter groans at his explanation. He wants to explain it better. He just isn't sure how to.

Upon a mention of a Certain Race of Eldritch Abominations, Hunter is visibly agitated.

Word of advice. If you want to increase your survival rates by several thousand fold, do NOT mention that species in front of me. Ever.

I can get away with it because I'm his boss.

Shut up!

Action Summary:

Speed heals himself after voluntarily injuring himself.

Hunter uses four ammo and actions (Five if firing Justice is not counted as an action) to fire Justice at Amaria.

Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap: 120/120

ALL RIGHT, TIME TO DO THIS!

I pull out a guitar, and begin to play Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap (the song) in order to summon Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap (the entity.)

If you're havin' trouble with the high school head, he's givin' you the blues~

You want to graduate but not in 'is bed, here's what you gotta do~

Pick up the phone, I'm always home, Call me any time~

Just ring 36 24 36 hey, I lead a life of crime~

A pink-and-white humanoid figure appears. Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap has been summoned!

Dirty deeds, done dirt cheap, dirty deeds done dirt cheap~

You called?

I need some help here!

Okay, got it.

Okay, so the stats for this thing are as follows:

  • HP: 150,000
  • Attack strength: 10,000
  • He attacks a random enemy each turn, with me having no control over its basic attacks.
  • Once every four turns, I can have him use High Voltage, which does, say, 30,000 damage to a random enemy.
  • Once every ten turns, I can have him use Contract, which will ensure that his attacks do not miss for the next five turns. Contract will also be used the turn he is summoned.

I'll probably turn him into an RP character once he dies. The abbreviation for his name is D4C. And no, this isn't the same Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap that Funny Valentine has, although the resemblance between the two, appearance-wise, is intentional.

I then have D4C use Contract.

Action Summary: Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap has been summoned. He uses Contract to boost his accuracy.

(I hope this isn't too unbalanced, and I hope the "random target" gimmick isn't too lame an attempt at balancing his ridiculous HP and damage.)

Whitesnake: 7/60 (+2 from announcer, +1 from Talist and sp33d) HINT: Unusable in its current form, once I obtain it, it must be strengthened before it can be used.

/RPNULL FOR NOW

(To be honest, I don't actually like the name 'Cynder' that much because it's too direct of a reference to something. Some of you might know what that something is.)

@Gwing: Is that white text Flowey? Sounds sort of like it. If it is... I'm sick of Flowey and I haven't even played Undertale.

Cynder to Speed:

Cynder stretches and flexes a little, testing the armor.

Thank you. You don't have to sacrifice yourself for me. If you want to, I suppose.
\\

She glances over at Wilson.

Wilson is close. But not quite.

Then she thinks for a little while.

More accurately, that's half the answer. There's another person I'd like to impress, and no, it isn't either Kai or Talist. I believe he would not appreciate me mentioning his name, but it will be pretty obvious in a while.

Now somewhat disturbed, Cynder seems quite sure of how royalty is an incentive.

To be honest, I was scared. I had read a lot of human stories about their champion going off and killing their resident ender dragon. A common justification for it involves 'freeing' the endermen from our tyranny. Maybe that happens in other End locations, but for me, we mostly just left each other alone. Also, I meant antagonistic more as in antagonistic against my status, which would mean I dislike my status. I don't really. I was trying to invoke that image.

She flinches suddenly as a crystal breaks and she takes 5,000 damage.

... That may work. Although, part of the reason I cannot make them myself is that I need to know the proper cuts and enchantments. I never learned that. ...

She glances around somewhat suspiciously and then whispers to Speed.

Hey... ... I'd like to ask you something...

"Aecro, look after Solar. Make sure their next charge doesn't backfire."

"I can't exactly control that, you know."

"You can certainly try."

Emmaline switches back with Solar again, who takes one look at the battlefield and pumps their fist. "Haha! Yesss! Providence is here!"

"And?"

"Iunno, it's cool to meet you. Oh, hiya Speed and company!"

Solar takes a mechanical pencil out of their pocket and lunges at Tabbune, stabbing at him with the sharp point. "By the way, this pencil uses real lead!"

Providence also attacks Tabbune, lifting Solar out of the way calmly before slashing with its sword.

I decide to take some advantage of the charges...

A helicopter flies low to the battlefield, and a team of five soldiers jump out.

Girls, I'm going to make this simple. You see those three over there?

-points at Amaria, Ira, Tabbune

They're dueling with the rest of us, so what I need you all to do, is to help us beat the crap out of them.

-points towards the '68 Malibu

Amber, that's yours, I trust you can figure out how to fly it. Be careful when you pop the trunk. Go out there, and kick some butt, don't write a check with your mouth you can't cash with your you get the idea... oh, and one more thing:

Try not to shoot friendlies, okay?

Do I have to control these entities, or not really? I was never sure if I had to do that.

I should post to keep Ascendant Cynder going.

[up] Sacred [up] Sacred [up] Infinity

Let's see... Cyndi Cynder takes 5,000 damage from the destruction of the Ender Crystal. She uses Black Ice on Tabbune (lasts 5 turns, whenever it ticks down, it gives the Infinity Weapon a +5,000 HP per turn heal). One Ender Crystal targets Tabbune to extend debuffs by one turn. The other Crystal targets the Infinity weapon for a 5,000 per turn HP for 3 turns. Then she 8,000 damage at the end of the turn.

It takes long enough to work out what Cynder does. I'll just say I heal her up a little.

Sigmazard's body begins to disintegrate as he's sent to the Respawn Lounge.

Ach, this body's no good anymore. And Ally boy's body bores me now. I'll let him go, for now. But when this is all over, I'll be taking him back for good.

The aura unlatches itself from his body like a gas, leaving it to wither away, and slithers towards Shadow, rising up behind him as it takes on a vaguely humanoid shape, wrapping its "arms" around his shoulders. Looking at it, one could swear that it was grinning.

And how about you? How much blood is on your hands? You said it yourself - you woke up and gained sentience during a murderous rampage. How many? How many lives did you end during that time? Could you even count? Even if you don't remember the time you spent in that state, it was still you who murdered each and every one of them. Now there's something that I'd like to see. But that brings me to my second point. You said that those who tried to read your mind went mad. What about someone who's already "insane"? Do you want to find out?

A single shot rings out, passing harmlessly through the gaseous entity, but still scattering its "face" before it reforms.

Shut up. I'll enjoy killing you with my own hands.

Ah, Gams. Always getting in over your head. You were always the weakest of us, yet you never tried to improve yourself. I wonder why that is.

Does it really matter?

I suppose not. I should be going. If I can't have Ally boy's body, I'll have his energy. I'm going to give you one hell of a surprise. I won't say anything, as that'll spoil it! Bye bye!

The "body" shrinks down and the gas snakes away from the battlefield to an unknown destination.

You know, being a medic and all, I've never actually been one for medical-related phrases. But right now, I am seriously considering telling him to perform an anatomically impossible act, even if we're not biological in nature. You alright? He didn't hurt you, did he?

He then performs a standard heal action on Shadow.

Delta tries out the new arm, bending it and flexing joints in various positions.

This is an acceptable substitute. Would it be rude of me to ask what material this is made of?

Beta looks at Ray, considering his offer.

Do what you feel is appropriate. I trust your judgement.

@Speed: Yeah, that got real dark. He's onto me...

She then strolls towards Ira, drawing her weapons.

You seem like a good match for me. Let's dance.

She somersaults over Ira, slashing at them.
In the Respawn Lounge, Alpha buries his head in his hands. He morosely turns to Speed as he pops his head in.

Sigma's not here. Not anymore. I guess you wanted to tell him that because you were wanting to save me, but I don't see why. I betrayed you. I betrayed your trust. Progenitor, I killed you. I didn't deserve to be saved. So why'd you try?

He turns towards where Speed was, to only find nothing. Alpha scoffs, shaking his head.

Figures. Oh, I've got to stop something.
In the deep reaches of space...

A rather large planet on its way to deliver an extremely large blow to the battlefield grinds to a stop.
Back here...

That's better. Hang on, what's this?

He notices an irregularity in his energy distribution system, specifically the portion that controls the charges. Checking the data, he sees that the energy that was left over from the planetfall was going directly to another charge, one that he didn't want to see.

Oh, Progenitor... I've got to find some way to warn them. He's coming.
Action Summary:

Alpha's in the Respawn Lounge and stops the Planetfall attack, Sigma's gone off and stole those charges to do... something. Meanwhile, Beta attacks Ira and Gamma heals Shadow.

Post is coming, I just needed to check something.

Let's get this out of the way first.

Action Summary:

Speed does an expertly performed sword combo on Ira.

Hunter reloads his pistol.

Good? Okay. RP time.

Speed reopens the portal to the Respawn Lounge.

Why did I want to save you, despite you not-anywhere-near killing me but getting me sent there anyway? Well, let's just pretend that was Sigma, and it probably was, and you're better than him.

He jumps into the Repawn Lounge for a bit.

I'm sure you've seen what Evil's done, and that was only a fraction of his power. You're nothing like him. I don't think you are a bad guy. Believe me, if I had any qualms with you right now you would know about it.

Speed walks back out of his portal, but says this just before leaving:

We're watching for Sigma. You wouldn't happen to know a Zero would you? That Sigma seems like a bit of a Maverick.

With my horrible video game joke reference quota filled for today, we return to the field.

What happened with Sigma?

Asks Fira. She missed Sigma dissipating from Alpha.

He's gone.

Whoop-de-freaking do.

I'm not finished.

You think he'll be back?

Like the Terminator?

Okay, Ray's going now. Say your goodbyes, etc.

The new arm is made of Elementium! The same stuff that Speed's armour is made of! It's indestructible and conductive of the elements! It's useful!

Ray then begins the process of backing up Delta.

—> save DeltaMentalData.arin to G:

Done.

—> eject drive G:

A small, blue SD card is ejected from the Terminal. Ray holds onto it for a minute.

Done.

—> disconnect drive δ

The wires that were connecting Delta to the Terminal go dark. Ray takes them off manually, though.

Disconnected.

—> drop current database

Database dropped. 63985 lines affected.

Ray walks over to Beta, and gives her the SD card.

Delta's backup. Here you go.

A kind of reverse ray of light, a beam of darkness, I guess, appears behind Ray.

Ray. What did I tell you about going anywhere without consulting me first?

Ray's pupils dilate.

Uh... Don't?

Correct. So what are you doing here?

Hunter called.

In the kid's Defense, I did.

You're still supposed to ask me first!

Sorry...

Ray, what am I ever going to do with you?

A black and purple wolf is now on the field, and dragging Ray back home. Forcibly, naturally.

For a one-time payment of $0.00, I'm going to be running nearly active updates! As people post this turn, if I feel like it's a good idea, I'll respond to it! Is good idea. One time offer.

EDIT: No, this was a stupid idea.

75/80 charge. You know what? I could heal Cynder with this, but I don't want to. I expected her to go down like... 2 or 3 turns ago, but she's only at half health. I guess I'm used to DTG 0 entities getting beaten into nonexistence when they're the glass cannon type. Because she's lasting longer than I expected, the 120 post to summon her has been rather overpowered. And that's probably poor balancing on my part.
Blank: 8/120

Okay... let's see everything I've missed. I need to reply to Sacred first.

@Piono: I wouldn't know what to do with any of your characters...

Kai looks down at her metallic paw before saying,

Well, a lot of things human made have uses for animals. But yes, it's difficult to say when the cut off point is. Um... sorry for the tangent. But I was just giving... like a counter example to see your thoughts. I like talking about this kind of thing with you. It's interesting.

I can imagine what that... aggression would entail. Although mechanical damage and fear isn't violence. So, I'm glad you never resorted to that. There are options before that. And even when you're pushed to that, it's not anything to use lightly. But...

She smiles, trying to dodge the exact issue.

You'll have to tell me more about the Garden. At least until... maybe I can see it. Like... are there seasons? I really like the snow... Well... not blizzards that much.

Kai didn't seem to have been trying to make a joke, but rather had just taken the phrase 'cheat death' completely literally.

Huh? A joke? Um... I mean... yes? I tend to lose all the time at Poker. Whoever I play against always folds whenever I get a good hand. Sometimes I win when I don't realize my hand wins though. I'm a little better at Chess, I suppose.

Now hearing Spirit and Shadow explain the Sanguine, Kai giggles slightly.

I've already tasted it, but hearing you describe it makes me thirsty again! You're really excited about it, huh? Does that mean that you two like cooking? Or drink mixing? I forget the term for that. I can't say I'm that interested in cooking, but then again I haven't done enough to get a real opinion.

Now Kai takes the thin blue rope from the vine, somewhat surprised by Spirit's comment.

Oh... um... thank you. It's nothing too special. I've had to replace it when I got the original caught and tangled.

She holds the rope in her mouth, but drops it when she sees Shadow's work, simply looking in slight disbelief at the heart bottle.

Oh... ... I... Can I...

She suddenly inhales sharply, trying to keep control of herself.

Can I... keep it? Really?

Even though Kai started pretty plain, BAUBLES GET! Now she has... um... that headset still on around her neck, the tiara, and now this bottle. All my characters end up getting something around their neck, it seems. Well, assuming that Spirit gives her the new bauble, she holds down the bottle with her paw, then picks up the cord in her mouth again and carefully tries to thread it through the holes in the bottle's lid. After a few tries, she eventually gets it.

Shadow... Sweet Spirit... Thank you...

Occasionally glancing down at the light reflecting off the bottle, Kai replies to Light.

Well... I... originally just came here for revenge. But now I'm staying because Spirit is here. I don't get all that many puns, but I'll hear them if you'd like to say them.

I feel like Delta needs your attention more than me. But if you want to finish here, I suppose...

When Neo says all his technobabble, Kai looks up trying to think about it.

Um... ... Sensory bundles...

Then when he repeats it afterwards...

Hey, I... knew that. ... Probably. Thank you for all your effort. I know I've said that several times, but it still applies.

Now feeling tired, she puts her head down and closes her eyes, listening to Light. However, she ends up seeming just confused.

... Hah... Was the 'light'... nevermind actually. I think I knew the second, though.

Saraza? And... these aren't the Sylvans, right? ... I'm sorry for your loss. And for Varak and Crae. I don't know what it would be like to lose your mother from something like that...

Without realizing it, Kai had shifted a little closer to Spirit.

Then... I have a memory too. That... should help. ... I'm sorry...

Kai looks up at Gamma, confused and not feeling like knock knock jokes.

Huh? That's... uh...

But Gamma was gone before she could finish that thought.

Uh...

Indeed. We'll all see via the power of exposition. I would tell you more, but I want to keep good relations with him. However, I'm not sure he would notice anything I do now.

She looks slightly confused at that analogy.

Hm? I suppose restlessness is an explanation. The hilarious thing about some of these stories is that they never mention where they got the eyes of ender to open the portal. Only endermen have ender pearls, and if you have to kill them to get those, it defeats the purpose of going to the end to slay this 'oppressive tyrant'. People want a villain.

Now her confusion gives away to similarly slight annoyance.

My grandmother never told how exactly they were made. I don't know. Maybe that was something for later. I did not leave my home on my own volition, so I don't know what I should know. But... Thank you. It will probably be in only a few turns, as my accumulating damage is mounting.

How did Hunter get webbed again?

Cyndi Cynder adds Amaria, Ira and Hunter's webbing to Aura of Time and uses Dragon's Fireball to inflict all of them with 5,000 DPT for 3 turns. That should just clear out the webbing. One ender crystal targets Tabbune to extend debuffs and the other crystal targets the Infinity Weapon for 5,000 HP per turn for 3 turns. She then takes 9,000 damage.

((By the way Tabbune, could it please list the Deicide slayer emblem on the scoreboard? I don't want to forget about it.))

Action: I twirl around the Staff of Ysera like a baton of fire. Spinning things are cool, as are flaming things. So logically, combining the two makes it DOUBLED! The simple power of this amount of impressiveness deals damage to Tabbune. And consumes one of my weapons because I haven't been able to use them.

Wilson just sits off to the side, wondering why everyone is fighting.

Delta looks at the arm again, closely inspecting it.

Hmm... The arm is only slightly heavier. It won't impact the use, but it is barely noticeable. Elementium... Fascinating material. We're made of a unique material that's actually unpronounceable even to us, so we just call it Gundanium as a little inside joke. It's almost as strong as this, but obviously not as strong. Thank you. You didn't have to use such a valuable material on me.

Beta takes the drive with Gamma's backup on it.

Thanks. I don't know what'll happen, since we've never actually thought of doing this before, but hopefully we don't need this. I'll hold onto it anyways, though.

He looks behind Ray as the unknown entity pops up behind him, watching as he's dragged away.

Would anyone care to explain who that was?

Looking at Kai, he notices her confusion.

Don't worry, he does that all the time. I like to think that he's the most human of us. What were you going to tell him?

Gamma dashes over to Cynder, sliding to a stop.

Hang on, let me help you out.

He holds his hand out, palm facing towards her.

Control: Restore!

The stereotypical RPG/MOBA health aura pops up around Cynder as the Control takes effect.

Ngh... Better?
Alpha paces back and forth through the Respawn Lounge, muttering to himself.

How is he even managing to do this? He's not in direct contact with me, so that's out of the question.

He jumps as Speed hops into the Lounge with him.

Well, you know what I meant. For all intents and purposes, I did kill you, you just got better. And it was me in control. I had every intent to kill you, you know. While I was on his side, I tried to get into his mentality, to try to help him better. I think I went a bit too far. I was honestly scared of what I'd become. Anyways, what you said makes me feel a little better. By the way, I heard and saw everything while Sigma was trying to consume me. Was it like that for you when Evil took over? To be trapped in your own body, watching it as a madman uses it to do unspeakable things, unable to do anything, even doing something as simple as screaming out in terror? If so, I can relate. I tried to what I could to help. The only regret I have is that I couldn't do more. Sorry, I got off topic there. My main point is that I heard Beta say that you people didn't want to see Sigma's real body. You're gonna see it real soon. Here's a picture.

He pulls out a photograph out of nowhere. On it is a machine that somewhat resembles a crab with only two enormous, reverse-jointed legs, no claws, and giant cannons mounted on its back.

It's a good thing we've got this place. I don't think he'll be able to come here in the state he'll be in, so when we kill him, we'll kill him for good.

He chuckles mirthlessly as Speed makes his passing remark.

He already took our Zero.
Action Summary:

Beta continues to attack Ira in her standard manner (i.e.: flipping, slashing, sliding, etc.), Alpha's still in the Respawn Lounge, and Gamma uses Control: Restore on Ascendant Cynder.
Sigma: 76/120

Aarik: 52/80

Something Stunning: 90/? (Talist, Talist.) ...so...character slots, maybe...? :D

'Anti-Construct Gear: 33/33 (Announcer, Talist, Alpha, Alpha.) ACTIVATING!

   Entity Pool:    40

Shadow, having said all he could think of to Sigmazard, simply shrugs at his insane proclamation, and walks away whistling, hands in his pockets, giving a nod to Gamma.

"This is ridiculous, eh? I've seen it all. Fought a lotta' psychos in my time. Good luck."

He watches as Gamma executes Sigmazard, and tilts his head as Sigmazard apparently walks it off.

   "Durable, eh?"

Back at the Sanctuary:

Spirit tilts their head, blinking.

'...well, you have me beat, there. If you bring in things like that, then, no, I don't think there's anything in Nature that would serve the purpose of reconstructive technology, save, I suppose, for a Natural replacement, or some Life Magic, but that borders on the Supernatural, I think...'

S/he shakes their head.

'No, no, it's alright! I like deep thinking like this! I find it fun, too, and it keeps me sharp! I value my wit as much as how I look, and my strength, as well. I work to balance a good appearance, formidable strength, a sharp wit, and quick reflexes. I try to keep them as level as possible, so I'm not too specialized in any one thing. But, anyway, smarts are important to me. I'm happy that we can talk like this.'

S/he looks sheepish.

'Oh, I sometimes got rather...close to hurting people...but I never really hurt anyone badly. Yes, violence is not the best answer...'

S/he nods.

'I'd love to tell you more about the Gardens of Unity. I live in a temple palace in a hidden kingdom called the Sylvan Glade, deep within the Wild, which is a massive, breathtaking collection of forests and jungles, swamps, tundras, deserts, savannas, and many other biomes, teeming with life. Creatures from many worlds live in the Wild, all coexisting in a perfect balance of predator and prey. The civilizations who live in the Wild follow a special code, taking only what they need to survive and thrive, in order to maintain the balance of nature. It's a beautiful place...'

Spirit looks a bit amused.

'Even if it wasn't really a joke, it still helped...and I don't think I've ever really cared about card games...or known how to play them, for that matter. I like playing board games, or playing outside, however.'

S/he nods enthusiastically, and Shadow gives a bright, proud grin.

'I like to make things for my friends, especially if they're useful!'

"And, I must say, I love cooking just as much as I love eating! When I first discovered that Mortals ate food, I was like, 'what, people ingest things to keep themselves alive? I've got to see what this is all about.' And, when I tried my first bite of food, it changed my world. I knew I could cook up all sorts of things to suit my new-found tastes. Sometime you'll have to come over for breakfast, my treat."

Spirit tilts their head, as s/he retracts the vine.

'Well, I think it's a good cord...it's quite nice. Blue looks very good on you.'

Shadow smiles warmly.

"Pretty, isn't it? I thought I'd go for something that reflects the importance of the contents, as well as the preciousness of this moment. And the best thing is, it's still enchanted to be endlessly self-refilling, so you'll never run out!"

Spirit sets the bottle down in front of Kai, and nods, their eyes full of emotion. Shadow nods as well, placing a hand on his heart and giving a triumphant smile.

"Of course you can keep it. It's a gift, and a meaningful one, too. I'm one-hundred percent behind your relationship, and, I've got to say, I have nothing but good wishes for you two. I'm proud to be Spirit's big brother."

'I wouldn't like anything more than for you to have it...it's...it's beautiful, and it's so good...it's the perfect gift...'

Shadow rubs his hands together, a clever glint in his eye.

"The best part is, with you wearing the flask on your cord, and Spirit wearing your pendant on their vine, you're both wearing a hybrid of your own necklaces bearing each other's mementoes, so you two match perfectly!"

Spirit hugs Kai, and Shadow kneels, smiling brightly.

'You're welcome...I'm so happy...'

"As am I. It's great that my gift brings you two such happiness. You're very welcome, Kai."

Neo looks at the scene, tilting his head, a soft look in his eyes.

"The tenderness of this scene may once have been lost on me, but I find my experience on this occasion has served to educate me on such matters. I am quite happy for you."

Light tilts his head.

"Oh, a personal vendetta? Well, I'm at least glad that you're done with that. Grudges can get quite messy. And, yes, I find staying here with your soul mate is an excellent choice. It's certainly making Spirit very happy."

Neo tilts his head, blinking.

"Seeing as Delta was apparently already tended to, I can still work on you."

He glances to Ray.

"I know I should be pleased that he was able to be repaired so easily...but...I now feel a new emotion..."

He furtively narrows his eyes.

"...I now understand jealousy..."

He looks back to Kai, looking mildly amused.

"I know my technical terminology can be quite confusing at times. But, yes..."

He closes his eyes, giving a happy nod.

"...I am happy to help."

As Light tells his puns, everyone in the Party laughs, enjoying the atmosphere. Neo doesn't laugh, but amusement shines in his eyes. When Shadow hears Beta's reaction to his joke, he throws up his hands, smirking.

"Hey, it's a trope. Forgotten where we are? This was supposed to be the Pantheon Universe. AKA, a world managed somehow by TV Tropes. Great site. A bit time-consuming at times, though."

When Gamma tells his jokes, Spirit tilts their head.

'Oh? Leaf who?'

At the response, s/he giggles, amused, but looks around.

'There is, however, no door here. We're outside.'

Everyone blinks at Beta's reaction to Gamma's joke, and Spirit tilts their head.

'I thought it was funny...'

S/he looks to Fira, and nods.

'Alright. I'll be ready for her.'

Fury tilts his head.

"...alright, I don't suffer any negative effects from body heat, but, then again, I'm basically made of superheated stuff anyway. I think the Divine substance that I'm made of is essentially supposed to be...blood, maybe. I am the Aspect of Bloodshed. When I get mad, my blood literally boils, then."

Shadow folds his arms, tilting his head, being free just quick enough to catch Sigmazard dissolving into a liquefied puddle of ew. He blinks, looking on with a mix of satisfaction and disgust.

"Well, that's one way to dispose of a psychotic dragon. I guess the caustic venom did the trick."

The Guardian peers from his burrow, passing his tongue across his mouth.

"Oh, look at thisss...I wasss hoping to digest him after I ate him, but I sssuppossse thisss worksss jussst asss well...a sssoft meal isss easssier to eat, anyway..."

Shadow blinks, raising an eyebrow as he gives the Guardian an incredulous look.

"...really, dude? You're actually considering that? I mean, he was a psycho, and you are hungry, but...that's a bit gross."

The Guardian grins.

"What can I sssay? I am an animal, after all."

When Soulgma appears and latches onto Shadow, he freezes. A brief Thousand-Yard Stare develops on his face, but quickly fades as Shadow produces a sheathed katana and rapidly spins it like an electric fan, blowing away Soulgma in mid-gloat, which likely irritates him just as much as Gamma's bullet. He laughs at the wraith, grinning with genuine amusement as he sends away the katana.

"Sure, I've got a lot to answer for in my past. Tried to kill myself hundreds of times directly after that, yeah. But I'm Immortal. Unity wouldn't have wanted their Aspects to die, because we're not going to be helping bring life and peace to the world that way. Sure, living after doing something unspeakable sucked. But I'm over it. My lot in life is to atone for my sins by helping everyone I can. Seeing how you can't even see how it doesn't bother me at all, and that I've dealt with my guilt and am using it for something constructive, I think it's funny that you think you can out-scary the Aspect of Fear. Forget you, Soulgma. Besides...you look like a smoky fart."

He tilts his head, looking back to Gamma, cheerily tipping his hat.

"Never been better! I think S's insult backfired big time! I really needed to get out some of that energy. Being able to vent all of that out, was good, plus, I got to fan away a Fear Feaster! That was funny! So, no, I'm not hurt from his words. Not even rattled. I think having the jokes and the whole thing with Spirit and Kai is literally making me too cheerful to feel bad. This feels like the best day ever, and it probably is!"

He tilts his head, looking to the Portlight.

   "Hey, the Portlight's back?"

He tilts his head, listening to Tabbune and Co.

   "So, it's a duel? Okay..."

He flicks his left wrist, conjuring a heavy handgun-shaped device, marked with industrial stripes, and flicks his right wrist, conjuring a large, spiked wrenchlike tool. He spins both weapons, and takes a ready pose.

"Well, then, if you want to..."

ACTION I:

Shadow conjures the Anti-Construct Equipment, and strikes at Tabbune with the Robo Wrecker.

ACTION II:

Then he tries to reflect back Glitched h2o's attack before it hits Gamma, and indicates his healing chamber to Gamma.

"Hey, you need to heal. A lot."

He then looks as Ray's being carted off by B-*tape slap*

-I mean the other wolf.

"Hey, pardon me? Mind talking for a second? We were kinda' talking to Ray. Mind at least saying who you are? A lot of people are just kind of staring atcha'."

Meanwhile:

The Guardian stares at what once was Sigmazard, still in his burrow, thinking about perhaps eating it. Infinity Weapon turns his gaze to the Portlight.

"IF IT IS A FRIENDLY CONTEST OF POWER THAT YOU DESIRE...THEN, BRACE YOURSELF..."

His eyes flash, and he lets out a tremendous, earthshaking roar.

   "...FOR YOU SHALL HAVE ONE!"

ENTITY ACTION:

Infinity Weapon lets loose the Deafening Roar, moving to stun the Portlight Crew.

Spirit looks to Kai, and shakes their head.

'No...the Sylvans are closer to a mix of Dryads and Elves. Saraza was a Lizardfolk...I was probably one of the pretty few people in their original world who actually saw their Race as people. Many only see them as monsters...'

S/he looks thankful.

'Oh...thank you...that means a lot to me...and, if the others knew you shared your sympathy, I'm sure they'd be thankful, too...yes, we can keep the memory together...'

S/he leans in close to Kai, nestling against her.

'...I love you...'

Plus one to Speed, Plus two to Talist.

Forgot to do this yesterday.

So, what shall I do now?

Go wild.

With pleasure!

I Megaton Punch Tabbune. D4C, assuming his summon went through, punches somebody. I then start a new charge.

Whitesnake Upgrade: 1/90 HINT: Will make Whitesnake usable in combat, but vulnerable as well.

Whitesnake: 13/60 (+2 from announcer, +1 from Alpha, Talist and sp33d) HINT: Unusable in its current form, once I obtain it, it must be strengthened before it can be used.

+1 to Alpha, Talist, and sp33d
