Ok, Piono, the Chaos Emeralds will become a permanent entity. There are a few things they can do that would come in handy in the climax, for example, stopping time... Also, will I need to be in a specific place to meet Knuckles when he returns?

I thank the Pokemon, especially Pikachu, who helped me get through to Knuckles. If we meet again during the war, I hope it will be as friends. I depart for the House of Defense. You know, if either of you want to join me, the team could always use an extra hand.

Pleased that House was able to get Carmen proper medical attention, I make a mental note to check up on Carmen once all of this is done before putting my helmet back on and flying back to the House of Defense, where I fire my neutron rifle at Luthor.

i know, i was just saying. any ways, i guess that is kind of your thing to think about how we might respond to the situation at hand. seeing something you don't predict is like a sudden slight twist in the 'story' am i right?

I use !my knowledge of aerodynamics and thremodymanics to surf the air if you will, and steer myself to the doors of the ship, and chopping down a mega bot or ten if they get in my way.

My infusion grins maliciously as it shoots across the sky, enjoying the feeling of fighting in such a chaotic environment.

Arkus blinks into existence, the post he was introduced in being null. Look to it for his description, though. He has full memory of it, though.

Arkus extends a gloved hand to Shadow.

Shadow grins widely under his scarf.

   "I thought you'd NEVER ASK!"   

Shadow shakes Arkus' hand, and the two Aspects shred through enemy hordes, War Staff and Rapier in hand. When they come to a giant enemy, Shadow grabs its face with an electrified glove, and, "LECTRIFICOSUM!" As usual, the overly hammy Arkus says his spell names out loud as he casts them.

I am so, so sorry. I ended up not having the time to do the update. I am currently operating from a machine that I can't update from, so the EotB is going to tomorrow morning. I want to hear a consensus, who wants an update tomorrow evening even though there'll be a chance of not knowing what was going on? Depending on what you guys decide, I will either do an update tomorrow in addition to fixing the EotB, or not do a Saturday update and give everyone an extra post as consolation.

personally i'd rather you go ahead and update saturday evening, Usually i like to go in with full info but i have an idea of that it will look like today: mega bots are going to slaughter our forces and there wont be much we can do against them, the ship is going to go down in flames form the last of its engines being blasted out, likely cuasing a small scale cataclism and killing most forces on the surface of both sides, the godmodder will encroach further upon the entrance of the vault, carmen will likely begin a healing process, possibly not even knowing which people rescued her, and things like that. bascally, very bad things, with a hope spot sneaking around the back. By the way is the original me still locked? like, when i am not using the infusion and im in control instead? I kind of have an idea on how to fix that if that's the case. I'll just need to go borrow carmen after she gets patched up

I've got a bit of the backlash from my compartiot, and i don't think he apreciated that little stunt. Freedom and all that jazz are kind of our number one priority, and locking us down like that? you won't hear the end of this one...

She ties the scarf around her head to avoid smoke inhalation, and cover her eyes from the likely annoying and eye stingy particles. luckily, she had, in her long time of traveling about, learned to fight and navigate blind. the slightest sound is all she needs to know everything in the room with echos. All she has to do is listen for the gomdodder's big mouth, and star scream's whining about how he got stabbed.

i know what i'm doing, even if i don't know why.

She barrels down the hallway and tries to avoid unecessary brawls. she has a very specific target in mind. She has never met the target face to face, not directly at least, but for some reason the thought of him fills her with anger. if she by some miracle catches up to them, I'm not the kind of person you can hold down, that shiny little axe? that is MINE! she says it with her voice absolutely dripping with venomous fury at the entire situation. you see, the infusion feels what the host feels, plus its own emotions. I'm understandably angry at being locked down and having my newly aquired axe stolen, she is angry becuase she cant seem to stop herself from going after her new enemy as agressivly as possible.

If the previous event took place, she throws the sword at starscream and then sprints EVEN FASTER at him, almost getting to him before the sword does, and uppercutting him. Given how he was stabbed by that thing once he wouldn't want it to happen again, an would deal with it before the crazed human bum rushing him.

oh and pillow? she is probably unhappy that she just got coerced into assisting an alternate dimension version, and likely having no way back home. infusions are widely considered to be mostly permenant, ending only through the final death of the combo(and i can self revive) or through some FANCY magic. infusion targets are informed about what they are in the half a second they are ripped from their reality and shoved into someone else's, and a compulsion to complete the goals of whoever they are infused with for pretty much the rest of their life, infused or not. essentially, even if she gets unfused, she has a compulsion to come back and participate in the chaos, and after that, participate in whatever madness i get myself into.

Brimstone engaged. The symbol fades into my hand and long ram horns sprout from the side of my head. My cheeks start to bulge as I face the bad guys. Obliteratetion imminent. I fire lasers Blood laser barrage: awesome in a laser. 3+1 It was an accident with my typing that I edited guys. Ain't my fault I thought the enemies were inside the house. I mean we had no eotb this round so I assumed they entered. Sorry for the confusion. Besides brimstone can't friendly fire. yes I understand that wyld but I dont like her regardless. I won't act on it unless given good reason. Also piono keep in mind that brimstone pierces walls so it dosnt matter if they're in a different room, it can still hit them.

Arkus goes for Starscream, and...

"STORMAIRE!"

...casts an extremely high-level lightning/water spell right in front of the other Villains.

   Shadow   , unable to believe Arkus did something so stupid, jumps in to fly around Starscream's head, peppering him with much smaller lightning/water spells, dodging blows from the other gods and trying to keep them from the Leeroy-minded Archmage enough for his spell to connect.

Okay, since it seems like of those of you who actually care whether or not I do an update want me to, there will be another update tonight, and I'm already starting work on doing the EotB. If no more posts get made between now and then, I will edit this post to do it, if someone posts, the update will be in its own post after this to allow the posts after this one to be accounted for.

Anyway, I think I'm going to take the opportunity to explain a little of what's going on so that things like sacred's mess up doesn't happen again.

Tvtropes is a virtual universe, it is sort of a conglomeration of the different stories that were accumulated and poured into one place. There is a standard-Earth universe (one that is at least currently mostly the same as the one we live in) linked up to it, that contains a tvtropes with an added 'game' function that allows you to physically interact with tropes, the pantheon, and things like that. Most of you are just people in that Earth universe who are using extra power that you yourselves aren't sure how you got ahold of to interact with things in the 'game'.

Now, that isn't all of you, a couple of you are actual people who actually live in the tvtropes universe or somehow got to tvtropes from another universe (which is very difficult to do actually). The list of people who I know are not just people playing tvtropes: herobrine (the whole interactions with the evility entity on its first time around), sacred (his entire multiple aspects, all of them are different people, none of them from tvtropes), and wyld (the fact that the infusion worked with how he described its inner workings).

There are a handful of people who I'm certain are the usual type, just people playing the game; shiny, ichigo and pillow.

I'm not sure about anyone else. I would recommend making your choices now. There are upsides and downsides to either character choice, those that are actually in tvtropes have more options for unusual backstory and the like, but people who are just playing already have most of their backstory in place and don't have to worry about keeping their character alive to keep their storylines running.

Anyway, feel free to ask questions.

Piono, there aren't really any things I won't be able to do on account of my character not 'living' in TV Tropes, right? Also, I may be confused, but am I playing a character who is playing another character who exists in the world of TV Tropes?

I will probably have my backstory explained during the Civil War arc, but something I can tell you is that my character is not just a someone playing the game.

I make a mad dash to the G La DOS temple which has probably been destroyed by now and try and make it to the vault.

I am sorry guys, I just keep screwing up this week, but there will not be an update today, although this time it wasn't completely my fault, I just didn't have the opportunity.

As a result, everyone gets 3 posts. Update will be on Monday as usual (probably.)

I have to warn you guys though that the update schedule might be a little rocky from here on out. I'll try to update every day, but stuff (such as attention span) happens.

there isn't much we can add to the ight against the mega bots that will matter, our job is to stop the gomdodder. the rebel fighters alone are destroying those mega bots, and our attacks kill one or two at the most.

i can hear you... My infusion, almost certaintly having arrived now, sprint jumped OVER lex luthor in a sumersualt fashion, grabs his head as she passes over him, and throws him at the godmodder.
