@sacred: Dem' caps bruh....
I am the once and future king.@Herobrine: YES.
possible explanations Carmen literally stole their ability to be insane, the power getting stolen from you by the dungeon temporarily sapped your insanity too. becuase insanity is totally a super power if you use it right. that's two explanations, pick one :P

nuke 'em, and get to calamity so we can banish spam it.
That or hold out long enough for the people inside to break things, either one should work.

its best to not change your strategy every other round, tends to lead to your downfall.

Always trust a guy who says when he'll betray you.@Laitome: That is a long term, personal strategy. Unless you can literally rally EVERYONE behind you, you aren't going to get it done in this situation, and probably not for the next one. At which point, well everything may have changed.
@STRATEGY!!!! Okay i just realized what we should probably be doing right now. next round we need to get the puppet stringer over to the players fighting calamity or get calamity to us. I can have the teleporter get over there with it if they aren't incapacitated by then, but i suggest you guys use free actions for some ear plugs, becuase cal is probably going to stun you guys again soon.
each of those four named artifacts my armors are using are anti single target things, that use one method or another to do something to the boss to kill it/deal damage/stun/capture? it. the only two that i dont know for sure what we should use them against are the life ray and luminant barrier, so i assume those are end game event bosses piono planned out.

[Click this link, and all your questions will be answered for a price...@Strategy: Do you want me to drive Calamity towards you, or just keep wailing on him right now?
I am the once and future king.@strategy your call, if you drive him towards us, we have the advantage of having our full force ready to wipe him out.
if you hit him over there with the puppet stringer, we have the advantage of him being as far away from the fort as possible. I'm actually going to go edit my post, and have the teleporter move in with the puppet stringer, but after that its your call if we lure him to the meat grinder or keep him away from it.
edit: oh and an inuniverse explanation for the strange artifacts, a couple of armors used a future sight ability to see what would be the greatest threat to the fort and my cuase, craftinf artifacts meant to deal with each threat. i dont know why i didnt think of throwing out one against calamity sooner.

I attempt to unleash a skyward scream, but as I do so...
*Ring ring!*
A phone rings! Or a phone-like device makes a similar substitute to ringing! I quickly retrieve a Bluetooth from a spot that clearly not even a Mutant would ever dare to look for such an object in for a good variety of reasons, and shove it in my ear. It appears to be in listen only mode, as I don't talk at all, and fails to have any alternative features that would boost my damage to a level Vegeta would shout about, or any level at all. What is not immediately apparent is that, due to time shenanigans, I will somehow be there at some later point in time due to time shenanigans, which in and of itself pretains to gameplay shenanigans.
I nod silently to the Goddess of stealing things that no-one should ever have the ability to do, quickly thank her for the rescue, and immediatley vacate the area, in case the friendliness is a facade.

The force fighting calamity is probably enough. I say we just go about whatever seems more immediate a goal for us to help with. Or I'm just being dumb like normal.
If only there was a way to get rid of him without having to kill him. But the game wouldn't be fun if we could just teleport him out of our galaxy and be done with it.

Why is a yam attacking me?Q&A: @armoredfury: I think that'll work. @wyld: Okay, I'm just trying to find the balance. I'm trying to balance it against your regular stuff, and I keep making repeated underestimations, which is why it looks like I'm amping up in response to your strategy. I was actually planning the rush from the beginning of sending out mutant mobs. And no, you had those armors. I had the lieutenants get their own free squad right from the start since your castle supposedly has some backup soldiers. @sacred: Meh, if the adaptation ever happens, it'll be simple enough to just have it be Arkus sort of flipping out for a little bit and the other two trying to follow him and calm him down, followed by Calamity KOing the group, and Arkus wakes up and recovers. I didn't have it in my mind, but I think this will make a little bit more sense characterization wise. @solarflare: welcome to the game! @laitome: volcano kick gauntlet sounds good. @pillow: Sorry dude, Duke Fishron's already been summoned.
.
Hoopa warps to the forge ruins, and bounces a shadow ball off of Calamity for 10000 damage, and 7 of the mutant spider jockeys, killing all of them. Herobrine continues tearing into Calamity with his sword, dealing 20000 damage. The priestess descends from the deck of Delphinus and attack buffs the flame lieutenant. Delphinus opens fire with a torpedo into the mutant creepers, wiping out 33 of them, and another 4 are crushed by a satellite knocked out of orbit by jindra. Armoredfury tries to contact his engineers. Carmen looks at him. So its messing things up here too? The StuG is successfully deployed in the far right.
Ichigo tries to call Carmen, but the call is just as staticy as before. Alpha scans the area. The only notable tech is the large plate interacting with the dome overhead. There do seem to be some anomalous energy signatures, probably magical in nature. Ichigo hears a haunting cry from the distance. Laitome unleashes a sword beam into the mutant mobs, bringing down 5 of the mutant zombies. He then snipes Calamity again, dealing 3000 damage. Even with the sniper, at that range its hard to make solid shots. Cobalt scrambles a rubix cube, expecting Calamity to fall to pieces. Everyone just looks at him quizzically a he tosses the cube aside and ignites it. Everyone just decides that cobalt has lost it, when Calamity bursts into flames!
Wyld's army jumps into action, the defends put up a large shield, and as the mutant mobs charge forward, their progress is hindered by a rolling cloud of gas, and the damage specialists open fire into their ranks in coordinated fire, bringing down 100 mutant zombies in a sweep, thanks to banishings from the unoccupied grunts. The mutant endermen do not appear to be breaking formation, nor do they actually have a formation. The mutant zombies fall back, letting the mutant creepers lead out a massive charge, which is completely and utterly annihilated by the enormous flame strike unleashed by the main body of the force and following laser blast from the fortress. The artillery pieces pull back to the far right, and turn around in time to deal a reduced wave of 25 dead mutant zombies. The mutants hit the line of fortifications. The zombies burst right through the wire with no ill effects (except for one whose legs fall off) and charge through the minefield, two sections getting detonated, resulting in the deaths of 20 mutant zombies. The main battle tank moves forward to get off some shots, and brings down 8 mutant zombies, but one of them jumps ahead, and tosses the tank back behind lines, killing 1 of the unused grunts and one inside the tank, as well as dealing 10000 damage to the tank. Samaritank uses send agents on the incoming mutant zombies, and the avenger mech steps forwards into the mutant zombies, all total taking out 75 of the mutant zombies, which are repelled without dealing signifcant damage thanks to the shields of the defense operators and quick working from the other armors. The mutant zombies move back out as the arrow rain falls, even with the defense boost, down 1 of each specialist and a full squad on its own, as well as 40K damage to the exposed main battle tank and 25000 damage to both the Samaritank and the Avenger Mech. The healers negate any other damage done as well as restore the priestess to full health.
The teleportation lieutenant, in the midst of this chaos, grabs the puppet stringer, and he and his elites teleport to the forge ruins. Tabbune follows Carmen as she saunters out out of the dungeon. She comes to a stop and motions for quiet, there's a large number of mutant mobs in the intersection, down one corridor, two mutant endermen are watching carefully, while down another way, there's an entire regiment of them. Down a third (fourth counting the one to the dungeon) way, there is a massive door, already open. There are sounds of many nether mobs down that way, and lots of heat and light coming from that direction. At the center of the intersection is a stairwell upwards.
Math sneaks down the hallway. There is nothing else suspicious there in any way, shape or form. You could try out in the courtyard, although that would be a hard fight to get to where you want to go, trying to find something, it would probably be more productive to go upwards. Engie moves over to Carmen, and gives her a choice, she looks over. Save those for later, we don't want to bring the castle down on our heads. Anything that will leave the stairs intact for anyone who wishes to leave? Pillow decides to rush down to the forge ruins... but discovers that it is not a feasible action right now. There's sort of several hundred massive undead monsters blocking the exit path right now.
Jondanger boomerang-scythes at Calamity, adding to the fire and dealing 15000 damage. Fseftr jumps up and around all over the place, and swings with Excalibur, dealing 35000 damage. The aspects join Carmen. Carmen looks at Shadow and rolls her eyes. She responds to Arkus more favorably, I have some idea. I'm pretty sure those stairs will lead to a decent exit, I plan to exact some revenge first however. Darkness turns to math to inquire as to further actions. solarflare joins the game! Amp attempts to detonate his nuke. He looks at his control thing and to his annoyance finds that there is no signal. He checks his scanners and discovers that the mutant endermen have stolen the nuke and hidden it somewhere. Tazz is about to vacate the area, but Carmen grabs him and pulls him out of view of the mutants before he's caught. Zbse idly looks around for pages, completely ignoring the raging battle, a wave of heat from one of the explosions brings with it a slightly charred, but still perfectly readable, page.
The shields of wyld's fortress reboot, and more troops are summoned, which ferry themselves down to the valley. Suddenly, there is the sound of teleporting, and there are mutant endermen in the middle of everyone, twin, chaos, shiny and zbse all leap into action and manage to kill 3 of the mutant endermen, but by the time the endermen leave, another 2 squads of armors have gone down, as well as 1 of every type of elite. Everybody looks in horror, but not shock, as more undead troops march into the valley, 200 more of each kind, as well as another 100 mutant creepers. Calamity takes 10000 damage from the raging fire on his back, and then the lieutenant and his elites teleport in. His elites move about and confuse the spider jockeys, and using the ad blimps as an anchor point, take out 10 of them, although Hoopa still takes 30000 damage from them. The lieutenant whips up the sword, and strings of light extend out from it towards Calamity. He grins, then flips the entire sword over, and Calamity is wrenched forward, slamming his face into the dirt, dealing 50000 damage to him, and crushing 6 unfortunate spider jockeys underneath his head. Calamity rears back up trying to get away, but the strings of light just snap. The flailing Calamity brings down 2 of the ad blimps. Herobrine's encasement takes 3% loss from fighting off mutants.

i dont know what the kol spell is
spoilers work with brackets like [spoiler: spoiler test]] except with two brackets on each side
line breaks are shown with an obvious space inbetween lines of text in the editor... as in pushing enter twice

WOW. WOW. WOW. WOW. WOW. THAT just blocked all the ideas I ever had. Screw this. I can't even think of being PG without loot, and now Carmen is here. How could my crazy characters talk to her?!? This just totally ruined everything. This isn't in character, but you leave me no choice. I have NO WAY to explain this, but my Aspects are just going to be spontaneously sane again. I mean, WOW. I was COMPLETELY taken off guard by that. There is NO WAY I can recover from a low blow like that. GAH.
WEIRD CRAP HAPPENS AND THE ASPECTS ARE NORMAL NOW BECAUSE I CAN'T THINK OF A WAY TO EXPLAIN IT BECAUSE BEING KIDNAPPED AND LOSING ALL MY HARD EARNED LOOT AND CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT WAS NOT PART OF MY EXPECTED EXPERIENCE, SO JUST ASSUME THEY TURNED NORMAL AFTER BEING KNOCKED OUT. I HAVE NO. IDEA. HOW TO EXPLAIN IT AT ALL. BACK TO YOUR REGULARLY SCHEDULED CONFUSION AND ANGER:
Commander Protoh awakens, and glances up. Upon seeing Carmen, he goes oddly pale again. He shakes Shadow awake by the collar of his Trench Coat that he happens to be wearing again because I genuinely have NO idea WHAT THE HECK JUST HAPPENED. "Hey, boss! Isn't that Carmen Sandiego?!? Didn't you send her all those gifts?" Shadow shakes himself awake, then blinks, turning his eyes to Carmen. He then grins, his eyes lighting up.
"Carmen, it IS you! How have you been? We Aspects have certainly been better." Shadow 's face goes grim.
" Tensions between we Aspects and Wyld snapped, and it erupted into a war. Wyld's forces killed most of my men, and the three of us went a little insane. Somehow, we're better now, but we're locked in a dungeon with—"
He notices his hammer is gone. "—NONE OF OUR EQUIPMENT?!? GRAAAAAAAAAAAH!WHY DOES CRAPPY STUFF ALWAYS HAPPEN TO ME?!?" Arkus, who is also inexplicably sane, wakes up, and tips his hat to Carmen.
"Ah, hello, Milady! I trust you have a way to get us out of here...?"
The Sacred Spirit, who is, once again, SANE FOR NO GOOD REASON, awakens, and nods.
Plus to Ichigo, Wyld for the new avatar, and Zed. But seriously, Piono, WHAT THE CRAP?!?
