Metal Sonic stopped its never-ending metallic repetition of "Gotta go fast." Skidding to a halt as it watched the same mortal rushing at it, expect with no weapon this time. The Metal sonic rushed up to him, running circles around him while shouting, "You're too slow!" Launching itself into the air using a spring jump, it proceded to drop kick the mortal in the head, driving him into the ground, hopefully.

Moo glitches out of the way of all the attacks that are aimed at him and then continues to try to steal the chain ax

The gem inside me continues flickering even faster than before.

A4#@@4#rgg##!! My body breaks out of the goo for a while as a massive wave of elemental energy is unleashed, revealing the gem, but then gets consumed again by the magic goo and rushes for Sacred.

Upon reaching Sacred, I pull out the gem from inside my chest nd transform it into Sword Form, slash Sacred at the chest, and transform it back into Gem Form as it goes inside the goo on my right hand. It continues flickering in my hand.

A bit of advice: Might want to check on a certain boss fight.

If it weren't for a dodge backward,    Shadow    would have been slashed. He turns to Tabbune, and lowers his head.    "This is for your own good!"    He leaps into the air with a blast of Emerald Nova.

If you attack me in this period of irl time, I won't be able to react, because I'm AFK. At the end of tomorrow, I won't be able to react for a whole weekend. So please don't attack me when I'm AFK, like now. AFK.

@strategy AG's, pair up like it's fire emblem awakening. We have the numbers advantage so use it. I believe tabbune's new form is a reference to page 68.

Just because I can't update doesn't mean I don't have the opportunity to Q&A, never underestimate the GM.

Hooooo boy. Okay, before I get to regular things, you can't do things that would tip/break the OP scale. The offenders I have seen of this statement so far are, Laitome (post6839) even if there's no turn-based cooldown, you still don't have the power to unleash a nuclear war's worth of energy by spamming dominus strike. engie (post6853) for heaven's sake engie, you can't just overwrite the Glitch. Regular damage styling has been suspended, not the OP scale. Don't hijack the event, but the 50-ft tall drone thing is fine as long as it only lasts as long as the Strife. It will use up your raw-charge and limit break though.

@duck: That works. And yes, herobrine volunteered to be GM. But so did wyld and pillow.

@laitome: Yes. This whole thing occupies the space of one round.

@pastry: Methinks someone did not read all my post. 1. multiple actions, 2. I auto-moved everyone to the center for the showdown.

@ohboy: its worth a shot at the very least. No calling physics on someone else's attacks. Only the game master gets to do that.

@tabbune: okay then, you can give control to moo.

@moo: You've got Saren, think you can handle it? and wyld's right. I'm still in control of the fighter. No godmodding, just responding to attacks.

@amp: No need to apologize, flavor text is sort of the point of the strife.

@jindra: I'm prepared. Just make sure others get to participate too.

@everyone: Remember to be fair with your counters, the outcome of this strife is probably going to be the same, and gratuitous power scale breaking isn't going to be looked upon favorably. If you think an attack would hit you, let it hit you, that includes losing an artifact.

That's everything for now. This is shaping up to be pretty cool so far. Just remember not to step on any toes.

Still AFK. Piono, what'm I gonna do being AFK for half my current life? I'll be on later, but should I be targettable when I'm AFK? And Moo, I said I was attacking Pillow and Metal Sonic!

Ah, sorry about that. I just kinda' assumed you would just nope whatever I did that you didn't like, but, that's my bad.

Metal sonic glitched out of the warp "hug", running away from him, it didn't have the time to deal with him.

I watch Tabbune race towards Sacred. "Did he forget about me? Probably wants to destroy that Nova."

"Well, now's my chance." The watery avatar retracts the still useful arm, silently floats over Tabbune, shapes into the form of huge drill and drops on top of him, piercing him into the earth.

Time to get serious

I take out an ancient book, from which I rip a page. I then mumble something and point at Moo.

Six dark globes appear around him, only to all ram into him at the same time, dealing- in case it hits- a powerful attack that ignores resistance. (In other words, I just cast Luna on Moo)

Moo just glitches out of the way Only attacks that use the rule of funny or limit break attacks will hit me either that or emerald nova attacks and melee attacks also i now take command of Saren

Seeing the watery arm, the gem in my hand transform once again into Sword Form and slashes the arm with icy energy, freezing it. I transform it again before going right in front of Math('s avatar)

I dig multiple pitfalls throughout the battle.

Oh wait, I forgot about the Nova blast... I... probably can't handle something around it's power level...

I got hit by the Nova's blast and fall down to the ground.

Sonic, too busy reciting his creed, of fast, fast speed. It tripped over one of the pitfalls, skidding across the ground. This is your chance.

@moo while not explicitly stated sacred's text indicates he was shooting at tabbune at what I can assume is at point-blank, so no it didn't hit a mackerel unless a universe conqueror somehow has worse aim than a storm trooper.

@piono eh I expected that to get nope still kinda wanted to at least make the battlefield hostile for both sides with non discriminating demonic magic.

Noticing metal sonic got himself tripped (like in brawl), I shift my attention away from the mutant tabbune.

Rushing over to metal sonic I use union strike to strike him into the ground. I then dig him deeper with stone fisticuffs. Then I trap him with a torpor before finishing my combo off with a dominus strike but instead of a pillar of light it manifests as a meteor of pure dark energy burying metal sonic even deeper.

DARK INFERNO

Then I fly away looking for more things to fight. That was all of my specials it better have hurt metal sonic.

I cast again Luna, this time around I direct it towards Metal Sonic

The avatar becomes frozen and shatters into a million pieces. I stagger out of it to notice my foe has fallen over. I break the golden orb in my hand.

LIMIT BREAK! PERFECT SUBTRACTION!

A dancing blue glow surronds me and I reach into hammerspace to pull out my ultimate weapon. The Subtractor, a huge sword that resembles a cross between buster sword and a cutlass. Engraved upon it is various mathematicial equations. I pound it against the ground and I immediately fly into the air.

From above, I target. Pin point precision, no mistakes. Glitchy Tabbune - Glitch = Tabbune.

Running...

...

...

Execute!

I barrel through the sky, shooting directly at Tabbune. As I fall, the glow surronds me, forming a storm of logic as I begin slashing at the air around me, firing sword beams made of the blue energy. This colossal wrath falls for a few more seconds ... Then hits.

@Math i dont think Piano will let that attack hit so use your limit break on something else

I'll duck under Metal Sonic's blind swipe, then trace a circle out of which falls the Ensis Exorcizans, or spelling canceling blade, followed by a straight lunge at Tabbune attempting to stab him with it.

Remilia shall continue to fire at everything glitched.
