To start things off, I'll cast One Thousand Needles, targeting the Terror Skeleton. (free)

I'm not expecting either of my charges to work as advertised in their source material. 35 charges is nowhere near enough for an Instant-Win Condition, and if the godmodder actually could be taken out with a Death Note, it'd be rather anticlimactic, wouldn't it?

Wow, I was expecting to have to wait longer before I could make my second post for this round. Lucky timing, I guess.
Now, I activate Paralyzing Potion, targeting the Terror Zombie! (free.) While the actual card lasts as long as the card itself is in play, I'm not expecting that strong an effect from a no-charge action. Expected effect is along the lines of preventing Terror Zombie from attacking this turn only, though if I'm misunderstanding the rules on the strength of free actions, please scale up appropriately.
Next, I activate Upstart Goblin, allowing me to draw one more card! (Exodia - 2/35)
Now, then, how best to make use of this Death Note... (Plan Death Note - 2/108)
Just like in my first post for this round, donating a +1 each to Evility, Davros, and Thanos.
(2nd draw)
With a mighty roar, a shapeless entity enters the Earth room and drags me with him. Buffs defense by another 2% as the Evil Entity starts sapping the evility out of the room.
If the room is not destroyed within 26 rounds, the evility will completely absorb the room.
The Evil monster lobs a glob of corrosive acid from the Earth room into the Water room.
THEN, the monster starts sucking the life energy out of everyone in the earth room.
The evility monster migrates to the wind room, and plows over the godmodder in its Foe-Tossing Charge.
THEN the evility monster glomps the terror spider and smothers it with black, nameless goop.
The Evility Monster infects the room he's currently in with gasssssss. 1% chance of insanity.
The Gas is concentrated. 2% chance of insanity. Insanity means that the affected entities may attack something else completely other than their intended target
The entity takes time to pause, and grow in size.
The entity is now the same size as the room he's in. Presently, he belly flops onto everything in the room.
Then he spins, grinding everything underneath him or anyone against the walls. He also lobs goop at anyone coming in the room.

I wasn't actually thinking of myself as being "on the battlefield" in person. If I must be, though, then put me in the Wind Chamber, since my actions for this round affect entities in there.

And yeah... those aren't going to work as well as advertised, but they will probably do something interesting. And no, you've got it about right, but status effect free actions aren't guaranteed to work. And yeah, you're in the wind chamber. @dream: okay, I'll be waiting then. @fseftr: ahahaha... no. Not gonna work. Still gonna summon them, but I'm not going to do formatting gimmicks with tvtropes.

Tabbune circles back to the water chamber, bringing the various undead with him, as well as calling Leo to him. Leo charges into the water chamber, using up his attack, and smashing into Beef cloud, dealing 2000 damage to him. Tabbune attempts to absorb the sorrow ghouls, but it seems that he is unable to do so. Shiratsuyu moves into the water chamber, doing a move attack and also using up her action this round. The torpedoes launch, and Leo explodes. Leo destroyed. The evil entity finally finishes growing, however, it has grown so big that by any reasonable standards no one would be able to do anything in the wind chamber, but then it bumps on something... the corner of the OP scale! the evil entity quickly deflates back down to regular size.
Ichigo finishes reviving jondanger, then prepares his next action. fseftr shoots big massif, dealing 3000 damage, but then h2o unloads the last clip of the hi-tech gun into him, killing him. It requires three actions to respawn a dead player. djkates appears in the wind chamber, and hits the terror skeleton with 1000 needles, dealing 1000 damage! fseftr then summons two dark templar to assist him. dj throws a paralyzing potion at the terror zombie, disabling its attack this round. The evil entity, having fallen on its face, begins spinning around in circles, failing to be productive. Ichigo moves to the water chamber, and brings down oblivion's guardian. The webs binding fury fall away almost instantly. jondanger moves to avoid the terrors, and fury's kaia burns into the terror spider, mini-critting and dealing 4000 damage.

Wind chamber: The terror zombie is paralyzed and cannot attack. The terror skeleton moves into the water chamber.
Water chamber: The terror spider uses its special ability to web up Ichigo. The terror skeleton takes aim with the Emerald Nova, and kills Sorrow Fist. The dark templar both attack Shiratsuyu, dealing 6000 damage to her and removing 10% durability from the shield. The spirit guide deals 1000 damage to Heavy Zest, and the attack boosted sorrow ghouls deal 25000 damage to Beef Cloud. Heavy Zest and Big Massif together deal 10000 damage to Tabbune. The godmodder walks up to fseftr, and smashes his banhammer into his game over screen, instantly respawning him.
Earth chamber: There is no one here.
Fire chamber: The terror creeper looks at dimentio, hisses, and explodes on the TARDIS, dealing 10000 damage to it. Dimentio rolls his eyes, and picks up the terror creeper, dragging it with him to the water chamber. The creeper takes 20000 damage in the process.
end of round: The terror spider, creeper and skeleton regen 7500 health. Tabbune regens 10000 health, but magical wrath does not regen. Shiratsuyu regens 3000 health, Heavy Zest fully regens, Beef Cloud regens 6000 health.

@pionoplayer: Well, this is Destroy the Godmodder. I'd be surprised if that move worked more than once. Besides, it'd be way too easy to cheese if moves like that worked every time. Good to know that I was more-or-less on target with how powerful free actions are supposed to be. As for the power seep on my charge moves, again, no surprise. I'm just looking forward to seeing how they do work out. As long as they don't fail completely, it should be interesting.
Now, I activate the effect of my Thunder Dragon, discarding it from my hand to add two more of it from my deck to hand. Next, I'll activate Graceful Charity
, allowing me to draw 3 cards, then discard 2. Next, I'll activate Pot of Benevolence
, returning Graceful Charity and Upstart Goblin from my Graveyard to my Deck. (Exodia: 5/35. Using donated charges from Lord Herobrine and Armored Fury.) Flavor text for this action has been edited after the round, to fix a plot hole. Net effect on charges is unchanged.

Now, let's see if my monster can put a dent in that Terror Zombie. (Free action. Yes, flavor-wise, I'm connecting the Exodia charge to my free actions, not counting that Thousand Needles from my first free action. Exodia itself, though, won't be coming out until its charge is complete, and the charging isn't meant to affect the power of the free actions. Expecting that Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon will be treated as a one-off attack.)

I haven't claimed any "up for grabs" charges in any of my previous posts. I'll be claiming some in this post, though. Just trying to avoid confusion.
One of the cards I discarded earlier with Graceful Charity was Volcanic Shell. I'll use its effect now, to add a Volcanic Shell from my deck to my hand. Next, I'll activate Pot of Greed
