I use another control on the terraforming console to substitute the helium contained within the bloons for argon. The bloons now being heavier than air crash to earth.

I turn the cannon back around, and throw a bunch of sharp swords, spears, axes, katanas, gun blades, a combat knife, a tomahawk, and a large war hammer into the barrel. Then I point it at the balloons, light the fuse, and watch the weapons fly.

But if you were actually doing that you'd have completely annihilated most of the multiverse directly or indirectly, and that sort of doesn't work in terms of canon...

Tabbune casts an overloaded electrical storm attack that minicrits, popping 3000 green bloons and 4000 blue bloons. Macrophage teleports into the TARDIS with the Sword of Plot Advancement. From within, sounds of a quick fight can be heard, followed by thumps, gunfire, and macrophage being sent flying out of the TARDIS. Dimentio ducks as he comes out, grinning. It seems the clown was expecting that outcome, there's someone else in that TARDIS... 15000 damage to the shielding is accomplished though as there is a sudden power surge from within and the shields flare with a brilliant golden light, Dimentio looks in and comments; I don't think that's where the sword goes. Ah can it clown.
Ichigo fires his pulse rifle at the blue bloons, popping 2000 of them, jondanger punches out 2500 green bloons, Macrophage fills 2000 more green bloons with argon and Fury heals Souryuu for 2000 health. Ichigo attempts to cast sectumsempra on Dimentio. Unlike Gamzee, this clown knows how to counter magic. Dimentio gestures dramatically as Ichigo utters the spellwords, and right before he unleashes the spell, his wand explodes with a dark fire, sending him flying backwards. Tut tut. Such hostilities and we've just barely met.
Lord Herobrine buffs the bloon chipper's attack power by charging its special to full. h2o charges up a massive rage beam, then unleashes it at the godmodder, all his righteous and justified anger slamming into the godmodder...'s chill pill shield. Wordless stuffs far too much gunpowder into the barrel of his cannon, and everyone looks at him nervously. He then loads it up with various items not meant for cannon use and fires it. The cannon explodes. popping 5000 green bloons, 4000 blue bloons, and 2000 red bloons, but also dealing 1000 damage to each of the AGs. h2o uses hermit crabs, popping 2000 more green bloons, and the Hiryuu receives 2500 health from fury's field team.

End of Turn Battle
The godmodder brings out his oversized hurricane fan one last time, allowing the bloons to attack first. They deal 8000 damage to both the carriers, 46000 damage to Solomon Grundy, and killing Ulysses. The two carriers then launch 20 reppuu fighters. The AGs have finally gotten the best of the bloons, popping all of the green and blues, and 15000 of the remaining red bloons.
The godmodder eyes Dimentio warily. Dimentio grins and waves at him.

Despite the not being able to take the Tardis by force, I note that I was not completely unsuccessful as I managed to sneak in a small group of the Silence with me. The repeatedly erase themselves from the memory of the entity inside and cause the core to become unstable.

"He who levitates behind" seems somewhat ill equiped to deal with the new threat. I stop the summoning use those charges to summon an elite squadron of Dalek Transdimensional Saucers directly from the Great Time War with a record of over 100 War Tardis kills between them- 19/???. They will arrive in one post.
10 Saucers: 7500 Hp each, equiped with all manner of horrific temporal weaponry including paradox machines, oblivion continua, time torpedoes and D-mat guns which erase their targets from having ever existed. Each carries 10,000 daleks, each of which can given the correct circumstances generate more.
While waiting for the daleks to arrive, I have my robot buddy call the Ankh-Morpork Guild of Clowns to report him for clowning without a license.

I use all 5 available +1s and one of my own to add to the Dalek summoning charge: 25/25. Within minutes they conquer most of TV tropes and begin a dastardly scheme by which means they will defeat Dimentio and the Godmodder.
Almost 100,000 daleks surge forward from the ten saucers to exterminate the bloons.This is probably a little OP for a 25 post charge but it is worth considering that the daleks tend to wipe the floor with their enemies for most of an episode and then shortly after declaring victory lose due to PIS, deus ex machina or both :) However, they always come back!
The Silence continue efforts to sabotage Dimentio's control over the Tardis... 5/20.
I lower my perception filter and raise my shields, revealing myself to be the Supreme Dalek and shoot Dimentio with my death ray.
EXTERMINATE!!!!!!!!!
