Q&A: @amp: Sorry, not against these guys. @augmentor: sorry to be a bit of party pooper, but you don't know where lost 4 is. They're lost. And you don't know where they are. @sacred: Your action got counted, but I suppose I didn't make it clear enough that he was responding to Laitome and Shadow. The Voidlord is still PG because I haven't been making as much effort, and it was sort of fun to watch you guys sadistically kill the magi just because the update labeled them as PG, even after it was demonstrated that most of them had never even heard of the Godmodder. @math: thank you. @solar: It is entirely possible that no one would've made that joke, as it never got nor has been made in DTG2, where the fact of his name has been known for far longer. I'm not going to get on your case too much... but that was a really lame 'joke'.

@laitome Whoa! Whoa dude! I'm not going to let someone take over a 400 post charge with a 50 post charge, even if he did work it out with me beforehand! You don't need to cuss him out! Also, even if he was, the disembodied narrator voice is an entity on the battlefield, murdering coolstar would have no effect on it.

@everyone: just so you guys know, this’ll go a fair bit faster if you start using your limit breaks. You guys are finally running into enemies that are going to require above-average attacks, and I kind of need to get rid of at least some, if not most or all of them. Also, due to some schedule changes, the godmodder is actually targetable, and will be up until the end of the event.

Amp moves out from behind his cover after donning a suit of terminator armor, and before any of the magi can decide he’s an enemy, the bolter in the armor is opening fire on the infantry. Imperial guardsmen go down, and when several teams of psykers begin ripping up the hangar, amp mows them all down. He sees the arch geomancer nod in his direction before launching a massive chunk of stone that downs three troop transports at once.

Wyld and jindra look over as the voidlord covertly walks in from a side hall, leading Laitome, the Party and chaoscreeper in with him. The voidlord, upon seeing the fight between the laittlecruiser and the imperial destroyer, realizes that not all hope is lost, waves farewell to the group, and runs off to join the other magi in the defense of the massive escape vessel, shortly thereafter, the three arch magi from the gather hall as well as a number of other elemental magi join the growing throng, working to push out the imperial soldiers.

Jindra blasts a hole in the floor, jumps down, and finds himself shooting out of a wall in another chamber, only to be caught up in a massive downpour of icy water before he can get his bearings. Wyld sends down his drones, and runs into the same problem as all the drones are immediately swept away by a massive amount of icy water… and blinks in surprise as one of the drones is run into by what looks like a frozen carp.

Tabbune charges into the massive chamber. The arch summoner turns around, freaks out, and immediately summons a demon lord, scrambling away while the godmodder facepalms at the complete idiocy of the people he has to work with. Pastry smashes through the wall, and discovers tabbune and the demon lord fighting each other. Solar begins talking to the arch summoner, but he only gets as far as ‘Di’ before the banhammer sends him flying off tabbune’s back and off onto one of the lower walkways. Really? I’ve fought some immature Descendents before, but really, this takes the cake. As if you hadn’t already terrified him into ignoring you anyways.

The arch summoner runs towards the door at the end of the pathway… and jondanger’s stun grenade slams into the back of his head. He is sent flying forwards… right into the wall above the door, slumping back to the walkway, unconscious. Pillow charges down the walkway to try and get at the arch summoner, only for the godmodder to slam him off onto a higher walkway with an upperhand swing from the banhammer. He may be an idiot, but I need him alive at the moment. Tartar’s attempt at sucking the arch summoner into a black hole is thwarted by the godmodder’s use of the ancestral flesh, causing the black hole to succumb to hawking radiation in raw milliseconds. As I said before, I need that guy.

h2o summons a mirror-shattering cannon, and fires it. This specialized weapon manages to do what earlier attacks failed at, shatter some of the mirrors. The mirror mage looks at h2o with dull interest, and then a cannon-shattering mirror slams into h2o out of the wall, knocking h2o over and breaking his cannon. Fseftr unleashes a flash-bang, and everyone in the room but engie, dark engie and the mirror mage are blinded as the entire room becomes unbearably bright, and doesn’t stop being bright because all the mirrors keep the light from being absorbed.

The mirror mage laughs, being completely unharmed because of whatever magic he’s using, and turns as engie and dark engie charge each other. The two meet fists… and a small shockwave shoots outwards, adding to the energy ricocheting about the room, and launching dark engie backwards into the wall. Everyone else, blinded and being knocked every which way by the perpetually rebounding energy from engie and dark engie’s shockwave, are unable to notice as the mirror mage brings up a lense, gathering up the light and force, and suddenly it all goes back to being regularly visible and not all force-strange, as the mirror mage unleashes a massive laser/force cannon blast upon the entire group.

Herobrine’s spray of rounds catches the psyker’s by surprise when they discover that the bullets have been made anti-psychic, and two of them explode in fiery messes before they start stopping them indirectly. The remaining three release a blast of lightning that the arch electromancer reroutes back into one of them, zapping him. “I don’t think now is a good time for introductions. If you can handle yourself, I’m heading for the hangar, but I can’t travel fast enough with a passenger to get there without being intercepted.”

Coolstar, through use of the batch blade, temporarily enchants the entire team’s weapons to be fire enhanced, and as predicted, this makes them stronger against plants. Zbse begins using his paradox magic, and the spellweaver begins whimpering. Dimentio laughs. So timid with your powers! They are a gift, and you should use them. Like so! Dimentio gestures, and a wave of fire-enhanced paradox magic completely eradicates most of the druid’s wall of plants, sending him crashing to the floor, where moocow ignites the rest of them with the fire-enhanced shield of elemental shielding, and the five heavy lobsters begin opening fire on the flaming druid.

Shiny dashes between several of them, knocking 7 of the imperial guard off the side. The soldiers all turn on shiny and immediately begin opening fire with laser blasts and super-sonic pieces of shrapnel. Math augments the power of his ping-pong paddle, unleashing a stream of various sports balls that bring down and keep down the shields of the damaged imperial destroyer, opening it up to an attack from the Laittlecruiser.

The Laittlecruiser begins a bombardment… before suddenly transfoOh no. Oh heck no.rms into a massive transformer, increasing its max energy and defense by a fair margin, and giving it another new ability; uber-plasmatic-greatsword. The crew inside are all very disoriented that their ship has suddenly gained a new form, and because of the laws of giant mecha, is now more effective in combat, but continue at their posts. The barrage of torpedoes and laser blasts begins tearing pieces off of the destroyer, even as it tries to return fire, the yamato cannon takes a large chunk off the top, and the greatsword slice finisher takes out a massive piece of the front, causing the entire thing to be riddled with explosions before being blown apart by engine failure as the Laittlecruiser teleports to the edge of the pocket dimension.

The magi inside the hangar cheer as the Laittlecruiser destroys the first of the destroyers, but the two remaining destroyers turn about with incredible speed. One moves in to try and aggress the Laittlecruiser, unleashing swarms of Starhawk bombers and Fury fighters to aid in its attack, while the other moves around to the hangar, doing the same. The magi’s celebration is cut short by the sudden bombardment, combined twofold with the arrival of psykers and scout sentinels coming in from the hallways and opening fire, with the various players getting caught in the crossfire.

In the elevated hall, jindra is slammed into one of the walkways by the water, while others are washed onto different ones or caught up in the stream and washed into the abyss as the water continues its loop from above to below and back. The godmodder looks up at the dragon dueling with the demon lord, unperturbed by the water. That needs to be taken care of. Suddenly, the godmodder is in front of tabbune. Miss me? And the banhammer is in tabbune’s face. Tabbune transforms back into his previous form as he hurtles downwards before hitting the water with enough force for it to still hurt more than it should

In the gathering hall, Remilia’s danmaku spray continues to fail to take out the Vultures, although another string of laser blasts takes down one. Zhukov’s army is getting seriously demoralized, but finally breaks and just runs for it when several teams of psykers come in and begin immolating them.

The only reason we haven't been calling the Godmodder "Dick" is because of the MCF autocensor and you know it.

so where do you guys think I should be heading? Becuase incharacter, I absolutely hate the mages but I'm also a tactician... incharacter. Should I be going after the godmodder( I still have yet to land an actual damaging hit on him, unless you count actions that led tpo the destruction of bosses like the collapsing ceiling upon the guardian a while back) helping the mages, or attacking the mages. Just wanna know what you people think :P Really like the clnflict between the narrorator voice and the 'author' as well. Looks like the voice is more powerful but limited in that it can only really affect one thing at a time. I't be interesting to see that as a more main plot thing next session, maybe with the voice helping the godmodder.

Creating my claws, I dig them into the ground. Not long after, massive spikes of biomass rise up from the ground underneath the Demon Lord in an attempt to impale it.

Old Oak Doors: COMMENCE

Hey! Tabbune! Others! Get out of the immediate area!

I stand up shakily on the walkway, then wave my hands in a way that looks a bit like an extremely dramatic "stop" gesture.

Old-looking oak doors that appear to only have one side pop into existence around the Godmodder, ones that - unusually, even for randomly appearing doors, seem to have weird mirrored contraptions bolted onto them.

Hey, Godmodder. Smile!

I take out a pair of rather dark sunglasses and put them on.

The doors swing open, revealing an endless expanse of desert. A low rumbling noise begins to echo throughout the building, and then light bursts forth from the oak doors, turning the Godmodder transparent.

Or, at least, that'd be the extent of what it did if not for the mirrored things.

The light hits the contraptions full-on, and they begin to shake slightly - and then, all at once, they turn towards the Godmodder and release a full-blown laser blast of concentrated eldritch abomination at him from multiple sides.

Never been one for Bluffs, but this is a bit of a special exception.

I nod back at the Arch Geomancer, at least as much of a nod as the crude bulk of Terminator armor allows, and throw him a lump of hypercompressed stone, easy for him to manipulate, carrying enough mass to punch through most things at a fairly low velocity.

Then I turn to the Imperium forces.

"Right. You lot, experience bad day, that's an order."

Limit break!

The cyclone missile launcher mounted on my archaic new armor opens up, exhausting itself in moments to pelt the Imperial Guard's regulars with incendiaries and fragmentation charges, flesh and fire everywhere as red lights sear lines in my armor's surface.

Noob question.. What is a limit break?

I get out of the immediate vicinity because I fear for my life if Solar's spell hits me and start doing something.

Charge: I pull up my "Artifice for Dummies" book and look for something to help me get everyone here. Okay, that should work.

My Lobsters flies to me as they become scraps and forms a portal. First, the frame.

Then, I power it up by channeling a lot of mana into it. This removes my Avatar of Slaughter. Then, something to power it up.

Now, everyone who wishes to defeat the Godmodder, come!

Basically, I summon a portal that gives everyone a free teleport if they want to go to the Elevated Hall.

@Herobrine Last month we had this all-out fight while Piono was away. Everyone could post as much as they wanted for the duration of the fight, and everyone got a limit break (Like the name implies, a powerful attack akin to charged attacks. No set limits have been set on its power though). But due to the all-out fight being cut short due to people (myself included) being lousy role players it was cut short before most people got the chance to fire off their Limit Breaks. As compensation everyone who didn't use their limit break got the option to fire it off at a later date.

@Tabbune I don't know why, but that colour of text you're using really irritates my eyes. And besides that I think people want to deal with the respective bosses they're fighting before going to fight the Godmodder. Perhaps you should save that teleport for later?

@Tabbune Thanks for the colour change, it wasn't expected, but sure is welcome. Besides that I may have misunderstood how you wanted to use your charge. For some reason I expected it to only last a round. If the portal stays active for some time, it's actually a great use of a charge. In that case you may disregard my previous comment.

I use the golden orb, then run up to the Arch Summoner.

CONGRATULATIONS! YOU HAVE WON AN ALL EXPENSES PAID TRIP DIRECTLY TO THE SUN!

I then pull a rocket out of hammerspace, shove the Arch Summoner in it, and then make it lift off. Then I get out of the room in order to avoid solar's attack.

A voice echoed throughout Oh Boys head, calling to him. "You must return..."

"You have no choice; the locals are not the most receiving of my message..."

Oh Boy pulled out a strange device of incomprehensible shape, and strapped it to his back. Oh Boy sighed. "You must answer when your family calls, I suppose." Oh Boy rushed towards the Arch Magi, hopefully phasing through whatever they threw at him, and landed on top of the Arch Spell weavers head. Oh Boy turned to the group and curtsied, "It's been fun."

The device on the back of Oh Boy began to glow with blue energy. A slight hum could be heard as the device reached a crescendo of violent rolling energy, and then...

Oh Boy exploded into a giant raging inferno of blue for less than a second; the power of the sun being brought to bear in his immediate vicinity for the tiniest amount of time, but hopefully, it was enough.

Yes, I'm leaving this game, and I thought, "Hey, I might as well go out with a bang." I don't really have the motivation to do this anymore. Thanks for all of the fun, thought. You're a great GM, piono.

I then turn to take my anger out on the nearest target. Since Dark Engie has just been thrown into a wall and seems to be taking a while to get up, that would have to be the mirror mage. Unfortunately for me, he just fired a Wave-Motion Gun at us.

Unfortunately for him, I'm not in the mood for his tricks right now, so I tank the blast as if it was a slap, then respond in kind with a perfectionist rage enhanced flash-step-into-explosive-punch.

Calculating resonance frequency of mirrors...

...I'm not sure what Sundowner would do in this situation normally. Probably try to kill the mirror mage, I guess.

Sorry if I completely misunderstand the point of Hawking Radiation, since I haven't bothered reading too much into it. Anything I write in this post is probably scientifically wrong or impossible. Just a heads up in advance.

Seeing his Pocket Dimension collapse in on itself due to somehow losing all of its mass to Hawking Radiation, it suddenly started exploding as tons of virtual anti-matter particles started bombarding it and therefore anihilating its composite particles I haven't found anything regarding the structural composition of black hole, so I'm uncertain what happens to molecules inside black holes. This explosion of raw energy seeped through the still active Wormhole and bombarded the Arch Summoner anew.

But before the energy spewed fourth a wave of real particles that also resulted form the Hawking Radiation stormed fourth from the wormhole. "Incandescent illumination of darkness, create fourth a rift that gaps present and future!" Suddenly a new wormhole was created which funneled the real particles form the first wormhole and siphoned them from its exit above the Perpetual Icy Waterfall towards the Demonlord. And once all the real particles had exited and launched towards the Demon Lord that wormhole collapsed and made way for the energy from the collapse of the black hole to target the Arch Summoner.

These two actions which happened in the span of several thousand nanoseconds resulted in a huge wave of radiation being launched towards the Demon Lord and a wave of raw energy to be launched at the Arch Summoner.
