Reality rewrites itself as I appear back in the middle where I was before.

"Ahem... no. If I don't want something happening to me, I'm not going to let it happen to me. Relocation, for example. Much like Mundo, I will go where I pleases."

Tendrils swirl around in a circle, the ground beneath me turning into metal and rising up above the battlefield. Shortly afterwards, a significant chunk of the middle follows, an incoherent and loosely cobbled together mass of metal taking a place in the sky.

"Now then. Who to shoot at..."

Free action: I don't think I need anything extra, let them defend the base. I think I'll just take something to communicate. I then wait for commands on where to go. And I'll probably just put this here.

Charge: A massive cannon appears just outside the castle. ^{Lightning Cannons}  Stats: Charged Attack, High health. Charges up automatically per turn, stacks until 3 turns. On one stack, a regular Lightning Bolt that deals extra damage to mechanicals. One two stack, deals more damage and half damage to a nearby enemy, dealing extra to mechanicals. And on three deals even more and deals full damage to up to three nearby enemies and deals extra to mechanicals. summoned

okay, if you dont think you need them then dont take them i guess, but keep in mind that the lowest level troops CAN'T leave the base without a higher ranking think like them, or a power house like us, to lead them for various reasons.

Since there seems to be lots of questions that need to be answered as soon as possible, I'm going to do an early Q&A right now. The update will be coming at the usual time.

@math: thank you, that's actually very useful.

@jindra: I keep getting mixed up, which entities are yours again? Since you're staying neutral to the wyld vs. sacred fight, you and your entities will be listed as AG.

@shiny: Okay, hold on. 75K health might be a bit too much for phase 1 unless phase 2 isn't going to have much.

@herobrine: The 'conditions' are that summoning entities is generally not goign to get much of the bonus (causing field-altering effects will work just fine) and no, you can't use it to make more charge points. Sorry. Also, please watch the language.

@armoredfury: Okay, the new stats look good. Just remember that all areas are 1 area away from all the areas but those opposite it. (so side 1 is next to the middle, far left, and far right.)

@wyld: That's part of the thing, by summons I meant vehicles and armors, since I'm not sure where you want the balance between health and numbers. First round no minions got summoned because I was still setting everything up, so the armors will be getting manufactured this round. The lieutenants and Warden are already in the fortress, just not listed because no one's gone inside yet. I'm thinking armor production should be about 50K health per round, going off of the Destroyer's summoning, applying the stats change for charge difference and taking into account that the armors have much higher relative attack power and defense. You tell me how that's gonna translate.

@laitome: Well... okay then...

@engie: You can't anti-OP scale. It will work just as little here as in the minecraft forums.

A spindly arachnoid leg tipped with a wicked claw shoots quickly out of a window and snatches the Judgement Hammer out of thin air with a screech.    Shadow    grabs the Hammer from his mysterious assistant, and waits in his throne, armored, masked, bejeweled, obscured in darkness. His armor, with its large shoulder guards, menacing helm, and overall hellish design, bedecked with spines, hooks, blades, skulls and bones, chains and manacles, decorated with gems, and, most disconcertingly, all-seeing reptilian eyes, along with his elegantly decorated, yet still cruelly menacing trailing black cape rightfully give the impression that    Shadow   's darker side has taken root for this conflict, and it would be unwise to draw his ire. As Team Unity arrives, he raises his crowned head, and his line of sight is bathed in a "Headlights" effect from his glowing purple eyes.    "GENTLEMEN."    The Dark Lord hoists the Hammer upright at the ready while idly tapping his booted foot against the floor — or what is revealed to be the hide of his assistant who grabbed the hammer, The Lord of Skull Spiders, atop which    Shadow   's throne is secured.    "I BELIEVE YOU WOULD BE AWAITING YOUR INITIAL EQUIPMENT. COMMANDER PROTOH!"    At    Shadow   's beckoning, a Shadowling steps forward, slightly taller and stronger looking than the rest, clad in black armor, his helmet's visor open, and goggles fixed around it.    "Yes, Milord?"       Shadow    gestures, and a section of wall falls away in a shower of black sand.    "TAKE MY ALLIES TO THE TREASURY."    Commander Protoh salutes.    "Yes, Milord!"    he clicks his fingers, conjuring a purple flame. He begins walking into the newly-revealed passage, beckoning the others to follow. Now I need to remember...what was I going to give you guys? Can you remember? PM me if you know.

These castles are new, though. There ARE a lot of cool treasures here. Last time I was here, I tried to swipe this set of seven gems from an armored fortress. I got in just fine, but when I tried to escape through one of my portals, an attack from the security system disrupted my portal and scattered them to who knows where. If you can get me some of this world's treasures, then I'll be glad to help you.

I conceal the Chaos Emeralds behind my back. Yeah, who knows where those gems went. Anyway, we're glad to have you aboard. You're thieving skills should surely come in handy. Now, for our first task: You see that fortress made of tables over there?...

As a side note, when Hoopa's second form is defeated, it won't die, but rather it will use its portals to flee from this world. I have a scene planned for when that happens.

okay, OOC we are fighting because it is fun, and gives us something interesting to do. in universe, sacred is trying to bring order to the world(read, everything in all of existence) and spread his influence beyond the presumably multiple universes he controls, and 'I' have a more free will approach, and also 'I'(in character) believe sacred(or rather, unity/shadow) to be a conqueror of universes. I also think he is either evil or insane, with good reason considering the way he acts, and with that even if i thought sacred was doing this with the best of intentions, believe that he would either go too far, or make things worse.

Also I believe some of it has to do with what Wyld said back when he dropped out of being mind-controlled/brainwashed by the Godmodder way back around when I first arrived. But still funny we pretty much had a standard SMT Law versus Chaos battle going on. YHVH and Lucifer will definitely be interested... Which is probably HORRIBLY BAD

I'm pretty convinced by this point that if you want your shadowlings you're gonna need to do them as an extra charge. @shiny: Yeah, 55K will work I suppose. @engie: For the love of... that's because you don't say right out that you aren't constrained by the regular rules! I'm sorry, I overreacted a little bit, but please don't get contrary just to be contrary. You can still bust stuff up, but you can't do more than everyone else without a good reason, and better than 'my character is more powerful' because that's why the OP scale exists in the first place. @fseftr: Wyld summed it up nicely. @chaos: one post per turn please. Also, Samaritan does not strike me as a mobile entity, so I think that trying to move it without needing a small charge might be out of line for right now. You don't really need to move it right now anyways. @sacred: May I just say, I love that you keep insisting that you are the good guy yet potholed to a whole bunch of evil tropes when describing your character. I have to say, that list of potholes was the best laugh I had all day, whether its pointing out the obvious 'Shadow is not a good person' or just being silly, it was still quite amusing.

Jindra sets up his table again, having finally landed next to the witch and priestess. Math puts out a large tray of pokesnacks, then calls over the zubats. The zubats quickly swarm the treats, but there are not nearly enough to tame any of them and the zubats begin to swarm Team Unity's castle. Shiny summons Hoopa. Herobrine charges to the far left, barrelling over roughly 10000 goombas in his rage. Chaos summons a table fort in the middle of the battlefield. Fury joins the Anti Unity League, and brings the Imperious Knight with him. Wyld summons a sniper to aid his forces, and then upgrades it with a future-sight headset. He lobs a goomba magnet away from his fortress, pulling all the goombas in the far right to stampede back to the middle. The fortress spawns 10 grunts and 1 captain.

Jondanger moves to the middle of the battlefield, and lobs an explosive fireball at the table fort, dealing 8000 damage to it. The Destroyer digs itself underground, and spawns 50 drones. Engie teleports back to the middle of the battlefield. He then creates a massive platform out of scrap metal in the sky above the battlefield. Tabbune summons a large lightning cannon. Shadow has one of his minions bring the others into the vault of the throne room. What will they find? I don't know. I can't read minds over the internet. Ichigo finishes healing Mr. Fish, and then he, zbse, pillow, and jondanger and fseftr follow.

The zubats and goombas swarm Team Unity's castle, but the zubats are repelled by Mr. Fish blarghing them with his hyperbeam, killing every single one. The goombas see that, then run away to the middle of the battlefield again. The goombas there swarm Samaritan, which, not built to withstand attacks from swarms, but rather large, individual monsters, takes 10% integrity loss, but retaliates with a send agents that kills 30000 goombas. The goombas on side 2 don't have anything to attack, and the witch on Side 1 inflicts them all with slow, and jindra, the priestess and witch are able to stay out of reach.

I see if there are any pieces of equipment that enhance psychic power in the castle, like a pendant, or preferably, Wise Glasses. If there are, I equip one to Hoopa. I'm going on a, shall I say, recruitment drive. Wyld, Tabbune, Fury, Blue Fire, do any of you want me to swipe (and I mean that literally) anything while I'm out?

Then, I move to the center of the battlefield and whack the table fortress with my tome. Hoopa also performs a strike with its Hyperspace Hole attack. So... you summoned me... to help you rearrange furniture?!

Well, not exactly, and not only that... Your skills will come in handy if an armed enemy appears on the battlefield. For now, just focus on destroying this fortress.

@piono shouldn't the hanger charge time be listed on the fort's stats? Unless you want me to keep track of my own vehicle production. also i have so many power ups listed on my avatar. Also i have to say, this seems like the kind of thing that is going to escalate extremely quick. I mean, if both sides are pumping out units and not killing them as fast as they spawn, its going to get brutally huge in terms of battles.

Seeing that there is no immediate threat, I take the time to paint a number 7 onto the chain axe, upgrading it with LUCK! luck, when triggered, upgrades the luck of the chain axe, increasing all chance based stats by one percent on itself, its target, and the weilder. including the luckstat itself, which starts at once percent... oh and if it doesn't have a percent based thing(the target) it adds the luck stat instead.

allright, We need to establish a perimeter, any one care to change the landscape in front of us into a huge valley? we dont want to be attacked from the sides. You have some magic dont you tabbune? maybe a nice winter valley. this would add a new area, the valley, you would have to go through this area to get to the fort, that may be entered from the middle or sides. I like not being able to be flanked.

its alright if none of you do it, i can do it myself i'd just appreciate a quicker time for the preparations. oh and yes shiny, your swipes will be appreciated. But nothing in particular catches my eye. feel free to do what you want with the loot. I suggest that any one who want to go out take some grunts, I imagine they are quite effective and they will stop you from getting killed too quick if you get caught up against something alone.

Anyways, here's a slight overview about the Automated Turret:

Okay, I lied, it's not actually automatic.

But it does fire one of 6 different lasers:

Normal - Deals 4000 damage.

Piercing - Lasers can pass through barriers. Deals 2000 damage. Is almost impossible to avoid.

Freeze (lasers can freeze things, DEAL WITH IT.) - Deals 6000 damage. Inflicts frozen.

Flame - Deals 5000 damage, Has a 45% chance to inflict burn for 2 rounds. Removes the effects of Freeze.

Radioactive - Deals 10000 damage.

Void - Deals 50000 damage to an enemy. Chance of appearing is much less than others.

Chances of lasers firing:

Normal: 31%

Peircing: 25%

Freeze: 15%

Flame: 15%

Radioactive: 13%

Void: 1%

Barriers:

Barriers block lasers.

Three different kinds of barriers can appear:

Indestructible barriers: These barriers cannot be destroyed under any circumstance.

Destructible barriers: These barriers can only sustain a certain amount of hits before they're destroyed.

Weight limit barriers: These barriers have a limit to how many entities/players can hide behind it. If the limit is exceeded, anyone hiding behind that barrier will fall into a pit full of hungry manticores.

Faced with Chaos Creeper's challenge,    Shadow   's eyes flash. He raises a gauntleted hand and points to the fort.    "WE CANNOT BE BEHIND ON ANY FRONTS DURING THIS CONFLICT. CHAMPIONS, AS YOUR FIRST ACT UNDER MY ALLEGIANCE, I ORDER THAT FORT DESTROYED! THAT MERCENARY WILL SERVE US WELL..."   

I go inside, grab my stuff from the treasure room, then walk back out side. Run to the centre, and set fire to the table fort.

As i observe the battle field, both with my own eyes and the information from the PDA, I start thinking.
