The Elements Ten: 48/225 (Shaded, Twin'd) Umbrella?: 14/30 (Shaded, Twin'd)

@wyld What does Banishing do, exactly? Cant' really fight back against something if I don't know what's going on!

@laitome and anyone else who doesn't know what Bill does Forgot to mention this: Bill's charged attacks aside, Bill has Contractual Boss Immunity to all Status Effects and Debuffs via his Protected ability.

I think I've outstayed my welcome in the middle, so I skedaddle to the Far Right via the Valley and lay down some fire on the players located in the Valley via Brine to keep them off of our backs, the magical powers of Oblivion laying waste to all attempts to attack my allies. Oblivion Energies, specifically in the shape of Doors, because Doors are awesome. I resolve to keep Nailtimatum's usage to special circumstances if it's damage output for such things keeps consistent and consistently high, considering that, by the numbers, it did so well (Though I'm not sure entirely if that was just GM fiat and the fact that 100 damage so spread out isn't that terrific).

Bill manages to grab a word from Chaoscreeper despite being two areas away, and useS some telepathy to respond: "A DEAL, Y0U SAY? WELL, 1'M 1NTERESTED! BUT MAKE 1T SNAPPY! 1'M BUSY!" And indeed he was, for these teleporting, banishing Gorillas were just being annoying pains in the rear for him. Before they got very far with their plans, though, he introduced all of them to just an utterly large amounts of orchid fire, with Bill as the epicenter. And not just that, either, but an utterly large amount of fire that spelled out a group of choice words at whatever even bothered to force him to stick around, hopefully getting him out of the teleporter's grip. Bill will take his self-made opportunity to retreat to the valley for now if this is successful. If he cannot escape and that didn't work...He does something pertinent to his situation that will become apparent after I figure out what Banishing even is, because clearly I cannot respond to what I don't at all know about.

I do a completely unnecessary forward flip back onto my feet, pull out another More Gun replica so that I'm now wielding 2, and flash-step back into battle.

"Learned how to do that from Deadpool!"

I then find a large enough area for a 1V1 proper, jump onto it, and demonstrate the power of dual wielded hammers! Which are also guns... Hamguns? That would be awesome. And since the hammers are also guns, they're both shooting all over the place as I swing them.

Uh. Is now a good time to show you something.

"I'M A LITTLE BUSY AT THE MOMENT!"

Then I will just have to tell you without visuals. Springtrap has a place in the pantheon.

"And?"

He went missing. So did a single tuba. I saw him wielding it. He is heading towards your battle.

"...eep... But how would he get to the battle proper? Both me and the other guy're buried under way too much ground."

All he needs is to find your X coordinate and Z coordinate. Then he will travel down the Y coordinate instantly.

banishment is a status effect that can be a buff or debuff depending on who its used on. it makes you unable to use mundane attacks (like rockets or physical crap, even lasers made with science) but it allows you to do explicitly magic based attacks, while making magic affect you more if used on you, meaning both buffs and debuffs and attacks are more effective on banished targets when magical.

"Looks like this is it, Avenger. Ignore the fact I'm talking to a mindless machine."

I overload the Avenger and tell it to attack the enderdragon, aiming near, by not putting too much emphasis on hitting, ohboy. If for whatever reason, the dragon's not in the valley, just attack the blazes normally, with me repairing instead of overloading.

I also vote Herobrine for GM.

Q&A: @ohboy: you seem to have misunderstood what I meant by mob armies. I have been a bit rushed lately, and as such haven't been able to adequately order the mutant mobs around. Until further notice, you have complete control of both terror mobs, and all of the mutant mobs. And to anyone else who is thinking about switching teams, too late. I really think I only want to give these unfair advantages to one player, especially since that will be balanced out by pretty much everyone else targeting them. @laitome: They keep getting nope'd because Bill is a mega entity. Honestly, you've probably gotten the most consecutive hits on a mega entity in the entire franchise so far. @duck: Oh, okay, apology accepted now that you know what's going on. @tazz: makes the target incorporeal, immune to physical attacks, but unable to launch them, and vulnerable to magical actions. And also inapplicable to Bill, as he's not completely solid. @engie: Is that your charge? Because I sort of don't think I'm going to allow sudden summoning of springtrap just to spite you.

@h2o: okay, here's everything the chainaxe does: adds 6000 base damage to attack power, and has a 100% chance to additionally cause all of the following (for 3 rounds for the debuffs): freeze (target is unable to act for duration of debuff, deals damage to fire enemies), electrocute (target has reduced accuracy, and takes light damage over time, unless water or electronic, then it takes heavy damage over time), blood spikes (attack boost on actual attack, rather than debuff. If user or target of chainaxe attack is biological, attack gets a massive power boost.), burning (sets target on fire, dealing damage over time), double-strike (chainaxe hits again after applying all effects, if second hit lands as well, duration of all debuffs is doubled), force-launch (deals heavy fall damage in addition to potentially launching target into another area), acid (deals heavy damage, weakens mechanical entities), hydra poison (deals very heavy poison damage over time, also affects entities normally immune to poison), healing (heals a random ally for the same amount of damage dealt), return to owner (no one but you can use it while you are on the field), caffeine overdose (increases target's attack power slightly, but also deals light poison damage), anti-magic (deals even more damage to magic-based enemies), hacking (deals extreme damage over time in addition to total incapacitation, but only against robotic enemies), astral projection (hits an additional enemy for base damage of attack (without the special abilities).

Quite broken, ain't it?

.

Pillow turns two of the mutant iron golems into aluminum, and then blows them up, killing a third and fourth in the process. Jindra attaches heavy weights to the terror enderdragon's wings. The terror enderdragon does not notice. I mean, come on! This thing is huge! Laitome's investigators locate another page, but Laitome's attempted sniping fails. ohboy is just too far away to hit, especially since he's riding on the back of a flying terror enderdragon. Amp unleashes an airstrike upon the mutant iron golems, destroying 3 of them.

Ichigo is about to rocket towards the terror enderdragon, when Carmen pulls him back, as with a massive roar, the terror enderdragon takes off, unleashing a powerful blast of wind outwards that creates a blast of endershards, which would've been very nasty had anyone gotten caught in the blast... oops, sorry jindra. I don't think you want to take on that thing alone, and dragon slaying isn't exactly in my job description. djkates summons a massive robot that stomps twin into the ground. Twin just sort of lies there, dazed, for the rest of the round.

ohboy uses the ancestral eye to further empower the terror enderdragon's magical defense, rendering it immune to all of the player-aimed attacks this round. The terror enderdragon charges into the valley, and unleashes a massive blast of dark acid upon the avenger mech, dealing 100000 damage to it and inflicting the acid debuff on it. The avenger mech returns fire, unleashing all of its weapons in an attempt to hit the terror enderdragon, and possibly even ohboy... but it only deals 25000 damage to the terror enderdragon.

The armors of the fortress all suddenly teleport in around Bill, surrounding him completely with all but 12 of the armors in the far right. While the two captains sent to deal with the SPAMMAs quickly subdue the mind-controlled grunts, and replace them with two perfectly fine ones, the rest of the fight goes less than according to plan. The banishing fails, but scorched earth still happens. Only its Bill doing the implementing. Before the armors even get the chance to try and grab him, Bill unleashes unhealthy incendiaries, creating a massive wave of orchid fire that rushes outwards. Normally, this would have only hit a few of the armors, but the armors made the mistake of trying to dogpile him. The two lieutenants and the Warden watch in frustration as the orchid flames consume all of the squads and half of the spare grunts, destroying all the grunts, and badly burning the 6 captains, who are also set alight. Even worse, Bill escapes unscathed.

Delphinus is about to unload all of its weaponry into Bill when the massive wave of orchid fire washes over the armors, and the crew decides that since Bill is no longer in range of the rest of their weapons, trying to hit him with just the moonstone cannon, considering the previous rates of success, would be ill-advised. solar fires the Devastator again, killing 3 mutant iron golems. Darkness fires another beam at the terror wither. It doesn't turn to attack him, but the beam still deals 10000 damage. Which is fine, since the wither debuff would just make the stupid thing's regen go higher for a few rounds.

Herobrine activates fairy law... which then, due to a double whammy from both the OP scale and the GM being highly unimpressed with the blatant double entendres, becomes rather feeble, and is completely shut down by the terror wither sparing an extra skull to nip the attack in the bud, as it would still be fairly effective against the terror wither. coolstar's luigi-shoryuken makes an impressive green blast that deals 9000 damage to the terror wither. Carmen, having observed the fighting, looks to ichigo, I have an idea to take that thing down. Can you keep it distracted for me?

The Batter and its add-ons deal 35000 damage to the terror wither, and then h2o slashes into it with the chainaxe, dealing 75000 damage with the first strike, and then because the force-launch isn't strong enough to launch something that powerful, another 75000 damage with the double-strike. Applying 6 rounds of the following effects, freezing, electrocution, burning, and melting. It also heals the avenger mech for 30000 health. zbse is disappointed by the terror enderdragon running away before he could paradox magic it. His book sparks with dark magic slightly. He looks at it, but it doesn't do it again.

Tazz relocates to the valley, but finds that the PGs are laying down sufficient suppressive fire that no more needs to be made. Jondanger throws several onions at the terror wither, making it cry and take 6000 damage. The healers in the fortress try to heal up in the injured captains, but their work is promptly undone by the orchid flames that just. won't. go out! The avenger mech takes 10000 damage from the acid, and then another 25000 damage from the mutant nether mobs. The terror wither manages to continue moving, despite having four rather nasty debuffs all at once, and even through damage that reduces the overall regen factor to just 50000 health, manages to, in a concerted effort with the mutant iron golems, finish off the Batter. The multilancer rockets land with a large kaboom, blowing up 9 more mutant iron golems.

engie makes another copy of more gun, and flips his way up to a good location for 1v1 combat, the last piece of walkway not yet completely destroyed. Engie flips his guns around, firing everywhere, showing off to try and get the godmodder to fight him. And then a massive laser blast just completely blows both engie and the platform away. I'm done messing with you. This distraction has run its course. The godmodder plows his way upwards through the rock with a massive explosion, and everyone in the middle looks over to the wreckage of the castle. Dead for a few rounds, and it still hasn't finished exploding! The godmodder rises up from the wreckage, and cackles. Guess what punks? And the sky suddenly glitches out all at once.

Check. Let's see if you twerps can avoid mate in the next couple of moves.' He begins drawing outlines in the air, that look like a strange mix between magical symbols, black-speech writing, and javascript. Far away, shiny's fighter rocks suddenly as the sky begins glitching out. Really bad. He does manage to land at the house of life and death though. In the far right, a number of 501st troopers march down from a ridge, and look around, rather bewildered. Being on the battlefield itself does not help clarify any of the recent events for them.

Well, there's you guys your 1 year update. Sorry that it was sort of lame. I wasn't able to come up with any cool ideas, and nothing had been set in motion to happen dramatically today, except for the terror enderdragon, but of course, I didn't realize that until after I had finished yesterday's update, so... yeah, derp.

Anyways, you may have noticed the integrity bars next to the Glitch in the battle update. 6 of those 7 bars represent the ways the Glitch in its current incarnation can make your lives miserable. In order from least dangerous to most dangerous:

Entity integrity represents vulnerable your entities are to being Glitched, if they get glitched, their abilities will become unpredictable, and the entity itself will have its will turned to serve the Glitch, although Glitching can be reversed, that is, up until it hits 50%, at which point all entity Glitching is permanent until the Glitch is dispelled, or the entity in question is destroyed. At 0% all entities will be Glitched (if such hasn't already happened) instantly.

Artifact integrity: represents the vulnerability of your artifacts to the glitch. Only four of the artifacts on the battle field are even resistant to glitching, so be careful (those are: the chaos emeralds, the evility dagger, the emerald nova, and the elemental chainaxe, all because of their power) and even those can be glitched if integrity drops low enough. And just like with entity integrity, all artifacts will be Glitched if integrity hits 0.

Physics integrity: represents how well things will continue to work the way they're supposed to. As this drops, actions against the Glitch will get harder and harder. Its the most straightforward of them all. If this hits 0%, you have nigh unto 0 chance of actually doing anything without some heavy anti-glitch stuff helping you out.

Divinity integrity: although in-universe, worse than loss of player-integrity, game-wise, this one is (slightly) less important. This is the part of the game where support from the gods is going to be not only common, but necessary. The lower this drops, the more likely their godly powers are to fail them. If you guys let this drop to 0%, the entire pantheon will be completely incapacitated.

Player integrity: For some reason, you all are counted separately from everything else, although that might just be the link to the update terminal. This is linked to your existence, and if it drops low enough, your connection to existing (or being logged into the game) will be capable of being temporarily severed. If it hits 0%, only godly intervention or some serious deus ex machina will allow you to so much as watch what happens next.

Trope integrity: Yep, here we have it. The first direct threat to tvtropes' existence since Paradox Dimentio. This will by far be the slowest to decrease in integrity, but as it drops, certain... averse, effects will begin to take place. If this were to hit 0%, tvtropes would suffer from critical existence failure, but if it gets anywhere near that point, all the other integrities will have already bottomed out, and all hope would've already been lost.

Glitch integrity is what you guys are trying to lower. Several different anchors were created over time before the Glitch's proper arrival here, and for each one destroyed or cleansed of the Glitch, the Glitch's hold will become more and more tenuous. Remove all 5 anchors, and the Glitch will collapse in on itself, as tvtropes is not a code-based universe, and what code-based physics do exist are not enough to sustain it without anchors.

Yeah I'm objecting starting to object to Bill's antics as well. He boasts probably the strongest ability(ies) yet seen in a summon, which might have been pushing it had he been his full price, is proving INCREDIBLY TOUGH, was brought in for as a 43 point summon, without the rest of his price being required to be payed. Plot revelant or not, he's getting a serious multiplier to the charges spent on him, with no drawbacks ANYWHERE.

And adding in the GLITCH as if WE DIDN'T already have enough on our plate to deal with.

@piono Well I am assuming all integrity percents with the exception of glitch integrity go down over time. Also unless Wyld has got some truly overpowered stuff in his castle we may not make it.

@pastry Only full updates.

_______________

I recall my investigators, pay them for the pages, and order them to begin the search for the glitch anchors, they will receive their own private solar system for each anchor found.

"Sir, *zzzt* seems t *zzzzzzzzzzzt* We can't send suppo*zzzzt* We'll *zzzzt* find *zt* loophole*zzt* to send things through, god d*zzzztt* good luck."

"Chaos whatever idea you have it better not end us all. If you do betray us, betray me *zzzzzttt*"

I teleport onto the back of the Terror Enderdragon and immediatly use Mach Tornado to both stall the dragon and to attack Ohboytime. During the tornado I fire a sword beam at whatever arm Ohboytime is using to hold the ancestral eye. hopefully this causes him to drop it.

THE WAR REPORT

Diagnostic:

  • It's getting real, people. Piono is signaling the endgame.

  • Wyld: Ok, this is SO NOT GOOD. Defend yourself.

  • Valley: Ofthesword, Keep on the Mutants. Amp, fight Chaos. Dj, fight twin.
    • Ya'll can hit the enderdragon. You can hit Oh boy. Fsftr, Jon. See if you can't sky walk up to the Dragon's back and lay waste to Oh boy. Get him off of there.
      • Make him regret ever joining the Godmodder's side. Bleed him until he comes crawling back to us.

  • Middle: Ichigo. Do what Carmen says.
  • Sacred. Zbse. Attack the Godmodder. Try to pin him down, not so much as wound him.
  • Tabbune. Switch targets for that dagger into the backbone of the Wither.
    • Everyone else in the Middle: ATTACK ON WITHER SKELETON!

  • Nether chamber: Engie. I have a sinking feeling that there's something in the rubble that has to be one of the 5 anchors to the glitch. Find it and blow it up. Search for it as thoroughly as possible. Set your scanners to scan the things it can't detect, and reverse the polarity of the Neutron flow.

  • Shiny: Get Ichigo. Better yet, there's a giant sever room in the House that connects to the rest of the pantheon. Inform everyone, and I mean EVERYONE IN THE PANTHEON what just happened. I'm pretty sure they already know, but make an effort to track down Ichigo.

GLITCH ANALYSIS

  • Artifact Integrity: Piono is going to start cracking down on our artifacts. Everyone who's charge is currently an artifact, switch it to an attack. Watch what you're holding, people. This could get bumpy.

  • Physics Integrity: Basically, our Timer till the gorilla hits the fan in a big bloody mess. The closer this thing gets to Zero, the more we need to go after it.

  • Divinity Integrity: Shiny, this is your area. We need gods, and we need them fast. We are now Gondor, and we are sure as heck calling for aid. Comb through the Pantheon, and see which gods can come. Send the Greater Gods or the Over deities.

  • Trope Integrity: Basically, the Random Number God of catastrophic events. There's not much we can do on this one...

  • GLITCH INTEGRITY

This is the one I want to focus on. We need to comb back through the chats, figure out where he may have hidden the anchors, and send demo squads to blow them to asgard.

  • Anchor one: ???
  • Anchor two: ???
  • Anchor three: ???
  • Anchor four: ???
  • Anchor five: ???

Collaborate and figure out what these could be.

TARGETS:

TERROR WITHER MUST BE PURIFIED

BILL MUST BE KEPT AWAY FROM WYLD'S FORTRESS

THE ENDERDRAGON IS A PROBLEM. OHBOY IS TAKING IT DIRECTLY AT WYLD'S FORTRESS.

THIS GLITCH MUST GO!

I first check my book to see why it could have sparked. I then fire some paradox magic at The Godmodder in hopes that something bad will happen to him.

Well, the funny things is. I was going to take advantage of being the Gomodders second in command anyway. But, nevermind. Kek.

I bring out a mechanical radio from under my fedora and start to broadcast my orders from the back of the dragon.

"Iron Golems, I want you find a way to un-freeze the Terror Wither. While you are doing this, protect the Wither, with your lives, even. I don't want it to be hit with that chainsaw again!"

"Terror Wither, you're frozen. But, if they are silly enough to launch a large amount of energy at you, attempt to unfreeze yourself with that."

"Mutants in the valley, concentrate on the Avenger Mech, ignore BI 11."

I use the Eye to temporarily increase the power of the Ender-Dragons dark powers, hopefully making it do more damage.

"You see that big mech down there that just shot you, yea. Destroy it."

With all of this done, I form a small cup of green tea with the Eye, enjoying the ruckus the Godmodder is causing behind me. But, I stay alert. You never know.

"Yeah, I can keep it distracted. Here's hoping this plan of yours works, Carmen. Though knowing you, it's bound to work. Also, are you gonna stay here until the godmodder falls or will you be heading back to the Pantheon after we beat the wither and the enderdragon? Either way, I just wanna say thanks for all the help you've given us in this war. I'm glad to have met you."

I then proceed to fire my blaster at the Terror Wither several times in order to distract it, thus allowing Carmen to carry out her plan.

@all This was not planned, but the Glitch is the DTG 2 Glitch, or a remnant thereof. Bill Cipher made the DTG 2 Glitch, the same one you're now seeing. Bill Cipher would probably know something about this Glitch, and is a limited Omniscient anyways. Convenient how it all works out, right?

The Elements Ten: 49/225, Umbrella?: 15/30

  • 2 to Cobalt, +1 to Twin.

Bill and I turn to each other in light of recent events.

"Well...This is new and interesting. And lethal. Our friend has turned your old little tool against us, and you by proxy. I don't think he knows about you yet..."

"...SEVERED ARM, D0 Y0U TH1NK THAT TH1S GL1TCH 1S MAK1NG MY 0MN1SC1ENCE BE S0...F0GGY?"

"Seems logical."

"WELL, TH1S PUTS A DAMPER 0N AFFA1RS!" Bill turns to the rough direction of Jindra and Herobrine and telepathically contacts them both. Herobrine mostly, though, but Jindra because his mind And OOC Text has nothing but hate for Bill right now. "Y0U, TR0LL-HATER! EV1L1TY MAN! 1T L00KS L1KE 0UR 1NTERESTS ARE TEMP0RAR1LY AL1NGED, AND AS 1T STANDS, 1 AM THE CREAT0R 0F THE PHYS1CS-REND1NG AB0M1NAT10N THAT 1S CURRENTLY BL0TT1NG 0UT THE SKY. AS SUCH, 1 MAY BE 0F S0ME USE 1N F1ND1NG AND DESTR0Y1NG THE GL1TCH ANCH0RS, AND 1 W1LL HAPP1LY RESTRA1N MYSELF F0R THE 'ANTI-0MEGA' M0VEMENT T0 D0 S0 1F 1T MEANS Y0U BL0W THEM T0 0BL1V10N." Their minds flicker with the image of Tazz making a contract with B1LL to heal his eye during the descent, then another one elseware, presumably to bring him here. "D0 WE HAVE A DEAL?!"

Bill creates an energy projection of his hand, harmlessly covered in Orchid Fire, to shake for the both of them.

Someone else taps in, presumably Tazz, this time via intercom and radio-heavily interlaced with static, though. "I, for one, do not find the idea of being erased by this Glitch funny. Plus, GM fiat probably means I'll be forced to help you anyways. Doubleplus, as of right now I am one of the few people in possession of Glitch-Proof Material that isn't Plot Armor, meaning that the Glitch isn't going to bother me...As much, hopefully. Richard may have changed things and made it function illy, and I'll have to dig it up. I am not Pro-Godmodder, I am Neutral...Let's not forget that much. Huehuehuehue. I'll gladly get my boys to help-I'll even redirect some pain to those Terrors and Mutants when Anchors are not available as long as you extend Bill's deal to me, Twin and Shade as well."

Almost as proof of our genuine offer, Bill and I both turn to the Mutants in the Valley (without prompt). I point my hand to the pit of lava, and recall that both the Mutants types in the Valley are fire-based Nether mobs. I quickly switch tactics and pull out a Deck of Cards I conveniently stole from some unremarkable player some time ago, and quickly find all the Spade Cards. I throw them at the Mutant Blazes, causing Water to blast out from each card before magically returning to me to throw them again until the Curse of Repetetiveness(tm) kicks in on this. Death Dealer indeed. Bill then expounds upon this with Providence, rushing into the Ghast's Minds and basically giving them a kick in the mental groin, making their minds malfunction and preventing them from doing anything productive. Or anything at all, really.

"Heh. Coward."

I put away both More Gun replicas, then activate a large area scan.

"There has to be an anchor in here somewhere..."

Springtrap appears in the chamber. I completely fail to notice him.

Springtrap. Now would not be a good time to go after Engie. Instead. Could you help find and destroy the glitch anchors.

Springtrap turns to look straight up to the sky where Purple sits watching the battlefield, flashes his trademark horrifying grin, and vanishes without me even knowing he was there. On the surface, right above where the nether chamber is, anyone not expecting a zombie cyborg animatronic bunny to appear out of nowhere receives a nasty surprise. And then a different kind of surprise when he notices the glitch and his smile fades.

"How's things on the surface?"

Not going brilliantly. I am having difficulty seeing anything in the presence of this accursed glitch.

I leave the rubble of the castle and head towards somewhere 'safe'. I'm not familiar with the area so wherever seems to have less enemies ATM.

Slime 5/20

Bone Dust: 5/20

If it's allowed I crank my 100 point slime thing down to 20 and bring the bone dust up to meet it. Only for the sake of me having time to complete the whole thing before the end game finishes. Also, it's not an artifact summon but I'm not sure if beings count, so...

My game. I reckon it's gonna be a big one

44/?, 14/? (1 Herobrine (Last Round), 1 Laitome)

I move to the back of the Terror Wither under the cover of all the fighting and try to stab the Terror Wither, but just as it's about to connect, the Evility Dagger acts up.

With a tremendous roar, the dagger roars a primeval screech, not heard since the dawn of creation.

"Towards thee I roll, thou all-destroying but unconquering foe"

Vibrating a higher and higher frequencies, the dagger sprouts black tendrils that latch onto the target, dragging the blade deeper and deeper into the wound. "to the last I grapple with thee. From hell's heart I stab at thee"

Superheating itself to temperatures rivaling the heart of a dwarf star, the dagger begins to affect the space-time fabric around itself, a very subtle gravity well surrounding the wound.

FOR HATE'S SAKE, I SPIT MY LAST BREATH AT THEE!

With a terrible screech, like a thousand nails dragging across glass, the wound implodes upon itself. Vanishing with a mighty crash, the Dagger pulls at the Terror Wither with the force of several thousand black holes and creates a supermassive black hole inside the wound.

LOVE FROM EVILITY, BOYS! COME AAAANDD GEEEEET IIIIITT!!!

Then, hell is unleashed upon the Terror Wither

3+1s to anyone not giving dedicated charges.
