@everyone: keep on giving points to the bid war. Also if a mercenary joins a team they will count as a member of that team for the bid war and thus can count for or against that teams score if they make an action.

@sacred: I have said before and I will say again I believe both sides actually have an equal number of people. But Wyld's team may have better gear

"Hello, uh, Tazz, right? It's Blue. You should join my team, Anti Unity. I'm sure you'll hear from the TUs about how they're losing, and really need your help, but that's really no reason to go joining a side. If anything, you should join the winning side so us players are less weak when the Godmodder returns. The faster this ends, the better, no? So you should help the winning side win, instead of letting this drag into a stalemate that will only weaken all of us.

shiny, there are like forty artifacts in there. seriously. Just give some of the grunts defense and support items. remember there are only ten items of each type, dont lose them please. oph, and the are 'generic' items untill one of us players get it and turn it into something recognizable.

@ichigo i dont thing those guys are actually newcomers, but participants of the other session. i go and take a look at it to see what's happening every once in a while, two or three of those names are somewhat familiar. mostly generic's though.

@'newcomers' there is actually a story reason for why my team and sacred's are fighting if you want to hear it. For the record, both in character and out of character, both us us think we are the 'good guys'.

@piono so what is your reasoning as to why my infusion was able to be frozen? i'm genuinely curious and i have an an explanation as well for it, but i want to hear yours. also, how did those terror demons get inside of the shield? and why did they not have to climb up the wall? and even better why did my sniper not see them coming with the future sight headset? No i'm not mad. I want explanations for things.

I don't really have time for much imagining now so I'm gonna camp my mechanized team mate.

Wow this is insanity. I would participate, but I really don't have the time to. And even so, I'm really not sure how. Now I understand how all the newcomers to DTG2 must feel... Anyone mind bringing me up to speed on current events?

@twintropersI'd say up to speed depends HEAVILY on what happens in the other half of the current round seeing as I may have completely ended the current Event with a pair of actions

@twintropers Okay, the current events;Me and sacred are leading armies against each other for various reasons, one of them being that the godmodder has holed himself up in a castle and we got bored, the others being the following... Sacredspirit is playing as a being called 'Unity' hence his team name 'team unity'. unity is split into multiple aspects, shadow seems to be the dominant aspect, and that thing is completely insane. as a whole, unity claims to want to bring peace and order to everything, everywhere, forever. Now to my character, who values freedom and free will over order, thinks multiple things. one; it thinks unity is a multiversal conqueror, unfounded as that belief may be, the second belief of my character, is that if you are powerful enough to 'own' multiple universes, you shouldn't be screwing around with your neighboring universes and they should be left alone. Obviously this led to disagreements that escalated very quickly and led to a massive massive battle with massive massive armies, and two very distinct sides with a bunch of newcomers running around like headless chickens in the middle of the whole conflict.

@Wyld: Got it. Thanks. Tazz, Cobalt and Generic are all from DTG2, and I am as well, moderating the game. Why everyone decided to join at once, I don't know.

The overall story so far.

After nearly 200 pages of beating the ever living snot out of the Godmodder across multiple final forms, One Winged Angels, Nukes, Mooks, and other impossibilities, he has decided to wage war upon the Tvtropes Pantheon.

Fortunately, he was repulsed.

Being put on probation by the higher powers that be, the Godmodder has holed himself up inside his castle. Several people are trying to break in, but no dice.

This civil war, as wyld has put, stems from a moral disagreement between Sacred and Wyld on....something. Once the civil war is over, then most likely everyone will refocus on the Godmodder.

On the other hand, I'm hanging out in my own fort, the FORGE OF WAR, not particularly interested in the petty civil conflict. Instead, I'm beefing up my own things in order to prepare for the actual upcoming war.

You can join me inside the forge if you want.

As the robots in the FOG continue to construct the defenses, I take a sniper rifle from inside the makeshift armory.

Moving to the roof, I complete my defense buff.

A literal Majora's Mask. The intimidation factor of the mask gives incoming attacks a 20% chance of missing, hitting someone else, or hitting the caster him/her/itself.

Delegating the Evility suit to helping the robots, I aim my sniper rifle long range at one of sacred's aspects, and open fire.

After thinking about Tazz's words, I make contact with both Wyld and Shadow (and by extension, Sacred's other aspects), then attempt to get them to stop fighting via making a speech.

"I've been thinking about what Tazz said earlier and he's right, we should probably stop fighting amongst ourselves and focus on our true enemy, the godmodder. Before either of you try to hit me or whatever, just hear me out, alright? Seeing as we've both built such great armies and weapons, wouldn't it be better if we used them to stop the godmodder instead of wasting them by pitting them against each other? Not to mention that by the time this civil war ends, we'd all be too exhausted to stand against whatever the godmodder's cooking up in his fortress. So, how about you two gather the tropers who make up your respective armies for a Peace Conference where hopefully, we can all become AGs once again and end this damn civil war with no further bloodshed so we can focus on infiltrating the godmodder's fortress. Also, someone tell Jindra what I just said so that he'll call off the Delphinus. And another benefit to making peace would be that the newcomers would be less confused."

I then cast Revive on Jared before asking anyone nearby if they can heal the exhausted Jon and revive Mathleticism.

Eldren might probably side with Wyld, I think. And if Xveranth does join in, it's bound to be a lot of conflict. The lucker's going to try and make an entirely new side of his. Another one to add to the Mêlée à Trois, I think.

Xveranth will try to do it still, I think. He's a Physical God and Gods like to have their way.
