Hey, I just run with the idea that IC-me would have no idea what's happening and try to figure out the plot from what's going on. And that's why nobody should take my advice.
So I ended up GM-ing a thing, oops; http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=149024.870Hey, uh, Amperzand, are you the same Amperzand I know from the Bay12 forums?
Yup. Howdy. I feel like you and Blaze are following me around.

So I ended up GM-ing a thing, oops; http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=149024.870@jindra: Hm, that's pretty good points. Admittedly, I should probably work harder to follow that advice as well. @maskwolf: Nah, you're fine so far. Although I'd recommend not trying to set up shop. All the interesting stuff is out in the castle needing to be killed.
DTG Co Labs I can haz youtubes?I keep on staring at the summoner and give a quick wave.
"Nice book. It's mine now."
I put the book in my book and begin to aim some paradox magic at the summoner.
Something something Arena. What setting up shop does is give me some time to feel out the game and get a better sense of what is going on and how people play it. By stalling for time without doing anything interesting, it also gives me more time to choose a side or come up with a third-party goal.
@Wolf;Oh, also, Runic magic is not only a thing, but pretty powerful in-setting, so you've got a character-type available if you want it.
So I ended up GM-ing a thing, oops; http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=149024.870I'm a lurker too! we should pm
Before the gnomes can react, I throw a series of razor sharp records at the first two. I follow that up by chucking a large boom box at remaining guy.
Well, this is looking bad. The deeper I get into this fortress. the stronger the mages will get get, but I'm completely separated from the others.

Hey! Stop reading this! This is a signature, not a library!Oh, hey, there was an actual update, missed that completely.
I stow my assault rifle for the moment, produce a pair of shortswords, obviously enchanted with something, charge straight into the middle of the biggest, most dangerous group of mages, my magic-grounding tabard and regenerating armor-comp plating eating every attack thrown at me, and proceed to slice apart the nearest two in a fraction of a second. Their pulverized corpses quickly dissolve into silvery dust, which coalesces into a cloud of ethereal nastiness and consumes another before forming a sort of swirling, oddly geometrical minicyclone around me as I continue attacking the mages. My initial momentum is clearly lost, but every mage who dies near me, by my own hand or those of my allies, is consumed and joins the storm, and they still haven't managed to actually hurt me.

So I ended up GM-ing a thing, oops; http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=149024.87057/???[amp][jindra][math][4mask][shadow] 17/???
Seeing the new arrivals, and amp being a crazy person who WASN'T an immortal magic absorber(but very tough obviously) she kind of shrugged and did what any one would do in that situation. pull out two submachine guns and spray wildly at the mages. Well thats not very-
BOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOM....boom...
Huh, Looks like each and every one of those bullets had a contact explosive chemical inserted into the hollow tips of those bullets!
My infusion laughs crazily and tries to attract as much agro as possible to save amp while firing the explosive rounds everywhere. Hey, I'm an immortal magic immune barbarian mage thing! it's not like they could hurt me!
three plus ones

[Click this link, and all your questions will be answered for a price......Actually, forgetting to station Mechroa in the castle beforehand does hold some weight. If you remember my walking on Earth, you'll remember me having to justify Mechroa-based powers via having had worms stationed there beforehand. So, I'll accept that one. Although at this point it's probably best if we all just pretend this never happened.
(Responding to Blue's response) "You're, let's see, oh, just the one person I happen to like to the point where I'm okay with following your decisions, if that counts for anything. Just saying."
It has somehow taken me the entire length of that response to turn around, and coincidentally that happens to be how long it took for me to notice the whole pet necromancer dying thing.
"...Aww."
After lamenting not being able to have a pet necromancer for a while, I pull out a Seeker 6 missile launcher, pop a missile in both eyes of 3 Necrocasters, and then realize that actually those missiles explode on contact and I just overkill decapitated said Necrocasters. Or at least stunned them, since the Seeker 6 does really crap damage in the KF universe.
"I forgot how to missile."
For some inexplicable reason, I'm wearing an umbrella as a hat. For another inexplicable reason, the umbrella falls forwards, expands rapidly, and becomes magic-proof, which is convenient for if I actually need to have a shield against these guys. Which I probably don't.
Sundowner goes after the suncasters. It's in his name to down suns, so that's also a pun. Hehe, I am a master of humor.

Alptraum Panzer: 102/500 (+1)
DEVOUR: 25/25 (+2) (READY TO DEPLOY)
The fact that only 140 characters are allowed here is honestly so disappointing to me.I run through the hallway at an unusually fast speed, and tackle the nearest enemy. I then proceed to blare Justin Bieber music in their ears while swinging the Chainaxe around defensively.
SWOLE:27/50
Light Runner:28/35
3 +1s.

Shadow begins slowly striding to another room, gunning down any magical creature or Mage in his way with the Emerald Nova, while the rest of The Party follows.

20/20, 13/? (1 from Sacred two rounds ago (sorry, I didn't notice), 1 from Sacred last round, 1 from Ichigo last round, 1 from Sacred this round. All to my first charge.)
Charge + Golden Orb Limit Break + Free Action: I'm not going to get any progress if I clear them the normal way, am I? Oh well, Dragonform! I transform into Dragonform, (Flavor) then, I breath out a Firestorm into the general direction of the P Gs in the room, and if they're cleared, move on to the next area.
DIE!!
I expect this to be around the power of a 25-30-ish-post artifact until we find the Godmodder.
2 to Sacred, 1 to Ichigo.

4maskwolf takes a break from forging briefly to throw a rune-engraved ball at the nearest group of mages, which explodes in a burst of light to blind them temporarily.
Sturdy Steel Shield 5/5 (+2 Amperzand, +1 Shiny Cotton Candy, +1 self)
Antimagic Bracer 5/15 (+2 iamsolarflare, +1 h2obox, +1self)
Rapidly finishing the shield, he begins work on some minor projects to assist some of the others.
Two to iamsolarflare, one to Amperzand
Heyo, Amperzand made a "if Bay12 was a fortress" reference! But in all serious thank you for informing me, Amperzand, I didn't know that.

I make a note of the clockwork room real quick because it looks really cool. Then I google what chronomancer is, assuming that it's a gear mage. Then I up my speed momentarily(with a batch of course) and do a spin-top attack to try to mow down some of the magi around me

The less you think about it, the more it works.Chronomancers control time. They'll probably be able to freeze you in place, or accelerate their own attacks. NOT Magitek.
oh... that's a little more tedious.
The less you think about it, the more it works.I open a fissure below the new group of mages.

2x +1 to engie, 1x +1 to anyone who gives +1s
First, I attempt to break out of the time stop by casting several different spells, including two versions of Haste and one version of Dispel Magic. If this works, I immediately cast a temporal lock around us to prevent any further time-locking/other time shenanigans.
Piono, just call me Crystal from now on. Also, can we swipe ideas from the other game? Because I have a few alchemies/other items I'd like to port over.

Du hexen Hase!
I'll say in my defense that I'm new to this forum and the gametype and the rules aren't exactly clear, and I'll be damned if I'm reading the entire thread to understand what is going on right now.
